Mi tía entregó la tarjeta para pagar en el alojamiento. Luego en esa misma tarde cuando ellos ya volaban de regreso, comenzaron a debitarle de a 100 usd cada transacción para comprar criptomonedas en un sitio llamado modo gold coin. Menos mal el banco actuó a tiempo y a los 3 días pudo recuperar hasta 800usd qué habían debitado. Ella comenta que solo dio su tarjeta en el lugar pues tiene otra tarjeta y efectivo para sus otros gastos y esa la usa para este tipo de pagos. Conviene que se revise con el personal y con el equipo de sistemas del lobby porque la tarjeta quedó expuesta y los datos fueron utilizados de forma indebida. Esta es la experiencia contada por mi tía quien se hospedó en el hotel. Aparte de eso todo estuvo bien.

Room was small but comfortable. Front desk staff, Barman, maid service were all great. Great location. Near theaters. Great Italian restaurant around the corner on 9th Ave.

Location was good. Shampoo, constant body wash supplied. Lifts were fast.

The property itself was good. I received an invoice the morning of checkout where they had taken $169 off my payment card for charges. I made 2 charges totalling around $30. On checkout the staff member just took my key and said goodbye. I had to query the charges, then he went to get the manager, 35 minutes later the manager appeared but proceeded to help other customers with billing queries, of which they arrived after we did. All in all I felt no urgency in sorting our query. The manager did apologise and refunded $118 to my card. Lots of people just checked out and didn’t check their bills until I mentioned we were charged without being told. Please check your invoices folks.

Conveniently located in the heart of everything

We had a double room and weren't expecting it to be so tight. (In retrospect I believe this is an NYC thing) With 4 of us with one suitcase each, we had to stack them behind the door because there was no place to put them where we wouldn't have to step over them. This also prevented us from opening the door fully but we could still get in and out. The beds weren't awesome either.

Excelente localização, equipe do café perfeita e comida excelente. A limpeza foi impecável. Quarto tranquilo, sem ruídos externos.

O atendimento da equipe do dia da recepção, péssimo. Não repassaram as instruções necessárias, como horário do café, uso dos elevadores, etc O noturno foram bem atenciosos. Não ter luz no teto, somente abajures, foi bem prejudicial.

Habitaciones muy mal insonorizadas. Se oían muchísimo los ascensores y las máquinas del aire acondicionado. La habitación doble es muy pequeña para cuatro personas. Apenas hay sitio para dejar las maletas . Hay un armario muy pequeño y 3 cajones . Las almohadas muy bajas

Gitmeden önce four points ve Sheraton etikletlerini gördüğüm için tereddütsüz rezervasyon yaptım ve hatrı sayılır bir ücret ödedim üst katlar ve king suit oda tipi için , gittiğimde erken check in için talebim olmamasına rağmen varsa yardımcı olacaklarını söylediler ve tamam dedim .sonrasında booking.com sistemi kaynaklı rezervasyonun düşmediğini belirttiler ve öğleden sonra 5 civarı artık kavga gürültü odalarımızı aldık , memnuniyetsizlikle başlayan konaklama memnuniyetsizlikle bitti.

Çalışanların bu booking.com sistemini görememeleri !!! Çok ilginctir !! Ve hoş olmayan yardımcı olunmayan tavırları beni çok rahatsız etti .aslında iptal edecektim konaklamayı ve bunu hemen kabul ettiler ama sonradan vazgeçtim nedeni yaşadıklarımı burada yazmak için. Check in yapan her misafire barlarına ait indirim fişi verildiğini gördüm ve en azından gönül almak adına böyle jestler yapılabilirdi ( kesinlikle ihtiyacım yada beklediğim için değil ) ama böyle jestler de görmedim . Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum .

Staff did not have any experience.. I waited for 1 full hour standing at their desk to get checked in.. I was so upset and of course will never come back to this hotel again. Everybody else was also delayed and waiting long, not only me

Location was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and clean.

For the price, breakfast should be included. Especially since it's a normal continental buffet. My room door ran out of battery and kept me locked out late a night until someone came up and fixed it. A nitpick is that I wish the bedroom had a couch or extra seat for a guest.

Najbardziej podobała mi się lokalizacja. Śniadania też jeżeli chodzi o Stany Zjednoczone na dość dobrym poziomie oczywiście brakowało warzyw no ale to standard.

Rozkłada na sofa pokoju była bardzo stara zniszczona a moje uwagi na ten temat w recepcji nie spotkały się z żadną reakcją.

I didnt like anything about this place it had demonstrators out front and bedbugs inside. I did not spend not one night there and presently I am requesting my funds be returned to me

La grève du personnel pour des revendications salariales (probablement méritées), qui hurlait, tambourinait et klaxonnait jour et nuit durant tout le séjour. Cela est rapidement devenu insupportable et nous a empêché de dormir.

La chambre était propre et le lit de qualité. Le personnel était agréable et a essayé de trouver des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés. La salle de sport est bien équipée.

Le bruit infernal des climatisations dans les chambres, obligé de l'éteindre la nuit pour dormir malgré des boules quies. Les nuisances sonores le jour et la nuit dues à une manifestation des employés à l'entrée de l'hôtel depuis plusieurs semaines, impossible de fermer l'œil avec des cris et des klaxons jusqu'à 4h du matin. La qualité tout juste passable du petit déjeuner avec des produits sous vide, du pain et des viennoiseries en carton, des jus en brique et des fruits qui ont mauvaise mine. Des ascenseurs vétustes et très lents (les chambres aux étages élevés attendent jusqu'à 10 minutes l'arrivée d'un ascenseur le matin à l'heure de pointe). Les prestations globales de l'hôtel n'ont rien d'un 4 étoiles.

I liked the convenience of the location and how many good places to eat there were.

A reggeli unalmas, minden nap ugyanaz, bár a személyzet a reggelinél kedves és kérésre készítettek omlettet. 320 dollárt lefoglaltak a kártyámon amit korábban nem jeleztek. Ezt távozás után 4 nappal térítették vissza. A tüntetés felhallatszott a 15. Emeletre, egész éjjel dudáltak és kiabáltak.

Solicitamos dejar una valija 3 dias antes de alojarnos, primero nos dijeron que si pero que teníamos que confirmar la reserva pagando la primera noche, luego al momento de dejar la valija, nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar noches extra, muy distinto a lo que os habían dicho antes, tuve que cancelar la reserva x 5 noches e ir a otro hotel, que si nos dejo dejar las valijas, la mejor desicion

The lady in the reception told me that she will take 75 dollars from my credit card as guarantee and later I discovered she took 175 dollars. When I went back to check why, the receptionist apologized and wanted to offer us breakfast vouchers but I had already paid my breakfast at the booking The staff demonstration and noise in front of the hotel

Viesnīca atrodas ļoti labā vietā, lai viegli izmantotu metro, autoostu, tuvumā ir arī lielveikals u.c. veikali, kā arī ēstuves un restorāni. Var doties pastaigās un apmeklēt interesantas pilsētas vietas. Ļoti laipns personāls. Gardas un kvalitatīvas brokastis.

Pilsētas troksnis - nepārtraukta mašīnu taurēšana. Atrašanās vieta ir pilsētas centrs, kas nav īpaši tīrs.

The only downside was the protestors making noise all day, and if you get a front of building rooms you will hear them no matter the floor you have , back of the hotel you will hear nothing, so hope this gets worked out, very unfortunate and uncomfortable

The front desk was kind enough to put us away from the front of the hotel where protesters were marching and chanting loudly against management for increase in pay. Good value for money.

The loud chanting and protesting when you enter the hotel was disturbing at time for my teen kids who were experiencing New Yoik for the first time. Also, the lobby and especially the hallways could used some updating and brightening up.

Location, room cleanliness and space. The valet/security staff - an old gentleman - was so kind. They sent a kettle to the room on request.

AC making noise. Disturbs sleep. Elevators are hard to catch, had to wait a long time. The front desk staff - some of them- felt my queries like nuisance and wanted to send me off somehow. No complementary breakfast.

The first room we got has an issue. Bathroom door can’t able to close so we need to transfer to another room far from my family member room

The room was great. The cleaning crew was all friendly. The front desk staff were all kind. However, the front desk staff were put in an impossible position of trying to convince myself and the other guests that the protests were fine, and suggest that staying on the 23rd floor would alleviate the noise of the protestors. The protest was not their fault, but their leadership failed them.

There was a protest outside the hotel! The chaos of the protest outside the front door made coming and going a significant event each time. The noise produced by the protestors denied any productivity in the room and negatively impacted sleep. As someone who spends 200+ nights traveling for work, this was the worst hotel experience I've had.

The location is great, the room and bathroom size is decent for NYC. The staff, especially Chloe were very helpful and efficient. The room felt newer than the photos show so I was pleasantly surprised.

A few minor things - there was usually only one elevator available. Seemed like housekeeping would use one and during peak times, the wait was long. Housekeeping took my towels and didn’t leave new ones. The hairdryer started sparking. Both issues Chloe at the front desk had fixed immediately. The lock on my door was jammed when I got there but that was seen to quickly as well. The protesting was loud but easy enough to ignore.

The location was great.

Therre was the demonstration of hotel's' employees when we were there. Despite we got several warning notice from the hotel before we checked in, the noise from the demonstration still far more annoying than we expected, for the air horning and people shouting continued the whole night.

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown - Times Square was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect and close to everything, making it easy to get around and explore the city. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

The stay was not accommodating at all the protesters downstairs 24 hours, making really loud noises and asking people to honk.

Resort fee included in bill, only clean the rooms and replace the towels every other day (so no maintenance to room during 2 day stay)

strike took place outside the reception the entire time we were here and they banged drums shouted and whistled 24/7. also charged a travel fee for the two days and tried to make us pay for breakfast even though they said it was included. staff were not very helpful and man on breakfast was quite creepy towards my gf- checking out became a 40 min issue and staff used their phone calculator to estimate what we needed to pay which also wasn’t correct. very unprofessional and unhelpful . would not stay here again unless major improvement was done.
