The front desk and apparent owner were incredibly rude when they had put me in the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation and spoke with booking .com who confirmed my confirmation was correct and that the property made an error. The owner said I could “suck it up or leave” no concern no attempt to rectify the situation, nothing. Then we get into the room, the door is broken, the latch lock isn’t even on the door and the bedding had black stains. This was my second time staying there and I’ll never return, such a horrible experience

Bathroom floor was dirty and had long dark hair strands that didn’t belong to us. And when I wiped up the floor there was dirt as well

I had asked via email if the Comfort Inn gives a discount for medical appointments at a local hospital., or CAA discounts… I asked why I didn’t get a reply. Her reply was you already booked..I then asked had you picked up the phone when I called several times I would have been able to ask you my question.. her reply was you booked through a third company..which I must admit it was my first time inquiring on the Comfort Inn website.. who knew I didn’t.

No restaurants, cafes nearby. Stairwell was littered with trash. Garbage from previous guest was left in the closet in the room. I’ve stayed at the same hotel in previous years, and it needs major renovation now.

Always accommodating, I showed up early and they were able to get me in an hour early! No fuss, always a clean property and super quiet. Never had any complaints.

Housekeeping knock my door and enter without i let her in around 9am which i found was annoying she came back again around 10am and enter again. I would never go back to that hotel.

The staff was terrific. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Disappointed with our stay. When we arrived the room was dirty, hair from the previous visitors was stuck on the shower walls and hair on the sheets. I don’t believe the sheets were changed at all between visitor stays. We had spoken with the front desk and were sent back to our room with new bedding. I had to change the bedding myself. In the morning we were 10 minutes late to leave our room and we were greeted by an employee on the elevator I’m assuming to kick us out of the room by her demeanor and conversation with us. Overall, very disappointed with our stay. The location is convenient for airport use.

Spacious room

The room was dirty, with hair, stains and mould from the previous guest. Even when I requested for cleaning it was done and my sponge was stolen and hen I complain to the next reception (male) he laughed and said he couldn't do anything about it, he rather told me to come the next morning to speak to house keeping myself. The matter escalated and he asked me to check out at about 10 pm and I did.

Bed was comfy, I had one of the best sleep ever. Complimentary breakfast was also fairly good, tip ; arrive early so you won't be getting dried up food (also cause people don't know how to close the food lids). I don't know if it was from the aircon making the constant buzz (which i don't mind i love sleeping with this type of background noise) but the hotel seemed quite quiet and good insonorisation.

The staff. As someone who has been working in hospitality for almost 10 years, this wasn't it. Staff speaking over us calling me ma'am like if I was some old stupid rag, serving us while seated (don't you know about hospitality standards?). It really felt dismissing and like if no one out there liked their job. No smile, no hi, no bye, no thank you. At this point I should have done my own check-in and check-out. Oh and cleanliness was meh, we found HUGE buttcrack or pubes hanging there on the conditioner bottle in the shower and one hanging on the wall. And no cleaning in between guests at the breakfast area, we had to clean our own table with was we had before seating.

The breakfast was great! Both hot and cold choices were available, served in a large comfortable dining area. The hotel is close to the airport and has free shuttle service.

It was a room. The desk attendant upon check out was friendly.

The desk attendant who checked us in was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked for directions to our room. Elevator was sketchy. Room smelt like strongly like cheap cologne. Could see handprints on headboard. There was a huge metal thing in our closet that just seemed like it shouldn’t be there. Blinds were broken, wouldn’t open.

Unfortunately, the experience with one of the reception employees, Raj, was very disappointing. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and we felt that we were not treated with respect. This negatively affected our overall experience at the hotel. I hope the management can address this issue and improve the quality of customer service.

Мені не сподобалось спілкування на рецепції одного з працівників, при реєстрації а також ця особа була не презентаційною та спілкувалась не заохочуючи до спілкування.

Im predominantly vegan, so had limited choice for breakfast, but this is not a fault of the hotel. There were plenty of veggie and other options on their buffet, and I was able to have something each day.

There was ample parking. The room was spa and clean. Bed was very comfortable. TV is good, but, would of been great to have a smart TV. Washroom is very clean and a great shower

The carpet in room needed a good clean

I was traveling from India to the US when my flight was delayed by several hours. During this unexpected wait, Etihad arranged accommodation for me at the Comfort Inn Toronto Airport. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff member named Rajnish. He was extremely rude and seemed arrogant, making it difficult for us to communicate or ask questions. Since I was stranded for three days due to the delay, I needed proper meals and assistance. I requested information about nearby good restaurants and inquired if the shuttle could drop us off at a convenient location because there were eight of us checking in under similar circumstances. Rajnish refused to recommend any restaurants and instead only provided a shuttle service, charging us $15 per person for a one-way trip, totaling $30 for each of us round trip. He seemed insensitive to our situation and failed to show understanding or compassion, giving us the impression that he had lost his humility and professionalism.

It was close, 7 minuets, from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room appeared to be cleaned over. There was trash in the waste bins and items in the fridge. The phone didn’t work and when reported…they were unable to repair. I told them I was needing to make a few local calls and they told me that I could make them from the front desk.

The room was nice and the bathroom had good water pressure. The property also offered free breakfast. My room had a fridge and microwave which was super convenient as well.

that a shuttle wasn't able to be scheduled in advance. coming from another country, i couldn't call to request the shuttle upon arrival, so i had to uber, which was expensive, even though a complimentary shuttle was available, i just couldn't access it.
