Friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, quiet location but close to coffee shops and bars.

A little hard to find the entrance when we first got there but this is only a small thing.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel La Villa Nice Promenade. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, cafés and shops. Everything you need is within walking distance, which made exploring Nice very easy and enjoyable. The hotel was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, and the staff were always polite, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of options and everything needed for a great start to the day. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience and a great location in Nice. I would happily stay here again!

I really have no complaints about the hotel. Perhaps having a swimming pool or some sort of beach service would be a nice addition, but their absence certainly didn’t have a negative impact on my experience. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay.

Great location in the city center

Had such a lovely stay- the bed was super comfy, staff very friendly and the location was amazing for the beach/ watching the Iron Man! Everything was really lovely and clean and will definitely be coming back.

Ein feines kleines Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Promenade. Klasse Frühstück. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Wenn überhaupt kein Spa. Aber das auch nur in der Winterzeit..

Extreme noise from the club opposite - could not sleep properly the 5 nights we stay there.

The location very close to the Promenade and access to a grocery store and restaurants.

It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel. I had to go through the parking lot to access it, a little confusing the first time. The room size was a bit small.

Excellent location. Nice showers and toiletries. Pleasant staff

Loft room was a little underwhelming. Bathroom felt a bit basuc. Entry through the carpark a bit of a drag

Nous avons eu une chambre sous les toits qui était vraiment mignonne, mansardée avec un petit balcon. Les équipements sont très bien, il y aune machine à café à capsules et de l'eau fraîche dans le frigo. Le petit-déjeuner parfait avec tout ce qu'il faut, du sucré, du salé. L'emplacement est bien mais il faut marcher environ 2,5 km pour se rendre dans le centre historique de Nice ; la balade est bien sympa. Par contre, on traverse la route et on est en bord de mer à deux pas de la promenade des anglais, tout près du Negresco.

Rien ! Juste un petit souci avec les parois de la douche qui sont un peu bancales mais vraiment rien à redire, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel.

Hotel davvero molto comodo, posizione eccezionale se si vuole godersi un po la promenade des anglais, personale molto accogliente, in particolar modo Letizia, che è stata molto carina. Le stanze molto comode e pulite. E anche se non ne abbiamo approfittato anche le colazioni sembravano ricche e buone. Il parcheggio è interno alla struttura quindi anche sorvegliato

Die Toilette war mit einer sehr schlechten Schiebetüre ausgestattet. Nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Im Zimmer hat es eigenartig gerochen.

Zimmer war leider sehr klein, leider kein Balkon, wie gewohnt in den Hotelzimmern kaum Aufhängmöglichkeiten für nasse Badesachen.

Sehr nettes und ruhiges Hotel im Stadtzentrum. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Really nice hotel, the shower was amazing.

We stayed for 7 nights with breakfast included. The food was decent, but quite repetitive, as the same options were served every day, and the selection became more limited as our stay went on.

I stayed at another hotel across from La villa nice , when I saw it from my window I immediately checked out and enjoyed this hotel for the rest of my stay in Cannes, the owners are there every morning checking with the guest and attending to whatever you request “ umbrellas” and they got everyone the minute I requested , the hostess who is there makes the best afternoon aperol , she’s very sweet , I’d recommend and definitely will comeback again and again

In room coffee/tea station did not have sugar or milk available and thus did not use it.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Taksi ile havalimanına 15 dk mesafedeydi. Otel çok büyük değil tam bir butik otel her şeye çabuk ulaşılıyordu. Kahvaltı ne çok az ne de çok abartıydı tam kıvamındaydı. Resepsiyonda Türk personel Buse hn başta olmak üzere tüm personel çok yardımcıydı. Aynı zamanda restaurant bölümündeki personelde çok iyiydi. Otel hem halk hem de özel plaja çok yakındı. Biz La Vela beach i kullandık. Otel ayrıca otobüs durağına da yakındı. Adeta ev gibiydi. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

It was average accommodation. I feel its rating in Booking.com to not properly represent the actual hotel.

Staff weren’t extremely attentive. We checked in very late due to our flight being delayed and although when I emailed the property - they were very helpful with tips on how to get to the property, once we arrived we were offered not much from the night clerk.

החדר נקי וקיבלנו שדרוג לנוף לים. המיקום מעולה. 50 מטר מהחוף והיה לנו מזל שהיתה חניה של המלון פנויה כי צריך לשריין ולא תמיד יש. בלי זה חניה היא מאוד בעייתית בניס.

Innanzitutto il parcheggio , per chi ha l’auto è Fondamentale . Poi la posizione … direttamente ad un minuto dal mare e quindi dalla Promenade.

AC droppa vatten på rummet. Balkongen vi beställde kunde man inte se ut ifrån om man satt ner. Var en vindsbalkong som hade väldigt höga kanter. Sängen var väldigt hård. Förväntar mig mer för 330 EUR natten.

Le bruit et l’isolation phonique des chambres est à revoir. En effet, le bar dans la ruelle avoisinante était bruyant (pas de la faute de l’hôtel…) mais le déplacement ou le maniement de matériel tardivement (2h-3h-4h du matin) était dérangeant.

Convenient location for Promenade des Anglais. Hire bikes nearby to get further along coast. Nice walk to old town. Plenty of Beach clubs nearby.

Old hotel, definitely not 4 stars. Decor is lovely but you can’t get rid of the feeling that it’s not worth the money. Poor cleaning services, didn’t even restock the toilet paper, had to ask for it separately.

Great location. The hotel was very clean. The staff were really friendly, they helped us so much when we were there. We had a problem with one of our excursions and they helped us to rebook another at last minute. If we were back in Nice we would stay here again.

stopped only for 1 ovenight between Italy and an outbound flight the night morning. great location to walk into the central Old Nice. they have a small parking lot in front if you have a car (i dumped my rental car at back at the airport before I checked in). quieter area, only a block off of the Promenade. Comfortable bed and decent shower. AC works.

If you're going to the airport, call an uber or your own taxi. When I asked front desk to call me a taxi, they ordered me a private driver so it was more expensive than it needed to be for a 10min ride to the airport.

Our room was very nice and confortable; we appreciated the good A/C. The location, which offers parking, is great. half a block from the Promenade where you find lots of restaurants and the beach. Their breakfast was amazing!!! and with the assistance of the young fellow who hails from Tunisia, if I rememeber correctly, who helps around the dining room, it cound not have been any better. I would highly recommend this hotel; also the staff at the front desk were very helpful and super nice!!!!

The location, terrace, breakfast, the romantic vibe.

A lovely place to stay; has nice gluten free bread for breakfast and being able to park on hotel grounds is a big bonus, especially in Nice. We have stayed in this hotel before, and we chose it again because it's easy to get to from the main road (avoiding having to drive into the very busy streets of Nice).

The staff were lovely but there was generally only one person at a reception which meant a long wait if you were ordering drinks.

Sfeervol hotel op een mooie locatie in de stad Nice, op enkele minuten lopen van de zee. Hotel was zeer compleet, vriendelijk, en een heerlijk ontbijt.

Het was gehorig, maar je zit in de stad. Wij hadden de comfort kamer, de volgende keer zou ik een wat grotere kamer boeken.

Great location. Easy and quick to get from the airport. A couple of minutes from the sea. The staff is friendly and supportive. We were given a choice for the room, as arrived early. The hotel provided an umbrella for the beach.

Beautifully presented. Gorgeous colours and adornments. Even velvet-clad mirrors.

The room was very clean and came with a vanity kit, as well as, robes and slippers. The staff even leave you a filtered bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival.

There were not enough towels and there was a marking on the pillow case.
