Breakfast was good with nice atmosphere.

Had to go to desk for bedding for the pull out couch.

The location and the room

I had already paid for the room , so when we checked in , I had to put a hundred dollars down for incidentals. A small sign sitting on counter said $ 5 a day parking. About a 3x5 size. On the back it says yhey are away for a moment. We've stayed here before and never paid parking.It's their own parking lot , so I don't get that whatsoever. So they said they would take the ten dollars out for parking and return a credit to my account. The guy that checked us in was not personable at all. We get to the room no ice .you have to make it yourself. Several places scratched up on sofa. No throw pillows, no extra blankets or pillows anywhere. We had 1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth each. That was it. Move on into the kitchen gonna eat leftovers. 3 of each utensil. The spoons were 1 huge serving spoon, 1 teaspoon and a baby spoon! The mattress sheet and mattress cover would come off the bed and you would be laying on the mattress itself.

The management was super friendly and courteous. Easy access going in and out. Location was nice, right where I needed to be for my business. I would recommend to anyone.

That the rooms were a suite with a living area and kitchen and that the bedrooms had their own bathrooms

Halls were dingy and elevator. Pool was closed at night and breakfast was over at 9:30 pm a sunday

Location was good, room was clean and well equipped.

Configuration of the room was odd, with tv only turning slightly toward either place to sit. Thermostat was ancient and hard to control room temp. You had to squuze by to get to the right side of the bed. The shower gel bottle kept falling off the wall. Loudest dishwasher on the planet. We also had a room very far from the elevator, and directional signs are lacking in hallways

The air conditioner was so loud, we couldn't hear the television. There were no extra towels, nor was there any linen or pillows for the sofa bed.

Excellent property/accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Decent free breakfast (hot and cold). And given a more than adequate upgrade without asking. Can highly recommend!

My room was so so. The hall smelled bad and there were roaches in our room. Having to carry soiled linens to the front desk is very odd. No designated place to dispose of daily garbage.

Was only there for one night but enjoyed the extended stay set up; would be ideal if we needed to stay for a few days or weeks, very nicely set up even if the property is a little older.

There website said 75$ pet fee when I tried checking in they said 200$. Come on I've stayed at some of the nicest hotels and never paid no more than 100$ and they want 200$ ridiculous. So I didn't stay in went to LA Quinta.

The pool had poop in it so the kids couldn't swim, which was the whole point of booking this location. The entire hotel smells like marijuana as well.

Pros: the room and hotel is quite clean, roomy, and comfortable for most part. I stayed only 2 nights and didn't use amenities such as pool or anything like so i can't speak on that.

As clean as the hotel is it is outdated and could use a freshen up (ac unit...), i still think the price is a bit high for what you get. -When i first got in my room at almost 12am, it was hot in there (88°f). -the ac unit worked well but was so loud. -the breakfast is subpar to the point where it wasn't worth waking up early to get it on the 2nd morning. No fruit, no pancake or waffles. Orange/apple from a machine. -Breakfast is from 7am to 9am and by 8.30am a lot of things are gone. -No water bottles available in the room. Make sure to bring your water supply (unless you're fine with tap water). Edit: -They charge a $5/day self-parking fee !? -last but not least it is a pet friendly hotel (great :D) but they charge a lot 200$ fee per stay. So if you're staying 1or 2 nights, your pet stay might cost you more than yours.

I was on the third floor and there was a smell permeating the halls. Maybe it is the cleaning solution they use, but it was not plesant.

The breakfast was from 8:30 to 9:30 by the time I came downstairs. We had to wait for the food to be prepared. The pool was bigger in the pamphlet and the website.

Some guests making a lot of noise outside at 2am. Not the fault of Sonesta but it went on for a long time and it would be great if staff proactively addressed the issue.

The location was quiet and not far off the highway. It was easy access to all the things we needed for our stay!

The pool closing time seemed early for us…we wanted to go swimming after the sun went down but after soccer, dinner, and resting 9 pm came soon!

I was not at all pleased about being asked for a security deposit. After all, I have neither small children nor pets. Furthermore, as a long-time customer of Booking, Expedia, and Airbnb, I have accumulated countless positive reviews. Moreover, I did not simply walk in off the street; I made my reservation through Booking and completed the payment in full prior to my arrival.

I think it’s time for some updates to the rooms. The chairs and sofa were stained and very worn/outdated.

Staff are friendly and helpful! I like the location. It’s close to every place I need to go.

I wish they would have a couple of water bottles and coffee pods for guest. They give the bare minimum for you to use. 1 extra toilet paper, no extra paper towels. I don’t have housekeeping clean my room, so I always have to ask for more toilet paper and paper towels.

The breakfast in morning n music. The morning staff attendant Rhonda was more than polite and very professional and made the experience wonderful.

The guy at reception, he called twice our room asking to turn the volume down “due to some customers having issues with the music” which we did the first time and then he asked us to avoid taking this situation further. Never had any problems before and we travel a lot.

My unit had bed bugs. I’m covered in bites all over my hands, arms, body, and legs from a 2 night stay. I changed my flight to leave early as possible because I didn’t want to stay a 3rd night here. They don’t even have anything to put your luggage on to get it off the carpet so all my stuff is potentially infested. They also wouldn’t compensate me for all of the issues this creates including damage to my belongings that were infested/affected.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room I stayed in felt like an apartment and the breakfast was great. The staff was amazing! Miss Rhonda at the front desk is phenomenal! She is so sweet and helpful and was going above and beyond to help me and the other guests feel comfortable and cared for during the ice storm we stayed through. I will be staying again and would recommend this property to anyone who needs a home away from home feel.

I liked the architecture and cozy atmosphere.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be (stains on the refrigerator door, spots in the shower, etc.) A couple of amenities in the room were not working. For example, I was simply just trying to wash the dishes after cooking and I wanted to use the dishwasher. Why did the dishwasher door not even open? Probably because it was brand new and whoever installed it forgot to take off the plastic so the customer can actually use it. And for the price I paid, the breakfast was very mid and gave me an upset stomach that entire day.

We were with 5 people and booked a room suitable for up to 5 people. The sofabed however, was totally unsuitable for sleeping so we had to book an additional room last minute. This resulted in additional, unexpected expenses. Next to that, our suite was not clean. Dirty stains on the walls and doors, hairs in the bathroom and a used bowl in the microwave. The breakfast buffet was also very bad.

I like that they let me see the room before check in, the breakfast was phenomenal ( best hotel breakfast I ever had) parking was good. Front desk staff was very friendly and went out their way to help with anything I asked for. 10/10 also the tvs on the rooms were a great size definitely loved that! I will definitely be back

I did not like the small trash cans in the rooms and the attitude from a housekeeper telling me not to put trash outside the door I was planning to take to the front. I said hello to him in the hall he rolled his eyes and didn’t speak back, very rude.

The staff and the breakfast was much better than I had anticipated and I will happily recommend this lodge to anyone travelling to Atlanta.

The remote control for the TV didn’t work properly.

Customer service communication was not well l. I was told that I could not get extra blankets or towels because none of them was washed from their workers the room at air condition or system was louder than the TV and we have to speak louder just to hear each other speak would not be a place that I return to in Alpharetta Georgia but I do like sonesta hotels just not this one the one that's in Alpharetta Georgia.

This place was very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was firm which I like, kitchenette had a few dishes/pots and pans available for use. Parking was a breeze even though there is a $5 per day fee. The room was quite large for our family of 3 and the bathroom was a decent size as well. I didn't get breakfast but I saw that they advertise sausage, eggs and a few other items.

There are no regular trash cans next to the recyclable bins. Where are the guests supposed to throw away their trash if they are staying there for a few days? I ended up using the trash can outside the front door and of course, everyday, it was full. The 3 small trash cans in the room are not enough especially if you cook everyday and housekeeping doesn't visit daily. Need security or staff to constantly check the side door where guests enter (on the side of the building where the dog area is). Someone kept leaving the door open with the rocks that are next to the door. I had to move the rocks everyday to make sure the door closed as I was in room 109 and didn't feel safe if just anyone could enter. Had to ask for linens and a blanket for the sofa bed as there weren't any in the room.
