Hervorragendes Personal, das sich um alle Anliegen persönlich gekümmert hat und ausgesprochen zuvorkommend war. Ausserdem ist der Style des Interieurs sehr geschmackvoll und alles ist liebevoll arrangiert. Sehr saubere Location. Alles perfekt.

Es liegt ca 5 km vom Stadtkern in der Natur. Im Dorf selbst ist wenig los, aber die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Mit Didi kommt man günstig hin und zurück.

Lovely hotel in the quiet and relaxing village in Guilin. It was a perfect setting, with all the facilities you would need around, but also just a quick taxi ride into downtown Guilin. The room on the top floor was lovely, with everything you would want and more, and views out over the surrounding nature. We both slept very well here. However it was the staff that really made our stay, in particular Helen. We had a few tricky issues related to our stay in China which we asked them for help with and they really went above and beyond to help us out. We are forever grateful for all the help that she gave us! PS the breakfast was the best we’ve had in China too!

Great place, very close to the Reed Flute Caves, the staff were excellent, from the Airport pick up to the availability to accompany us and book tickets for the tours. Will definitely return to Guilin and stay again at this place in the future, they have the most friendly staff I have ever encountered.

Het personeel was top! heel behulpzaam en helpt met opties voor dagtripjes en vervoer. De kamers zijn heel mooi en modern, en ontbijt is top.

De locatie. De omgeving van dit hotel is echt vergane glorie, en zijn zeker niet de mooie beelden die je online ziet. Het centrum van Guilin is 20 minuten met taxi. Enige waar je lopend naartoe kan zijn de Reed Flute Caves ( die wel de moeite waard zijn).

Helen ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, vielen Dank an Sie und ihr Team. Jederzeit wieder

It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in - if I could give more than 10 stars I definitely would. The hotel is super nice, amazing view and the service is outstanding. The ladies made my stay fantastic - very attentive, caring and super helpful to organise tours and everything else. The breakfast is amazing with the fresh fruits and also they prepared breakfast to go on the days of the tour. I’ll definitely will be back. Also you must try the massages - it’s an amazing massage therapist. I had a lymphatic body massage and it’s been probably the best of my entire life.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Guilin, ähnlich in einem kleinen Aussenquartier, dadurch ruhig. Stadt ist mit Didi bestens erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, unterstützend. Das Hotel selbst ist stylish, das Design schlicht gehalten. Sehr sauber. Kein Lift vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist einfach köstlich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Die Toilette ist nur durch eine Glastüre vom Zimmer abgetrennt, die Intimsphäre ist dadurch nicht vollkommen gegeben. Schade ist nur ein Sessel vorhanden (eine Person musste immer auf dem Bett sitzen), somit konnte die schöne Aussicht nur "alleine" genossen werden.

Moderne und schlichte Ausstattung, die sehr gut zur Umgebung gepasst hat, man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in einem Wellness Retreat. Insbesondere muss man aber die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorheben! Auch wenn alle nur sehr wenig englisch sprechen, wurde uns über WeChat bei allem immer und sofort geholfen! Wir benötigten einen spontanen Arztbesuch, auch das haben sie alles für uns organisiert. Zum Geburtstag bekam ich als Überraschung sogar Blumen und eine Torte! Auch der vermittelte Fahrer für unseren Ausflug auf dem Li-Fluss und in Yangshou war unglaublich nett!

Wij hebben genoten van dit mooie hotel in Guilin. Fijne locatie met een geweldig uitzicht, dichtbij de hotspots. Een warm welkom in een mooi hotel en een eigenaresse die goed Engels spreekt en heel behulpzaam is!

A beautiful and very unique boutique hotel. The attention to detail was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were very hospitable with everything.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es gab Tee und Früchte bei der Ankunft. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich bei der Organisation unseres Tagesausflugs und beschaffte uns einen sehr netten englischsprachigen Führer. Auch sonst wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse warmherzig eingegangen. Ein traditionelles gutes Restaurant ist in nächster Nähe.

Die Aussicht war nicht ganz so schön wie wir uns erhofft haben. Wahrscheinlich gibt es bessere und schlechtere Lagen der Zimmer.

The staff was very caring: they helped a lot with suggestions, navigation around the city and river tour. I forgor my t-shirt there and they arranged a delivery to another city in China. Which is very nice. Breakfast was ok for China. Moreover, given we left early for the river tour, they prepared for us some fruits and sandwedges "to-go".

The most disappointing thing was that "Mountain view" has a view on the wall of the nearby hotel. Yes, you can see the mountain if you come close to the window and look on your left. But this is not the view. We complained about that and got the refund. Also the bathroom is a bit strange, since there is no proper toilet door - just a glass one.

I’ve written quite a few reviews in the past but this is the first one where no matter what I write it won’t do the hotel and it’s staff justice as they are the best in any way possible. We loved everything, from the breakfasts to the room and location on a quiet and peaceful part of Guilin, but the people are the ones that made our stay into something that we will never forget. They organized everything for us, communicated well and promptly, ensured that we have enough time to see and experience everything we wanted to. And when our bank cards were blocked by our bank they actually made us dinner at 10 o’clock in the evening and payed for our taxi to the railway station the next day. The kindness of the staff is something that we will always remember. So, if you’re reading this and thinking about booking a room here, stop thinking and just book it. You won’t regret it.

Great little village to stay with easy walking distance to food. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Booked us a river cruise and arranged travel to the boat. Breakfast was very tasty and was freshly made by the owner. We were given fruit and juice on our arrival and when we arrived back from our river cruise.

The bath was lovely view but the water was cold and too slow filling the bath.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren außergewöhnlich herzlich, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Sie haben mich hervorragend bei meiner Tages- und Reiseplanung unterstützt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ein schöner Start in den Tag. Mein Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und sehr angenehm – ich habe mich dort sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Reed Flute Cave ist in einem entspannten Spaziergang von etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar. Bis in die Innenstadt dauert es zu Fuß rund 1,5 Stunden, mit dem Taxi jedoch nur 10–15 Minuten. Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Встретили нас в аэропорту, быстро доехали до локации, дорога заняла порядка 40 минут. Отель расположен среди гор, виды просто невероятные!! Нас любезно разместили на 3 этаже, где у нас было два отельных номера рядом, личная гостиная зона отдельно и выход на крышу с полным обзором! Великолепные завтраки, был выбор из нескольких вариантов, подавались они так, будто мы единственные гости, все с заботой, теплом и уютом. Персонал отеля это невероятные люди, вообще было полное ощущение что мы в гостях у своих лучших друзей! Окружили теплом и заботой, реагировали на все просьбы, очень старались! Мы много где были, но я такого радушия никогда не встречала! Место откуда не хотелось уезжать! У нас в номере была огромная ванная с панорамным видом на горы, и это невероятные ощущения . Обязательно пользуйтесь услугой водителя, еще до приезда нам дали подробную информацию о всех локациях которые мы можем посетить, за целый день путешествия с водителем мы отдали всего 800 юаней, он заботливо провожал нас до всех локаций, помогал с покупкой билетов, рассказывал историю разных мест, в Яншо отвез нас в ресторан с невероятными видами и супер вкусной кухней, берите утку, самая вкусная утка в жизни только там! Также, наша поездка выпала на наши дни рождения с мужем, персонал отеля приготовили нам сюрприз от которого я плакала! Это был не отель, это был дом друзей! Учитывайте что это поселок, и там нет лакшери жизни, но мы ехали за другим, и получили гораздо больше чем ожидали! Я не просто рекомендую вам посетить этот отель, я настоятельно советую! Мы обязательно вернемся вновь!

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la chambre très spacieuse, ainsi que la grande baignoire. La literie était très confortable. L’emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre ville, mais avec les applications de taxis cela se faisait très bien ! Nous avons particulièrement aimé la gentillesse et l’accueil de Meggie, qui nous a conseillé tout au long de notre séjour et nous a énormément aidé !

We are very happy with our stay at Bonjour Boutique Hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated in a worderful and calm village and it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the center by car. The decoration and the rooms are beautiful, but the staff is the best this hotel has to offer. Everyone is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. They recommended us lots of places to visit and restaurants to try local food. Breakfast is incredible, we tried the three types they offered. We felt like we were among friends. Thank you to all the employees for being so kind!

Hôtel propre chambre correcte avec ce qu’il faut bon petit déjeuner j’ai eu droit à un prix de bienvenue pour le massage mais surtout le personnel est très agréable toujours souriant et bienveillant avec une mention spéciale pour Maggie qui était toujours disponible et qui se démène pour rendre le séjour au top 👌 que ce soit dans l’hôtel ou pour les activités vraiment il n’y a rien à dire elle est d’une grande générosité et gentillesse avec le sourire Merci 🙏

En recepción, la chica que nos atendió habla muy bien inglés y te da un montón de sugerencias y ayuda para hacer reservas o encontrar restaurantes. Lo recomendamos al 100% y volveremos seguro. Kleines Hotel und sehr individuelle Betreuung, sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit.

Die Empfehlung für das benachbarte nobel-wirkende Restaurant konnten wir nach dem Essen nicht nachvollziehen, aber ist eine Geschmacksache. Aufpassen muss man in der Dusche, da dort auch eine Lampe untergebracht ist. Trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Petit boutique hôtel avec terrasse et piscine (certaines chambres ont en plus une terrasse privative) Chambres spacieuses et au design raffiné avec immenses baies vitrées avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes.

Avis mitigé sur le personnel à la réception: ils ne parlent absolument pas un mot d'anglais (même pas hello), mais une jeune femme est de très bonne volonté pour vous aider (résa taxis, infos, etc). Il faut communiquer avec elle en utilisant une appli de traduction. Les autres ne sont pas coopératifs

Le bonjour hotel est une perle. L'hôtel est désigné ave autant de soin, de délicatesse que de confort. Les chambres sont magnifiques comme la vue sur les montagnes. L'hôtel est niche dans un petit village qui fait partie de Guilin, calme et assez sauvage. Une promenade est accessible depuis L'hôtel et plisieurs bons restaurants aussi.Maggie et les équipes nous ont incroyablement aidés et accompagnés pour organiser nos déplacements et excursions.. Le petit déjeuner frais du matin est parfait et particulièrement les wontons faits maison. Merci encore, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le ragazze del Bonjour Boutique Hotel sono fantastiche! Sempre sorridenti, professionali e disponibili h24. Siamo arrivati alle 4 di mattina e ci hanno organizzato il taxi dall'aeroporto, cosi come la partenza (sempre alle 4 del mattino). Deliziosa colazione preparata al momento, freschissima! È vero, l'hotel dista 2 km dal centro, ma per noi è stato un valore aggiunto: Guilin è molto caotica. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Che dire....continuate cosi!

Nos recibieron con un aperitivo de bienvenida muy rico. Las dos chicas de recepción hablan inglés y fueran super amables, nos resolvieron todos nuestros problemas (llegar una noche y que te preparen fruta cortada, que te laven y sequen la ropa, reserva para el crucero por el río Li...). Además las habitaciones eran impecables. Los desayunos maravillosos, te hacen sentir como en casa, trato muy cercano y amable. El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en China.

In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

We do love our stay at Bonjour, quiet village, room with sense of design, comfort bedding and helpful staffs. They helped me book river cruise tickets at very reasonable price, arranged satisfactory day tours. I also recommend their Chinese massage at end of day!

The staff was extraordinary. They were so kind and helpful. They organised trips and transport for us, made us delicious breakfast and took care of us. The place is outside of the main city, it's very quiet and calm out there, yet to reach the city centre you only need 15 minutes by a very cheap taxi (3$) As of the hotel, there were amazing breakfasts, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfy. There's a restaurant 2 minutes walk from the entrance.

The toilet in the room had glass doors (if that's an issue for you)

Потрясающий отель! У нас были 2 комнаты на последнем этаже. Номера современные, чистые и уютные, в каждом ванна с видом на горы. Утром три типа завтрака на выбор: национальный, европейский и еще какой то) каждый вечер спрашивают, какой и во сколько подать. Мы брали европейский и наедались до вечера: бутерброды, вафли с вареньем, кукуруза, дыни. Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный, помогли и с экскурсиями и с трансфером. На нашем этаже еще был выход на крышу со столиками и потрясающими видами.

Дуже привітний і турботливий персонал, допомогли нам розібратись з Аліпеєм і таксі. Коли ми заселились в готель, нам запропонували ланч безкоштовно у вигляді вафель і фруктів. У номері є все необхідне (фен, шампунь, гель для душу, зубні щітки, капці, серветки, зарядка, кондиціонер, є сушка для рушників, що дуже зручно(можна випрати і висушити нижню білизну), багато дрібничок в номері. Сніданки непогані, звечора обираєш, що і о котрій будеш їсти вранці.

Розташування - далекувато від міста, потрібно їхати на автобусі

Vi havde det skønneste ophold på 3 overnatninger. Blev hentet af en chauffør fra toget af hotellet. Blev mødt at det sødeste personale. Vi fik opgraderet vores værelse som var virkeligt lækkert. Vi fik hjælp til, og gejtning til div ture. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækkert, og vi skulle bare melde hvad tid vi ville have morgenmad så stod de personligt og lavede det. Beliggenhed var perfekt lidt fra centrum men smukke omgivelser af bjerge og floden. Kunne gå af en sti ikke langt fra the Grave. Super service og imødekommenhed på hotellet. Da vi tjekkede ud om morgen havde Magi lavet en lækkert pose med Morgen mad, vafler, sandwich, og lækkert frugt vi kunne tage med videre på rejsen. Lækkert hotel og man får meget for pengene. Vi vil så meget anbefale hotellet og hotellet/stedet. Kommer meget gerne igen.

Hvis jeg skulle nævne en lille ting kunne det være rart med et lille køleskab på værelset til drikkevarer.

One of the best hotels I have visit during my long trip to Asia. The place is running by responsible, caring and lovely people that would do everything for the guests in order to make them feel at home, including trip arrangements. The hotel is very clean and its design is amazing and makes you feel calm and peaceful during the staying. I stayed in a very fine and luxurious room, including huge and comfortable bath and bed. The breakfast meals are wonderful. I’m strongly recommend this place, was lucky to get there.

El personal es lo mejor de este hotel. Nos ayudaron con las excursiones, nos preparar el desayuno al gusto, nos recomendaron donde cenar y todo ello con mucho cariño haciéndonos sentir súper confortables. Mención especial a Maggie, un 10.

Süßes kleines Boutique-Hotel, dass auf einer Art Insel nahe der Reed Flute Cave liegt. Das Personal (Maggie und Helen) ist bezaubernd und kümmert sich rührend um einen. Mega Service. Tolles Frühstück. Schöne Zimmer mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge. Wir waren 4 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten für uns als Familie die Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Ich dachte, es handelt sich hierbei um eine Art Wohnung. Es sind jedoch zwei einzelne Doppelzimmer auf einer Etage sowie eine Art Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist aber rein theoretisch für jeden frei zugänglich und nicht wirklich gemütlich. Wir haben es daher gar nicht genutzt.

Het personeel was heel erg behulpzaam en heel aardig !! Ik kreeg zelfs nog een telefoontje of ik wakker was, toen ik heel vroeg op moest in een ander hotel dichtbij de luchthaven !! Wat een perfecte service en ik had een prachtige hotel kamer, met het bad voor het raam met uitzicht op de fantastische bergen in deze omgeving !! Dikke 10 !!

Amazing and helpful staff. Great location in a little village outside Guilin.

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale gentilissimo. La struttura è un po' fuori Guilin, in un contesto molto tranquillo, con pista ciclabile a 2 passi. Comodo per visitare le grotte.

L'hotel rende benissimo in foto, ma dal vivo ci sono segni di usura del tempo e non risulta più così nuovo, mancanza di cura nel dettaglio. Scomodità del wc all'interno del vano doccia con porta trasparente. Ho usufruito del servizio massaggio, ma non avevo capito si tenesse in camera! Pensavo ci fosse una zona spa adeguata.

1) This boutique hotel is locate Lujia Village is a small village on the bank of the Reed Flute Scenic Area and the Taohua River in Guilin. Lujia Village is only 2 kilometers from the center of Guilin. It is one of the first 16 famous villages in Guangxi. They are also known for making tofu. 2) The hotel staff always went over and beyond for us. They helped us book our tour tickets, get a taxi where ever we were, prepared food that we want, and even did online shopping for us. They made the impossible possible for us especially when they were able to find the shirt that my son has been looking for. 3) We didn’t have to travel outside the village to find home-cooked dinner meal , especially after a day of sightseeing! Just about 3 minutes walk from the hotel is our favorite family restaurant. We ate there every night. 4) The inside of the hotel is newly renovated. It gave a vibe of simplicity and functional. I like that they have bathtubs in the rooms that we got. We even had access to the rooftop! 5) Their breakfast is so customizable! They always ask us what if we have any requests the day before breakfast. I personally enjoyed the Guilin Rice Noodles. What an incredible first experience in China!

Everything was Great!!! Maggie, the owner, was amazing! She helped us with everything! She and her facility/structure deserve a lot... Can't wait to visit Guilin again and I can definetely say I'll come back to Boujour Hotel. There's a plus as well, next to the hotel there is an excellent restaurant. They make many fresh homemade dish, and trust me if I say tha was good since with me there was a friend of mine who works like a Chef in Italy. Maggie thank you again, hopefully to be abck soon.
