Great breakfast.

Was checked in by Melissa, she messed up my credit card.room was already fully paid but she put multiple authorizations thru and charged me again for my room. Now I have 2 charges on my credit card. They should train their staff properly on how to check people in who already paid. I have escalated to look into this further and if no resolution, I’m filing a dispute against the hotel with my bank. The room had no soap and shower gel. Had to go downstairs and ask for it. The breakfast area had a none operational toaster. The toaster is 20$ at Walmart… I come to Windsor a lot but will never come back here again.

Check in was smooth and friendly. Decent accommodations. I would go back.

Staff were very friendly. Clean room and convenient to get to tunnel. Charging for parking should be free especially when there are a lot of homeless people are around.

The lady at the front desk that checked us in, i believe her name is Melissa, she was so sweet, funny and relateable. She made us feel very comfortable snd welcomed. She even greeted us with a "welcome back" everytime we returned to the property. Very exceptional hotel stay.

Inside of hotel is nicer than the outside. Room was newish.

Clean rooms, has coffee and breakfast and parking was included. Receptionist was very kind and helpful

Surrounded by unsafe conditions. Soup kitchen and sketchy people. McDonald had security guards. The actual hotel was awesome though.

Good location to stay in Windsor

Had a good stay staff were good and friendly nice to the kids, breakfast was good well prepared for a hotel. Area was kinda sketchy but thats downtown windsor for you, bjt with that being said you wouldnt even know once your inside. Overall all a soilded 4.5 stars. Only negative was the extra door lock was cracked anyone could have kiced in ohr door no problem

Front desk staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Gave recommendations of where to eat. Parking was easy, self serve. Hotel itself is older but room was nest and tidy. Included breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing hotel had good options in Breakfast . We enjoyed our stay . Only problem was too many homelessness around in that area.

Staffs are very friendly and location is close to downtown. Our issue was when we checked in, carpet by the aircon in our room was wet and then our light bulb in the washroom went out.

Nothing wrong with this hotel at all! The staff was incredibly friendly! The lady doing breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was clean, had a great breakfast and was located conveniently right across from the Detroit-Windsor tunnel. Checked us in at 2:00am without any problems. We’d definitely stay here again!

The staff at this property were absolutely amazing? The staff that checked us in were super friendly and offered great restaurant and attractions recommendations close by. There was a full breakfast with something for everyone. The staff member working the breakfast area was keeping everything topped up and even clearing plates from the tables as people finished. The hotel is very clean and well maintained on the inside. Unfortunately, the neighborhood wasn’t the greatest location. Lots of drug use happening right outside the doors.

I think that the property needs to be updated. Unfortunately the area around the hotel is rubbed down due to homeless people. I didn’t feel safe to go out for a walk at night.

The pictures in online show a much Grander looking hotel. It is situated in a not so safe looking area.

When we arrived at the hotel there was a lot of drilling and construction in the hotel. The hotel had a sign at the front desk stating that the drilling would be done from 8am-4pm daily. This was not stated on the hotel website, or on Expedia. I advised the hotel staff that it should have been noted on the website. It was horrible. We spent 2 nights. The staff was professional and courteous. The area that the hotel was located had a lot of homeless people walking around and sleeping near the hotel. The McDonalds next to the hotel was filled with homeless people, and they even had a security officer at the entrance.

The property is old, rooms are dated specially the bathrooms. Hotel is clean, the staff is great. Hotel is walking distance to the casino, 10 minute. Great price for the room too. We were there to sleep and shower, that’s it.

The Hotel manager was a woman whom I didn’t get her name but she was the best she offered info on restaurants directions pleasant efficient so friendly during breakfast visited with guests and helped out with replenishing coffee Bathroom very old needs renovating bath tub didn’t drain toilet very low hardly flushed

Property was old but rooms were clean. Bathroom clean but needs updating. Quiet and beds and pillows were very nice.

great stay except for some loud and rude guests next door banking on their door, yelling and swearing between 1- 3 am .Management intervened but not quickly or strongly enough to stop it. Resulted in a very poor sleep

We booked after having a small house fire. I read the reviews and decided to try it. We came in after midnight and the night manager was very kind and helpful. The beds are so comfortable that we’ve had the best sleep over the past few days, in a clean, non-odorous room. Our room seems very quiet, without outside noise. The cleaning staff is friendly, kind, polite and helpful. There is a “full” hot/cold breakfast included with the price which includes eggs (scrambled/boiled), bacon, sausage and hashbrowns as well as various hot and cold cereals, baked goods and make-your-own Belgian style waffle station. Bagels, bread, toast, cream cheese, peanut butter, jams and fruit are also available. The protein is important for us because we are diabetic and can’t just have a “continental” breakfast. There is coffee, tea, water, juices and milk to drink. The kitchen staff are very friendly and accommodating which is greatly appreciated. There is also coffee and a water station in the lobby as well as a snack room with vending machines. We have had to extend our stay a few times and every staff member has been helpful and courteous. Our room has a small fridge and a microwave as well as Wifi. There is a hairdryer to use and the shower/toilet is separate from the sink which saves time when two people are getting ready. There is a computer and printer in the lobby for patrons if needed. There are elevators to rooms on higher floors and plenty of parking. A very good place to stay!

The hotel was very dated. The area around was pretty run down and there were many homeless people roaming all around the area. I didn't feel unsafe because my husband was with me, but I wouldn't have walked around alone. The staff at the hotel was great: friendly and helpful.

it was a pleasant staying

Hotel very run down and dated. Reasonably clean. No amenities. But after checkout found out we’d been charged twice, plus the ‘deposit’ we were told would be refunded at check out wasn’t. Called hotel who simply denied double charging (in spite of the fact that I was looking at my credit card statement when I called) but also still hasn’t sent me an invoice in spite of my requests. Finally cancelled the charge on my credit card, but beware of this hotel and think twice before booking!

We didn’t get out of our car. We went to another hotel.

There was a couple of stains in the carpet and on the wall, our key card wouldn’t work half the time.

The hotel was noisy (could hear water running in other showers) and several guests talking loudly in the hallways between 1:00 am and 4:00 am.

Nice service and front desk. Room was clean and large size, bathroom reasonable. Doors a paper thin and could hear neighbours having a 2am burger and chat (every word..). Request room away from people.

We booked a Suite with a Jacuzzi and got to the location to find out that it wasn't a room with a Jacuzzi , did Expedia mislead us when nooking? I was trying to surprise my Wife for her Birthday.

Staff was excellent. The TV didn’t work I our room and we had to fix the toilet but they gave us a discount ion check out. Area not the best but the room was clean. I’m not sure I would stay for more than a couple of nights due to the area.

Everything is good. Worth the money for sure.
