The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

I didn't like the shower / tub because the tub was peeling in patches from coating that has come off. The tub should be replaced instead of covering it with a rubber mat.

Great view from room on 20th floor, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff with the personnel touch made for a memorable stay. The breakfast was particularly good, with a varied selection of food.

High cost for a single stay occupancy.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Zentrum von Toronto und das Eaton Center ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hatte eine hervorragende Qualität. Sehr viele Dinge wurde frisch zubereitet. Trotz der Vielen Gäste waren Check in und Check out sehr schnell erledigt

Unser Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt und außerdem unmittelbar neben dem Aufzug. Durch die umgebenden Hochhäuser auch etwas dunkel. Der Balkon war sehr klein, aber zum Rauchen ausreichend. Durch die Größe des Hotels ist in der Lobby und Rezeption immer sehr viel Betrieb und Hektik

We always stay at the Chelsea when in Toronto. Good central location, close to subway, lots of restaurants, short walk to Mirvish theatres and Eaton Centre. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

A/C was so high in restaurant, we had to go up to our room to get jackets. Doesn't need to be that cold.

Only one elevator works which makes the coming from and going to the room VERY unconvenient. A 10 minutes wait in line for an elevator, 3 days in a row is kinda unacceptible.

This hotel has a fantastic location along Yonge street. They were able to accommodate us even at the last minute. Check-in staff were friendly. The lobby and historic feel of the hotel are well preserved. Great access to restaurants and downtown.

Beds were uncomfortable and the room was a bit outdated.

The check in/out kiosk were so easy to use!! Love that.

I liked the renovations, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great.

The signage is poor. Sort of a confusing place to navigate.

The rooms were not soundproof at all. I could not sleep some of the nights because the room next to me was very loud and I could hear everything which kept me up all night and I was not well rested as a result.

Чисто в номері. Дуже зручне розташування. Персонал привітний. Сніданок в готелі можна купити за 10 долл. Сподобався басейн на 27 поверсі, тераса та джакузі з видом на Сі Ен Тауер. Ліжка дуже зручні! Смачна кава в номері.

Не сподобалась завелика ціна, в порівнянні з аналогічними готелями. Стара пошарпана ванна. Тривога пожежна вночі, всі 26 поверхів по сходах з дітьми і інвалідами евакуювали. Потім, після відбою, ще годину люди повертались в номери. І - ніякої компенсації, хоч ми писали звернення. Ми платимо за відпочинок, пів ночі було зіпсовано. Ми не отримали послугу, тож мали повернути кошти! Але нам відмовили.

Value of money I was in Ferment 5star Hotel till night before only move as my daughter staying in Chelsea hotel with 15% more??? - no shampoo was available and more I requested the shampoo and toothpaste with brushes and no slipper

A little bit crowded.

The biggest highlight for us was definitely the kids’ play area! It was such a nice feature to have right in the hotel and made our stay more enjoyable as a family. Our little one loved having a place to play after a long day out in the city. The location was also very convenient for exploring Toronto, and overall we found the hotel comfortable and family-friendly. I would especially recommend it to families traveling with young children. We would happily stay here again!

The cafe was not well staffed and staff were stressed. The front desk wasn’t very friendly just very mediocre. The lifeguard wasn’t watching the pool just sitting behind a pillar where he couldn’t see the bottom of the slide. Overall just not impressed with the service. The amenities were great though.

Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sir hqlfen uns sehr engagiert, einen verlorenen Koffer aus Calgary hierher zu holrn, mitsamt allen Formalitäten per email mit Üolizei und Versandunternehmen. Wir sind so dankbar für die Hilfe.

Eigentlich gibt es gatnichts zu kritisieren. Es ist halt ein sehr belebtes und frequentiertes Hotel in bester Innenstaftlqhe, direkt neben der Yonge Street.

During our stay the fire alarm went off twice with evacuation both times, one at 2.20am with no explanation or instructions as to when it was safe to return. It was all word of mouth. Dining room staff were very slow and not very attentive

The taxis were not consistent in pricing..one day we paid $11 and the next $45 to go to the same area..

The best thing about this hotel is its location, close to everything you need on a visit to Toronto: sights, shops, restaurants are walking distance. The bed was relatively confortable and the room was spacious.

The lobby is contastly buzzing with guests, mostly big groups and families with children, lining up to check in and out, or simply ask a question. The whole hotel is noisy and rather stressful, including the noise coming from outside when you try to open the window for some fresh air. The room could have been cleaner. We had a problem with the fridge in our room, which took two days to be solved, and a clogged toilet that was never solved during our stay, although we reported several times. To compensate, they offered us one free breakfast and a free one-day parking fee. The lady who checked us out was apologetic. These gestures were appreciated but did not compensate all the trouble.

Le personnel à notre écoute on a réservé une chambre pour quatre personnes et la première nuit nous n'avons pas eu exactement ce que l'on voulait mais l'établissement a été très correct ils nous ont changé de chambre le lendemain et nous ont offert le petit-déjeuner et le parking en dédommagement

Un peu bruyant comme hôtel mais on n'est pas à la campagne non plus on est au centre de Toronto et c'est le plus grand hôtel du Canada donc oui un peu de monde mais c'est la vie et on est en vacances

Location ottima a 10 min da Nathan square a piedi e con supermercati aperti 24 ore all inizio della via. Camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Presente una zona relax e palestra aperta dalle 6 alle 23 adult only che ho apprezzato fosse presente.

Bagno terribile, vecchio e stretto. Mancanza del doccino in vasca (no piatto doccia) quindi inevitabile per esempio bagnarsi i capelli se si volesse evitare. Mancanza di amenities, solo saponi in doccia, una saponetta e una cremina corpo. No ciabatte, beauty kit o cuffia per doccia. È bello avere la possibilità di usufruire della palestra ma non era presente neanche uno spray per pulire i macchinari dopo averli usati. Check in process completamente automatico gestito da chioschi interattivi (è presente personale alla reception ma vista la taglia dell hotel ci sono file molto lunghe). Capisco la necessità di avere un sistema del genere per velocizzare il check in e limitare le file, ma rende molto impersonale il soggiorno. In 3 giorni non ho interagito con nessuno dello staff se non con il concierge al quale ho chiesto le ciabatte. Non penso l esperienza valga il prezzo di questo hotel, il plus è veramente solo la posizione. Ho già prenotato un altra struttura per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Toronto.

Très abusif de payer 8$ de plus par jour que stationnement municipal à côté pour clients de l hôtel. Impossible d avoir un verre, seulement cup en carton de disponible , inconcevable quand on paye plus de $1250 pour 2 nuits . La personne responsable pour autoriser verre était très désagréable.

Room was okay, beds are super comfortable but small. Only double beds as an option. No microwave in the room. Water pressure was great. Balcony was a nice add on, I paid for a city view and got a view of a building. No chairs on the balcony and not updated in decades. The staff had a big city vibe. Cleaning team was great! And made sure all my son’s stuffies were on the bed. Check in staff is not warm nor helpful.

It was spacious. There were also a number of amenities within the room which allowed for a more enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable and there was also a mini fridge to store additional items If I felt the need to.

Had a great stay at Chelsea Hotel Toronto! The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown and close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay in Toronto. Would definitely recommend it!

El hotel está bien ubicado, la habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, la piscina y el gimnasio excelente. El desayuno super completo y la atención de la mayoría muy buena.

No me gustó que para la cena hay que reservar y el espacio es muy reducido, casi nunca se puede cenar en el hotel. Tampoco me gustó que me bloquearon USD 150, por si encuentran algún daño en la habitación y dicen lo van a reembolsar en 10 días hábiles.
