Que ofrecen actividades de pasatiempo sobre todo en noches cuando no hay casi nada de hacer en las montañas. Manantial modernos privados y públicos seguramente te gustaría. Además librería con alcohólicos, té, bebidas y snacks libres para todo el mundo. Y una cena de buffet de comida japonesa deliciosa, menos los platos principales de elegir.

La distribución de los edificios empieza un poco rollo y cuando la tienes claro ya es hora de checkout. No obstante eso no quiero decir que no me guste.

Everything was fabulous, from the kind and forthcoming staff to the wide array of activities available both inside and near the hotel, to the great foods and drinks and the dreamy room we stayed at! I would definitely recommend Hakone Yutowa to individuals, couples (like us) and families planning to visit Hakone. It is a place I look forward to staying again when I return to Japan and is by far the best stay we had in our trip so far for that price range.

If anything, the other guests can be annoying and not respect rules for some of the shared spaces, but as a whole the hotel is so big this is definitely not a significant problem!

Das Onsen war richtig entspannend vor allem hatte es einen privaten Bereich der genutzt werden konnten, somit Entspannung pur ohne zusätzliche Hotelgäste. Super waren auch die zwischen Snacks mit freier Getränke Wahl.

Unser Zimmer weiste etwas hohe Feuchtigkeit auf, kann natürlich auch sein da das Wetter nicht so optimal war.

Collocato a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Gora. Location perfetta per la visita ad Hakone/Gora e per prendere la funicolare per andare a vedere il monte Fuji e il lago Ashi. Struttura non nuova ma ottimamente tenuta e pulitissima e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Bellissima la zona all'aperto con bracere, vasca e illuminazione suggestiva serale e notturna. Personale gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Colazione e cena super abbondanti. Assolutamente consigliato.

Sostituirei le tende delle vasche da bagno con strutture fisse o porte in vetro.

Sin duda lo del onsen privado es una experiencia muy chula, si tienes la oportunidad de ir a Hakone te lo recomiendo sobre todo para descansar después de tanto caminar por todo Japón. Estéticamente los paisajes son increíbles pero quizás sí que hubiésemos escogido otro hotel para la próxima ya que el desayuno y la cena no estaban a la altura de las estrellas y del precio que tiene.

El desayuno y la cena no estaban a la altura del precio que pagamos ni de las estrellas de este hotel. Son siempre lo mismo cada día y sinceramente a nosotros no nos gustaba ya que era casi todo precocinado.

The location was perfect. Easily walkable from both Gora Station and Chokoku no Mori Station (though closet to Gora). There was also a bus stop in front of the hotel. The best thing about v the hotel was the almost magical atmosphere created by the inviting spaces throughout. Snacks and drinks flow freely, and in the evenings, you see families curled up reading books and chatting together in the cozy library, playing card or board games in the game space. Adults chatted with their free beers and cocktails, relaxed in their yukatas after a relaxing onsen bath. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. They have private baths as well as showers in room for those who dislike communal bathing. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good.

The price was not cheap but comparable to other places in the area. Would definitively go back. The area is known for its fall foliage and hydrangeas in June-July.

I didn’t get a chance to experience the outdoor seating thanks to the pouring rain, but the indoor lounge and bar were excellent — atmospheric, comfortable and a great place to relax. The rooms were spacious and, I believe, fairly traditional by Japanese standards, which added to the Hakone experience. Breakfast was very Japanese, which was interesting and authentic, although having a Western option as an alternative would have been welcome. The location is also quite convenient for exploring Hakone’s main attractions.

Dinner was quite overpriced for what it was and finished surprisingly early. If you get hungry later in the evening, your fine-dining Hakone experience may therefore conclude with a sandwich from the local convenience store.

Probabilmente perché a cavallo Di ferragosto ma per quanto pagato 350€ a notte una doppia mi aspettavo stanza piu belle e rifinite e bagno più grande sopratutto il lavandino che era minuscolo. Pagato la metà sarebbe stato equilibrato. Una delle doppie eravamo in tre con un divano letto e ti lasciano le cose in stanza per fartelo da solo.

החדר (דירה) מרווח מאוד ונוח. מיקום מעולה, אוירה רגועה מאוד. אונסן נחמד. מקבלים חלוקים להסתובב איתם באזור החופשי. יש פינוקים באזור המשותף (גלידות, עוגות, שתיה).

האונסן בחדר עלוב, זו אמבטיה מלאה במים. האוכל גרוע, גם בבוקר וגם בערב. יקר מאוד ביחס לתמורה.

Very luxurious. One of the few onzen places that could accommodate five people in a single room. Lots of very nice amenities including massage chair, free alcohol and desserts. Two private baths which were really nice after braving the very crowded Hakone loop. Good quality food.

Not a traditional ryokan, so even though the food quality was on par with other great ryokan, you do have to get the food yourself which does take away a little from the onzen experience. But wearing the Japanese robe during our stay was very therapeutic

Un hotel bien cuidado y con unas grandes instalaciones. Esta genial ubicado para poder acceder al pueblo andando. La cena estaba muy bien con el buffet.

El desayuno está muy muy justo si lo que buscas es un desayuno no japonés. En comparación a todos los hoteles que estuvimos durante el viaje este es el desayuno más justo. El tamaño de la habitación era increible pero tenia 2 cosas importantes que afectaban a la comfortabilidad: la primera es que el onsen de la habitación no deja de caer agua durante toda la noche y genera un ruido muy molesto junto con el zumbido del motor del agua. Y la peor de todas es que el tren que se utiliza para moverse pasa justo delante del edificio donde las habitaciones se pagan mas caras ("Condominium"). El tren empieza a pasar por la via cada 3min desde las 5 de la mañana. Muy molesto. Urgentemente tienen que insonorizar las habitaciones en el edificio de "Condominium" con cristales preparados para ello.

La ubicación ya es una maravilla pero es que además este hotel lo tiene todo: Habitación amplia con vistas increíbles al bosque, onsen, helados y batidos para después del onsen, zonas de ocio para niños y mayores, zona de lectura con hamacas, un jardín precioso con baño para pies, un restaurante buenísimo tipo buffet, el desayuno buenísimo, todo increíble.

The hotel had everything we needed. The breakfasts and dinner bufffets were amazing, limitless sushi, sashimi and lots of other options. I was worried our fussy-eater kids would struggle but there was tons of variety and they LOVED it. The afternoon snackbar and nightly complimentary drinks bar were great. We also really enjoyed the onsite onsens and saunas (although they do look a little tired), and the fact that they had lovely toiletries and hairdryers in the dressing rooms, the drinks and snacks for after your onsen were a special touch. Our room was great - very comfortable, and we had a small bath with hot spring water constantly refreshing which was a nice surprise. We really loved our stay here, such a great experience. Great location too, 5mins walk from the Gora cable car station.

As we had a family room in the condominium section, we were in the building at the end which meant that we had to cross over a drive way and walk through the garden to get to the main building with onsens and restaurant. There was also not a lift on our level, so we had to take stairs everytime we left our room. The weather was good while we were there so it wasn't a problem, but if it was cold or raining, this would not be ideal!

Loved all the nature and the private bathhouse was great!!! The buffet was delicious and the snack/beer times in the awesome lounge were such a great addition. I also loved the outdoor foot bath and fire pit.

We stayed at Hakone Yutowa as part of our visit to Hakone, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in Gora, which has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere and makes a good base for exploring the area. Dinner and breakfast were both included with our stay, and we especially enjoyed the buffet dinner. One unexpected bonus was the lounge, where complimentary snacks and drinks—including alcoholic beverages—were available throughout the evening. That was a wonderful touch after a long day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the onsen, which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. Sometimes timing just isn't on your side, and that's nobody's fault. If you're coming to an onsen resort, definitely plan to take advantage of the baths—they're a big part of the experience. One funny lesson I learned was that Gora is definitely not an early-morning sightseeing destination. I woke up before dawn, eager to explore, only to discover the hotel was still locked up for the night. When I finally escaped around 5:00 a.m., the town itself seemed just as asleep. It turns out that when you stay at an onsen town, the idea is to slow down, relax, soak in the baths, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere rather than race out before sunrise. Consider that lesson learned! The only thing that surprised me was that the room and amenities felt a bit more basic than many of the other hotels we stayed in throughout Japan, especially considering the price. Even so, the food, lounge, and peaceful setting made for an enjoyable stay. Summary: Come for the onsen, stay for the relaxing atmosphere—and don't expect Gora to be awake before the sun is! Well.... several hours later than that, actually!

Considering the nightly rate, I expected the room to feel a little more upscale. It was comfortable and clean, but compared to several other hotels we stayed at in Japan, it felt a bit more basic than I anticipated.

駐車場が１５０メートルほど離れているので高齢者の方や天候不良の時は不憫かもしれないです。 部屋が狭いのは仕方ないですが洗面所と鏡が欲しかったです。 メイクする時の小さい鏡が部屋にありましたが両面とも指紋で汚れていたのが残念。 ３棟あり、食事会場など少し距離がありました。

Les services proposés par l’hôtel! Les différents espaces détente. Le buffet du soir est hyper varié avec pleins d’options incluses ( barbecue, alcool pour ceux qui boivent..) Un coin librairie avec des snacks et boissons à volonté. Espaces extérieurs ( bain de pieds, feu de camp..) Les onsens privatifs et ceux de la chambre avec vue sur l’extérieur. Son emplacement à côté de la gare Gora station ( qui mène à Odawara ou encore au funiculaire ). Je reviendrai les yeux fermés.

Manque de boissons chaudes ( chocolat chaud, cappuccino, etc.) au niveau du buffet petit déjeuner ! Mais sinon le buffet est assez complet en terme de nourritures.

まず、朝食・夕食は、品数もバラエティーに富み味付けもよく大変美味しかった。ホテルは、強羅駅に近く至便。また、飲み物類が全て無料であったのでホテル代が高いという意識はなかった。

泊まるといえば何時も湯本なのですがこの度初めて強羅に泊まった。少々上質の部屋を取ったが大浴場や食事場へのアクセスは棟間が離れているせいかやや不便。この点を改良すればなおいいと思った。

It was conveniently located. The breakfast was very good.

It was fine -- there is nothing elegant about this property. It's like a Holiday Inn Express (and not a new one). The reason to stay here is if you have kids -- there is a playroom and kids can be a little crazy here. There are snacks and drinks in the evening that my family appreciated. The onsens are nothing special, and the private/family onsens were busy when we wanted to go. The property smells a little musty, it was just okay.

The property is a bit run-down. No interesting vibe. It's totally fine for a mid-price hotel! But I feel we overpaid for what it is.

המלון קרוב לתחנת הרכבת במרחק הליכה מהמוזיאון הפתוח וצמוד לרכבל במסלול המעגלי. חדר גדול ואונסן פרטי, מחכים ונכנסים. פינת משחקים לילדים , חדר עם נישנושים במהלך היום ובערב בחצר יש אח בערב , אווירה טובה.

Comfortable room with lovely mountain forest views out the window. Our room was conveniently close to the garden path that connects the apartment-style 'condo' rooms to the main building where the primary amenities are located. The breakfast buffet was good (not great), the location was very convenient - walkable to both Gora and the cable cars as well as the Open Air Museum - both were wonderful. Good restaurants walking distance as well. The onsen facilities were nice; the public ones were spacious and well-equipped. The private ones also nice, though we waited ~20 minutes to access it when we tried.

Overall the facilities feel a bit dated and sprawling - it feels a bit like a maze inside. The library / community / play spaces would have been WONDERFUL, but unfortunately they were in a separate building, so we found few opportunities to just hang out there and enjoy.

This hotel was exceptional. enjoyed every aspect of hotel. The room was large. facilities amazing. My advise is to make sure you get the recommended dinner inclusion. Absolutely amazing food. Great Great food for dinner and selection of fantastic breakfast. included free alcohol-which was a bonus during dinner and limited alcohol selection after dinner. The onsen public bath was amazing. lovely and relaxing. staff were lovely. room was clean. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff go above and beyond to help. Rooms are large and the Private onsen is great. The buffet dinner and bfast were really good, so many delicious options! The lounge areas were great and the foot soaking area was relaxing. Great location right next to Gora Park and Gora station. Perfect for exploring Hakone!

The pillows weren't very comfortable and we stayed at 3 other hotels in Japan prior where we slept great. Overall not the biggest con but i did have a hard time falling asleep. Also outside the Condominium there was noise every 15 min after 5am so it was hard to sleep in later than that.

Everything was great. Love the onsens! we were glad we were able to enjoy the private onsens. My little girl enjoyed the children play area and the library :) The free coffee and juice are good quality

Els onsens privats son un picadero, no paren de sortir parelles, és desagradable per a una familia. El menjar es lamentable, el pitjor amb diferencia de tot el viatge. No té sentit pagar la mitja pensió a un preu astronòmic i una qualitat pèssima.

La proximité avec le train, les dépendances communes, les abords magnifiques, les Onsens et l’atmosphère générale.

La taille de la chambre, ses équipements minimalistes, la douche est restée bouchée même après mon signalement, les coussins étaient durs et peu confortables, le tuyau de la douche était noir, ce qui n’est pas digne d’un tel hôtel. J’attendais plus de confort au niveau de la chambre car l’hôtel est globalement magnifique en toute honnêteté

Convenient and easy walk from the train station. Very nice grounds and community area both modern and relaxed. Snack and happy hour were a lot of fun for us. Kids loved the comic book and play room.

Our condominium did not have its own bedroom but we made it work. Also It was a little confusing to figure out how to get around since the condominium building is separate from the main hotel, but we eventually found a path to use without having to go on the street.

Великолепный отель! Чисто, комфортно, современно. В номерах есть все необходимые принадлежности, выдают юкату (халат). Есть массажные кабинеты (надо записываться), приватные и общие онсэны, отдельный на улице для ног. Умиротворяющая атмосфера внутри и тишина, есть библиотеки, постоянно в доступе напитки, сладости, вечером алкоголь. Очень чисто. Завтраки разнообразные , с традиционным продуктами. Идеальное расположение, НО! берите номер с видом на горы оно того стоит, и нет шума от проезжающего трамвая и дороги

Pour ce tarif exagéré, on aurait espéré des prestations plus qualitatives. Les bains sont limités propres. On vous propose des en cas .....arrivés dans la tranche horaire présentoirs vides. Petit déjeuner minable. La complexité de la circulation dans l'hôtel !

Excellent location, walking distance from Gora station and NOT up a steep hill like other hotels I've seen. Local attractions (cablecar, open-air musem, gardens and restaurants) can all be easily accessed on foot. We faced the train tracks but it wasn't noisy, my 1.5 year old son loved watching the train and busses go by. Family friendly hotel with excellent baby/toddler facilities: (1) you can rent items such as baby bath tub, bed rails, etc. (2) there is a kids play area with ball pit/toys/coloring. (3) restaurant was equip with plenty of high chairs, cutlery/bowls and lots of baby food jars/pouches; (4) public onsen area also had baby bathtubs and even a crib in the change area; (5) lots of lounge space with manga and other books for older kids; (6) milk and ice cream available by onsen area and they have daily snack/dessert hours. My husband and I both booked massages at the spa which was very affordable.

Cleanliness could be improved. While there was daily cleaning, there were dust on the windowsill, the washroom glass, faucet and shower door was not super clean. Dinner buffet (although we didn't eat there) was pricy for the selection. There is a big set of stairs that connects between the two buildings, one which houses the restaurant and the other that houses the public onsen/kids play area so not stroller friendly.
