Es ist wirklich alles in einem super Zustand und hat sich in den Jahren meines regelmäßigen Aufenthalts nicht verschlechtert. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Geschäfte, Bahnhof, Restaurants sind in weniger als 5 min erreichbar.

Very disappointing housekeeping service I stayed for four nights. At check-in, I was specifically told that housekeeping would be provided every three days. However, during my entire four-night stay, the room was not cleaned even once and the towels were never replaced. I understand that an apartment hotel may not provide daily housekeeping, and I did not expect the room to be cleaned every day. However, I did expect the housekeeping service that the hotel itself told me would be provided every three days. By the time I checked out after four nights, I had received zero housekeeping service. For the room rate charged, I found this extremely disappointing. Had I known that a four-night stay would result in no housekeeping at all, I would have chosen another hotel.

The location was fantastic and centrally located. Warm and friendly staff that were very very helpful.

The staff does not know how to provide proper service. We requested a late check-out, paid €70, and the next day they canceled the request because the room was not available. In addition, we had a bad experience when in the first day a bat flew down the hallway and into the room entrance. Until the staff took care of it and caught it.

Ça serait sympathique d 'équiper les chambres de cafetière, on ne désire pas forcément profiter du petit déjeuner en salle et comme nous sommes sur une prestation "appartement" et non chambre d 'hôtel, cela serait logique.

Мне очень понравилось месторасположение отеля, особенно это важно для туриста,, общественный транспорт работает как часы, магазины и рестораны рядом. Апартаменты уютные, комфортные, все, что заявлено в номере есть, но все таки, можно было предоставить больше посуды, хотя необходимое есть Буду рекомендовать апарт отель друзьям.

Muy buena ubicación, justo al lado de una parada de metro y perfecta para visitar Viena. Alojamiento bonito, cómodo y muy correcto, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. ¡Muy recomendable!

We had a great holiday the apartment was as seen and we loved the size and the cleanliness. It have everything that was needed for a city break . Reception staff were friendly and the location was perfect for travel around the city. You can also get the airport bus for 11 euros direct no stops

The reason we booked this apartment as so many to choose from was the outside space so after doing all the site seeing you could relax outside however there is no outside space not sure why they have not removed the photos but if you go up the top it’s closed and overgrown. You cannot get out . There are offices directly opposite so you have to keep the curtain netting over which makes the room dark

Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione comodissim per qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto (eventualmente il centro si raggiunge in 20/30 min a piedi), camera spaziosa e accogliente, staff sempre disponibile e gentile e quartiere ben fornito.

La posizione è sicuramente strategica per arrivo-partenza e collegamento con la zona centrale. Il personale in reception è stato gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio è risultato abbastanza confortevole.

Stanza ampia con bagno e cucina con 2 fornelli, forno a micronde, frigo e lavastoviglie. Letto comodo. Posizione: vicinissimo al Belvedere e all'hauptbanhof dove si trova da mangiare e un supermercato aperto fino alle 23 e anche la domenica. Ci sono altri 2 supermercati piú vicini, uno quasi di fronte. È un hotel quindi una struttura ben presidiata, personale giovane e cordiale. La pulizia è stata effettuata a metà del soggiorno come da politica aziendale. Cambio asciugamani disponibile. A disposizione oltre a shampo e bagnoschiuma e detergente mani c'era anche sapone per piatti con spugnetta nuova e una pasticca per la lavastoviglie, ne potevano essere richieste altre. Molto spazio e mobili per mettere le tue cose: armadio, cassaforte, tavolo, scrivania, tavolinetto, scaffali, 2 sedie. Basica la dotazione di cucina, che può essere ampliata pagando oltre. Spazio per sistemare la spazzatura

Hyvä sijainti. Rauhallinen, oli hyvä nukkua. Matkatavarat sai jättää turvallisesti säilytykseen uloskirjautumisen jälkeen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Vain toinen yöpyjä pystyi syömään aamiaista pöydän ääressä, koska tuoleja oli vain yksi. Sisustus on aika karu. Astioita oli aika vähän, vaikka huoneistossa oli astianpesukonekin.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na zwiedzanie głównych atrakcji Wiednia (bardzo blisko Belweder, często pomijane, a warte zobaczenia Muzeum Historii Wojskowości). Przyjazny i pomocny personel.

Отличное месторасположение, рядом ЖД и авто вокзал, общественный транспорт, продуктовые магазины, до самого центра пешком 40 мин., удобные номера, регистрация круглосуточная. На кухне есть все необходимое, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина.

Оплата только картой, у нас не проходили при оплате все карты, наличные деньги не принимают. Если бы не знакомые, которые оплатили номер, нас бы не заселили.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Vienna central station and walking distance to Belvedere Palace. Getting around is very easy as it is located conveniently by the train station but also many surrounding tram networks. The room was VERY spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Very grateful for the laundromat located in the basement. Staff were nice. Would stay here again :)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen inmitten eines recht neuen Wohn- und Geschäftskomplexes. Der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Verschiedene Lokale und Bars sind ebenfalls in direkter Nähe, zusätzlich hat man noch diverse Straßenbahn und Busanbindungen fast vor der Haustür. Trotz dieser sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung gibt es keinen Streß mit irgendwelchem Verkehrslärm. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und hat eigentilich alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.

Excelente localização perto da estação central de trens, possui geladeira, microondas e utensílios básicos de cozinha proporcionando assim fazer refeições no próprio quarto. Possibilidade de guardar as malas após o checkout. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos

Fomos designados para um quarto adaptado para pessoas com deficiências físicas apesar de não nos enquadrarmos em tal situação. Entendo que isso possa acontecer, mas o chuveiro não possuía cortina, o que levava a molhar todo o banheiro após cada banho. O Kleenex acabou no primeiro dia, mas a recepção nos forneceu outra caixa. No último dia acabou o sabonete líquido do chuveiro e ficamos usando o da pia. Agora o pior foi que quando preparamos uma refeição e fomos jogar o lixo fora, descobrimos que os dois compartimentos de lixo estavam completamente cheios de lixo: restos de frutas, embalagens diversas, restos de comida e outros. Falei com a pessoa da recepção e fomos orientados a recolher o lixo e deixar no corredor e foram fornecidos novos sacos de lixo. Achei uma falta grave.

A limpeza no geral, ainda que detalhes com pó, e ter cozinha, ainda que incompleta.

Não ter máquina de café e torradeira. O quarto cheirar imenso a comida de outros quartos, tínhamos de dormir com o ar condicionado ligado. Ter arranjos por fazer ou faltas (cofre inoperacional, faltar tampa na ficha do wc, tvs avariadas, faltar um caixote de lixo). As TVs não funcionavam, no nosso quarto ligava-se sozinha, e no outro desligava-se sozinha, pelo que estavam até fora da corrente. Não houve resposta atempada ao pedido do cofre e do caixote de lixo. O pior de tudo foi numa das noites termos tomados banho com água fria, pois segundo o hotel, teria havido uma grande afluência de banhos (sem comentários).

El sitio estaba bien pero…

Teníamos esta reserva hecha desde febrero para alojarnos en agosto. Elegimos un apartamento porque íbamos a estar varios días y queríamos poder cocinar y hacer algunas comidas allí. Nada más entrar en la primera habitación nos encontramos pelos largos de mujer por todas partes: en el baño, en la cama y en el suelo, incluso en matojos. Fuimos a recepción para comunicarlo y nos cambiaron de habitación. Para nuestra sorpresa, en la segunda habitación también había pelos, aunque en menor cantidad. Volvimos a recepción y esta vez nos atendió la gerente. Nos enseñó varias habitaciones e incluso nos ofreció una de categoría superior. Sin embargo, al revisarlas con ella, seguimos encontrando pelos. En una de ellas había bastantes y en la última “solo” encontramos dos. Le pregunté si era posible cancelar la reserva y devolvernos el dinero, pero nos dijo que no. Como alternativa, le propuse simplemente que volvieran a limpiar la habitación para poder quedarnos tranquilos. Su respuesta fue que no era posible porque ya no había personal de limpieza. Sinceramente, me sorprendió esa respuesta, ya que el problema era evidente y parecía que no había intención de buscar una solución. Quiero destacar que el trato de los trabajadores de recepción fue correcto y amable en todo momento. Sin embargo, la limpieza del alojamiento deja mucho que desear. Finalmente decidimos quedarnos porque no teníamos muchas alternativas, pero es decepcionante llegar a un alojamiento reservado con tantos meses de antelación y encontrarse con unas habitaciones que no cumplen unos mínimos de limpieza.

El primer día encontré un pelo en el inodoro y eso no me gustó mucho. No pasaron a limpiar ni retirar la basura en 3 noches que estuvimos allí.

Sehr zentrale Lage und obwohl direkt am Hauptbahnhof war es doch sehr ruhig, auch Nachts. Auch alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In die Innenstadt sind es mit U-Bahn nur wenige Minuten. Ebenso alles für den Täglichen Bedarf wie Supermarkt oder im Hauptbahnhof eine große Auswahl an Imbiss, Fastfood und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist an manchen Stellen, obwohl es neu wirkt, bereits kaputt oder abgenutzt. Auch kann der Abfluss im Badezimmer nach dem duschen sehr stinken. Die Küche war wirklich nur mit dem aller nötigsten Ausgestattet. Zwei Teller, zwei Tassen, zwei mal Besteck und Weingläser. einen kleinen Topf und eine Pfanne. Wenn man mehr benötigt, muss man die Kochbox für 25€ buchen. Außerdem gibt es nur eine Bettdecke, keine Zusatzdecken. Wir mussten extra eine an der Rezeption erfragen und wurden eher komisch angesehen. Der Fitnessraum ist auch wirklich nur mit dem aller nötigsten Ausgestattet (Matten und ein paar Kettlebells), das Fahrrad war kaputt. Die beworbene wunderschöne Dachterrasse war geschlossen wegen Renovierung. Parken ist eine Katastrophe. Man kann auch nicht nur ganz kurz halten. Es muss in der Parkgarage gehalten werden, eine Stunde 4€. Tagespreis 35€.

Excellent service apartment, reception very helpful, the visit was in very hot days this summer and the air conditioning was perfect and you can adjust it the way you like. The hotel is in lively area next to the main train station , metro and tram . Restaurants supermarkets walking distance. Honestly everything was perfect. Special thank to Alex , Hassan and all the team. Looking forward to do booking with them again next visit.

Mir hat gefallen, dass das Personal sehr freundlich war. Zuvorkommend hilfsbereit die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Es war ein Rollstuhl Zimmer für eh Rollstühle. Vielleicht etwas schwieriger. Da müsste man den einen handtuchhalter etwas mehr beiseite Räumen. Aber dann geht an e-rollstuhl normale Rollstuhl. Überhaupt kein Problem. Es waren Griffe an der Wand. Man kann sich gut drin bewegen. Sehr freundliche Zimmer und gute Ausstattung Betten sind sehr bequem gewesen.

Was hat mir nicht gefallen, dass es zu wenig küchenutensilien gab, weil man sie ja bezahlen musste im Werte von 25 € und da war das ein bisschen spartanisch. Aber sonst war alles top

Si vas a viajar en tren la ubicación es fantástica, esta un poco lejos del centro. El personal muy agradable.

En cuanto al menaje, viene bastante justito en comparación con otros apartamentos, si quieres más menaje tienes que pagar un extra.
