The coffee machine in the main office was a real bonus. The ability to choose from a variety of coffee options was a nice touch

Every thing was good except for the breakfast. We were given coupons to go to Ricki’s for breakfast. There were two offerings. Hotcake or French toast. Nothing fresh and on the last day, it took 30 minutes to get served. Even though you could use $10 credit towards other tings in the menu, we prefer to have an in house breakfast option found in most motor inns where you can choose from series, bread, toast and fresh fruit etc.

Excellent location, a short walk to town. Comfortable room and bed. Good food options and supermarket close by.

Breakfast was a bit average, but ok.

The breakfast choice is great! But the service was terrible at the restaurant because they told us when we got there how short staffed they were and basically were basically trying to get us to go elsewhere before we were even seated! The host was terrible and she was telling all the customers how she didn’t want to be there! But when we did finally get our food it was good! I understand that they were short staffed but at least do your best to make your customers feel welcome and not make them want to leave and never return!

It didn’t feel safe after 7pm. Lots of unsavoury characters in parking lot, on street corner. Room wasn’t cleaned to a high standard each day. Last 2 nights had very noisy neighbours

We were really disappointed with our recent stay at Accent Inns Kelowna. We booked a family suite at over $400 per night, so while we weren’t expecting a luxury hotel experience, we certainly expected the room, especially the bathroom, to be properly cleaned before our arrival. Unfortunately, when we checked in, one of the first things we noticed was the condition of the bathtub. It was visibly dirty, with grime/residue left behind. I’ve included photos because I think they speak for themselves. We immediately asked to change rooms because I simply wasn’t comfortable using a bathroom that appeared not to have been properly cleaned between guests. To be fair, there were positives during our stay. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. When we brought the condition of the room to their attention, the staff moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, at more than $400 per night for a family suite, cleanliness should be a basic expectation. This wasn’t a minor cosmetic issue or an outdated fixture, it was a matter of the bathtub simply not appearing to have been adequately cleaned before new guests checked in. Finding our room in that condition immediately affected our impression of the property and our stay overall. While I appreciated the friendly staff, their response to our concern, and the comfortable beds, I would not choose to stay at Accent Inns Kelowna again based on this experience. For $400+ per night, guests should not have to inspect the bathroom upon arrival or request another room in order to feel comfortable using it.

I can't say enough about the excellent service we received during our recent stay at Accent Inns Kelowna for the BC Summer Games. We experienced an issue with an unreliable flushing toilet in our room, and within 10 minutes of calling the front desk, a wonderful maintenance team member arrived to assess the situation. She explained the issue, made a plan to fix it first thing the next morning, and followed through exactly as promised. The hotel went above and beyond by compensating us with a complimentary night's stay. As an added bonus, we even received an extra duck! The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything Kelowna has to offer, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

Cleanliness. The room had bedbugs!!!!! We were in room 225 and 227 during July 17 to 19, both myself and my family had bedbug bites. When contacted the hotel manager Diana, she seemed to be very cooperative and did an investigation, buy in the end concluded no bedbug was found. My family and I had more than 8 bedbug bites all over our body!!!!! In addition, both rooms had clogged bathtub, we couldn't take any shower. After reported to the front desk on July 18 morning, the bathtubs were still clogged that night after we returned to the hotel. Apparently the front desk noted the sinks were clogged but not the bathtub. We did receive a 15% discount for the clogged bathtubs. Nothing for the bedbug bites though.

This place is terrible. We were there from July 17th to 19th 2026, the rooms were overpriced (over $300 per room), the bathtubs were clogged (2 out of 3 rooms), we informed the front desk, they did nothing. Later that night when we found out the clogged bathtubs weren't fixed, we went to speak to the front desk again, and we were told that they recorded clogged sink but not the bathtubs, and it was too late to fix. We did receive a 15% off for both of the rooms. The worst part comes after we returned home, both myself and my daughter got bedbug bites. I had more than 7 bites all over me, on my legs, arms, back, neck, and abs. We went to see the doctor and confirmed those were bedbug bites. I phoned the Accent Inn, someone named Diana (manager) took the case, did a full investigation, then told me they didn't find anything. Then they offered me a free complementary night of stay, no thanks. Will never stay at Accent Inn again, and I strongly advise you avoid it as well.

Außenpool, gute Lage nahe am Stadtzentrum, gutes Frühstück im Diner nebenan. Zuvorkommendes, sehr freundliches Personal. Kleine Badeente zum Mitnehmen, was natürlich die Kinder besonders freut.

Lage direkt an stark befahrener Hauptstraße. Drogenabhängige direkt neben dem Gelände, den Parkplätzen, teilweise über den Parkplatz gegangen. Gefährlich, besonders wenn Kinder alleine unterwegs sind auf dem Hotelgelände.

Excellent place, highly recommended.

The staff were wonderful from the front desk to ask! I really appreciated the text messages trying to remind parents to stop their children from running up and down the halls. It was very much appreciated, especially after a long travel day. They fixed a booking error made by me, and didn't overcharge me for it. Bravo to all the staff!

Friendly welcome, great location and who doesn't love a yellow duck! Our room was on ground floor at the back of the hotel, so it was quiet.

The free breakfast in Ricks , was cold and not edible , left there and went somewhere else. Service was bad a long wait,

The staff was so kind, the room clean and well kept. When we needed a late check out due to a family member throwing his back out and being unable to do a morning family trip to the Kangaroo Farm, the Accent Manager graciously allowed my husband to stay behind in the hotel room to rest his back. We also really liked the sparking clean swimming pool. And breakfast was nice at a restaurant using a voucher, right on the property.

The included breakfast at the neighboring restaurant is simply atrocious. They should consider either removing the breakfast with the room or changing partner venue. That restaurant is cutting corners real bad and service is extremely slow. They even appear to be buying reviews. Not at all representative of the hotel.

The room was large with a kitchenette and very clean and comfortable. We were close to the pool area which had great lounge chairs and a was kept at a very warm temperature. There were always clean towels available and it was very easy to access. The staff were very helpful and there was 24 hour coffee/tea in the lobby as well as a water bottle filling machine. Although we didn’t use them, they offered free bike rentals. The hotel was near the downtown and close by were many restaurants, a shopping plaza and a grocery store

we chose a studio and it was large. good tv...I could hook up my streaming device. comfortable bed. fridge in room. staff allowed us to use the freezer in the office to store frozen Costco items. pool was comfortable temperature. good ice machine. free bicyles. bbq area provided. good breakfast included at Ricky's

We were treated very poorly by the staff upon check in. I’m still in dismay at how customers can be treated without any accountability. Very concerned. We were left very stressed and deeply saddened by the experience.

Friendly staff at check-in, room was ready early. Free coffee in reception and $10 per person discount at Ricky's restaurant. Weather was warm enough to relax by the heated pool in the afternoon.

Always stay at the Accent when we’re in Kelowna. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are sooo comfortable and the staff are always top notch. The location is also very central with a Starbucks and Rikki’s restaurant only a couple steps away.

Shower water temperature swings between hot and cold sometimes. I'm personally not a fan of carpeted floors from a cleanliness maintenance point of view.

The heating system did not work properly, it was very noisy and pushed out air rather than heat. No sense in letting front desk know, as this was booked through Booking.com, and their response would be sorry, they can't do anything about it (i.e. had I just booked through them, they could rectify perhaps a reduced price etc.), as this has happened in the past in prior years with travel. The bed coverings were not adequate, and we were too overly tired to call the desk in the middle of the night to request more. The entire building needs upgrading, and perhaps security to inform addicts shooting up on the property to leave. By the time we left the next morning, I was too tired to make any complaint.

Stanza grande molto pulita e confortevole, letto comodo. Colazione nel ristorante sotto l'hotel molto buona e variegata. Vicino al centro, circa 30 minuti a piedi da percorrere sulla strada principale o secondaria entrambe tranquille e illuminate.

We really appreciated that the air conditioning worked well! The staff were amazing - kind and professional. And the rubber duckies were a huge hit with our grandsons.

The rooms are a bit dated and felt quite well-used - especially the carpets.

Breakfast included First day breakfast included 9.99$/person. As both adults ordered more expensive breakfast cost us 23$ Next morning we ordered exactly the same and breakfast cost us 37$ Exactly the same!!!

Old but well maintained

Location and friendliness of staff were great. The beds were comfy, and it was nice and clean.

The bathroom layout was very awkward, and the shower was small. The plumbing also needs some work as I was blasted with scalding hot water multiple times while showering.

When we arrived, Staff was genuinely friendly, efficient and smiling! We felt like a human, not another number. They gave us our keys, a baggie with water bottles and a ducky! I felt like a kid with awe (this is a good SMILE). Coffee packet requests were met with a smile, as we stayed for 4 nights. Room was upgraded to Kitchenette, which we will book from now on, going forward. We loved that the Breakfast Voucher was "all day", as this allows one to sleep in, prep for our working day, and come home to a quiet room. Breakfast at the nearby Restaurant was highly appreciated, although the one Server gave us such bad attitude and insisted what was "not allowed" to have with a $10.00 Breakfast Voucher. We ended up buying a regular breakfast every time. Management at the Restaurant was super amazing on the Weekends, looking after the busy rush. We really loved our Stay at Accent Inn Kelowna, the friendly Staff, the welcoming front desk and their swift check in and out procedures. Will be back for our Stays and our Business Weeks ! Grateful!

Travelled 4 hours to attend a concert in Kelowna. Checked in and left for said concert, got back late after 11pm. Spent the next hour or so with my partner not even talking both scrolling our phones as we hadn’t even been able to figure out how to get the tv to work. At around 1am there was a loud knock at the door. The supposed night staff was incredibly rude aggressive unprofessional, stated if he got another complaint we were OUT OF THERE. we were confused as we hadn’t been making any noise at all, when we tried to tell him he puffed up his cheeks pointing his finger in our face and saying ENOUGH. He actually called the cops and got us escorted out. No one would hear us state that it literally wasn’t coming from our room. I am shocked and appalled never in my life have I had such an experience at a hotel. Will never go to any of their hotels again and strongly urge you to beware of the night staff, never know when you’ll get kicked out of your room for absolutely nothing in the middle of the night.

Be ware!! this location relies on the petty personal feelings/judgements of their unprofessional manager as to whether or not paying customers should be denied service! .... THE CLERK LOOKS REALLY EMBARRASSED AND SAYS, " I DON'T KNOW, THERE'S JUST A NOTE HERE SAYING I'M NOT ALLOWED TO RENT TO YOU?" WHEN ASKED HOW SUCH A NOTE WOULD HAVE COME INTO EXISTENCE AND HOW THIS COULD EVEN HAPPEN?? THE CLERK REPLIED " I DON'T KNOW,..... I'M REALLY SORRY, THE MANAGER LEFT IT" SHOCKING UNPROFESSIONALISM!! It is not clear if its racial or gender profiling or just plain old jelousy/hatred....???? If I was you, I would save the humiliation of being discriminated against at the end of a night without a valid reason......
