O quarto é ótimo, inclusive o tamanho e o conforto. As janelas não abrem, por causa do anti ruído. Mas o diferencial é o café da manhã. Não é um self-service tradicional. É um menu fechado, a la carte. Sensacional! Além disso, o atendimento da equipe é muito simpático.

A roupa de cama estava bem limpa, mas os travesseiros tinham um cheirinho esquisito.

Les petits déjeuner son vraiment très bon et avec de très bon produit de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement de hôtel est un point fort . Le sourire des employer est exemplaire !!! Merci à eux tous .

En temps que français ne parlant pas l’anglais, j’aurais aimé des employer bilingue…. Je pense que c’est IMPORTANT sachant que la province de Québec est juste à côté et avec plein de français …

The room was species and beautiful, with a beautiful view at a CN tower! Breakfast was ordered from menu, which was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel wasn't huge, which made us feel cozy and taken care of. 2 metro stations nearby and great location with nearby shops, cafes and a museum across the street.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at the Royal Sonesta Toronto Yorkville! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Yorkville is a beautiful area with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and things to do nearby, and it was easy to get around Toronto from the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend the Royal Sonesta Toronto Yorkville to anyone visiting Toronto. I’d gladly stay here again on my next trip!

A localização era ótima, os quartos, os espacos e a equipe tambem atenciosa e acolhedora.

O café da manhã incluso nao faz o menor sentido. Eu optei por incluir o cafe da manha na reserva, mas mesmo assim na hora do café era muito confuso o que eu podia escolher pra comer e ainda tive que pagar a mais pelo que eu comi.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, BEDDING WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THERE WERE PLENTY OF PLUG-INS, THE WIFI WORKED WELL!

I DIDN'T FEEL THERE WERE ENOUGH SELECTIONS ON THE LIMITED BREAKFAST MENU FOR THE PRE-PAID BREAKFASTS. HOWEVER THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND SERVICE EXCEPTIONAL.

It is in a great location and close to everything. There are some sketchy characters on your way to the hotel, but then I can’t cannot be helped with a big city like this.

The staff were friendly, but they could’ve been a bit friendly or especially when I asked about check-in times and where I could have my luggage dropped off.

The staff was very kind and it was super close to everything I wanted to do while visiting the city.

I wish my room had a mini fridge separate from their priced mini bar for me to keep food in and a microwave to heat up food.

Breakfast prices are exorbitant

Good location for exploring the city, 5 mins green and yellow underground lines, opposite museum, High end shopping along the street, 20 mins to Union. Reception staff were really helpful in helping with medical advice for my daughter (apologies did not get the names of the 2 women).

Bad check in experience that we suggest is indicative of the complacent attitudes in this hotel. Our family arrived late (10pm) and our room for 4 was not made up for a family - bed not made up, not enough towels, robes etc. We had similar experiences in other budget/mid range Hotels on our road trip around Ontario and Quebec and just made up out own rooms. This was not even an option - no bedding, pillows - as (presumably) at a premium (and expensive) hotel these things should already be taken care of before you arrive. Resolved quite quickly - but a disappointing start that set the scene for the rest of the stay. In search of something to eat after checking in, staff at reception would only point us at room service - we found our own Shawarma restaurant 10 mins around the corner. Again something that we are more than happy to do by ourselves but the active resistance of the staff to help/make a suggestion other than the chargeable room service suggests that the guest experience is not their focus. Breakfast options included in rate -you can have a full cooked breakfast with toast and coffee/tea (but no juice) or a smoothie (but with nothing, zip, nada, else), continental with 2 pastries, fruit and juice, a MASSIVE bowl of oatmeal or pay extra for a la carte but still not get any combination of coffee, juice or toast without also paying extra. Would not stay at this hotel again.

La chambre était de dimension correcte (pour 4 personnes). L'emplacement correspondait à ce que nous recherchions à savoir, a proximité du centre mais sans y être totalement. Le personnel a été très accueillant. La chambre était prête plus tôt à notre arrivée et nous avons pu la libérer un peu plus tard après l'avoir demandé à la réception. Le parking se situe juste sous l'hôtel (très pratique). Notre chambre était au calme.

Pas grand chose. La chambre et l'hôtel correspondait à nos attentes. Le prix est élevé (sans le petit déjeuner en plus) mais c'est malheureusement les tarifs pratiqués à TORONTO.

Location is great. Good breakfast. Great staff. Lovely rooms and very comfortable bed and linens.

Älteres Gebäude, aber sehr gut in Schuss. Zimmer groß, Lage super, Fitnesscenter klein, aber gut ausgestattet, Pool nettes Plus.

Frühstück: komplizierte À la carte Optionen (wurde kürzlich von Buffet auf À la Carte geändert), sehr teuer, wenn man etwas ändern möchte. Dem Personal war das bewusst, mehrere Gäste beschwerten sich, aber das Personal entscheidet natürlich nicht. Kleine Suite mit Kingsizebett: kein Schlafsofa und es war auch nicht möglich, ein Zustellbett für unseren Sohn zu bekommen. Eigenartig bei einem ansonsten sehr großzügigen Zimmer.

Śniadanie włączone w cenę to trzy posiłki z ktorych można wybrać 1. Oczywiście za dopłatą można wybrać cos z menu, wiec przy pobycie dłuższym niż 1 noc to i tak nawet jak sie wykupi śniadanie to trzeba dopłacać, chyba że ktoś lubi jeść w kółko to samo.

Materace sa za miękkie. Woda mogła by być w pokojach bez konieczności codzie begonia proszenia recepcji o jej wydanie

They had already taken the room bill via the booking.com. They insisted on taking the bill again via another card and said it would be paid back . Slightly weird but maybe a Canadian thing. Mine was refunded after a week. My sons was not and they kept trying to take money off his card until he set his bank on them and they backed off . Really pooor system and experience . Will stick to a more global brand like Marriott next time

Good location, spacious apartment. The cleaning personnel was extremely helpful and sweet.

The breakfast is a scam- very inflexible, designed in such a way that you have to order more, not a good mix of protein and carbs/fruit. It takes very long, we had mornings when it took longer than 45’ to order and get the food. And the personnel has such a ‘not possible’ mentality, very difficult to get their help to make us feel welcome.

La chambre très spacieux, propre et confortable. L ambiance est très classe, la déco est magnifique surtout dans la hall. Personnel très agréable et serviable.

Le petit déjeuner compris 😌 tu as le choix entre 4 menus, tu ne peux pas manger à ta faim. Je voulais des œufs donc je n ai pas pû avoir des viennoiseries ou même du jus d'orange sinon il aurait fallu payer. Très déçu. Je ne reviendrai plus juste à cause de ça. La chambre est assez dispendieuse pour en plus ajouter des extras pour le p'tit dej qui est compris.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool (although smaller than on the photos) is an added bonus.

The room was not vacuumed properly and the pull-out couch had not been prepared for the children. This was resolved quickly once we called the front desk. The quality of the food at breakfast was excellent but the very long wait on the three days we were there spoiled the experience.

Super angenehmes Hotel in perfekter Lage, um Toronto zu erkunden. Zimmer angenehm möbliert, sehr sauber, City View aufs Toronto Museum ist herrlich! Tolles Frühstück.

Beim Frühstück war - scheinbar ganz neu - ein paar Dinge inklusive, Specials musste man bezahlen - allerdings gab es auch Verzehrgutscheine, die das zum großen Teil wieder ausgeglichen haben. Etwas kompliziert… aber nicht wirklich schlimm:)) Das Schwimmbad oben sah auf den Fotos schöner aus als in Echt…die Außen-Dachterrasse war gesperrt.

WiFi connectivity left a lot to be desired. Thermostat didn't work until we had maintenance manage it. Using the TV and Roku was difficult as we kept getting cut off. I asked for more washcloths to be delivered the night before we left and they were not delivered.

Great staff but service was slow. Good food (when it eventually arrived). Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very clean.

The big thing is just how slow and sloppy the service was. Breakfast took ages. On two mornings I had to wait almost half an hour to be seated as there was a queue out the door. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. There were lots of empty tables yet to be cleaned. When we were eventually seated we had to fight to get served. Service was just so slow and when the food arrived it was either wrong or there was something missing. Then you had to wait forever for them to bring it to you. Checkout also took ages too.

No coração da famosa Bloor Street, bairro Yorkville. Área muito nobre com bares e restaurantes bem próximos. Distância da CN Tower de aproximadamente 1,6 km

We loved the vibe and decor of the property. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean. And had all the facilities we needed. The towels were the best I’ve seen in a hotel, super soft like clouds! The gym was good with modern equipment. We had breakfast which wasn’t included in our booking and was quite expensive, but it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend it.

The tvs were a bit outdated, there were no apps like Netflix available or a casting facility option.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Mit der Metro, die direkt um die Ecke war, konnte man alles schnell erreichen. Wir waren innerhalb von drei Wochen zweimal dort und hatten beide Male große und sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück, das á la carte war, war sehr gut.

Die Bar konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil sie zu stark klimatisiert und es uns einfach zu kalt war (ein Problem, das wir allerdings häufiger auf unserer Reise hatten). Man konnte aber bei schönem Wetter auch draußen sitzen, so dass dies nur ein kleines Problem war. Leider konnte man nicht auch draußen frühstücken.

Das Hotel war grundsätzlich gut. Gut ausgestattet, große Zimmer, sauber, schönes Bad. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Es gab auch im oberen Geschoss einen Fitnessraum und einen Pool. Das war unterm Strich alles gut.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat nicht gestimmt. Das Hotel war zu teuer. Wir haben für vier Personen für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück ungefähr 850 Euro gezahlt. Vor allem das Frühstück war einfach zu basic. Es war fast nichts inklusive. Fast alles hat extra gekostet. Also nicht mal ein Cappuccino war im Preis drin. Und beim Frühstück waren extrem lange Wartezeiten. Das hat super genervt. Der Frühstücksraum hat einfach zu wenig Plätze und zu wenig Personal. Wenn man einen eiligen Termin hat oder was anschauen will, ist das super ärgerlich, wenn man so viel Zeit da verpasst.

Unexpected fees.

The location is great and the staff is very kind!

We were disappointed with the breakfast situation. First we were told that there is a la carte (which is fine by us and we knew that) and that it is possible to spend 60$ per room per breakfast. When we came for breakfast they told us we can only choose from 3 dishes and if we want to take something else, we’d have to pay an additional 10$. Which meant that if we both, for example, wanted granola with berries the total for the breakfast would be 80$? We went to talk about it at the reception and they were really nice about it and gave us a deduction of the price. The second thing was that there was some construction on the terrace right outside our window and when the noise woke me up, I opened the curtain and there was a man standing right outside our window. I wish we would have been informed about it. There was also only one bathrobe for two guests and the sockets next to one side of the bed did not work. The room is generally very dark and feels a bit outdated.

très belle situation dans un très beau quartier et à proximité des commerces, restaurants et et moyens de transports. belles prestations et déco de l'hôtel, très bon accueil, chambre très spacieuse et silencieuse salle de sport et bassin de nage au dernier étage avec vue sur tour CN

le prix du parking, nous avons pris un autre prestataire (via SpotHero) avec un prix bcp plus abordable (moins de 50€ pour 3 nuits)

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le lit impeccable. La salle de douche est parfaite. Le mini bar est très varié. Le petit salon est parfait.

Excelente ubicación, enfrente del ROM, y de la Universidad de Toronto, con estación del metro en la esquina. Habitación cómoda, limpia. Personal muy agradable y accesible en el Check in.

Hay muy pocas opciones de restaurantes alrededor. Para desayunar o cenar fuera del hotel hay que ir al distrito financiero u otras áreas de Toronto
