The staff are super friendly, in reception I met Faiz, Munira, Afif and Farid... they were all exceptionally nice and helpful. Faiz was the first receptionist I met and his welcome was absolutely amazing and very informative. If you want need a recommendation for good cafés, Munira is the one you need to talk to. She knows her coffee:-) In my last day I was looked after by Afif and Farid; again, they were great and always with a smile on. In the rooftop bar I met Kivi who was also very attentive and was very good at making friendly conversation :-) Lastly, I loved the complimentary wine flow from 4.00 to 5.00 pm everyday:-)

Lo céntrico que está , la zona es tranquila y todo al alcance . No entiendo como hay gente que dice que no es zona buena . Es una maravilla . Te deja agua todos los días el desayuno está muy bien , el personal muy amable . Estuvimos en la planta 10 super tranquilo para dormir y unas vistas a las Torres Petronas impresionante . Lo recomiendo si venís a hacer turismo .

Superb quality and selection at the 7 to 10 breakfast buffet. The hotel's location in the centre of the city's happening Bukit Bintang district could not be better. The staff are always polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Easily the best quality and value hotel in Malaysia's capital.

The hotel is really well located, and many features of it are nice, including the lobby dining area and some features in the rooms. Staff were great.

However some parts of it a bit tired - a number of areas of the room needed a proper clean, including in bathroom and windows. No laundry service was provided, instead a bizarre self service laundry in the car park which was difficult to find.

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Nous avons bien apprécié les petits services en plus comme proposer des oreillers moins durs, le petit goûter dans l’après midi, les boissons dans le frigo.

Notre départ étant tard le soir nous n’avons pas pu louer une chambre à la demi journée pour prendre une douche avant notre départ. Mais nous avons pu le faire au swimming pool

Superfijn hotel midden in Bukit Bintang. Veel activiteiten zijn op loopafstand. Het hotel zelf is een oase van rust. De kamers zijn ruim en het personeel is superbehulpzaam. Ook het zwembad op het dak is erg fijn.

Het enige wat ik zou kunnen bedenken is, dat het ontbijt wisselend is wat betreft westerse opties. Dat had voor ons iets uitgebreider gemogen. Maar er zijn voldoende leuke ontbijttentjes binnen een straal van 10 min.

There is a white car parked in front of the hotel, and it seems to have been parked there the whole night. It is obstructing traffic and making it difficult for other vehicles to pick up or drop off passengers at the hotel. I hope the management can look into this and take the necessary action.

Lokatie is uitstekend tegenover het winkel centrum. Kamers ruim. Rooftop pool is aanwezig.

Over het algemeen voelde het hotel toch wat gedateerd. Zowel in de kamer (dingen kapot), als zwembad ruimte kan echt wel opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ook bij fitness werkten de apparaten niet. Bestellen bij zwembad was een ramp. Uur lang moeten wachten op pizza. Niet aan te raden!

Location is excellent. Near two Metro stations, near landmarks, lots of food options. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. AC stays on when you leave the room. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They stored my bags for the weekend after I checked out while I went up to Penang. Pool area is not that large but has a nice view and a bar. The pool was quite nice.

Wifi was slow and difficult to connect to with my phone.

Wij zijn echt zo super tevreden over dit hotel! Dit is onze 2e keer in Kuala Lumpur en hadden we The Journal maar eerder ontdekt. Gelukkig zijn we er over 1,5 week weer. Wij hadden een 2 persoons deluxe en een 3 persoons deluxe met connecting door. Vanaf onze kamers redelijk uitzicht op de Petronas Towers. De bedden zijn heel goed, breed en lang. Je kunt van te voren aangeven of je een topper op je matras wilt of niet. Zo kun je zelf de hardheid bepalen. Douche is zalig, de kamer is ruim en schoon, en in het koelkastje staan een paar complimentory pakjes sap en water. Dit wordt dagelijks bijgevuld. Er is ‘s middags ook een afternoon tea, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. De portier is behulpzaam en vriendelijk, net als het receptie personeel. De locatie is top. Op een paar minuten lopen van Pavillion mall (met geweldige foodcourt!) en Jalan Alor. Als je er niet voor kiest om het ontbijt bij het hotel te gebruiken zit er een eenvoudig doch prima eettentje tegenover het hotel. Neem vooral de roti canai pisang!

Wij hadden vanuit Booking een gratis upgrade van een deluxe naar een premier king. Ik heb er van te voren nog over gemaild, maar dat leek bij het hotel niet bekend te zijn en hing af van beschikbaarheid. Bij inchecken ook 2x naar gevraagd, maar de vraag werd niet beantwoord. We hebben het toen maar gelaten. Ik weet niet of dit aan Booking ligt, of aan het hotel. Hoe dan ook waren wij alsnog heel tevreden met onze kamers.

Der Flush Button im Klo war locker, sehr penible Kritik, gestört hat es nicht, hatte nur Sorge das es nicht richtig spülen wurde.

Very good Breakfast.

The view was nice toward the twin towers, the bathroom was big, location is mid downtown Bukit Bintang.

The room had a decent size but not the biggest one given the price. for the same price i got a bedroom and a living room plus lounge club access at ParkRoyal collection. The only reason i choose the this hotel is the recommendation Qatar airways had on their website which we still till this day dont understand. Its an OK hotel, not much value for the money. The Gym was not a gym, its just a small room maybe 5sqm filles with some weights and thats it. The breakfast buffet had lack of a lot of items, not so many varieties.

This is one of the gems of Kuala Lumpur. I have stayed here several times over the past few years, and this hotel always exceeds my expectations. The service is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine. The bathrooms have lovely, large showers with soap and shampoo, and the rooms are simply wonderful. Complimentary drinking water is provided in glass bottles, and there is also a fridge in the room. The housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and again. The hotel is situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang, the beating heart of Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend it!

Je kon niet warm douchen. De warme gerechten van het ontbijtbuffet vielen tegen.

Hotel close to the Pavilion and Arab street. But this would be a struggle if it is rainy.

Neighbourhood is dirty and just feel you are walking around unsafe places. I found mosquitoes flying over the salad and fruits section on the buffet. Also you could easily hear the other room and street noise from my room (uncomfortable).

The staff were wonderful throughout my stay and were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was excellent, particularly for a solo female traveller, as I felt safe and it was convenient for exploring the area. The made-to-order egg station at breakfast was a highlight, with freshly cooked eggs prepared just as requested. The complimentary afternoon wine, tea, and treats were a lovely touch and something I think more hotels should consider offering. The hotel also arranged my taxi to the airport, which was very helpful. The taxi arrived promptly on the morning of my departure, making for a smooth and stress-free end to my stay.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was quite limited, with very little variety, and food was replenished too slowly. As a result, I chose to eat at local restaurants for around half of my stay. The following issues were not reported to the hotel during my stay. In hindsight, it would have been fairer to give the hotel the opportunity to address them, but as I was only there for a few days, I didn't want the inconvenience of packing and moving rooms. My room was in need of some TLC. There was missing grout in the shower, some of the shower seals needed replacing, and there was a small amount of mould in the shower area. Overall, the room would benefit from more thorough maintenance and attention to detail. Not a major issue, but more of an annoyance: the bathroom sink tap did not extend far enough over the basin, which meant water regularly splashed onto the surrounding surface. The sink also drained quite slowly. The pool is also very small, and the section of the roof terrace that receives direct sunlight is limited, so it's not really possible to sunbathe there throughout the day.

We had a challenge at the start with no hot water, but they acted swiftly and changed room. There onwards it was all positive.

De staff in het hotel doet er zijn best om het gasten naar de zin te maken. Wij hadden een niet werkende airco in inze kamers en we kregen twee nieuwe kamers aangeboden en een schaal fruit als verontschuldiging. Niet nodig, maar wel heel erg attent. Verder is de locatie van het hotel ook uitstekend, op prima wandelafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden.

The location is excellent. The breakfast far exceeded my expectations and complimentary afternoon snacks and wine were beyond my expectations. The room was pretty much perfect. Perhaps the shower could have more pressure but everything else was great. It's an amazing hotel for the price.

Amazing hotel, amazing service, right in the center of Bukit Bintang. So happy we chose this hotel. Good breakfast and they serve a complimentary meal at teatime. Steps from the Kuala Lumpur pavilion, restaurants and nightlife, and bust street life of this wonderful city. 15/10 would visit again.

At first glance, the apartment looked decent, although a bit dated. However, after taking a closer look, we noticed a lot of dust under the bed, dirty walls, and other areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It felt like the cleaning was only done in the most visible places, while the rest was overlooked.

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans le quartier très vivant de Bukit Bintang : malls, KLCC, Jalan Alor à proximité. Les transports permettent d'y accéder facilement. Petit déjeuner et tea time inclus permettent de démarrer la journée et de faire une pause. Le personnel est adorable et les chambres sont extrêmement propres. Le roof top est très agréable.

Nejlepší ubytování, doporučuji všem. Od přivítacího drinku, přes nejlepší svačinky, nádherné vybavení, ochotnou obsluhu, nádherný výhled až po nejlepší lokaci. Děkujeme za nádherný pobyt. V Kuala Lumpur bych již nebydlela jinde.

Měla jsem obavy vzhledem k předešlým recenzím o zchátralém okolí. Je to nejlepší místo a ano, jsou tam i pro Evropany “ horší “ ulice, ale tak prostě vypadají a žijí lidé v tomto městě a všichni bohužel nejsou bohatí. Krásný zážitek. Děkujeme

Alles klopt! Prima locatie, schone kamer, leuke bar bij het zwembad op het dakterras. Heel attent personeel. Vanaf 1600 uur gratis high tea met eten. Zelfs noedels ( ik hou niet zo van zoet). Wij raden dit hotel aan iedereen aan. Prijs kwaliteit klopt wat ons betreft.

La struttura è in pieno centro di fronte alla strada dei grandi magazzini per gli acquisti.E' elegante ma nello stesso tempo informale . Le stanze sono ampie con una grande vetrata panoramica sulla città.sempice ma funzionale la piscina. Ottima la merenda che offrono agli ospiti dalle 3 alle 5 p.m. pietanze sia salate che dolci e anche del buon vino ,abitualmente non in uso in un paese mussulmano. Buona la prima colazione con pochi ma buoni dolci.

Qualche dolce in più a colazione anche se quelli presenti sono molto buoni.

Bien ubicado en relacion al barrio, pero justo entre unos edificios viejos en mal estado al entrar nos dio mala sensacion despues salimos por digamos mas cerca de la calle principal y ya nos parecio algo mejor

Echt alles is geweldig, zeer aangename kamers, bedden slapen zeer goed, mooi uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen. Locatie is op loopafstand van Petronas towers, Jalan Alor, petaling street en Indiase wijk en Merdeka square (veel 10 minuten, Max 30 min). En de grootste verrassing is een drankje en snack iedere dag tussen 15-17 uur. We komen terug.

Die Lage war super. Die Zimmer waren sauber, jeden Tag wurde gründlich sauber gemacht. Auch das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend.

Von Aussen sah es nicht so schön aus, da alle Gebäude rundherum eher heruntergekommen waren.

ブキッビンタンの駅が近く、また賑やかな場所が近くて便利。 ホテルのスタッフさんが皆さん親切でイケメンで驚いた(笑) ただ、大通りも近いのでバイクの音は聞こえます、すぐに慣れます。 そんなことが気にならないぐらい、ホテル自体、スタッフさんも最高でした。

バイクの音と、近くでしている工事の音は少し気になった。工事はそのうち終わるので問題なしです。
