Limpieza escasa, rincones sucios, ducha con mampara rota escapándose agua por todo el baño en una habitación, y en la otra, sin mampara (hicimos un dique con toallas!)🤣

Muy bien situado para ir hasta el centro tanto caminando como en tranvía. Muy cerca de los museos, un barrio además muy bonito. El hotel está bastante bien, la habitación muy grande, era como para 4 personas tenía una cama grande y además las literas. Personal agradable. En resumen estoy contenta por haberlo elegido

La habitación siendo tan grande estaba muy raramente distribuido el espacio y mal aprovechado. tenía un baño absurdamente pequeño, insuficiente totalmente para 4 personas que es la capacidad real de ese cuarto. No se tampoco porque nos dieron a nosotras un cuarto de 4. La limpieza regular y además solo hacen los cuartos cada dos días. No me quejo de nada porque el precio que pagué es muchísimo más bajo de lo que suele costar ese hotel. Entiendo que tendrían en esas fecha un precio especial por algún motivo.

The ventilation was good, the bed linen was clean, and there were enough hangers and sufficient space to store our belongings.

I don’t think having carpeted floors was the best choice in terms of hygiene, and I also believe they could be an issue for guests with allergies. One of the biggest downsides was the lack of slippers. Also, the bathroom design could have been more practical. A small marble threshold separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom could help prevent water from splashing and spreading across the floor. In addition, the lack of ventilation in the bathroom could be a problem, especially in rooms without windows.

The Alfred is located in a great area, close enough to walk to the Museumplein or even through the Rijksmuseum into the city. The neighbourhood is lovely with lots of nice little restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s also close to the Vondelpark for a morning walk or run. The room was clean and tidy and had a lovely big window. The bed was comfy. They serve breakfast as an optional extra, it was good with the usual Continental spread of breads, pastries, cheese, meats, tomatoes, eggs, cereals etc, along with juices and hot drinks.

Could had had USB charging ports , Not obvious where stairs were - i was on the first floor buthad to use the lift .

We booked the family suite for 6 adults. Not practical at all. Bunk beds? One bathroom. No sitting area. I wouldn't call it a suite. For the price I would've expected more.

Matig ontbijt, douche-cabine die niet afgesloten kon worden, enig achterstallig onderhoud. Had geboekt met veel korting waardoor prijs-kwaliteit verhouding redelijk was, maar zou hier nooit tegen volledige prijzen boeken.

The hotel is located at the downtown, in calm, clean and cosy quarter. There is Alberthaim supermarket, Bakery, at the walking distance very green and lake situated park .

There was some changes at the reservation with firstly chosen room.Accidentally was changed with souterrain room under the ground and limited day light. We saw tha booking.com made a discount of the firstly price , but my expectations was stressed. Very kind and caring hostess make any possible to feel good and satisfied.Thanks to her we didn't' t made a complain and stay at all reservation days. But be careful with any changes with reservation, if the pictures disappeared from your reservation, there is a risk, your first choosing by picture rooms to be changed with room that you never choose unger the ground, with no direct daylight.

The hotel is perfectly situated to explore Amsterdam. The room is comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast is perfect and worth paying for. The staff ate friendly and very helpful.

The room we had been allocated was on the ground floor at the front of the building. The noise was atrocious, both from reception and from the entrance, as was the scent of smokers stood outside at all hours of the day, seeping through into the room, even with our windows closed shut.

Location perfect with night busses to airport starting just after 5 am. Hotel can perhaps have ready-made time tables because it was a bit of a puzzle given the different public transport providers. We ended up taking an uber which was also fine.

The beds and sheet were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room.was quiet and the bathroom facilities are good.. the location is also good.

There was a disturbing water noise from the pipes above the room. There was no towel change and slippers were not provided. There was no daily cleaning. It also covers the serious data privacy concerns from the phishin messages demanding your credit card details on wahtsaapp and e mail and the unprofessinal dismissive response from the reception staff. The room was in the basement which was not clearly indicated during booking and I guess this explains why it was cheap and why people renting these rooms are behaved that way.

Gostei desde as comodidades até a localização do hotel. Com certeza voltaria!

Located in a lovely part of Amsterdam. Very handy to public transport so easy to get around. Relatively close to the city.

The shower set up was terrible. Water everywhere each time we showered.

Un lugar tranquilo y silencioso.Acogedor para un día de recorrer sitios turísticos.

Tuve una mala experiencia el 2do cuando llegué a descansar la habitación M12 del 1er piso tenía un daño en el aire acondicionado y la entrada de la habitación con bastante agua regada en el suelo. El 3er y último día me tocaron la puerta a las 9am para salir de la habitación y reparar el aire acondicionado, sin embargo el chekout era a las 11am lo que me molestó mucho. Afortunadamente tenía el vuelo a las 12am y ya salía para el aeropuerto

POSIZIONE, COMODITA DELLA STANZA

Posizione eccellente sia per arrivare da Schipol, che per muoversi verso i musei e il centro. Ci sono autobus e vari mezzi che collegano perfettamente la zona e anche supermercati nel caso di volesse acquistare dei pranzi o cene al volo. La stanza era pulita, i cambi asciugamani sono stati fatti dal secondo giorno come scritto sul sito e abbiamo trovato FANTASTICO la presenza di un mini frigo in camera. Noi siamo state benissimo.

Se volessi proprio lamentarmi di qualcosa, abbiamo trovato la doccia un po' piccolina e questo causava qualche problemino di acqua in giro per il bagno. Ma nulla di irrisolvibile, basta fare docce non tanto lunghe. Le pareti sono un po' sottili, ma lì tocca essere fortunati a non avere vicini di stanza cafoni e maleducati.

Kein Fahrradkeller oder abgeschlossener Bereich für das eigene Fahrrad. Fahrräder müssen auf der öffentliche Straße stehen und ein E-Bike muss auf dem Zimmer geladen werden.

The Staff were fantastic. So happy to help with any needs. Although it is slightly out of central, there is a tram stop no more than 2 minutes up the road. The number 2 takes you straight to central within about 10-12mins

We were on the ground floor, right by reception and the stairs down to breakfast. A little noisy at times but most of us were deep sleepers lol

La ubicación y nuestro cuarto excelentes.

De locatie van dit hotel is een absolute troef! Amsterdam-Zuid is een heel mooie buurt die wat verder ligt van het toeristische centrum, waardoor je meer het gevoel hebt dat je tussen de locals zit. Daarnaast zijn er leuke zaken in de buurt en is alles wel op wandelafstand te doen. In de kamer zelf waren de bedden zeer aangenaam.

De hygiëne in de kamer kon beter. Er waren zichtbaar spinnenwebben of stof aanwezig rond de ventilatie aan het plafond, wat niet zo netjes oogde. Daarnaast was de douche in de badkamer niet goed afgeschermd, waardoor de hele badkamervloer direct kletsnat werd. In het vervolg zou ik op voorhand al 2 extra badmatten vragen om het water op te vangen.

The Alfred is a nice hotel located in a really nice area of Amsterdam. Connected by tram or walking you’re not far from the good stuff! Room was clean and the staff were really lovely!

The property is a bit run down, however for the price and location, I was happy with our stay!

He denunciado a las autoridades sanitarias que había ratón en mi habitación y al quejarme en recepción no activaron ningún protocolo de actuación para ayudarnos a encontrar otro hotel, el.recepcionista subió a ahuyentar el animal y buscaba debajo de las camas . No dormimos y nos fuimos sin desayuno aunque lo teníamos incluido y pagado. Llamamos a booking.com y muy amablemente nos han ayudado a gestionar nuestra reclamación. Estamos a la espera de respuesta

La ubicació de l’hotel ens ha agradat molt, zona tranquila, però en un moment (amb bici) ets al centre.

El labavo era petit i el terra de la dutxa estava integrat amb la resta. Es fa molt mullader a l’hora de dutxar-se.

The hotel itself is very dirty. It gives off brothel vibes. Our room had a dead fly in the curtains with blood smeared all over from whoever cleaned it. The shower drainage was dirty, it had layers of dirt around the drainage. When you took a shower, ig would floor the whole bathroom and get over the toilet seat.We paid for the superior double room and safe to say it was anything but superior. You can hear people coming in and out of their rooms. I would definitely not be back and would not recommend to anyone

In una camera il bagno era diviso, da una parte doccia e lavandino, da un altra parte il water. Dove c’era il water non c’era modo di lavarsi le mani ne c’era spazio per appoggiare niente. Per fortuna abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e siamo stati accontentati, a una stanza con un bagno normale

Good location for what we needed

There was just one lift serving all floors and no stairs! They were only for emergency. We booked a quadruple room and requested a double and 2 singles for our family of 4, but ended up with double bunk beds! While fun, myself and my husband had to take top bunk as it was far too high for the children and we were worried they would fall out 😂

The location was great, quiet but accessible to trams and the park

We were put in a double bunk bedroom, it wasn't big enough for 4 people and the bed was so close to the aircon unit those on top bumped their head every time they got in to bed. We had requested a double and twin room.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful.

We didn’t realize we had booked a room in the basement. Definitely not ideal. No window. Very cramped to walk around to other side of bed. Very crowded with suitcases. It was ok for one night but wouldn’t recommend a basement room. Our friends had a nice room on the fourth floor.

Muy buena ubicación, instalaciones inmejorables, trato al usuario genial, en general un muy buen lugar para dormir y de paso en amsterdam.

Evitare stanza S1 in seminterrato, con finestra non apribile e a ridosso delle scale e della sala colazioni.

The rooms were small and basic. The bed and linen was divine, bathrooms are clean and big enough. The rooms are quiet and well insulated. Air con was spot on. The location is very upmarket and we enjoyed the shops, cafes and vicinity to Vondelpark and public transport. Short walk to Museum and the city far enough away that we were out of the hustle and bustle but a lovely walk into town. Also very close to tram line and bus stops.

The lift was a bit slow and we couldn't have breakfast in our rooms.

Camera con moquette età della pietra,poi questa usanza di rifare la stanza ogni 2 giorni "per questioni ecologiche " mi fa ridere, bagno grande, ma..... mi piacerebbe conoscere chi l'ha progettato, la doccia allaga tutto lo spazio, hanno messo dei profili per contenere il Vajont, non esiste un posto dove appoggiare le cose, veramente pensato male ,mi spiace perché dall'esterno è veramente un gioiello, dentro da rifare.

The Hotel was so handy to central amsterdam! There’s a tram station maybe 5 minutes down the road and the centres a lovely walk. There rooms were also lovely with aircon and lovely staff. Would recommend to anyone!

Hotel molto comodo per i musei, ben collegato al centro in un quartiere tranquillo. Stanze pulite, colazione abbondante, personale molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia delle camere avviene ogni 2 giorni ma se serve vengono a pulirle anche prima e riforniscono di tutto ciò che serve.

Location, facilities and cleanliness - staff very helpful and friendly. Private balcony and view were lovely and peaceful - perfect for your morning cuppa.

Très bien placé, quartier calme. Toujours quelqu'un à la réception. Des flyers avec coupons pour donner des idées d'activités dans la ville.

La chambre sous les combles était un peu étouffante (toute petite lucarne et aucune vue) et la douche inondait forcément le reste de la salle de bain.

Pieni ahdas huone, jonka ovi ei pitänyt mitään ääniä. Kaikki äänet kuului huoneeseen jopa yöllä. Huoneemme oli käytännössä respan vieressä. Yötä päivää ihmiset huusivat ja hyppivät käytävillä. Lisäksi huoneeseen ei olisi edes mahtunut isoa matkalaukkua levittämään minnekkään kun tilaa oli niin vähän, sivuston kuvissa en yhtään nuin ahdasta huonetta nähnyt. Sängyt olivat melko pehmoiset, kaappia ei saanut auki kokonaan sisustuksen vuoksi. Huoneesta puuttui jääkaappi sekä yöpöydät. Takapihalle avartui näkymä muihin hotellihuoneisiin, siispä pidimme verhot visusti kiinni. Myös takapihan äänet kuuluivat selkeästi huoneeseen. Kun majoitus alkoi huoneen lämpötila oli säädetty niin kylmälle, että meni koko ilta aikaa lämmitellä huonetta itse säädettävällä ilmastoinnilla. Kylpyhuoneen suihku todella jäykkä ja sen käyttäninen miltei mahdotonta. Valitimme respaan ja työntekijä vain ilmoitti että kaikissa huoneissa on sama vika.. Lisäksi suihkussa ei ollut telinettä saippualle eikä koukkua käsipyyhkeelle. Myös lattiankuivain puuttui ja vesi valui kylpyhuoneesta oven toiselle puolen. Kylpyhuone oli tilava, mutta tuntui että siellä oli priorisoitu vääriä asioita. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja pääsääntöisesti huoneessa oli puhdasta. Seinät näyttivät likaisilta ja kokolattiamatto oli täynnä hiuksia.

The Alfred Hotel is located in a wonderful area, very close to the park, very easy to walk around, the room was very clean and cozy, and the receptionists were amazing, felt like home, very kind and willing to help with any request or question we might had.:!

Location was excellent, very close to food options, a grocery store, and a main tram line. Also excellent AC. The front desk was very helpful whenever we had questions. It’s a good place to stay if you’re expecting to spend most of your time out of your room exploring

Definitely a more budget option. Housekeeping is every other day (which was fine for us, but we didn’t realize that until we were given our keys), beds weren’t the most comfortable, rooms are not insulated well so sound carries from other rooms (highly recommend using ear plugs, we had a room on our floor literally screaming past 10pm), and there were a very limited number of cable channels available on the TV. The TV was an older model so there aren’t options for streaming. The shower enclosure was probably a good 6” too short, so after every shower the entire bathroom was soaked. Which is when the every other day housekeeping did become inconvenient, because we’d have to use our towels to soak up the lake on the floor.

The location and the staff was good.

The souterrain apartment I would not suggest. No clean up room, but if you would like to change the towel, the staff were ready to respond

Esta muy bien situado, un barrio estupendo y muy bien comunicado, la habitación era bastante cómoda y estaba muy limpia. Pudimos dejar el equipaje antes de hacer el checking y al hacer el checkout, esto nos vino genial para poder hacer turismo sin todo el equipaje, me parece todo un acierto. Repetiremos sin duda si volvemos.

La mampara de la ducha hacía que se salpicara mucha agua y se llenaba todo el baño. Pero nada que no se solucione tirando una toalla al suelo.

Location absolutely perfect for us tourists who wanted to explore as much of Amsterdam as possible. Right by Vondelpark and easy access on the trams.

The staff were quite hesitant to give us extra towels, which i thought was a but odd, but maybe the staff member was tired or something, definitely not something that would keep me from coming back. The room was slightly small but for the location and money we paid, it was absolutely fine.

The hotel is in a good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. You can hop on a tram outside central station which brings you to within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. It’s in a quiet area so great to escape the city crowds. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

The hotel bathrooms lacked proper shower stalls, meaning the entire floor got wet. The room was very cramped. There was no cleaning/tidying service. Our first room smelled bad, but they changed it after we requested it. The breakfast was very bad, not worth it.

-emotionsloses Personal -keine Wartung der Mietfahrräder für stolze 19 Euro pro Tag (kein Profil, beschädigter Kettenschutz, keine Klingel, nicht funktionierendes Licht) -schlechte Erreichbarkeit des Hotels bei einem Notfall (mussten 5mal anrufen; einmal nahm sogar ein Gast ab) -Das eine Fahrrad hatte einen Platten; Hilfe unzureichend, wurden weitergeleitet und wurden nicht darüber informiert. nach erneutem Nachfragen erhielten wir dann eine Nummer, die wir kontaktieren mussten. Folglich mussten wir beide Fahrräder dort stehen lassen. Wir erhielten keine Entschädigung; nur Ersatzfahrräder nach einer einstündigen Rückreise um 21 Uhr abends -Die Zimmer sind unsauber (Toilettenputzmittel wurde nur hineingeschüttet; nicht geputzt. Beim Öffnen der Toilette sahen wir lange Haare, die Dusche war nicht dicht und der ganze Boden wurde immer nass, die Duschhalterung funktionierte auch nicht richtig, warm/kalt war ok, der Boden war nicht richtig gereinigt und das Licht im Badezimmer war düster) -die Ausstattung war minimal, die Kaffeemaschine hatte nur ca 0.5dl altes Wasser enthalten, die Fernsehbedienung funktionierte auch nicht richtig -Vom Zimmerservice wurden wir gefragt, ob wir diesen am dritten Tag in Anspruch nehmen wollten; wir verneinten dies und erhielten auf Anfrage neue Badetücher. -Safe war verschlossen bei Ankunft; mussten dann den Zimmerservice kontaktieren, um diesen zu öffnen -eine von drei Zimmerkarten funktionierte im Verlauf des Aufenthaltes nicht mehr -Möbel waren stark abgenutzt, die Betten waren enorm weich und rutschten herum beim Schlafen -Die Lobby-Toilette war mit Fäkalien verschmutzt und stinkte massiv

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpunt is dat je vrijwel alleen in Engels kan communiceren. "Moderne" douchekranen zijn heel moeilijk open en dicht te draaien. Locatie is uitstekend i.v.m. bezoeken van Concertgebouw en musea.

Kamer is erg klein. Er is geen plek om de koffer neer te zetten. Om de koffer te openen moet die op het bed worden gezet. In badkamer is er nauwelijks ruimte voor toiletspullen. Douche is niet te hanteren, vooral voor ouderen
