Drury Plaza St. Louis at the Arch

The location to arch was great. The views from the hotel were amazing! On our day of check-in we were running late for our tram ride to the top of the arch, so I called ahead. Margaret was most helpful and we made it to the arch with time to spare. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our specific rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was some of the best hotel food we have ever had. Do not skip their evening kick-back. We will definitely be back!

Great location for Ballpark and arch. Unfortunately we were late checking in and had to leave early so didn't see much of the city. Staff very helpful and rooms clean and a good size. Overall a good stay for the short time we were there.

Unable to check in at check in time due to “there not being a room for us “ so had to check in late after the banana ball game and once we got to our room the air was not working and took another hour for them to get it fixed after I called front desk twice and all they did was comp parking … they definitely owe us for than that.

I think the breakfast and location of the hotel was great.

The price of the hotel was a little high. The wait for the elevators was extra long at times as well.

The location was perfect for one night as i was going for a concert near the area. They also give free basic breakfast the next morning.

The room was a bit dull and had a bit of a musty feel to it. I would only recommend it for one night if you have an event nearby. The room was not as cosy.

The friendliness of the staff! EVERYONE was so welcoming, so personable, so interactive. I stay at many hotels and rarely see employees interact with guests, as friends, like I seen with this location. For instance, the breakfast staff, to stop for a second to just say good morning and a brief conversation about our time in the area.........unseen in almost any other stay I've been to.

There really was nothing that I did't like. Great location for our visit to the Archway, to the Budweiser Brewery and to Grant's Farm. I was surprised with how pleasant the area was being downtown St Louis. Safe walk each day to the parking garage across the street. If anything, perhaps I may have had the preference to park my pickup truck at the hotel parking garage rather than across the street, however, to accomodate a slightly larger vehicle than a compact (for free) was appreciated

Location, staff was amazing, clean and comfortable room with lots of room. Free breakfast and dinner and drinks . Came in from the concert in pouring rain and front desk had towels waiting . Excellent customer service. I will stay there again.

Vanity bulb out, when air conditioner was on their was a noise constantly on near vanity area however it wasn't noticeable in bed area.

It was clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was very cute and charming, intead of the super fancy style a lot hotels have. It had a very homey feel to it.

The shower head was leaking around the edge so there wasn't very good water pressure and the leak came down in a stream directly above the shampoo dispenser, so it would wash the soap right out of my hand as soon as I dispensed it, it was mildly frustrating. Thats really the only complaint that I have.

Asked about a early check in when reserved 9 months ago, after 3 pm still didnt have our room ready.So instead of the king high floor room we got moved to a queen room on lower floor or we had to wait to check in. Wasnt what we wanted for sure.

Room was spotless clean, with upscale decor and was so quiet I couldn’t hear people talking or people in neighboring rooms. Staff was so polite and helpful. The view couldn’t get any better, with a full view of the Arch. Breakfast and dinner was included in price and was awesome. Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to Arch and Busch Stadium.

Only two items I would comment that there is area of opportunity, the parking situation Friday afternoon in front at arrival was a bit of a mess. Cars were getting blocked in while guests checked in. And the bathroom could use a bit of updating.

The free dinner and drinks was AMAZING! We will definitely be returning for that reason. We also loved the walkability to Busch Stadium- another reason we will be returning. The staff was super friendly. The room and view was great! the lobby is beautiful!

I think things could have been a little bit cleaner and perhaps it's just that it might be time for some upgrades to the rooms. We were disappointed there was no valet service. And we really wished the pool would have stayed open later so that we could have enjoyed it after the evening baseball game we attended. Maybe on weekends the pool could stay open for another hour or so.

The room was clean and provided awesome views of the arch. The location. was perfect with easy access to everything we wanted to enjoy. The staff was friendly and inviting. The onsite restaurant was beyond my expectations!

The only thing that I did not like is that parking was across the street and up one block. Other than that I have no complaints. It was exceptional.

We were there for a concert at the stadium, and this was very conviently located for that. Additionally, the Arch was a quick walk away and was very easy to take a quick visit to.

It would be nice to set aside even the first and last hour of the pool being opened for “adults only.” I know it’s a family hotel, but it’s impossible to share the pool with loud, screaming children. Just a thought.Above and beyond.

Parking should be free for hotel guests. I reserved 2 room in FEBRUARY and when I checked in AUGUST 2 I was told there was only one room available and so to accommodate I had to have my entire party in the honeymoon suite OR split up and one couple go to another location what is the point in reserving something if it isn’t going to be available? The room was nice but the tub was dirty and the light fixtures are old and don’t all work the water pressure was pathetic and the thermostat wouldn’t stay on the set temp

I appreciated the close location of everything for entertainment. The included breakfast and dinner and a free adults drink was a real plus.

Room service was not what it should have been. You literally had to beg them to refresh or clean your room.

Shower head sprayed out of tub. Curtain didn’t open in room. Methane gas smell in room. Staff didn’t sound concerned and was overwhelmed. All food chafing dishes empty when we arrived at breakfast. No TP in bathrooms at breakfast.

The location is perfect; so close to Busch Stadium! The staff, especially the manager, running around to make sure everything runs smoothly during the breakfast and happy hour chaos, is amazing! He is always smiling and makes everyone feel welcome.

The elevator to our floor was out of commission after the baseball game, so that was a little annoying, but we understand, it is an old building, and that comes with some problems. The building is so beautiful though, so I wouldn't want to change it.

Crystal at front desk was remarkable! Friendly, thorough, professional, knowledgeable. Loved that breakfast and dinner and 3 alcoholic beverages were included for guests each and every day of our stay. In Ludington coffee and water at the enterance 24/7. Loved that room had everything we needed from hair dryer, iron. Ironing board, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. In addition hotel had a restaurant on site. Indoor pool, rooftop, beautiful view of arch, and a mini mart inside hotel. Staff was all very nice, friendly, cordial.

The Drury Plaza Hotel was wonderful. Very close to Busch Stadium and The Arch, the rooms were extremely clean and have wonderful city views. But I would like to point out some of their excellent staff. Valerie- in the dining room, is the sweetest person and she will positively make your day! Angel- the bartender during “Kickback” was as kind and pleasant as she could be! Tim- the Manager was awesome, from a small issue during check-in, to taking charge and helping his staff during breakfast, Tim is the epitome of a great leader! -Drury should feel very proud for having such a great hotel and such incredible staff, these wonderful folks made our stay a most memorable affair. Everyone encountered at the hotel was nice and greeted me whether at the front desk or in the dining area. Breakfast each day had a few items that were different from the day before. I was glad they had hot food options for breakfast. I felt safe at the hotel on a solo trip. My room faced a hallway so I didn’t have any noise issues from outside. I was able to easily walk to the ballpark for a tour, to the Arch for the tram ride up, and to the Enterprise Center for events. I wasn’t able to try evening food offerings. I would return to this hotel for another visit.

We were on third floor, had to take a different elevator route then all other floors. Elevator broke down for a bit. In room Jacuzzi didn't drain due to plug stopper not opening. Got credit for that.

The whole stay and experience! The staff/ management from check in/ check out to breakfast & kickback were amazing! They ALL had A1 customer service. The location was perfect and safe for what we were doing there. The rooms were clean and super comfortable!

The ONLY thing I did not like was on the day of checking out... the cleaning lady kept trying to open our door and it started well before 9am. The check out time was 11a but every 20-30 minutes (is what it seemed like) starting around 830a she was trying to come in and that annoyed me so because we were trying to get ourselves together! Finally, after about 4 attempts of trying to come in on us, we just went and sat in the lobby at 1030a...I really could've used 15-20 more minutes in the room.

Our many visits to this exception hotel have always been superb because of the facility, but even more because of the staff!

The inside was absolutely gorgeous, the water fountain was so beautiful! And you can see the Arch from the Pool deck, absolutely Stunning!

The only problem i had was there was 1 strand of hair in the bathtub, & i felt the bathtub was too small to be in a King Room.

We had dinner and breakfast it was delicious. Enjoy the hotel pool and rooftop view.

Did not honor my reservation for a handicapped accessible room with 2 beds the last 2 stays. They tell me it is not available even though I reserved it in December of 2025. How is this even possible. I need the 2 beds since my husband has parkinsons and become combative at night. I did not get any rest either stay.

The smell of cigars sticking to the wall and leaving a scent behind. Pool needs to get cleaned as well.

The breakfast and nightly happy hour was fantastic. Our hostess Ollyn was awesome. Our room was not ready at 5:30 pm. Had to wait another hour. She comped Our night. Very sincere. Would stay here again!

Room was handicapped accessible but only one bed. My husband has Parkinsons and has night terrors and is combative at night. I reserved a disability enabled room with 2 beds back in December of 2025. How is it not available?? I got no rest and the bed was lumpy and concave for my husband.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was the most pleasant I've ever encountered in a hotel. The rooms weren't fancy, but very functional and comfy. The beds were SO comfortable! The breakfast was typical hotel fare, better than many, not as good as some. The evening "Kickstart" was a nice surprise. The hotel is in walking distance of many of St Louis' attractions and places to eat, even for a pair of stoved up senior citizens like us! The only 2 "complaints" I had was that we could hear the highway sounds pretty well in our room (8th floor), not that there's probably much can be done about that, and the marble floors in the bathroom. They seemed like a real slip and fall hazard, to us. All in all, this hotel is fantastic, well-ran, family friendly, and a great place to stay when visiting St Louis.
