Hôtel à 10-15 minutes de l’hypercentre et de la plage, avec piscine. Literie de qualité. Personnel agréable.

Propreté pas optimale et traces d’usure surtout dans la salle de bain. On pourrait attendre mieux d’un 4 étoiles. On entend les portes claquer dans le couloir.

La proximité avec le centre ville. Bon petit déjeuner.

En general me gustó todo, es verdad que fin de semana de septiembre, los precios son algo elevados y la calidad-precio no es la mejor. Pero sigue siendo una gran elección. Repetiría.

er was geen warm water; personeel was niet bereid daar iets aan te doen; pas bij dreigen niet te betalen voor een kamer zonder warm water werd een installateur geregeld. Kamer veel te klein voor een zgn. 4 sterren hotel; je kan niet fatsoenlijk om het bed heenlopen. Personeel is niet vriendelijk, niet servicegericht, niet bekwaam.

La atención en el servicio de desayuno.

Las habitaciones pequeñas, sucias, durante la semana de la estancia no limpiaban la habitación, se limitaban a tapar la cama y a poner toallas limpias. No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas sino de tres, necesita una reforma. Y la terraza, si se puede llamar terraza a un habitáculo tan pequeña sucia, sucia.

Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass man einen Koffer kaum ǒffnen kann. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.

Das Hotel lag ungefähr 150 m von der Hauptinnenstadt entfernt und es war ein schönes Ambiente dort. Wir hatten einen Parkhaus im Hotel, wo auch genügend Platz für mein Fahrzeug war. Außerdem hatte dieses Hotel einen wunderschönen Garten mit einem Swimmingpool, den wir am Sonntag sehr intensiv genutzt haben.

Das Hotel hat uns soweit sehr gut gefallen und es gab auch nichts auszusetzen. Das Zimmer hätte gerne noch zwei oder 3 m² größer sein können. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend, so dass wir hier mit dem Aufenthalt und im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr zufrieden waren. Ich würde dieses Hotel Eide weiterempfehlen.

I really liked this hotel. It was far away enough from the main town/beach area to be nice and quiet at night, but close enough to be able to walk there from the hotel and back. My room had everything I needed and was nicely decorated (Around the World in 80 Days themed) and very clean. I slept well too. Breakfast was very good, with a great food selection. The staff I met were friendly as well. The icing on the cake was being able to park my motorcycle securely in the underground car park.

As it often happens with France, this is a good 3 star hotel. Selling it as a 4 star hotel inevitably generates expectations that the property cannot match. Rooms are smaller than expected but nice, recently refurbished, elegant and functional. The outdoor photos cleverly hide the fact that the pool is in a fairly confined urban space, with a street and a bus stop right next to it. The buildings around it, which look like they’re part of the hotel in the promotional photos, are actually third-party commercial and residential buildings, so don’t expect much privacy at the pool. Pool towels cost extra. Consider this a 3 star hotel, and you won't be disappointed.

A great suburban location and 10 minutes walk into the centre of Biarritz. Swimming pool area was lovely and very relaxing. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the free 24/7 water refills was a nice touch. Loved the Jules Verne theme of the hotel, with all of the nice touches throughout the public areas. Reception staff was very friendly and always helpful. There is also a little Carrefour supermarket across the road, which is very convenient.

We booked a superior room - for this I would have expected adequate space around the bed and at least a desk & chair. The room was sadly very small and had none of this. Also there was a lingering faint smell from the drains in the room throughout.

La localització de l’hotel , el parking amb plaçes grans i de fàcil entrada i sortida. L’esmorzar és variat , amb bons embotits i formatges . El personal és simpàtic i molt atent. És un Hotel amb encant i està decorat amb temàtica de les noveles del Jules Verne. La zona de la piscina també està molt bé.

Desayuno excelente, la ubicación tranquila, cerca del centro y el hecho de que tenga piscina una maravilla. Hotel tranquilo. El trato en todo momento fue magnífico.

En la piscina habia bastantes mosquitos tigre, nos fuimos con picaduras.

Le personnel est très sympa. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises à la consigne de l'hôtel autant notre jour d'arrivée que notre jour de départ. C'est appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner est très appétissant, il y a bien du choix.

Pour le tarif , la chambre n'était pas grande. Celui-ci devat être en lien avec la journée du 15.08 qui rime avec feux d'artifices à Biarritz.

Nous avons apprécié le personnel, la localisation, la piscine et la salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon. Nous avons payé plus de 600 euros petit déjeuner compris pour une chambre très petite dans laquelle nous ne pouvions pas mettre nos valises ouvertes. Le prix aurait dû être beaucoup plus bas, le service est très bon mais la taille de la chambre et sa sollicite ne valent pas ce prix (télé vieillissante sans possibilité d’avoir accès aux applications type Netflix, un seul flacon possible dans la douche)

Lugar muy tranquilo, bien situado a 10 min andando del centro, limpio y el personal es increíble. La atención es espectacular, te ayudan con todo, yo tuve problema físico y me buscaron dónde ir, estando pendientes por si necesitaba algo. Se agradece encontrar tan buenos profesionales!

Estuvimos en el apartamento y está perfecto, nuevo, cómodo, con una terraza maravillosa. El personal muy amable. La ubicación estupenda. La piscina está genial y todo muy bien decorado.

Por comentar algún tema menor, la instalación de la climatización del edificio está justo encima del apartamento, por lo que hay un poco de ruido si te alojas en él. Aún así dormimos muy bien. Las camas son muy cómodas.

Il faut payer 5 euros la serviette pour la piscine et encore 5 euros si vous souhaitez la changer. La piscine pas très propre et le service à la piscine bien trop léger pour un hôtel 4 étoiles on nous a servi une bière bouteille sans verre et à température ambiante. On nous a proposé des glaçons. La chambre est vraiment trop petite on ne peut pas laisser plus qu une valise cabine ouverte sur le bureau et pas de mini bar Le ménage fait très légèrement. La carafe d eau pas renouvelée Un fin de papier toilette et pas de recharge obligé d aller demander

Het thema is Jules Verne en dat is heel leuk overal in doorgevoerd. Ze hebben een fijne tuin met zwembad. Het ontbijt is erg goed. Kamers zijn redelijk klein. Weinig plek voor je koffer.

The room was really great. We had the family apartment for 5 of us and we all slept very well. There was loads of space, plenty of essentials in the kitchen, and a really nice terrace. Super friendly and helpful staff, always simling and seemed happy to greet you. Walk-able to everything. Fantastic stay.

The apartment needs a little better design in terms of how it is laid out. There are two bathrooms, but one has a toilet and no sink! The other has sinks and a bathtub, so its just a little strange. Outside of that really it was a nice place with everything you need. I'd only add that one small annoyance which is that they have a strange policy on electric car parking. Normal parking per day is 30 euros, but if you have an electric car they'll charge you 40, regardless of whether you charge constantly or not at all. You've come to Biarritz, you're probably not going to do any epic drives that are going to kill your battery, and thus paying 10 euros extra per day regardless of whether you charge or not is strange. Just do what the rest of the world does and bill me for whatever I charge!

Hotel agréable au dessus du centre de Biarritz, au calme. Tout est facilement accessible à pied. Les lits sont très confortables et les chambres agréables bien que petites. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité.

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y muy incómodas sea la deluxe o la executive. El baño también es muy justo. tienes que elegir entre abrir la maleta o caminar. Con la maleta abierta tienes que ir saltando obstáculos para ir al baño. Por lo tanto es muy agobiante. Tiene un precio abusivo para lo que es el hotel en sí. Que te cobren 5€ por las toallas de piscina en un hotel de 4* a casi 300€ la noche me parece ridículo.

This isn’t really a 4 star hotel but it’s still a nice place to stay. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The bathroom was clean & modern but I wish hotels would stop putting glass doors on bathrooms as they offer no privacy. The staff were lovely - always smiling & willing to help. Great selection of food at breakfast & the pool area is a delight - we spent a lovely afternoon there.

It’s very expensive to stay there but this is Biarritz which is a ridiculously expensive area. We were also allocated car park space 15 which is very tight with a concrete post on one side & a large SUV already parked up to the white line in the adjoining space. After a 67 point turn we managed to get in but couldn’t open the doors properly - we looked enviously at the larger, more easily accessible spaces further into the car park.

L'accueil qui est au top, l'emplacement pas tout à fait dans le centre mais à 3 min. Le parking. La piscine et la salle de sport...tout y est.

Le thème "Jules Verne" qui est très, très, très présent. La taille des chambres un peu petite.

Location is perfect to walk to the centre Ville. It was clean, staff were very nice. There is a convenient parking on the price of 30 euro per day.

The room was very small, no space at all. The fitness was very important for us, and it was super basic, small room, and we had to sign up because it is so small that only one party at a time can use it. No equipment, they have it just so they can check the box and have the star for it. Breakfast was basic but enough. Too expensive for what it offers.

The location, the hotel concept is very nice and the personnel was great and able to help us when we had a problem with our luggage delivery. The breakfast is delicious, the room is spacious and well equipped.

Our room was closely positioned to the air conditioning system and it was rather noisy. Overall though we enjoyed and recommend the place.

La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos andando del centro de Biarritz. Cuenta además con parking que se debe reservar con antelación y piscina que está abierta durante gran parte de la jornada. La decoración de todo el hotel con alusiones a Julio Verne son muy originales.

La habitación es algo pequeña para dos personas y las dos maletas. Las tuberías del baño desprendían mal olor que nos obligó a cerrar la puerta del mismo cuando no se hacía uso de él.

Para mi gusto le añadiria una terraza. Las vistas de nuestra habitacion no eran bonitas.

Desayuno variado y personal mu amable. Que sea dog friendly y puedas llevar a tu perro sin problema y la piscina, cuando la playa está llena, es muy práctica.

Que el primer día volviéramos de hacer turismo por la tarde y que la habitación no estuviera hecha, supongo que se olvidaron, les avisamos y la hicieron en el momento.

Bus devant l'hôtel pour l'aéroport et une navette gratuite pour le centre ville et la grande plage. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est délicieux et bien fourni. Personnel serviable et sympathique.

Great location 8-10 minutes walk from the beach. Nice pool area. Clean rooms. Overall very decent place. Didn’t try the breakfast but they had complimentary croissants a few days which we appreciated.

The gym is very limited - it doesn’t work well for someone who trains regularly and needs proper equipment and weights. The room was very small, which I expected, but it also wasn’t very functional. For example, there weren’t enough hangers in the bathroom for towels, wet bathing suits and beach towels. We had to throw towels on the floor and get new ones every day, despite wanting to be mindful of the environment. Also, no hangers for jackets in the room. A simple knob or two on the wall would make a difference! Finally, there were not enough hangers in the closet. If you can’t open your suitcase on the floor due to space limitations, at least they should provide enough hangers to hang clothes.
