Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton

The bed was pretty compfy and the a/c worked well.

The bathroom could have been much cleaner, the bath tub had black marks on the bottom, the sink had alot of grime around the plumbing fixtures, the mirror needs replaced, as it's cracking. The bed pillows need replaced. The room didn't smell good, very stinking. I actually would like to be refunded for the extra $55.00 late checkout charge for all these room issues. Please advise on this issue.

Location

One day no room service cleaning and one day no towels

Ease of checking in. Enjoying the pool during our stay.

NA

The bed and the pillows. Clean room and great front desk service

I would like a refund for this hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty. When we arrived and we were put in our room, I noticed right away that it was dirty. There was food on the carpet in multiple areas and the tables had not been wiped down, their was grease on the tables and crumbs all over the floor. I went downstairs and bought the manager. The manager came and moved us to a new room. The band in the new room was squeaky and it still felt dirty. The manager apologized. He was very nice, but he agreed that the original room had not been cleaned properly and he agreed that the rest of the hotel was dirty. The elevator also wasn’t working properly and it felt like it was going to break and stall. It was is the dirtiest Hilton I’ve ever been in. I want a refund for that hotel.

See above, it was the dirtiest Hilton I’ve ever been in

Reggie at front desk is excellent

Staff, fresh breakfast, a lot of free parking lots

Camas muy comodas

Taste was great for the oatmeal. The healt concern was obvious, as there a variety of choices from fresh fruits to renowned brands of yogurt

It took time to connect to the wifi

great location near everything shopping expressway

It's a nice location, right off the highway but doesn't have the side of the highway atmosphere. You can't see or hear the highway noise. The facility was clean and updated. The room.was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our room and was decent.

Hilton gardens is very clean and easy to get to, right off the highway. Rooms are clean and hallways and common areas smell fresh! Our stay was great! The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk workers including Kyle and Reggie.

Room smelled like mildew

It was clean

We had to change rooms because of a broken TV and the maintenace person was very fast, polite and frinedly. The front desk took care of the issue imediatelly.

I had a reservation from Booking.com app. When I arrived I asked for the Membership we have. The front desk said that yes we had, but at the end, when we left in the morning we noticed we paid more with the membership then through the Booking.com app. But we were not informed that the price would change for higher. I never give bad reviewes, but as a business owner, I think it is important to know what we can do better. And the only way is knowing the clients experiences. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. The feeling was frustation. But I would stay again.

The person who checks me in was pleasant and friendly

The Elevator has no A/C

The bed

My 75 yr old husband was not allowed to check in No coffee in my room Was told it was on back order Pool area furniture is old old old

Friendly staff, facility is clean

$16 breakfast buffet on Sunday morning way too expensive. We don't eat that much so it would cost us $16 for a bagel and yogurt times 2 people. Went to McDonald's and ate the food in your lobby. Over heard 2 other families complain about the breakfast cost.

Pool

Pool towels too thin

Ça me faisait pensé à un motel , un peu vas de gamme

Les tapis , partout ! La simplicité des lieux. C’était loin de la mer

The location is close to everything! Very few places we went were more than 15 minutes away. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was great and very helpful. Plenty of free parking available.

I would have liked free breakfast but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The location was great. I was in between Miami and West Palm Beach.

The elevator smells because of pets. It has a dog/pet odor. Monday night the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate the building. Thank goodness it was not a fire.

Easy access to highway

A little outdated

O quarto era bem amplo.com uma cama confortável

A falta de cordialidade do pessoal da recepção.

Location was excellent. Very close to food, grocery stores. Being close to 95 is a plus. Went to the movies, short drive to the theater. We attended a bridal shower, the restaurant was close by. Room was VERY clean.

I wasn't able to sync my phone to the TV, I couldn't cast. Not a huge deal, it could have been my phone.

Did not eat there but what I did see as far as food looked great. Bed was amazing and staff were very friendly.

No free breakfast.

Location

A/C too noisy, couldn't sleep during the night .

Ive stayed at many hotels in Boca. This one is a dump with very sketchy people. Location is bad, nothing around. Beds & pillows are uncomfortable. Overall a really bad stay. I think you need to change the rating on booking.

Personal muy amable

Un poco lejos de puntos de interes

Nice hotel

It was disappointing that the breakfast was only on weekends. During the weekdays, it’s a menu breakfast with service

Everything

Nothing

I think the rooms are priced too high for the services offered at the hotel.

overall good, no issues; food was cooked, hot and fresh; cold items were cold and tasty, fruit was fresh and tasty; eating area was clean and abundant

would have enjoyed more hot items, and perhaps the cereal would have been in a single serve containers rather than in a large dispenser

Location

Poor breakfast

I did not have breakfast at the hotel

Nothing, it was fantastic for the price.

Did not eat breakfast

The staff person at front desk was Kyle. He was friendly efficient welcoming and an abosolute pleasure to do business with a valued employee who takes pride in providing excellent service a pleasure!!

all good

It was quite

Nothing

Never ate there. Location fine

Yes excellent

Good

I loved the spaciousness of the room, cleanliness and amenities. Staff were extremely welcoming and nice. Assistant Manager Guy was extremely helpful as this was a last minute trip for a family matter.

Food selection wasn’t great and the one night I wanted to order at the restaurant it was closed. I wish there had been a sign or warning bc I didn’t have a car and relied on taking Uber and would have planned better for dinner that evening

La ubicación

Clean

Room was a little small but fine for the night we stayed.

Puede mejorar

Desayuno

I was charged $13 for getting two yogurts and a cup of hot water from the “complementary breakfast”

Front Desk Agent was great at check in and check out

We were in the room maybe 10 minutes and an housekeeper walks in and dirty towels folded.

Staff very friendly, spacious and updated room

Noise level from room next door- must make noise proof - heard regular conversations - walls are paper thin.

Limpieza, ubicación, zona Segura

Cerca de todo lo que necesitaba y en un barrio lindo y tranquilo

El desayuno podría mejorar

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The pool also was nice.

The breakfast was overpriced and the staff in the kitchen was grumpy.

fair

having a restaurant on site was not available on Sunday night
