Excellent location, nice room

Very poor and low quality breakfast

In pieno centro, vicino alla metro, alla fermata degli autobus hop-on hop-droff, alla movida notturna. camera spaziosa e pulita, abbondante colazione

Alles was top! Schone en ruime kamer, goed internet, goed ontbijt, snelle liften, aardig personeel en de ligging is perfect!

Je zitten aan het drukke shopping gebied, waardoor het buiten iets rumoerig is. Maar wij ervaarde dit niet als storend. Verwacht alleen niet dat het muisstil is.

L'hotel è ben curato, moderno e con tutti i comfort. Il punto forte però è lo staff che è meraviglioso e sempre disponibile. La colazione abbondante a buffet, buonissima. La piscina ha una vista bella sulla città, consiglio di andarci soprattutto la sera.

Big enough and clean room. City centre , alot of restaurants and shopping stores around. Helpful staff.

Hôtel idéalement placé au coeur de Bukit Bintang. Accueil sympathique. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable avec une jolie vue. La salle de bains grande et bien équipée. Très bonne literie. Avec en prime un grand espace bureau, une petite table et un siège pivotant, un frigo, de l'eau en bouteille changée tous les jours et de quoi fait du thé et du café. La piscine se trouve entre deux étages, mais elle est calme et agréable, avec une vue agréable sur la rue et le monorail (cf. photo). Déjà deux séjours dans cet hôtel, j'y suis retourné la seconde fois sans hésitation.

The bed is very comfortable. I asked for a queen bed but was given a twin bed that was placed together. It turned out to be very comfortable. It has easy access to many places in bukit bintang. At the same time not noisy. The view from my room is the best. I can see bukit bintang day and nightlife and on the background all the 3 tower, Petronas Twin Tower, KL Tower and Menara 118. The receptionist is super nice. She told us she will give us the room with best view. And it sure is great view.

The carpet in the room is worn out.

El alojamiento no te incluye desayuno en el precio, no nos dieron el tipo de cama que queríamos para la estancia.

Position is great

Everything was pleasant, albeit a little dated. The staff were fine, although they did seem to request positive feedback quite frequently. It felt a tad uncomfortable.

I had to give 200 RM for a deposit and more than a month later I still haven't received my deposit. Although I left the room in a very good and clean condition. Sad that such a big hotel was not able to refund my deposit back.

Är du en person som tycker om att sova på ett flygplan? Då är det här boendet perfekt för dig! Vi fick ett rum precis ovanför en stor fläktmaskin, och ljudet var så högt att det kändes som att vi sov på ett flygplan hela natten. Vi kontaktade personalen och bad om att få byta rum. Vi fick visserligen ett nytt rum, men tyvärr låg det på samma sida av byggnaden som det första rummet. Resultatet? Exakt samma oljud. Om du letar efter en lugn och bekväm natt är det här definitivt inte rätt ställe. Men om du vill uppleva känslan av att sova på ett flygplan utan att behöva köpa en flygbiljett – då rekommenderar jag det starkt!

Die Lage ist wirklich toll.

Unfreundliches Personal, nicht hilfsbereit. Als wir um ein Taxi baten, weil unser Grabfahrer zu weit weg war und wir pünktlich zum Bus mussten, wurde uns gesagt wir sollten auf der Straße ein Taxi anhalten, sie selber würden keins rufen.

This is not our first stay—we have stayed here more than five times, and we always come back for the excellent service, extremely polite staff, and great location. It may not be a luxury hotel, but it is certainly of a very high standard. From the doormen to housekeeping and the front desk, everyone is welcoming and professional. We only wish they had a loyalty programme, as we have unfortunately missed booking this hotel several times. Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of the city.

Personeel was enorm vriendelijk, kamers waren zeet net en locatie was top. We hadden ook niet veel lawaai van straat.

El hotel en general está genial. Habitación de dos camas muy amplia y un baño muy grande. El buffet del desayuno muy completo. El personal del hotel muy amable y la localización inmejorable

La única pega del alojamiento es que no estan bien insonorizadas las habitaciones. Pese a estar en la planta 18, a la noche había mucho ruido. Se escuchaba el ruido de la gente y el trafico como si estuviéramos en la calle

I liked everything! The Hotel is perfectly located, in the hearth of Bukit Bintang and very close to the MRT green line and to the monorail to reach other nice spots in the town. Very kind and helpful staff. Very clean room and excellent breakfast, mostly Asiatic but including international choices. There is also a nice swimming pool but I did not use it due to lack of time. Maybe next time! :-)

The room temperature was too low for me, but the A/C has individual control so I could set it higher / turn off.

The location was perfect to access the mono rail and walk ways to KLCC. Staff were really helpful with the reception, restaurant and room very clean. Breakfast was great with the Malaysian theme

We had booked a double room but ended up in a twin room. Not a big issue

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were especially helpful and nice, two being a girl at reception called Ash and a trainee in the lounge bar named Garnish.

The only disappointing things were the lack of tomatoes for an omelet and although meals were advertised in the dining room, this was not the case, and other than breakfast, and food had either to be room service or snacks in the lounge .

So nice and clean and location is more then perfect love to book this hotel again in the future

L'emplacement de l'hôtel se trouve au coeur de rues tres commerçantes, avec de nombreux restaurants et centres commerciaux La décoration des chambres, de l'hôtel est très soignée et belle. Les serviettes, et tous les produits necessaires à la toilette, sont présents , crèmes, rasoir, brosse à dents, cotons etc on y trouve même de quoi repriser un bouton !! Il y a des espaces de rangements et même un coffre si besoin Des serviettes sont fournies pour la piscine

Breakfast room looks boring and like going to kedai makan only. Presentation like catering at my village even caterer nowadays will decorate better. Also ,why chicken slice straight put inside charfing dish without stock and butter, totally dried.

We stayed in room 1406 for 4 nights. The hinge of bathroom door is bit noisy at night. Hope someone can fix it by adding lubricant. I should have told receptionist.

L'emplacement est idéal, proche de l'animation, à 5 mins à pieds de bukit bintang et de la street food de Along. Le personnel est très professionnel et souriant. La chambre est spacieuse, ainsi que la salle de bains. Ménage tous les jours, serviettes changées et tout le nécessaire de toilette est fourni. Bouteilles d'eau fournies également tous les jours. Le service est à la hauteur de nos espérances. Nous n'avions pas réservé le petit déjeuner depuis booking, mais pour le dernier jour, comme nous partions tôt nous l'avons payé sur place. 30 MYR pour un buffet incroyable ! Il y a de tout, même si le côté "continental" n'est pas le plus approvisionné, il est très complet.

Les chambres sont un peu défraîchies, moquette au sol, on voit que c'était un grand hôtel qui a eu son heure de gloire par le passé. Mais il reste très bien, et vu le rapport qualité prix je recommande.

La localización es buenísima para conocer Kuala Lumpur ya sea en metro o a patita. Cerca de muchísimos sitios para comer prácticamente las 24h del día. Si acabáis de llegar a Malasia, disfrutad el viajazo 👌

La piscina es bastante rara porque es cubierta pero abierta, en el tercer piso. Pero bueno, cumple bien.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel avec mention spéciale pour Anna qui nous a vraiment facilité ce séjour.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with great facilities. The location of the hotel was exceptional, all the main attractions were was within walking distance for us and restaurants, bars, and shops were on our doorstep. A great hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur; we also had a lovely view of the Petronas Towers and sky line from our room.

Floors we saw and room we stayed in were dated and musty. Carpets needed replacing in halls and in the rooms we were in.

Probably the small “hill” that I need to climb everytime. But not that the hotel can do anything about it, it’s the landscapes’ elevation.

Nossa estadia no hotel foi fantástica. Eles possuem um café da manhã sensacional com MUITAS opções. Fica super bem localizado no centro da cidade, perto de shoppings e vários outros lugares. O staff do hotel também foi ótimo.

Room was comfortable and clean. The only hic was the lobby toilets - it was absolutely filthy and not clean at all! The breakfast was substantial and nice - the staff was very helpful.

Amazing hotel, room, service, and location. We stayed with our 4 month old baby and it did not feel like we were in the middle of Bukit bintang as soon as we got to the hotel. Also conveniently located near all the shopping malls and just 5-10 mins walk from Jalan Alor. It was a perfect getaway hotel. We will book here again when we are back in KL.

Only wish there were slightly more vegetarian options available in the breakfast.

Overall, good 3* hotel with excellent location.

The towels, furniture are old. Breakfast is busy but not many options, most of which is local food.

Staff were very welcoming, room was spacious, and buffet breakfast was nice. We really appreciated the free bottled water provided in the room. Rooms were pretty quiet apart from the monorail noise, but the positive from this was the proximity to the monorail and train lines to get around the city.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur. The service was excellent, and what stood out most was the warm hospitality and personalised attention throughout our stay. Special appreciation to Roshan (Security Guard) for being very helpful, attentive, and welcoming; Rubban (Duty Manager) for his professionalism and personal attention; and Irwan (Front Office Manager) for ensuring that we were comfortable and well taken care of. A very special thanks also to Mr. Govin (Bellman), who went above and beyond in assisting us with our luggage and personally helped load everything into the car. His support was a big help and was truly appreciated. The genuine care, professionalism, and helpful attitude of the entire team made our stay comfortable and memorable. **Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur again!

Solicitamos una segunda llave, ya que era necesaria incluso para el ascensor, pero no se nos facilitó, solo nos dieron una tarjeta sin codificar para la luz. Tampoco pude conectarme a la red segura del hotel, ni con la ayuda de recepción. Ante este problema me facilitaron la conexión a una red abierta.

The fact that some people entered the lifts and didn’t have room cards and travelled with us to our floor. This happened on more than one occasion.

the location is superb, walking distances to prime attractions e.g pavillion, sungai wang plaza and eateries.

For local tourists like us, parking is a hassle. It should have been noted earlier: the parking location is just next to the building, but the Waze and Google Maps scanned from the QR code at the reception were not precise. We ended up turning at the same place for more than 20 mins. The registration process took so long for only 2 rooms.

Doskonała lokalizacja (właściwie wszystko do zobaczenia było w promieniu 2-3 kilometrów a większość. Hotel jest w centrum. Piękny widok z 19 piętra, czysto, wygodne łóżko z dobrymi poduszkami i bardzo miły personel. To był bardzo dobry pobyt.

This can be long : 1)Check in - such a breeze! Awesome was I had my room ready at 12 pm plus! Many hotels nowadays would ask me to return at 3pm to get my room. 2)Upon checking my room, to my surprise, every corner was sparkling clean! Not a speck of dust! 3)3 free bottles of mineral water. Fridge wasn't stocked up but that's great!! I have more space to put my own things. 4)Bathroom is everyone's concern. Clean till it shines. No bathtub thank God. Safe for kids and seniors. Toiletries were sweet smelling. 5)Next most important is the bed. Firm mattress but soft as silk bedlinen. Though lively area outside of hotel but very serene in room. Aircon is cold enough. TV functional with AXN. 6)Breakfast - normal hotel fare of fusion food but they kept replenishing till 9.30 am. Conclusion :Dont be fooled by the exterior of the hotel. Its not a new hotel but the service with a smile, condition of rooms and location make Royal Hotel really fit for royals of all kinds. Keep it up! Will be back!

Ho prenotato con booking una stanza per 3 persone, 2 adulti e nostra figlia di 13 anni, inserendo l'età nella prenotazione.La camera aveva per solo due letti.Abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra x avere un terzo letto.ci hanno detto che è colpa di booking xche x loro occorreva prenotare x 3 adulti. Pur facendo vederle la prenotazione fatta su booking x 2 adulti e una bambina di 13 anni abbiamo cmq dovuto pagare extra.ci hanno chiaramente detto che è colpa di bookng.

The staff were very helpful, particularly Joeye. Rooms were very clean. Very central location.

At night there was a lot of noise from the surrounding streets until about 10pm. This is beyond the hotels control and one of the downsides to centrality.

周りにお店がたくさんあり立地がいいが、その為かなり渋滞します。 時間に余裕を持ったほうがいいです。

バスルームの排水がかなり悪く毎日ストレスフルだった。 禁煙のはずなのに、おそらく隣の部屋のゲストが部屋で喫煙していて匂いがこちらまで流れてきて不快だった。 深夜に近隣のゲストがうるさく寝付けなかった。 朝食はあまり食べたいと思えるものがなく満足できなかった。
