We paid $1800 for a 10 night stay. The kitchen was filthy, we had a cockroach in our room after a storm aka according to people in the south "water bug" research says still a cockroach. We were laughed at and kept being told it was just a harmless "water bug". Garbage cans were overflowing until 9-10am most mornings. There was someone else's hair on my "clean" towel. A lady was smoking joints down at the pool we thought all public spaces were smoke-free. The lady also played vulgar music loudly at the pool (most places make you wear earbuds). It's more of a residential transitional housing hotel for homeless, limited income etc, which we did not know. It was awful and their customer service has been horrible. They gave me 15,000 points for the inconvenience of bug and kitchen dirty however where we live that gets me like a free night at a Sonesta family hotel with 1 star maybe 2 with price of $60-80. I sent a complaint to Priceline after Sonesta only offered the 15,000 points (at first they wanted us to give them another chance at that hotel -ummmmm this was a special trip and we live on the west coast not going back for them try again and give them more $). On my behalf Priceline reached out to them and the hotel refuses to refund any amount. I did my research with the bug incident etc and I will be contacting now BBB and the city to make a formal complaint against this "hotel". I mean a good gesture would have been to refund something even if not in full just something. It is individually owned according to Sonesta so beware. Not worth over $100 with all taxes and fees. A truly horrible experience for our mother daughter trip. We don't expect fancy but we expect clean, not to be laughed at, keeping other patrons who "live" there respectful of others and this place offers none of that.

The room was fully equipped and very comfortable. We got the first floor, so it had a couple of chairs to sit and chill. Breakfast included, plenty of parking and pets friendly. Pool was available, basketball courts, and even a grill.

It felt a little bit crowded, maybe because we were so close to the pool and basketball court that there was so much noise and people yelling. After a two days road trip, we really needed to get some rest, so it's not a good option if you're looking for peace and quiet. Also, I love pets, but our next-door neighbors had two big dogs, and they were barking all night.

When we arrive hotel was nice. There fail to place on line pool was out . It was my daughter sweet 16 and pool was main thing we where looking for . We didn't receive any maid service. We had to go to front desk each day for towels. Good location.

Clean and comfortable

I was unaware that there were separate buildings so I was initially placed in a building far from the check-in (where I had to drive around back and walk to get to my building) and for someone staying alone, this was not comfortable for me. I was able to call and get my room switched closer which made me feel more comfortable. The staff was nice about it!

The property was amazing. I love the idea of staying in apartments as opposed to hotel rooms. We had a two bedroom suite very reasonable prize breakfast the next morning to buy one of the best breakfast I have had at a hotel.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen appliances in the apartment were clean, bed linen was also clean, and the bathroom was somewhat acceptable only some visible dirt and dust around the bath and toilet area, otherwise, it was okay.

The bedroom furniture and throughout the apartment were run down and some needed replacing. The arm chair was torn at the side, and the sponge from the chair was visibly sticking out. The sofa bed had cracks in the material and it looked worn and outdated. The carpets throughout the apartment looked dirty and stained, the carpets certainly need to be changed.

The only thing I did not like about the property is the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. It was a dirty behind the headboard and behind the toilet in the bathroom.

Natasha and the team here really make this stay a great experience. They really help me and my crew feel at home while we are away from ours.

There was a towel from the previous person who stayed in the room laying across the top of the shower curtain, used. The t.v connection wasn't working due to a connection error. The sofa bed also needs to be replaced it was very lumpy and lacking support.

Staff is unhelpful

The property was always clean. Fresh smelling good whenever I walked in or whenever I walk down the hallways. The staff Danielle was very exceptional. When I dropped some items off the luggage card she came from behind the desk to help assist me picking them up. She always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to find things that would help me after me telling her that I had had surgery on my knee. The housekeeping staff was exceptional as well. They were all very friendly. I do suggest that she may try to get a bar for seating and having a casual drink, if Wonn doesn’t want to go out and have a drink. But overall, everything was nice.

That it did not have a bar area downstairs or anywhere. Or Coke machine, machines or vending machine machines in a lobby area or on the floors.

There was an elderly Black man at the reception who was extremely rude to us. While he was friendly and welcoming to other Black guests, his attitude toward us felt hostile, as if we were unwelcome or even his enemies. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I believe the hotel management should seriously reconsider whether such behavior aligns with the level of hospitality expected at their establishment.

They told me there was a 100$ incident fee then when we checked out they stated they would be keeping my deposit due to the room needing to be cleaned I thought hotels cleaned rooms I’m confused

We had a great stay - the room was super clean, kitchen well equipped.

3/4 of the pots / pans had very dented bottoms that weren’t flat and impossible to actually cook with.

Our previous stay the room had all of the amenities. This time the kitchen did not have all of the amenities. Such as skillet, mixing bowl, chopping board etc.

Close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. Location felt safe. Free breakfast was nice, food was decent.

Building is old and outdated. We were put in a pet friendly room (We did not have pets) but the room smelled like animals (cat pee) and furniture was clawed by cats. Doors and walls had splattered substances (no idea what it was) on them. When opening dishwasher there was dust build up that had been there for a while. Carpet was peeling from wall. A/C took for ever to cool the room. Water took forever to get hot. The entire room needs a deep clean and needs to be updated! Overall we made it work for the two nights we were there but would not stay again and definitely would not recommend staying for a long trip.

The staff were very rude. She had a really bad attitude that should be fixed since she’s the first person we see. The room smelled pee and closed it. Almost like they rushed to clean the room.

Breakfast was your typical buffet breakfast. Room was okay. Elevator broke 2xs in one week. They never cleaned the room until I left even when I asked them to multiple times. I had to bring my towels to the front desk to get new ones then I got yelled at because I placed the towels on the counter. Overall bad attitude from the staff except for two women that worked the desk in the morning. I’ll never go back there again

Loved it! Stayed in a few in the area for work the past few months and this was by far the nicest.

Super clean and felt very safe traveling solo

My little family & I stayed for a couple of days due to a house emergency & just from the start the staff was very friendly & understanding as I put in a request to get a 1st level suite & they accommodated me with no hesitation; for the price for our stay with the capacity of the suites it was like having your own mini apartment , rooms are secluded so you have your own seperate privacy with a outside shared patio area right outside of your room. It was very quiet & the neighbors were friendly. The breakfast was okay for what you pay for , we don’t care for extensive breakfast options so what they serve for breakfast is very convenient & the lobby area of where you eat was very nice , has a tv & just a relaxation feel as you’re just sitting there eating. Overall I really loved my stay along with my family as it even is in a shopping area, multiple restaurants & recreational things to do. The only cons were, I’d advised deep washing the carpet & curtains as the suite did have a strong smell of urine & would often linger but we always bring our own home supplies, to where the smell had went away. As well as there were what it looked like blood stains on the curtains to where we used sanitizer & gloves to open & close curtains/shutters. So the cleanliness & up keeping should be updated but other than that I have no other complaints

Hotel was booked and my room smelled like a dog pissed on literally everything. Had to switch rooms at 6 in the morning when the manager came in. The smell was overwhelming and needless to say I didn’t get any sleep. My guest has to leave and go stay with her friend at a different hotel. :(

Tonette at front desk was amazing in helping me through out my stay. Accommodations were great. Loved layout of room and the location of hotel was perfect for my needs. Area was quiet and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Well, we did love staying here. It was only a it was a misunderstanding in the room that we booked we want one with the patio and preferably on the first floor because I had a handicap person with me, but I should’ve communicated that before arriving and confirmed when I was reserving the room however the rooms was still nice and clean, and the staff mostly was great They even let us stay an extra night because of the elevator inconvenience they had to stuck on the third floor during checkout we weren’t ready to leave anyway, so the fact that they were even able to compensate us for that was amazing. Overall, the manager was great and the morning staff was amazing housekeeping was also very sweet when assisting my mother with getting extra towels and a blanket.

At first glance was decent. After a few hours in the room. The first of many roaches appeared. I went to management immediately. The supervisor on duty at the time was apologetic and understanding and ready to address the issue. The place was and other area hotels were booked for Labor Day weekend. The solution given was to treat the room and re clean it while we were out for the day. I accepted those terms with hopes it would work out. Well needless to say it did not and more roaches were present when we returned at 1:30 am as well as staff leaving behind the empty roach bomb treatment cans in the room. Again the staff was accommodating and I was moved to a new room the next day because a room became available after a check out at the hotel. The property gives apartment complex because there were people who have been living there for a while. It’s an Extended Stay property which was not a problem. Overall it needs up dates and renovations inspite of the reviews with the 8/10 ratings because the area was nice 20 mins outside of downtown ATL and could be a hidden gem for family that travel.

Hearing people stomp around in the room above me EVERY night, the door was broken at the bottom, you could literally see outside, I could never take out my trash due to the trash being over flowed 24/7, the room was stuffy at night, the stove was a pain to use! My food took forever to cook. The place didn’t have pots and pans which should be listed on the website. The T.V was dim and looked old fashioned.
