The room is clean the bed is tidy and comfy, the bathroom clean with ample towels.

Honestly, the parking lot is a bit inconvenient. And the extra charge for parking does not look fair.

Liked how it was close to the casino for the concert we were going to see and had lots of police presence considering how the area is a little more rough than some cities

Room we booked was not clean at time of check in, switched us to a smaller room at the same price. Not impressed by that

The building is in poor repair, the parking lot is ridiculous, broke down, small, littered with a/c units. Broken concrete and construction debris. Windsor is run down.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is located near the Detroit river which makes it easy to walk around the downtown area.

Parking space is limited and narrow passage, for check-in if you have to leave vehicle and go inside only two cars can be parked

Breakfast was good. Could’ve been a few more options such as bagels, coffee should not be considered an equal value to juice, milk etc. almost a $5 up charge for juice or milk after having a single cup of coffee was excessive.

The parking situation was horrendous. Why on earth would you continue to offer parking after the number of spaces available has already been met. Some of us found the street noise a bit much but hard to control being downtown.

Proximity to waterfront and downtown.

Poor soundproofing for outside noise. Constant vrooming cars, pulsing nightclub music. Also, it felt tight. Small rooms and inadequate parking - though at least they credit you for the day's parking fee if there aren't any spots remaining.

I booked a room , with late arrival . Due to construction in the parking garage there was no onsite parking at the hotel . I had to park a block away in city parking garage and then carry my bag to the hotel , being a solo traveller. I woke up to American Dog Ticks in my bed and crawling in the floor . Checked out never to return . No mgr inside , staff had to call mgr . Offered comp for the one night but nothing to cover laundry of my clothes to rid them of possible ticks or medical concerns on tick bites . Just an apology.

The beds where comfortable, the location was conventient. The waitress on the second morning was the best part of the hotel. She was so cheery and helpful.

There was never enough hot water to shower. Most of the time there was no hot water at all. We even checked the pool bathroom and had no luck. They said there was nothing they could do because the maintenance had already gone home. We did not have time to relocate because our busy schedule. There were ear plugs beside the bed and at night we quickly realized how important they were. the windows offered no protections from the sounds outside. We were kept awake by drag racing cars, and even an event across the border. On our first morning the breakfast we were counting on wasn’t available because the staff didn’t come in. As a swimmer attending a national level meet, this breakfast was critical. The only compensation we were given for that mistake was not having to pay for our breakfast that we didn’t get. On our second day the elevator had food all over it which was disgusting. It sat that way for the better part of the night. I don’t know when it finally got cleaned up. I guess the maintenance staff went home of didn’t show up? We used the stairs for the rest of our stay as the mess was stomach-turning. The reason we were in Windsor was for a National Swim meet. Rest, lower stress and nutrition are of utmost importance for us as athletes.

It is an unforgettable stay. All went perfect.

Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. Loved having a Starbucks in the building.

The location is extremely loud. We were located on the 3rd floor facing the Main Street. Local bars are across the street and the street traffic kept us up until the early morning every night. Kids running back and forth from the pool during the day made resting throughout the day impossible. As well as cleaning staff hanging out in the hallways.

We were put in a room right next to elevator and heard the elevator cables in our room. Unacceptable, was this the only room available?? Too late in the evening to go and switch! Not happy!!

Nice location and friendly staff. Parking is about 20$ extra and is limited.

The facilities are older, the design, air conditioning and stuff all is dated. The only new thing, with an upgraded feel was the washroom. I don’t know, the facilities don’t feel luxurious but rather an old hotel

The cost of a single bag of potato chips for $6 smile and no one knew what the marvelous scent that was coming from the air freshers nor they would tell me how to purchase the scent very nice scent

There was a terrible leak in the ceiling we’re are entrance location was it ruined my white Jean jacket. The pool had false advertising about adult swim being from 10pm-12am which was posted by the elevators on the first floor. Ice machine didn’t work nor did the microwave.

Convenient to where our event was located.

Very noisy, other guests, Canada Customs kids in pool all bled through the walls. Four Points is a trusted name, this location didn't measure up.

The room was really clean and tidy. There were earplugs provided by the bed that came in very handy. The housekeeper we spoke to Saturday afternoon was incredibly lovely and kind. The pool area was clean.

At check in, the gal at the desk asked why we were here, and when I told her, she said "why Windsor? London or Toronto would have been better". Not a great way to start. Our shower and sink had barely room temp water all weekend. The air conditioning also didn't work. It would turn on, blow cold for a minute, and then start blowing hot. When I spoke to front desk about it on Friday evening, and again Saturday morning, she told me there were no rooms to move us to. Upon check out, we were offered complimentary parking and manager suggested one night refund, then looked and said it could not be refunded to me because we booked through a 3rd party. (Which, upon research, is not true as I called the 3rd party and I would just have to contact the 3rd party to get the refund back after it was made). Manager said he could grant me bonvoy rewards for a free night, but I was only given 3000, which is barely worth $30. Although the manager was kind and apologetic, I don't feel the situation was handled well considering water and heat are well out of my control. Kind of put a damper on our birthday celebrations.
