The room was SUPER clean and we LOVED the bathroom - The rooftop pool was a super bonus espcially with the bar - the location was perfect and the staff were great.

The breakfast was far too expennsive so we didnt eat there and we would have but as there was 5 of us paying it was just too expensive - I recall it being over €20 each so there should be an option of a basic breakfast

er waren heel wat “foutjes” . in de badkamer was er een barst in het toilet, was de make-up spiegel kapot, de plinten rond de deur waten helemaal kapot van het vocht. We gingen naar de rooftoppool en bestelden een mojito maar deze was bevroren in de fles (dus al niet versgemaakt) en we hebben na een uur pas mijn mojito gekregen (de jonge man heeft zich meermaals verontschuldigd maar toch..Hilton ?). Bij het ontbijt werd onee tzfel die nog vol eten stond gewoon afgeruimd terwijl we (niet eens vers) fruitsap gingen halen aan het buffet. ook hier opnieuw verontschuldigen en nieuwe tafel gekregen…parking volledig volzet op de gereserveerde plaatsen toen we na het diner terugkwamen. hebben wel in de garage kunnen parkeren maar opnieuw..toch ? bij terugkeer op de kamer bleek deur niet gedloten te zijn dus onze kamer was gewoon de hele dag Open en toegankelijk voor iedereen. gemeld en klusjesman gekomen voor herstelling maar opnieuw…hilton ?

Todo. La habitación perfecta, el personal muy amable y el desayuno mucha variedad.

De bedden waren echt fantastisch! Heel comfortabel. Ook waren de kamers erg netjes en schoon. Leuk design ook.

Het personeel viel mij tegen. Ik had op mijn kamer een koffie gedronken met een houdbare melk erin. Bij het drinken hiervan, bleken er stukjes in te zitten. De melk was 2 maanden over datum. Dit heb ik aangegeven bij de receptie, de receptioniste benoemde dat je de melk vaak nog prima kan drinken en dat het personeel het simpelweg niet helemaal heeft gezien bij het schoonmaken van de kamer. Geen sorry, geen alternatief aangeboden. Ronduit bijzondere gastvrijheid. Dit is niet de standaard van een Hilton hotel die ik zou verwachten. Helaas heeft dit een stempel gedrukt op mijn verblijf. Verder vond ik het zwembad kleiner dan verwacht met maar weinig ligbedden (ze waren allemaal bezet). Ook missen er schaduwplekken bij het zwembad, bijna de gehele dag lig je in de volle zon. Ook vond ik het centrum verder van het hotel dan verwacht, het lijkt midden in de industrie te liggen.

Am Pool waren alle Liegen besetzt und es gibt nicht einen Sonnenschirm.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und komfortable Zimmer. Die Lage war gut und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.

Kleine Details könnten noch verbessert werden, aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Pokoj mógłby być nieco większy, w łazience znalazłam wlos na toalecie, basen mały, ale to juz byloby czepianie się. Generalnie wszystko na plus. Natomiast to co oni nazywają restauracją omijajajcie szerokim łukiem. Jedzenie prawie nie do przełknięcia, mój partner zamówił nachos i dostał pół paczki doritos z jakimiś resztkami sera, pomidorów i avocado. Ohyda No I obsługa. Znacie ten typ - bez uśmiechu, obrażone na cały świat, a przede wszystkim na gosci, ze muszą tu pracować. Czułam sie jakbym im przeszkadzała, bo muszą ruszysz tylek I nas obsłużyć. Natomiast męska obsługa super.

Alles ging goed. We mochten ook zonder extra kosten de kamer een paar uur langer houden. Perfect.

La habitación muy comfortable y la cama supercómoda. Agua de cortesía el primer día, cookie del Hilton en el check in, minitienda de autoservicio en el vestíbulo. Está a 15 minutos caminando del centro, en una zona a las afueras, tranquila, con un Mc Donalds muy cerca.

El resto de días no había agua de cortesía, quizás deberían poner una fuente de agua en el pasillo del hotel. La zona de la piscina es muy pequeña y solo hay 5 hamacas y no hay ninguna sombrilla, así que en pleno agosto hace mucha calor. El bar no estaba abierto y no te podías tomar algo en el vestíbulo.

El hotel está bien, las habitaciones son amplias y la cama cómoda. Pero antes de reservar tenía dudas entre este y otro hotel, me decanté por este porque tenía opción de cama de matrimonio, y no como en otros que te dan una grande o dos individuales juntas según disponibilidad. Mandé un mail para asegurarme y me lo confirmaron. Aún así me dieron una habitación con dos camas, pedí el cambio en recepción y volvieron a darme una habitación con dos camas. La recepcionista me dijo que esperara un momento que me llamaba después de un check in, media hora después esperando tuve que llamar yo, me atendió un chico y me dijo que la habitación tenia cama de matrimonio, por mucho que le dije que no el seguía insistiendo. Así que le invité a comprobar que eran dos camas, no entiendo que indirectamente se haya insinuado que estaba mintiendo con lo de las camas y tengan que venir a comprobar que es verdad… Después de comprobar que Efectivamente NO ESTABA MINTIENDO, nos dieron una cama de matrimonio. Si algún cliente pide con antelación alguna cosa y se le confirma deberían tenerlo en cuenta, y en caso de error no deberían tratar a los clientes de mentirosos. No tengo necesidad de inventarme dos veces que me han dado dos camas. Como trabajadora en un hotel también la atención al cliente ha dejado mucho que desear, y menos de un 4 estrellas con el precio que pagas. La piscina está bien, y al llegar te dan una cookie de bienvenida. Igual que te dan el detalle de la cookie deberían tener el detalle de tratar como toca a los clientes. Aún así sino tienes ningún problema como nosotros el hotel está muy bien.

Expected a double bed. Got to singles pushed together. Both were on wheels so no way to stretch out and enjoy the full size of the bed. AC didnt work. Stayed the same the entire time. Flagged it to staff and it didn't get fixed.

Free upgrade to a room with a balcony as the lock on our door wasn't working. The staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and smells of lemon balm throughout. The breakfast was Fabulous with fresh fruits, english breakfast, so much to choose from. The pool on the top floor provided welcome relief from the heat. Handy supermarket opposite the hotel and a mini fridge to keep things cool. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was a 25 min walk from the old town. If you are travelling with kids then you might want something closer. No biscuits with the tea. Not enough milks provided for tea making facilities.

El personal del hotel es excepcional, desde la llegada con el check in en Recepción hasta todo el personal encargado del restaurante. La media pensión es una opción fabulosa: carta extensa y muy cuidada, de gran calidad. El personal del restaurante es muy profesional y muy atento, siempre adelantándose a nuestras necesidades.

Pas de chaînes françaises 😡 Au niveau de la baignoire joint NOIR de la porte vitré Piscine pas de Transats, il y'en avait 5 ou 6 donc j'étais aubligé de me mettre au bar de la piscine avec mon mari, serveur très mou et a l'ouest mais gentil, boissons au bar très très cher aucune ambiance au bar dommage.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et avons dû changer 3 fois de chambre. Insalubrité (moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain des trois chambres, soit bien avancées, soit en cours d'apparition), faux lit King size avec 2 lits simples (et deux matelas) simplement collés, porte-serviettes rouillé, bas de porte cassé et finitions déplorables. Un hôtel « Hilton » qui est finalement le pire que j’ai pu faire après 3 ans de voyages en Espagne et 15 villes visitées. Très grave pour un hôtel de ce prix et de ce « standing ».

Tout s'est très bien passé. Personnel parlant anglais et français donc top et a l'écoute, tres serviable et réactif. Hôtel a 10mn de marche de la gare de girona et du centre de girona pour visiter Je vous le recommande sans hésitation

Le seul point négatif que je souhaite souligner c'est le petit déjeuner malheureusement on eu le même buffet durant nos 2 jours de séjour. Un peu de variété serait le bienvenu mais n'empêche c'était bon...

Le petit déjeuner + personnel restaurant et bar ainsi que Madame "Bint", notre femme de chambre étaient les seuls points positifs de cet hôtel.

L'accueil et les expalications à la réception étaient médiocres. 2 femmes SHIFT du jeudi 6 août PM Nous avons demandé un lit bébé dans notre chambre, nous arrivons dans la première chambre qui sent fortement la cigarette (la fenêtre avait été ouverte pour aérer donc le problème avait été soulevé avant même que nous n'entrions dans la chambre, ce qui est inadmissible étant donné notre bébé) nous changeons de chambre car nous allons nous plaindre à la réception (aucun sourire ou compassion de la part de la réception) nous arrivons dans une seconde chambre, l'odeur d'humidité était plus que présente, les draps de lit ainsi que les serviettes de bains étaient humides voire mouillées tellement la pièce était humide, des tâches de pourritures étaient présentes près de la fenêtre. Je descends à la réception, la réceptionniste appelle la femme de chambre pour qu'elle vienne vérifier, (elle lève les yeux au ciel et souffle, c'était à la limite comme si elle ne me croyait pas). Madame Bint est venue constater et a tout de suite appelé sa cheffe car elle constatait que l'état de la chambre n'était pas du tout correct dû à l'humidité et nous a directement dit qu'elle nous préparait une autre chambre. Il était inconcevable que nous dormions dans cette chambre d'autant plus avec un bébé. Madame Bint a été adorable. Nous n'avons reçu aucun excuse de la part de la réception ni même demandé si nous étions finalement bien installés après 2H d'attente d'une chambre correct avec un bébé d'un an.. Le bureau et le modbilier dans la chambre est vieillot et abîmé, nous sommes extrêmement déçus du service de la réputation "Hilton"

A 10min caminant del centre de Girona, pròxim al aparcament de zona blanca. A prop de la Devesa i horts de Santa Eugènia, ideal per caminar amb la mascota. Molt net, esmorzar de molt variat i dormitori ampli.

Sopar al restaurant molt mal promocionat, no hi ha carta o menú per consultar, tot i oferir descompte del 10%.

La habitación súper bien, dormimos super cómodos. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron a guardar nuestro equipaje mientras recorríamos la ciudad. La piscina muy agradable aunque pequeña.

Las instalaciones y amabilidad del personal. Muy buen detalle que te regalen una cookie de chocolate al hacer el check in y que en la habitacion haya 2 botellitas de agua fria.

Igual mejoraría la dureza de las almohadas, que es excesivamente blanda, pero es un tema menor.

La limpieza y el presonal

Habitación ruidosa, el secador no funcionaba, la nevera no enfriaba, la tele muy antigua. Hubiera preferido plato de ducha en vez de bañera pero eso supongo que es cuestión de gustos. El aire acondicionado tardaba como 1 hora en enfriar la habitación. Bebidas caras y en mi caso la cerveza estaba calenté en la zona de la piscina...

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, 15 minutes walk to centre! We love walking so that distance was no a problem, plus you walk along the lovely park. Also, Mercadona is just right in front of the hotel which is perfect to do groceries if needed, we saved loads of money on buying water bottles !!

De regendouche was heerlijk, jammer dat de douchecabine niet goed sluit en daardoor de gehele badkamer nat werd. Verder waren de bedden ook comfortabel.

Het ontbijt was karig, geen opties voor specifieke wensen zoals een omelet. De kamers zijn basic, geen koffiemachine. De parkeerplek in de garage kost 14 euro extra maar de ruimte is beperkt en heel smal.

Heel fijn hotel vanwege het zwembad en op prima locatie. Personeel is vriendelijk en doen niet moeilijk als je na uitchecken nog even bij het zwembad blijft (als je het vriendelijk vraagt).

Está muy desmejorado desde el año pasado que estuve aquí. La limpieza no es la que uno espera de un hotel de esta categoría. El primer día se me cayó la puerta corredera del armario y así se quedó. Como digo creo que le falta mantenimiento lo he visto mucho peor que el año anterior.

We had a great stay here. It happened to be the World Cup quarter-final while we were there, and the hotel kindly put the match on for us, which was a lovely touch. We were also travelling with our dog, and having a huge park just down the road was absolutely perfect for walks. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay, but a special mention has to go to Luis. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even offering us dinner as the restaurant was closing and setting up a table in front of the TV so we could enjoy the match while we ate. Nothing felt like too much trouble. For what was only meant to be a quick overnight stop, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations.

There's only 6 sunbeds in the entire hotel, yet room for 11 people in the pool (on the sign post). Also, the bed kept moving forward when sitting up right against the headboard.
