Reviewed Aug 26, 2026駅からとても近くアクセスはとても良かったです。朝ごはんは口コミが良かったのもあり現地で予約しました。個人的にパンのジャムの種類が豊富で嬉しかったです。色んなジャムを試してみたく沢山食べてしまいましたが…フルーツも自分で丸々1個を選んで取り自分で切ったりするものも良くて新鮮だし切ってすぐを食べられるのもいいと思いました。スタッフの笑顔にも癒されて泊まって良かったなぁと。また、行った時にはここに泊まりたいと思ってます。
冷蔵庫が無いため常温で部屋に置いとくのでスムージーは発酵が進みすぎて次の日はフタを開けたとたん炭酸飲料見たいになってしまい飲めなかった…小さくてもいいので冷蔵庫は部屋にあって欲しい。

Die Matratzen waren leider derart durchgelegen, dass sie an ein U erinnerten. Für mich war es dadurch leider nicht möglich, darauf angenehm zu schlafen. Auch die Reinigung der Zimmer empfand ich als eher unflexibel.

Talvolta odore sgradevole tra il piano interrato e la reception. In fase di prenotazione non erano state fornite sul parcheggio convenzionato con l'hotel.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The size of the room was nice. More comfy than the alternatives. The facility of 24/7 reception was great and so was the AC and the manual method of controlling it. That let me be very comfortable.
The absence of a kettle in the room was the biggest let down. I know you can get free coffee and hot water downstairs but i don't want to wake up, make myself look presentable and then walk down. This would be the reason i would not book this again.

Die Zimmerreinigung findet nur noch alle 3 Tage!!!! statt laut einem Schild das an der Tür hängt. Bei mir wurde erst nach 2-maliger Beschwerde gereinigt obwohl ich 5 Nächte gebucht habe. Es wird schlampig und unsauber gearbeitet. Auf Kosten der Hotelgäste werden hier ganz klar Personalkosten eingespart und bei 1 oder 2 Übernachtungen entfällt die Reinigung ganz. Absolut unhygienisch! Die Badezimmertür war voller Spritzer. Wenn das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt wird, kann ich auch eine FeWo buchen. Ich buchen kein Ibis Hotel mehr. Ausserdem war die Klimaanlage zu laut, konnte deshalb nicht richtig schlafen. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Frühstück war oke, ist aber sehr auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026We stay at this Ibis quite frequently as it is a perfect solution, location wise, for us, as we travel by train and there are great public transportation connections too, even at night. The rooms are always spotless and spacious enough for a short stay. The rooms are also quiet, even the ones facing the train station.
This time around there was a rather unpleasant smell in the lobby area- the staff were aware, it was worked on and mostly gone by the time we left, hopefully not something that reoccures frequently. My one gripe would be the lack of a coffee machine in the rooms. There is free coffee in the lobby area, but the machine is overworked, especially as many people use it to prepare teas/stock up on hot water. If you need coffee first thing in the morning, you are likely better off with coffee from one of the nearby cafés or even the station.

Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber und auch nicht ordentlich gesaugt. Besonders schlimm war allerdings das Bett. Es bestand nur aus einem Topper, der seine besten Jahre definitiv schon hinter sich hatte und eine riesige Kuhle hatte. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch kaum zu denken. Auch die Bettwäsche war voller Flecken. Sie war zwar offensichtlich gewaschen, aber trotzdem macht das natürlich keinen guten Eindruck.

C'era un cattivo odore proveniente dall'impianto di aereazione che spero risolvano.

Pulizia ottima, classica struttura Ibis (simile a molte altre) e personale giovane, simpatico e disponibile. Non avrei dubbi, tornando a Vienna, a scegliere nuovamente questo hotel per soggiornare.
Tutto perfetto, nulla da dire.

Merkeze yürümek istenirse yarım saat 40 dakika arası gidiliyor . Odalar çok temiz ve 8 gün kaldım 3. Gün sonrasında oda hep düzenlendi . Çok büyük bir oda değil ama yetiyor . Biz sadece yatmadan yatmaya geldiğimiz için gayet yeterli geldi. Otelde lobisinde su çay ve kahve ücretsiz . İstediğiniz gibi içebiliyorsunuz ve yakın marketlerden atıştırmalık alıp kahvaltı yaptık çok rahat bir şekilde. Ayrıca karşıda ki tren istasyonun da bir çok yemek çeşidi mevcut . Önemli güzel lokantalarda çok kısa yürüyüş mesafesin de . Ferhat döner Günay restaurant gibi lokantalar yürüyerek 10 dakika. Belvedere sarayı yürüyerek 7 8 dakika . Otel çalışanlar güler yüzlü ilgili nezihler. Son olarak tekrar Viyana gelsem kesinlikle bu otelde kalırım ozellıkle konumu için. Fiyat performans oteli .

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026中央駅から徒歩数分で、立地は良かった。旅行最終日で出発が早朝だったため、このホテルの朝食を利用した。結果的には、部屋にミニバーがないため、スーパーなどで朝食を買って冷蔵庫に入れておくことはできないため、中央駅の中で食事をするか、すこし足を延ばして朝食をとるか、ということになる。ホテルの朝食はビュッフェ方式で食事には問題はなかったが、一部のエリアが臭かった。
元々明示してあったことなので、承諾済みでこのホテルに泊まったわけだが、部屋にミニバ―が無いのはやはり不便。かつ、部屋にはポットやフリーのお茶・コーヒーはなく、かわりにフロント横にあるフリーのドリンクサーバーおよびウォーターサーバーを使うことになるが、いちいちここまで下りてくるのは不便だと思った。あと、そのドリンクサーバーのあたりを中心に、フロントのあるグランドフロアーがすごく臭かった。上の階に朝食のフロアーがあるが、そのフロアでも一部同じような臭いがした。トイレなのか下水なのかわからないが、とても不快だった。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026V síti Ibis jsem ještě nikdy nebydlela, mile mě to překvapilo. Pokoj na první pohled působil velice příjemně. Žádala jsem o tichý pokoj a mé přání bylo vyslyšeno. Nikde žádný hluk, skvěle jsem se vyspala! Výborná poloha, když cestujete vlakem.
Čistota by mohla být lepší. Na polštářích byly cizí vlasy. Když jsem vzala do ruky TV ovladač, k něčemu jsem se přilepila a měla jsem od toho špinavé ruce. V koupelně chyběly kosmetické ubrousky, byla tam prázdná krabice.

Odalarda buzdolabı da olsaydı çok daha iyi olabilirdi.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026We arrived around 10AM. Our room was already available and the staff allowed us to check-in. We truly appreciated this gesture as we were tired from our early flight. We slept like a baby in this hotel. I didn't hear a single noise from the outside.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026It's an ibis hotel so you kind of know what you get. Good and clean rooms, nice staff and you get free coffee and water in the lobby. Good location directly outside the main station.
A fridge in the room would be nice to have.

Als Familie haben wir zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür gebucht, dem Hotel war dies bereits vor unserer Anreise bekannt. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die Tür nicht geöffnet werden könne, da der Techniker nicht mehr im Haus sei. Da es sich um eine Tür mit handelsüblichem Türschloss handelt ist diese Erklärung schwer nachvollziehbar. Es ist er Eindruck entstanden, dass man sich den Aufwand für eine Nacht schlicht nicht antun wollte. Das ist nicht familienfreundlich, IBIS sieht uns nie wieder.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026中心地側に宿泊するのと悩みましたが、空港利用があったので駅の真ん前で本当に便利がよくこちらにしてよかったです。あと窓の前が開けてて眺めがよく快適でした。朝食もよかったです。
よくないことはないですが、徹底したコスト削減ぶりがあちこちに見られて逆に感心しました。調べてなかったのが悪いですが冷蔵庫だけはあったらよかったです。

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Very friendly Reception who gave us a kind welcome and truly excelled when we departed. We had earlier asked about a museum in the city centre. When we came down later to check-out the receptionist remembered us. He had been given prepaid tickets to a museum that previous guests could not use, so he gave them to us to use. It’s these small touches about remembering your guests that separate an excellent receptionist from the good ones!
