Good location, clean room

Quite basic facilities - it felt more like a hostel than a hotel - and though some staff were friendly, we had a really bad experience with one member of reception staff, who was repeatedly rude and unhelpful.

The lobby frequently smelled of sewage. The breakfast area had gnats and only a B rating. The halls were narrow and the cleaning staff was extremely noisy, talking and laughing very loudly. The rooms are extremely tiny, no counter area at all in bathroom, just a small glass shelf that ripped downwards, not allowing anything to stay on it.

Location is excellent for subways and transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff especially kind and attentive.

How to turn on the hot water in the shower was very confusing; other than that, it was fine.

Hotel bem localizado! Apartamento com banheiro limpos! Excelente tamanho. Cafe da manha providencial e honesto. No lobby, jarras de cafe e agua para fazer um chá, biscoito. Nesta oportunidade, o tranfer de La Guardia hotel estava incluído.

Housekeeping entered my room during the day despite me hanging the Do Not Disturb sign on the doorknob. Fortunately, I didn't lose anything and they only changed the sheets, which I didn't think I needed, hence the Do Not Disturb sign.

Lobby is very small, 1 sofa 2 chairs Our room was nice but very small Could barely walk around bed Shower was decent size, it was a stand up shower which I love. The water was hard to get it at the right temp, it was always too hot, I finally figured it out by playing with it It had a small area for me to hang up shirts, A small desk but not much room There was a coffee maker but nowhere near it to plug it in. The cord was so short it wouldn’t reach the outlets. I finally just plugged it in on my night stand. No lids for there coffee cups!! But the coffee did taste pretty decent and I am picky about my coffee. There are not enough electrical outlets in this room!!!

The location was perfect and choosing the Premier room over the standard King room was a great choice.

The shower was a little tricky to figure out due to the two shower heads.

Great location. Not too close to Times Square but just enough. Excellent for transport links and attractions. 10 min walk to Hudson River.

Was fine for central Manhattan. I got quiet room at rear which helped. Would def stay again.

Location is the only good thing about this place.

Rooms are way too small, not like advertised. The beds take up the entirety of the room…very compact space not in a good way. Housekeeping did not happen daily (they didn’t even come back later when requested because we couldn’t respond in Spanish???). Breakfast was a scam, nothing like advertised, and for the cost of five nights… you’re better off staying somewhere else where you’ll get moneys worth. I wish I could be refunded.

Si tomamos en cuenta el valor de alojamiento y la calidad del desayuno en otros hoteles de la misma cadena, este es muy inferior. Poca variedad, platos y cubiertos desechables, etc. muy desilusionado al respecto

Great location. A few blocks from the train station and bus station, and close to Broadway shows. Very safe. Nice, small, and clean room. Good price. No noise. Nice free breakfast includes juice, hot beverages, eggs, a variety of bread and pastries. You can create your own waffles. Self-service, and items are always replenished when running low. Not many seats available. Cookies available at 5 p.m., giving a comforting smell.

When we got there, we didn’t have two rooms on the same floor as I had requested, but they accommodated us the next night.

The location of the hotel to everything in Time Square was good. However the room was very small and the bathroom tiny. No where to store items in the bathroom and only the rain shower head had good water pressure. So if you don’t want to get your hair wet bring a good shower cap. The continental breakfast was okay, not many options. Staff was kind. No issues there.

The breakfast was good. Enjoyed that you have a waffle maker. We were happy we were able to snag breakfast before a long day. Very nice that we were able to drop off out bags before we checked in.

We didn't have much of a problem. We were a little bummed when we went to leave one morning and there was no water in the water by the front door. But other than that it was a great stay.

The location was very convenient and easy walking distance to a couple of different subway stations and Time Square. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was exceptionally clean and the warm cookies at 5 pm every day were delicious
