June 2026: Buyer beware! That is unless, you like the idea of a $350/night dirty motel. This is not a hotel. It’s a dirty, creaky, smelly old motel. Banged up prison-like doors, a horrifying convalescent hospital smell in the public hallways. I shall go on: holes in the hallway walls, 25-yo smelly wall to wall carpeting in the hallways, dirty dusty EVERYTHING. The first room key they gave us was to a room so alarmingly unclean, my husband didn’t put his bags down and looked at me like this was a joke. His first words: “HOW MUCH??” We retuned to the desk to report the condition of the room and were challenged. Let us send housekeeping up there to challenge your feedback. No one at #Redac has set foot in hospitality school. I am so mad at myself for not trusting the red flag that began with the phone call that morning from LAX, giving them a quick heads up that our flight landed early. It was like an AI rabbit hole of weird phone calls with vague, dismissive, and unprofessional transfers from one rabbit hole to the next. That night as we reluctantly climbed in bed (after a full bed-mites bedding check) we ran the numbers on had we just walked out and driven to a brand name, a Ramada or a Hilton, honestly for $350 they would have been leagues above this experience because they have to be. Our friends at REDAC clearly report to no one. Who cares 🎉 they bounced us to the exact same situation across the hall. Embarrassing. Depressing. Gross. Stay very, very far away from this fleabag. Convenient for HellmouthCon

Gym was under reconstruction, no treadmills were working.

Office staff uninterested in service. Fragrances in room and system made us very ill. We are going to report the situation to upper management. Very dirty room and has not been updated. We would not stay in this facility again or you're other hotels if they are like this one. Stephan Anderson

I woke up with a roach inside my 7-11 egg sandwich. There was roaches in the bath room a few. Disgusting!

Ants in the room. Rude stuff!!! When I check in wasn’t smooth, I can understand stand they have policies, but the stuff told me in very impolite way, „hey girl! if you’re not happy, you can cancel your booking! You can’t get any refund anyway!“ while she chewing gum. No one want to pay 200$ for her attitude! Got another room was ok but still the whole building is a bit too old. Good things are they hav japanese bidet and free parking. I reported the problem to the front desk I got“we‘re sorry about that“ and I wrote the email to manager I just wanted to let them know what happened and let their employees get better education of service. But I didn’t get any reply since 1 week! Very angry and disappointed!!!

部屋の清掃が行き届いていなかった。 一部屋目に案内されたところは ・ベッドにポップコーンの食べかす ・冷蔵庫にシミ ・浴槽に長い髪の毛 ・タオルから髪の毛 ・ハンガーが一本もない があった。 耐えられず部屋の交代をしてもらい別の部屋に入ると、 ・カーペットにドライフルーツのようなゴミ ・土が落ちている ような状況で、清掃はあまり行き届いてなかったなと感じました。

Hotel needs to be updated - paint is chipping, baseboards deteriorating, bathroom floors uneven, holes in walls. Staff was unfriendly.

A 5 minute shower turns into a 25 minute shower because this hotel has water savers and NO WATER PRESSURE. The internet is very poor and has been for the 4 years I have going to this hotel. The bathroom light was blow out and the Maintainance worker ( the guy in the nitted cap that walks around the hotel on his phone all the time ) replaced the light bulb with a 5 watt bulb because that is all he had and he told me that all I need. REALLY. This is a guy I have seen sleeping in his car from time to time. It really is the time to get a new IT Tech to fix the internet system, but I have only been going to this hotel for 4 years. As for the front check in desk, these people work very hard and do very well at their job - thank you

Disappointing Stay, Wouldn’t Return I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like it was just one thing after another with this stay. We had a group of about five rooms for the weekend, and none of our rooms were ever cleaned from Friday through Monday — no fresh towels or housekeeping at all. The hotel itself wasn’t dirty, just poorly managed. There’s no breakfast on weekends, and when we tried to get breakfast Monday morning, it was $17 per person for a basic hotel buffet — so we went out instead. In my room, most of the outlets didn’t work, and the only one that did was hanging out of the wall. No complimentary water either. We requested to be on the same floor as our group, which didn’t happen — not a big deal, but still disappointing. The pillows weren’t great, but that’s minor compared to the rest. To top it off, there was a billing issue. I booked the room under my name but didn’t have my card at check-in, so my fiancé used his. They ended up charging both of our cards for the same room, which I now have to get fixed. Overall, the stay was underwhelming. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor service, and billing mistake, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Bubble-jet bath tub worked excellent. Toilet is sparkle clean and the seat was nicely heated. The entire bathroom is very well sanitized and maintained. From the photos provided on booking.com, we expected our Japanese style breakfast but it was only for customers with their company's reservation but is available for extra $18.

I had to use Laundry Machine/Dryer but the small laundry room was rusty, dusty and not very clean. all the machines were outdated. One of two washing machines there was a sock stuck by the lid from the beginning to the end, not cleaned and soaked. The Dryer worked fine but medium heat was still very hot.

There was just so many small details that made it add up to make it so noticeable. For example walking in at first the place was somewhat humid. Then the walkway you could notice plenty of holes alongside the walls. Floors inside the hotel room looked somewhat dirty (not sure if it was dirty or just due to wear). I will say the sheets and beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom you could notice certain areas having mold grow from it. The bottle of lotion was empty. The toilet was cool I guess, it had a seat warmer so that’s cool! But yeah overall so many small details that threw off the overall environment.

Room was very nice with a sitting room that had 2 full couches a smaller tv. Decent kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave. Jacuzzi tub was amazing

We appreciated that the cleaning product smells were at a minimum. Floors were clean and not sticky with cleaner residue and chemicals like a lot of places, we encountered no detergent smells on the linens. The rooms are very generous on floor space, and the staff are friendly staff. We have stayed multiple times in the Spring and Summer of 25 and expect to stay many more times.

Usually the rooms are clean and have nothing broken but this stay I found that the shower head part was falling apart and the vent button was broken. I like this hotel and I’ve stayed a few times but this time the condition of the room was not as great

Located in convenient area

The noise from the upstairs footsteps kept me awake.

Location was just okay but it is very convenient to travel where we needed to go. Very clean accommodations but room did have a musty smell. Customer service is excellent and felt safe arriving at night and it was nice and bright and welcoming.

Room was good- just a little loud, and the location wasn’t that great.

everything was going great until I flush the toilet after that it kept making this loud irritating sound and it wouldn’t stop so I had to check out three hours later

Very clean and quiet and comfortable

It wasn’t overly clean or the nicest place but it’s an easy enough spot to lay your head at night.

We stayed here for a festival in Long Beach because it was cheaper. Overall we had a nice stay. Pros: The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The area also seemed really safe and was quiet. Cons: The pillows were a little lumpy and flat. The water temperature was inconsistent getting really hot one second and freezing the other without touching the handle. The water pressure also was very low and weak. There were several unknown stains on the carpet. No continental breakfast but they do offer free coffee and lemon water in the mornings in the lobby. Overall it was a nice stay but not a great one.

Extremely uncomfortable bed. Had back pain every morning. Woke up numerous times through the night. Air Conditioner was terrible...never got cold or cool. Water temperature in shower would go up and down without touching the handle. I will never stay here again

The location was easy to navigate to and close to highways. Within close distance to gas, Starbucks and fast food. The staff were all really nice too.

Check in was fine. Down stairs was clean. However rooms were dirty. Mold in the bathroom, walls had hand prints and dirt all over them. The curtains had blood stains. Rooms are extremely tiny reminds me of a college dorm. This place is basically like an upgrade from motel 6. The pictures online fooled me. It was convenient for the time being as I only slept here but I wouldn’t stay here again.
