Breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel!! The green onions, tomatoes, cheese and salsa, variety of ketchup and hot sauces for the eggs were an awesome touch!!

조식도 너무 알차고 좋았고요, 수영장에서도 너무 즐겁게 놀았어요. 세탁실도 만족하고요, 직원들도 친절하고, 방도 넓고, 깨끗하고 심지어 위치도 너무 좋았어요. 취사 시설도 완벽했고요, 근처에 마트나 아울렛 등 10분거리에 모두 다 있었고요, 비치도 가까워서 좋았어요. 주차도 넓고 편했어요. 제 집처럼 편하고 즐겁게 지내다 왔어요. 수영장옆에 야외시설에 바베큐를 해먹을 수 있는 시설이 있었어요. 저는 사용하지 못했지만 바베큐를 해먹으면 좋을것 같다는 생각을 했어요~아, 자쿠지도있어서 수영하다가 추우면 자쿠지에 들어가있으면 됩니다. ㅎㅎ추천합니다~!!

I like that it accommodated my whole family of 6. The location is great, it provides the ability to walk to shopping areas.

For such a large property, the pool and the breakfast area is too small . The laundry room is ridiculous, one coin machine in operation.

Obiekt przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Komfortowy, obszerny, cichy i znakomicie wyposażony apartament z aneksem kuchennym. Porządny basen z jacuzzi, ogólnodostępne grille z przestrzenią wypoczynkową. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Sympatyczny i profesjonalny personel. Duży i bezpłatny parking. Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, na uboczu ale wszędzie blisko. Bez wahania zarezerwujemy ten hotel przy okazji kolejnego pobytu w LA.

Very close to most of my family. Felt very homey vs a typical hotel or motel.

Our door kept getting stuck and was hard to open. Our toilet in the master bedroom kept getting stuck in the middle of the water refilling cycle (the sound of water streaming took almost 15-20 minutes to stop)

Soluzione perfetta con appartamento completo se si vuole mangiare a casa, ma con la colazione compresa, la piscina e lenzuola e shampoo compresi, per noi il top della soluzione di alloggio. Inoltre silenzioso e comodo per gli spostamenti e per il parcheggio.

Niente (forse l’unica piccola cosa, che facendo circa 10 giorni di soggiorno, se invece si 7 fossero state fatte le pulizie a metà soggiorno sarebbe stato meglio, ma presumo la pulizia ogni 7 giorni sia una regola e veramente ci siamo trovati benissimo).

I didn’t like that the my kids were kicked out the pool before 10pm by one of the cleaners . I have filed a complaint & was promised points to my sonesta app and haven’t received them .

Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs and potatoes for hot food, or oatmeal. Some fresh fruit, cereals and toast also available. Fairly basic but filled us up!

Our first night we didn't get the crib we requested, so we had difficulty with our one year old! We had messaged the hotel specifically about this beforehand and emailed and called them but still had this problem. Next day received a crib but the first night was a major problem.

They said check-in was supposed to start at 4 PM, but I had to wait for almost an hour after going, and they said the room wasn't cleaned. Unlike the picture, the facilities were old and the cleanliness was not clean. The bathroom smelled, and since there was no housekeeping, it was very inconvenient that if you needed a towel, you had to carry a used towel yourself to the front desk to receive a new one. The front desk staff working during the day were not very friendly. The room's facilities were outdated. It was difficult to connect the phone from the room to the front disk. The pool water was not clean. The sound of the bathroom ventilator was loud, and the refrigerator made the sound of making ice all night long. The room was not clean, which made me feel uneasy, and there was quite a bit of dust in the closets all over the room. On the first day, I had to visit and catch bugs three times before I could fall asleep.

Lemmikloomad on lubatud, see on tore aga sellisel juhul peaks loomaga külalised broneerima tubadesse, mis on neile spetsiaalselt mõeldud. Sellistes tubades peaks kindlasti puuduma vaip. Minu sviidis oli tugev koera lõhn ja see kahjuks ei olnud meeldiv. Keegi võis ju magada ka voodis oma koeraga, you never know. Soovitan hotellile ümber korraldada lemmikloomadega reisijaid puudutavad asjaolud, et säilitada teistele külalistele, kes on küll lemmikloomade sõbralikud maksimaalne kogemus puhtast ja nauditavast hotellitoast, aitäh!

Liked the room was very clean

The breakfast buffet was like a middle school cafeteria could have been a lot better, only had it first day, and that was it. :( :( :( ........... Ugh!

The suite I stayed in was very clean, roomy, quiet, it smelt nice, the staff were friendly and accommodating. . For some reason I smelt breakfast being served at the bottom floor...haha

My mistake not requesting a bottom suite. I had a lot of stuff to carry up and down, No elevator. I really gotten my work out for sure.

Die Lage ist toll, man erreicht mit den Auto alles recht schnell (für Verhältnisse in LA). Parkplätze sind inbegriffen. Das Zimmer war eher eine kleine Wohnung mit Kochmöglichkeit und Kühlschrank. Sehr gemütlich.

Die Auswahl an frischem Obst dürfte ein wenig mehr sein (das fruchtigste, das es gab waren Äpfel, FruitLoops und Marmelade). Aber für amerikanische Verhältnisse scheinbar in Ordnung.

Netter Empfang, wir hatten zwei tolle, große Zimmer die fast schon kleine Apartments waren. Es war eine voll ausgestattete Küche vorhanden, das Bad war riesig und das Bett sehr bequem. Zum Frühstück gab es für amerikanische Verhältnisse eine große Auswahl.

Für amerikanische Verhältnisse normal, für uns Europäer etwas befremdlich, dass es ausschließlich Plastik- oder Pappgeschirr gab, aber wir haben einfach das Geschirr aus unserem Zimmer mit zum Frühstück genommen, das war kein Problem.

The location and it was comfortable

I didn’t even get to stay at all , I booked the room under the impression that I could check in after booking but wasn’t able to. I ended up having to stay somewhere else and pay for another room. I requested to have the room canceled and got denied. Ended up having to pay for both rooms which I couldn’t afford. Absolute bullshit and will never be booking again.

Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania LA, śniadanie biorąc pod uwagę amerykańskie standardy na duży plus, bezpłatny parking, siłownia, basen, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia w apartamencie.

Brak czajnika w kuchni to jedyna niedogodność dla mnie

Bardzo fajny hotel. Czysto, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne. Śniadanie całkiem dobre i na bieżąco uzupełniane.

I didn’t like the no elevators only because we got a suite on the 3rd floor and it was hard with 3 kids going up and down 2 flights of stairs. Other than that it was great.

It was a very comfortable stay for us. We were travelling with our 14 yr. old grandson. The couch conversion to a bed worked well for us.the breakfast was very good. There is a wonderful mall a few minute drive away where we had dinner.

The level of cleanliness in the patio area needed attention. Crumbs in the chairs and around the patio fire and also the covered patio area. I am surprised at the general public not cleaning up after themselves. The hotel staff should not have to clean up after them.

The room was modern and very nice! I loved that it had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, two-burner stove, colander, pots, plates, bowls, cups, knives, cutting board, and utensils—a big plus for me. It was spacious, and I booked a one-bedroom queen suite for three adults and one child. There were two TVs, the pull-out bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good.

My room was on the third floor with no elevator, so there was a lot of carrying back and forth, up and down the stairs. By the time we got everything to the room, we were already exhausted. To top it off, it was really hot that day, and the room was at 79 degrees. I set the AC to 65, and it felt perfect after a few minutes. They had two remotes but only one remote worked for the TVs. Also, from what I remember, room service stops at 3 p.m.
