Obviously Rome is very old ancient city but the hotel was not clean. The window draps were dirty.

Rooms were good size. Everything was clean and bed was comfy. Super easy to reach boat transportation and go anywhere in Venice.

I had poor and incomplete Information given by staff to reach airport when I arrived at the hotel. It caused me lot of stress to get my flight back at 5am. Be careful and check all possibilities in advance, especially if the city is packed.

It was to far out from San Marco square. Which meant 30 minutes walk in the heat , in which we got lost coming back at night. Water taxi at 70 euros one way or the ferry that was packed and slow to get into city centre.

Кровать очееь мягкая, чистота в номере. Единственное , нам сделали апгрейд и дали номер 2 ух уровневый, вначале когда зашли, вроде просторно. Но потом поняла в чем прикол. ) Спальня и гардеробная на 2 этаже, не очень то удобно Вообще не удобно . У меня был большой чемодан, и в итоге он был на 1 этаже / И еще один ньюанс, не продумано место глажки , в гардеробной не было разетки, гладила в ванной )) Завтраки не очень. Но в целом, они молодцы Уборка номера, кровать супер мягкая, персонал приветливый. Сам отель хороший. Рекомендую !

when we walked in the lobby at around 4pm. there were two reception staff. None of them even said hello, none of them even greeted or welcomed me and my family. there were no other guests at the counter or the lobby at that time, just me and my family. with all our bags. I swear it felt we were not welcome

Normal 4 star facilities like kettle, iron, iron board not present. Had to ask for providing iron and iron board which they readily did.

It is right next to the rail station and canal transports but surprisingly quiet. Satisfyingly spacious and modern considering its location. The reception staff were welcoming and attentive.

The location was excellent. It was only 4 mins walk from the train station. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good. They have loads of choices. The room is spacious and clean.

I liked : 1. The location 2. The staff's attitude : very helpful and warm welcoming and always smiling and very pro. 3. The room had a bath better than other hotels with just a shower 4. Quick response when i needed the room service for some towels and some additional clothes hangers and they were very excellent people in all ways. 5. 9/10 room cleaniness

I would ask the hotel kindly to improve : 1. Breakfest buffet ( not many choices there) 2. Change the bath because it is a bit rusty and can notbe cleaned well on the inside also.

Location was good, close to the train station and all other public transportation. Close to restaurants.

For the price, we expect more from the hotel. Not even a complimentary water bottle, no coffee or tea in the room.

We are firm NH fans after this long trip around Italy! We have stayed in both the collezione and standard hotels. This hotel is gorgeous and the location right next to the train station is perfect! We were stoked not to have to consider carrying our bags up any of the millions of steps in the rest of Venice. Staff were wonderful as always in NH, especially one beautiful lady at breakfast who was so sweet with my son (sorry we didn't get her name!) There's a very pretty hidden garden at the back and its really like a little oasis.

No notes x (Rooms actually nicer than they look in the pics IMO, they're smallish but that size is to be expected at this price point in Venice)

Location was excellent. Convenient to train station and to sights. Room was fairly large and quiet. And breakfast was very good. Valentina at the front/concierge desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave us very good advice regarding places to go and restaurants to eat at. We would like to thank her very much!

واجهة مشكله مع الشفت في الليل وصول الساعة 11 مساء الحجز غرفتين عند الوصول اتضح ان الحجز غرفه مفردة طلب الموظف دفع ضعف المبلغ في بوكنق إضافي لتعديل الحجز تم الرفض وحجز غرفه جديد ثالثه ولكن اتضح تعامل عنصري وهو عدم السماح لنا باتمام الحجز والسبب لم يتم استلام المبلغ من بوكنق مع العلم ان بوكنق خصم كامل المبلغ ولكن الغرض هو التأخير والضغط لإلغاء الحجز والحجز مباشره من الفندق وبعد الاتصال على الخط الساخن لخدمات بوكنق تم التواصل مع الفندق والإجابة هي لا يوجد مشكله يمكن تسجيل الدخول بعد الانتظار أكثر من ساعه علما ان الموظف طلب منا الانتظار خارج الفندق إلى حين حل المشكلة لدواعي أمنية تقييم الفندق هذا تصرف شخصي من الموظف ولكن موافقه الفندق على هذا الإجراء فيه ضرر للمسافر يمكن حجز فندق افضل وخيارات افضل بنفس السعر الغرف اقل من عاديه صغيره لا تتوفر فيها مثلا ماكينه قهوه أو أي محتويات ماء مثلا تعامل الموظفين مقبول نهار فقط الموقع ممتاز ولكن يوجد خيارات افضل لا انصح باختيار هذا الفندق لأسباب كثيره

no tenia desayuno en la tarifa, el tema del ascensor que estuvo malo igual fue un poco complicado, había otro ascensor pero llegaba a un punto medio y había que subir las maletas. pero el hotel es lo que necesitábamos y estuvo muy bien la habitación

Our stay at NH Venezia Santa Lucia was very enjoyable overall. The hotel's biggest advantage is its outstanding location. It is in a safe area, just steps from the Santa Lucia train station, close to the vaporetto (water bus) stops, and within walking distance of many of Venice's best shopping streets and attractions. This made getting around the city extremely convenient. The hotel was very clean, both in the guest rooms and throughout the common areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive, and communication before and during our stay was excellent.

The only drawback was the room size. We traveled as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), but the hotel does not offer family rooms, so we had to reserve two separate rooms. While the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, having a family room option would have made the stay much more convenient and cost-effective for families.

It was very convenient coming in on the train. A very short walk. Easy access to the water buses of Venice, and an easy walk to many shops and sights.

The first room we were offered was not what we expected. We were impressed that staff stepped up and moved us pretty quickly to a much better room. The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was decent and the location was superb.

The location is great and the wonderful fragrant they had while u enter the lobby was amazing. And I liked how quiet it was despite being in a very busy road.

The staff at the reception were rude but the breakfast team and house keeping were wonderful

Lovely modern room, though slightly on the small side! The location is great for the train station, and it's handy that you can reach the airport by car taxi rather than water taxi. It's about a 30 minute walk to San Marco, though, which does raise the question of value for money.

Our stay was phenomenal! The location, staff, and hotel was beautiful and accommodating. Would stay here again! Thank you so much for a great experience! 10 out of 10!

The location is perfect. You can easily reach Piazzale Roma, catch a bus to the airport, or simply walk through the beautiful streets of Venice to all of its famous landmarks.The days were extremely hot, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. 🙂

It looks a bit outdated, but that didn't bother me at all. It's definitely worth the money.

NH hotel was in the middle of everything we wanted to be at. We took the family with us for the 2026 European vacation. My wife and I have been to Venice a few times and knew what we enjoyed doing and not have to pay the premium for the stay. NH was perfect, near the train station for the Italia rail, near the water bus stop, near the grand canal, and close enough to the St Mark square. The building is old by American standard; however, the rooms are clean, updated, and have that Venician feel. It makes you feel that you are in Venice going back many centuries with the modern comforts. The staff were so nice, and welcoming. the breakfast was to die for by European standards. There were seven of us, and for those that are planning to go back will definitely book with NH hotel for our stay.

The tv was broken. I couldn’t watch it at all even i pay 600 euro for my room. I told the front staff, he set the mechanic but he couldn’t fix it and made it even worse so the front staff just said sorry. No compensation. He said if i want compensation i need to talk to his manager the next morning.

Excellent location, we arrived by car and parked in San Marco garage at the Piazzale Roma, which is only a short walk away. Great room overlooking the water. It was extremely hot with temperatures of 36 degrees, however the air conditioning was excellent. Easily walkable to all the major sites.

The breakfast variety seemed limited to other places we have stopped during our tour.

The view! I requested a room directly facing the canal since I was visiting for my wedding anniversary and it was perfect perfection. Love the robes and slippers and all the amenities in the bathroom. Also, the location from the train can’t be beat.

This hotel was amazing! First off, the staff was amazing and sooo friendly and was always welcoming to any questions we had during our visit. They were very kind, patient, genuine, and easy to talk to. They made our visit very special. You can’t beat the location of this hotel. It was perfect for being so close to the train station for travel to/from Venice. Also, it was very close to the water bus Ferrovia station for easy access to any sites via a short water bus ride! So many places to grab a bite of a sweet or savory snack nearby too. The hotel room was very clean and the atmosphere was beautiful. Also the breakfast options and coffee in the morning were always delicious. If I ever get the opportunity to travel back to this lovely city I will be back at this hotel again. Grazie mille!

The 25m room is small relatively My main concern is about the receptionist on the 1st day AC was weak and when we asked for a solutions We were told that ( this is what we have) the receptionist didn’t even try to handle us Also when we arrived i was asking about different room type, he told me this what you’ve booked and your booking is a last minute On the 2nd day the lady was helpful and helped us find a taxi

Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig (besonders in der Nähe vom Lift), Sehr heiß im Zimmer und keine Klimaanlage verfügbar - Personal sagt auf Rückfrage nur, dass man doch lüften solle (hat aber nichts gebracht), Personal an der Rezeption generell sehr unfreundlich und ging nicht auf unsere Wünsche ein (uns wurde ein ruhiges Zimmer versprochen - bekommen haben wir ein hellhöriges Zimmer direkt neben dem Lift, kein Early Check-In und Late Check-Out gegen Bezahlung möglich, obwohl mehrere Zimmer frei waren), Schwarze Flecken in der Badewanne / Dusche, wir waren schon in vielen NH Hotels und dieses war eindeutig das Schlechteste :(

Literally 5 minutes walk along a flat surface from the main railway station of Santa Lucia, so it’s easy with suitcases. The lobby is beautiful and the location of the hotel is generally convenient for water taxis, vaporetto and general surface navigation of the city. We had an amazing breakfast included, were allocated a rooftop loft room with an amazing side view of the grand canal. The bells of an adjacent church chimed us awake every morning. A beautiful accidental feature. The hotel reception staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Our special thanks to Miss Aurora at the front desk.

The lift to our room was both tiny and extremely slow. But this is not a deal breaker.

An absolutely terrible experience! We paid for our stay in full through Booking.com before arriving at the hotel. However, at check-out, a bald male staff member insisted that no payment had been made and demanded that we pay again. We clearly explained that the reservation had already been paid through Booking.com and showed him our digital payment confirmations as proof. He refused to accept them. He even slammed his hand on the desk and stated that we had to make the payment immediately, and that if it turned out to be a duplicate charge, we would have to resolve the matter with Booking.com ourselves. Because we did not want to miss our train and felt intimidated by the staff member’s aggressive attitude, we had no choice but to pay a second time. Immediately after making the payment, we contacted Booking.com. Booking.com spoke directly with the hotel. The hotel admitted that it had made a mistake, but informed Booking.com that it would not refund the money. Fortunately, Booking.com stepped in and refunded the amount we had originally paid to them, thereby resolving the financial loss we suffered due to the hotel’s error. I am not even mentioning the other problems: it was impossible to get a coffee before 4 p.m., and outside of check-in there was not even water available for purchase. There were several other issues as well. Please do not confuse this hotel with other NH hotels in different cities. In terms of service quality and customer care, it is not even comparable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
