Very small compared to others ( twin bed ) ask for double windows broken

Great location. Smooth and easy check in. Great comms from the host. Room decor. Didn't hear any external noise despite staying on a Saturday night.

Pile of laundry bags outside the window doesnt look great, not that you would expect to see much anyway from the basement floor. Shower could use some tlc and the bathroom door didn’t seem to slide shut properly.

The property is in an excellent location and was spotless. The bathroom was super clean and the addition of ear plugs and toiletries was lovely. Beds were nice and comfy with nice soft sheets.

We were in the loft apartment and unfortunately it was incredibly hot , only one of the room windows opened so we couldn’t get much air in, as a result we didn’t sleep very well. There was a little fan provided which was much needed! one of the beds had a very wobbly and squeaky metal frame which was so noisy at even the slightest movement which was quite annoying.

Pictures where definately professionally taken as the place is tiny and do not meet any of the expectations. - The main issue is the security. There is a small magnetic lock at the top of the front door however the rest of the door is not held on by anything! not even a lock which was shocking to say the least and the room was the same. - Court yard is a small concrete rear of property that is not big enough to comfortably seat a family and is overlooked by all 11 other rooms. - Room was in a basement which was extremely compact with no ventilation especially if you attempt to cook or prepare food. I would not recommend this property unless you wanted an overpriced hostel. I would really advise the Hosts to maybe visit this location once to see which i am sure they are too busy to do.

Good location, clean Room.

The location was wonderful and the room configuration really worked for my family.

We were on the ground floor so the view was only of steps and what I presume to be laundry. This didn’t matter to us as we arrived late at night and left early morning but if it was a weekend stay may want to open the blinds for some natural light. Granted the location does mean not a lot can be done but maybe it could have a little glow up out there.

The bed was comfy, a good location near good spots to check out in walking distance and fairly good facilities.

For what we paid, our room didn't match up to the price. It could also do with some general maintenance on the place, for example: upgrading the shower and bathroom (felt a little dirty). Also best to have your windows open as well as the fan in the summer as it can get very hot in the room. There is also one battery missing from one of the remote controls so you have to keep taking one out to put in the other.

Modern stylish room with a sea view, nice location everything what was needed in one room i.e. big pro a coffee machine kettle microwave and a dyson fan to keep cool nice little seating area by the window it was very nice

The location was great. It was good for a one night trip.

The room wasnt very clean, there was lots of hair covering the carpet when we entered and some papers receipts or tags left under the bed. The staff were also not very accomodating, I take medicine which needs to be refrigerated and since checkout was at 11am and we wanted to spend the rest of the day, they didnt have any solution for me.

Location spot on. Feet from Pier. Room was very clean, spacious with huge bed & plenty of extras, fridge, iron, sink, crockery, dining table and 2 chairs, fan etc bathroom shining and ample space with unit for storage. Check in via message/code great, no worrying about carrying door passes etc

sadly didn’t like anything about this property - so dirty. needs paint and building refreshing. carpets are vile. photos online are so not what the actual hotel is. Cleaners need sacking (don’t even think they have any) dirt everywhere, dust everywhere, hairs in bed. Stains on bed. Stains ons throw pillows, stains on walls next to bed 🤢 had a sour smell in the room. Do not stay here. We’ve stayed in better hotels which are clean. Reallt ruined our whole trip, we felt itchy and dirty the whole time after staying there.

everything. ruined our whole trip, we left early due to no sleep because of the severe noise. (They are aware of this cause they provide ear plugs) The doors don’t lock from the inside so you constantly worry about someone walking in. Bathrooms are tiny. The shower floods and the drains stink. Actually was in such shock at the state of the whole place. Looked like a hostel on a horror film. Can’t attach more than 4 photos but Jesus I wish I could. Don’t stay here - don’t waste ur money. The First Lady we spoke too about changing our rooms was lovely and gave us a new room which was a tiny bit better but we still slept on a throw and towels we brought from home, we also got a little money back but the second woman I spoke too was so rude, so unkind and seemed horrible. Even asked if we used the room when leaving so they could let someone else book it, even tho I said it needed a clean!!

Et bien ce fût une belle surprise ! On a eu un peu peur en voyant une note de 7 sur 10 mais ce lieu mérite largement la note de 8 sur 10 ! Le lit est grand et très confortable, la décoration est très sympa, on s'y sent bien et l'appart est idéalement placé à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville (pile en face du Brighton Pier)

Malheureusement on a eu très chaud à cause de la grosse chaleur actuelle étant au dernier étage le l'immeuble, il y avait pourtant un ventilo mais qui brassait l'air chaud (30 degrés dans la chambre) et le lavabo est beaucoup trop petit dans la salle de bain, c'est juste un lave mains

Die Lage war wunderbar, der Kontakt sehr freundlich und es hat alles super geklappt mit dem Einchecken. :) Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und es war sauber. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee; es gab nette Willkommensgeschenke, einen Kühlschrank. Es war nur wirklich ziemlich klein, das kleine Doppelzimmer, Platz gibt es nicht viel. Aber für uns hat es gereicht, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Wenn ich nochmal nach Brighton komme, würde ich wieder dort buchen..

Ablagefläche war etwas wenig wie oben gesagt. Und eine 2. Gabel wäre super ;) .

The location was great.

The bedroom / bathroom were very worn down, the bedding had a hole in it, shower barley worked, sink took a while to drain, windows and paint work very worn, extremely warm the fan hardly made a difference and holes in the ceiling can only assume old light fittings and large gaps under the doors could hear everything.

It was a fantastic location being just round the corner from the venue we we visited, nice and close to the beach also. The room was phenomenal, i LOVE the decor, all the little touches, and the greenery. They must be hot on cleaning as my allergies wernt triggered once, despite all the fake plants. The bed was sooo comfortable. There was a fan going when we arrived which was bliss as it was so hot outside. Everything was clean and well kept. Im looking forward to staying again in september.

The only thing I'd say i didn't like, or was a bit of a downside was the drainage from the bathroom sink and shower was really slow, to the point we were worried the water from the shower would spill onto the floor as the shower tray was quite shallow.

Beliggenheten var perfekt. Personalet på dagtid var hjelpsomt og hyggelig. Bra med en liten kjøkkenkrok.

Da vi kom var det ikke lys på rommet. Vi måtte tilkalle hjelp, som heller ikke fikk ordnet lyset før dagen etter. Vi ble tildelt et annet rom i mens. Rommet var det minste dobbeltrom jeg noen gang har bodd på. Ingen stoler å sette kofferter på, ingen knagger å henge klær på og det manglet også på knagger på bad.

Room 2 udlejes til 2 personer, selvom rummet er så lille, at det er helt uegnet til 2 voksne med 2 kufferter! Der er ingen hylder eller skabe til at opbevare tøj under dit ophold. På badeværelset er der en kort, meget smal hylde til at opbevare toiletsager. Ingen bordplads. Ingen stole. Der er hverken håndklædevarmer eller knager til at tørre våde håndklæder, så et klamt, vådt håndklæde venter dig på dag to. Opvask af service skal foregå i en mikrohåndvask eller i brusekabinen! Fjernbetjeningen til TV var død. Udlejer havde tydeligvis ikke tjekket det, og vedkommende nægtede at komme og bringe det i orden. Derudover skal man være lidt af en akrobat for at komme i seng idet dobbeltsengen kun har adgang fra én side.

Top Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet, betreffs der Ausstattung alles Nötige vorhanden, völlig unkomplizierter Zugang über Code-System, solide Betten, Betreiber reagieren umgehend bei Problemen (per E-Mail), gutes Internet Man muss allerdings wissen, dass die Fotos sehr geschickt aufgenommen sind. Das Zimmer ist kleiner, als man ahnt. Gemütlich war es dennoch.

Die Dusche war de facto verstopft, so dass man, wenn sich zwei Erwachsene normal duschen, Angst haben muss, dass man das Bad flutet. Wir haben das reklamiert, die Antwort kam unverzüglich, doch die avisierte Abhilfe traf während unserer drei Nächte nicht ein.

I liked the location because It was close to the seaside.

I didn’t like that there were bedbugs that bit us on our body while we were asleep and now our bodies are swollen and itching from the bites.

They left ear plugs and an eye mask which was lovely to get a good nights sleep! Very helpful as it was in the centre, near late night venues. The room was very well equipped with tea, coffee and shower stuff. It was also very easy to access and had everything I needed.

Fine for me, but stairs are very steep, so could be difficult for some people.

The area was good as it was next to the beach and easy to into the market square area. The kitchen area was perfect for us with the fridge and microwave

The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard. There was no where to sit without being uncomfortable. I had a lukewarm shower as the steam makes the fire alarm go off even with hair spray it will set it off. Dirty and wasn’t clean! Dust above the bed and tea stains down the wall

Fantastic location, lovely little apartment (it was cosy but we stayed in the small double room so were expecting it), and great value for money.

Tolle Lage und das Zimmer konnte sehr gut belüftet werden. Küche sehr praktisch.

Es fehlte leider an ausreichend Handtüchern für alle Mitreisenden und Ablagemöglichkeiten wie Nachttischen, auch im Bad, oder Stauraum. Wir haben das Bügelbrett als Beistelltisch verwendet, um nicht alles auf den Boden legen zu müssen. Leider waren die Rollos an den Fenstern kaputt.

Die Lage war super, direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich war fleckig und die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen.

Small double room. (booked the double room rather than small so imagine the small was really small) Shower was a bit problematic. Door wouldn't open far because where soap dish was placed, Heat erratic - hot to cold quickly, shower nozzle didnt really fit well, also tiny wash basin.

The room was very tidy and finished to a lovely standard. TV was easy to use and instructions for WiFi were clearly set out. Good location just back from the road along the seafront - also in walking distance to a shop and takeaway eateries. A lovely place to stayon a short stopover

I would have liked some handsoap (I used the complimentary shower gel but a little hand soap might have been nice) and the iron was missing the little cover on the water tank so the water leaked out if you weren't careful - but these are minor concerns.

Very poor and bad customer service i ever seen in my experience. Very bad staff and they are rude to the customer. The room was in under group and was a box room. When i complained the staff was so rude to me. It's spoiled my day and the journey. I never forget that experience and i never recommend anyone to choose that stay

It was smaller than we anticipated, the first 100 photos on the listing are the larger rooms. That’s our fault though for not noticing there was a difference!

Good location near the sea front, Brighton pier is very near by and the bars, resturant and the lanes are also very close. There wasn't too much noise at night either

Shower had low water pressure, the door lock on the bathroom door managed to self lock that almost resulted in a cleaning challenge. Didn't really use the TV but the remote seemed to be basically broken

Really handy little spot. Close to the pier and pavilion. Obviously no staff on site, but communication was good, and how to access the property was made very clear. The room was small, but clean and cozy.

Not clean - used tissues under bed, layers of dust, previous guests rubbish in bins. Shower drain blocked & overflowing when shower turned on. Lots of stairs - no lifts so not appropriate for those with mobility issues.

Great location with lots of cafes, shops and bars very close by. Comfortable room, came with great amenities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One of the buttons on the room door was broken, causing difficulty entering.

Hotel was in a perfect location and was within walking distance to the main town centre, the room was lovely and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen area! Very easy to access with simple codes to gain entry to the main door and bedroom door

There was a few minor cleaning issues - a few hairs in the shower and the bed sheets had a few marks on them. Carpets could have done with another vac. We was on the bottom floor which was near the linen/cleaning cupboard and staff were rather noisy of a morning which did wake us up which isn't ideal but also not the end of the world!

Very unclean. Spoke to the person in charge on the phone and she did get the cleaner to come back and clean the shower again and wipe dust from the room But, there is no deep cleaning going on in these rooms. Sticky light switches, red tinge from body fat on shower tiles, along with black mould. Dirty remote controls, a hoover head left underneath the bed on a dirty floor, and stained duvet, is just a few things. I paid just over £300 for 3 nights to stay here with my daughter. We had the small double room. The pictures look nothing like the room, the pictures make the room look really posh, in reality it was dingy, dirty and noisy at night due to other hotel users upstairs (until 3.30 am). I was so disappointed as the reviews I saw before booking looked good, it's only now after my stay I can see a whole load of really bad reviews, that have been replied to saying they will address the issues But, clearly they have not. I wish I had booked a different hotel as I couldn't relax while staying here as I didn't want to really touch anything. The owners really need to come and view for themselves what they expect paying customers to stay in and say to themselves, "would I be happy staying here". I will most definitely not be staying again.

We chose to stay in the small double, one night. For starters Great communication from hosts however can’t really rate them as I didn’t see them I love how close it was to everything , amazing location, right near the beach, sea life and nice restaurants,comfortable cosy bed , I liked the fridge , kettle , little kitchen station I thought that was handy and also unique . I loved the decor for the most part. I would definitely recommend for shorter stays or if you’re planning on going out for most of the day , cheap cheerful, great location, quick replies from hosts.

Not a lot of privacy as when the window was open to let air in we could hear people’s conversations down below The decor was nice but some of the panelling was off the wall slightly , the TV didn’t work. The plug socket was hanging off the wall slightly and the only place to put clothes was on a hanger on a wall rack , also the hair dryer was hanging from the gas valves which didn’t seem safe but honestly was not a bad place at all to stay

The location was fantastic. I liked the style of the room & this is why I chose it.

The bathroom door needed attention as it needed to be lifted into the frame to be closed. My daughter was unable to do this. The design was as pictured but the top 50% of the plastic foliage was really really dusty. The batteries in the tv remote were flat so they had to be swapped between the 2 to use the tv.

The property is either right next to, or right on top of a club. Impossible to sleep due to noise. Additionally, the internet isn’t strong enough to allow you to watch TV without constant buffering. Not good value for money given impossible to sleep or watch TV.
