El personal fue bastante frío. Además, sufrimos un robo en la habitación. Aunque entendemos que el hotel se exima de toda responsabilidad, resulta muy decepcionante que nos hayan sustraído dinero. Es la primera vez que vivimos una experiencia de este tipo en un hotel, después de más de 40 años viajando por todo el mundo. El hotel está situado en un barrio poco atractivo y relativamente lejos del centro. No hay absolutamente nada en los alrededores donde tomar un café por la mañana.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Lugar tranquilo, muy correcto. Habitación, sin ser espectacular, es adecuada y correcta como cabe esperar por su categoría y buen precio. No está en el casco antiguo, pero andando de accede bien a la zona céntrica. Es fácil aparcar por la zona (no es zona azul).

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Limpieza y comodidad. Aunque la decoración es un poco anticuada, es decorosa y sobre todo limpia. Las habitaciones tienen espacio suficiente, prefiero algo más anticuado pero muy funcional a algo modernillo que no esté limpio y donde no sepa dónde apoyar mis cosas. Volveremos.
Poco para elegir para comer en la cafetería para merendar, aunque el camarero ha sido muy amable y ha buscado soluciones.

Está un poco lejos de los lugares de interés, aunque se puede ir andando, y no hay restaurantes cercanos, exceptuando el del hotel y la cafetería del centro comercial que está al lado y que cierra muy pronto para cenar.

En observaciones comenté que necesitaba una habitación accesible para silla de ruedas. Después de hacer la reserva, sin derecho a anulación, me llamaron para decirme que la ¡¡¡UNICA!!! habitación adaptada estaba ocupada. Como íbamos de paso, evitamos cambiar de plan dado que solo ibamos a estar unas horas descansando. Booking debería tener alguna opción para deshacer una reserva si el hotel no cumple con los servicios que anuncia
Además del problema con la habitación, la televisión no funcionaba correctamente

The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with excellent beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast selection was varied and of high quality, providing a perfect start to the day. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Girona.
Room temperature was a bit high, although AC was working continously.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026This is THE BEST Best Western Hotel I have ever stayed at. I would rate it fully on par with a Hilton or Marriott hotel. Almost everything about it was super. Huge, confortable bed. Fantastic bathtub with excellent shower. Lots of drawer & shelf space and space for hanging clothes - so rare in hotels these days. The curtains overlapped so the room could be truly dark at night -- too often hotel curtains do not fully keep out the light. Breakfasts were outstanding with excellent smoked salmon, fried eggs, delicious apple cake, and much more. The service and staff were always outstanding. I was not thrilled when I heard my hosts had booked me at a Best Western but I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The only problem at the hotel was the computerized electrical heating and cooling system. For example, one day I attended a lunch for roughly 15 on the 1st floor; we could not regulate the temperature in the room and it was too cold so we requested that the air conditioning be turned down. Perhaps no one on staff knew how to operate the system, but they said the only options were (a) on as it was or (b) off. So we opted for off, but by mid-lunch it was much too warm. It was also extremely difficult to regulate the temperature in my hotel room; the system seemed to pay my settings no mind.
