Always comfortable. But I do wish they would bring bake the beef for nachos when you do the snacks. It was sooo good! The staff is really amazing. we come back every year!

I was a little upset that Sybergs closed which I know you cant control.

The motel was full so they had a hard time hunting down extra blankets, but they did their best & managed to find some.

Parking lot is kind of tight. The restaurant in the front of the building, has recently closed down; and would be nice if they removed the restaurant parking only signs.

Customer service was on point. Everyone was great. I’m assuming one of the managers actually brought up my food I ordered and made sure I had plates and plastic wear to go with.

Only one working wash and dryer and it took quarters luckily the front desk had some. The same snack and breakfast and didn’t have non dairy milk options.

It was in a convenient location! Close to the aquarium which we loved!

The room wasn’t at all like the pictures. The bathroom was tiny barely able to move in. The tub looked like it had some kind of grime and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t even been mopped. Only one trash can in the entire room and it was in the bathroom and didn’t even have a bag.

The location. Was within walking distance of a lot of things downtown. Parking available near the hotel in a garage and it was free. I enjoyed the happy hour. Enjoyed the indoor pool.

Same old options for breakfast. Needed more variety, and advertised as if the restaurant that was connected to the hotel was open, but it wasn't. O

Happy hour

Location is hard to beat. We were there for the soccer game. Also walked down to Union Station. Staff was friendly and even let us check in an hour early.

Bath tub was gross. At first thought it was not cleaned, but then realized it was just very old and badly needs replaced. I took a shower and the pressure was good, Wife would not shower as she was grossed out. Happy hour did not start on time. Lots of unhappy people waiting. Found out the restaurant within the hotel closed last month after 36 years. That's a big loss and need addressed asap.

I had to wait for my room to be cleaned, even though I got there at3:30. I was charged 196 for a room in two months ago that I could have got for 135 the day of my stay. My room AC would only go down to 74 degrees

The location was fine. The popcorn/happy hour (which we didn’t try) are a nice touch.

It felt outdated and the room had a strange smell. The reception staff wasn’t very welcoming. We probably won’t stay there again .

Eravamo in ritardo ed abbiamo avvisato senza avere risposta, all' arrivo l' addetta era abbastanza scocciata e se ne è andata appena sistemato la nostra prenotazione. Fino alle 19 fanno aperitivo, abbiamo sforato di 10 minuti chiedendo di poter avere qualcosa di veloce perché stanche e in modo brusco ci hanno detto di no. Allora abbiamo provato con la piscina, affacciata alla porta mi si è presentata davanti una scena apocalittica, nonostante il divieto bambini/ragazzini che si tuffavano in ogni angolo, tavoli occupati pieni di cibo così come per terra cibo e sporcizia, asciugamani buttati in terra ovunque, gente che mangiava in ogni angolo, urla schiamazzi senza un minimo di controllo da parte della struttura. Colazione minimal per le abitudini europee, però caffè e bibite sempre a disposizione. A mezzanotte e mezzo è suonato l' allarme e siamo dovuti evacuare per non si sa bene quale pericolo, e nemmeno il giorno dopo una spiegazione e nemmeno una scusa. Dopo l'intervento dei pompieri tutti siamo rientrati senza spiegazioni. Non è così vicino all' arco come scritto nelle descrizioni.

Great pool and staff!

Staff was great at check in & check out- it was a busy weekend due to a concert and they accommodated our party of 5 well. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with no complaints

Breakfast was okay- not great. But there was something for everyone and it was nice to have to start our day. There was a large crowd so it may not be just okay at all times. I would stay again and still have breakfast.

It's a warm day outside! I checked in early at the hotel, and the wonderful staff graciously accommodated me. I'm grateful for their attentive care.

Noisey air conditioner unit

The odor was a chemical smell but sanitary.

No greetings from reception desk staff. No conversation or acknowledgement just may I see your ID. They let other person go to the next available receptionist when it was my turn to get checked in. The room air system was super loud and had a hard sleepless night.

We found this place to be an excellent place to stay because of its proximity to all the wonderful things to do in St Louis. A welcoming place as soon as we checked in. Our room was great, comfy beds, quiet and had a great view. Breakfast was much appreciated, what a great start for days of exploring! Exceptional and well beyond my expectations. Thank you for providing a great place to stay.

This property was perfect for my family and our quick stay in St. Louis. We loved how friendly the staff were, the pool, the free snacks and spirits. All of it, a great experience all around. This hotel is located just up the road from Union Station.

Great location, easy to get to Busch stadium, union station/the aquarium, and all the downtown neighborhoods! Convenient free parking was a big selling point. It’s a decent, mid-level stay.

Breakfast our whole stay was biscuits and gravy, so if that’s your fave, you’re in luck! Very basic offerings otherwise. I was hoping for some other options or variety day to day. We spent most of the stay waiting for the elevators 🫠 And the facilities were not particularly tidy - stains and stickiness and whatnot.

The breakfast was okay and the happy hour snacks were decent. The customer service ladies were very kind and helpful. The location was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for it to be any better.

The room was disgusting, the carpet was nasty, you had to hold the handle on the toilet for 10+ seconds in order for it to flush, for the price of the room it was not worth it at all.

It was a great location for all the places we wanted to go!

They had a variety to choose from for breakfast. It was a quiet and clean place to stay for the night.

The parking gate was broken so anyone could just drive into the lot. The beds were very firm.

The elevator was very busy

The staff was excellent!!! They were very professional, nice and accommodating. They all had smiles on their faces and treated everyone like a top rated guest.

I think that the the hotel itself was not very clean. There were moments where the elevator was not clean and I don't think they did a good enough job to keep it clean. Our toilet in our bathroom was not clean and I had to wipe it down again. The surfaces and tables in our room were dirty with wet cup ring stains on them . So all in all I think the cleaning could have been better.

It was very close to Union Station for a reasonable price. The staff were so polite and helpful, and we knew if we needed anything they’d be willing to help. The beds were also comfy, and I liked there was a parking garage for our vehicle. I REALLY liked the external doors locked at night and only allowed guests to come in. It made me feel safer.

I do wish there was a fan in the bathroom to pull out the steam. It made our room feel sticky and humid despite it being set to the lowest it could go. Air diffusion wasn’t the best. I still woke up warm in the middle of the night despite being closest to the air.

The Rooms were clean . The beds were comfortable. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was great. The snack and drink at kickback time put this place over the top . Would definitely stay here again .

First they gave me the wrong key to my room Second it took them over 45 minutes to figure it out because there was only one person in the front counter. Other than that everything else was good

The location was very convenient to a lot of things to do. The hotel was quiet and calm If in the area again I will definitely stay here.

Location was great for walking to downtown attractions. Parking was secure. Good breakfast variety and a few evening snacks (popcorn, chips, pretzels). Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Rooms comfortable and clean.
