Beds are very comfy. Rooms are clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Location is pretty close to the mall. The 3 bed efficiency queen room is an awesome option for 5-6 adults on a road trip!

The shower wouldn’t drain well. Hopefully this is resolved quickly. Otherwise no complaints!

Everything was great. The rooms were clean. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It would be nice to add yogurt and offer a slightly wider variety of food.

The location was great. It was also a nice plus that they offered decaf coffee at breakfast.

The breakfast area is way too small for such a large hotel—only 5–6 tiny tables and one microwave. Sitting as a group of three was very uncomfortable, and many guests couldn't find a place to sit (we had to eat outside). The food quality was weak: pre-made sandwiches had weird, undercooked patties, options were very limited (one jam, one peanut butter), and the only fruit available was sour apples—nothing else.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

The motel has no clear insulation between floors. The second night we stayed was horrible with the guests directly above us stomping around at 2:30 in the morning. We had a huge long distance drive ahead of us for the next day and had zero good sleep due to the noise from the guests above us. The bed was also very uncomfortable. We travelled quite a distance for a medical appointment and the room rate was horrendous.

Floors were filthy, few towels, tub was not washed, linen was suspect and the continental breakfast was a joke.

We booked a double bed room and we got only one bed.

Neighbours can be noisy. The bathroom bath/showers are very noisy. Anyone taking a shower near you will wake you up

So so breakfast, not much option, but with budget hotel it is normal. The hotel room itself is good, it's just the photo of the room in booking.com is misleading, it is not L shaped but it is spacious.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The kitchenette was poorly equipped. I also felt that providing only paper cups for drinks and toothbrushing made the experience feel low-budget. There are unbreakable options - plastic, corelle.

Accès jacuzzi, piscine après un long voyage est appréciable. L'accès rapide au centre ville de Kelowna à pieds est super.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment mauvais, notre chambrew côté rue passante et roulante était un peu bruyante.

Property was well kept, front staff were friendly and professional.

We stayed in unit (120) which it was clean and tidy. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. We barely got any sleep- whenever anyone in either the next door or upstairs units turned on the water tap or shower it was so loud- the bed is 2 feet from the bathroom wall.

Everything meets my expectations. Good customer service. Very accommodating.

We hadden een kamer aan de straat kant wat een lawaai. En de airco met veel lawaai klusjes man kwam kijken. Maar er viel niks te doen we kregen uiteindelijk een andere kamer aan de achterzijde. Dat was beter en een goeie nachtrust. Prijs is aan de hoge kant voor 2 nachten.

The location is great, with many shops nearby, making it very convenient.

No hair dryer in the room. Only 3 pillows on the bed for 2 of us. Breakfast was soso - but nice to have something!

Staff was friendly / helpful. Pool had generous hours of operation. Hotel was very central to intended tourist attractions /downtown.

Breakfast offerings were very limited. Area seems to cater to some social housing programs, and appeared to have a noticeable presence of disenfranchised individuals in the night hours.

For the price I paid I expected more from the property. Basic accommodation.

We were in the old section of the motel. The bathroom was tiny, we could hear people walking in the room above us, and there was noise from the busy road outside.

Good location and continental breakfast was well stocked. Room was comfortable and overall id stay again for a few nights. Just make sure to have change for laundry as the front desk won't cash out for you.

No kettle so couldn't make your own coffee.

There was a group of 6 men in the room directly above us, they were very heavy footed. We looked at another room to move to but my friend has severe mobility issues and it was not suitable. They were also in the pool when I went and were so loud I left after 5 minutes.

The room was an excellent size, and very quiet although close to a busy street. Great value for money with breakfast included and free parking. Quite a good location for shops and takeaways.

When first entered the parking, saw homeless people gathered under the big tree. Was kind of worry of security. I am not discriminating homeless, just feel a bit uneasy. Good they didn't stay long.

As my husband and i both smoke It is near impossible to find any hotel that permits smoking so i was great to have a close smoking area. I also have slight mobility issues and they were very accommodating my request for a lower level room. overall despite the hotel being very busy with a number of ball teams it was quiet at night and the beds were fairly comfortable

There was not enough parking for the large number of guests arriving back to our room later in the evening on our last night we had to park in the street behind the hotel.

I wasn't expecting much, to be honest. We just wanted somewhere clean to stay while we toured the area for a few days - we had no plans on 'hanging out' in our room, so it didn't need to be the fanciest. But this hotel was great!! The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was plentiful, the pool was fun and the location was convenient. We would stay here again!

David was absolutely amazing! I really needed to check in early and he accommodated me very well and even upgraded me to 2 queen beds instead of doubles. He was very friendly and understanding

I bunked in with a friend the first night which as at the front side of the building and it was super loud from the main road being there. I was moved to the backside when I checked in, and it was much better. My biggest problem was the pillows. Gosh they were awful!! Small, lumpy and flat. The breakfast was decent, but wish it had waffle or pancake machines.

Loved the pool and hot tub, very clean rooms and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast sandwiches were so good too. It was a nice walk to downtown and very close to where we needed to get to. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Really enjoyed the stay!

The staff was fantastic! The front desk personnel let my son & I to check in early & they also agreed to let us check out an hour late the following day. My son had a medical procedure at the hospital that was expected to run until 11:00 a.m. Being able to check out an hour later at noon made the stressful day less so!! Also, every staff member that we walked past said hi & were so pleasant.

I only wish that the free breakfast included some alternatives such as scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pastries or such. It was sufficient for adults, but lacked healthy & varied options for children (in my opinion at least).

Cleanliness and excellent customer service. During my 2-night stay, I have talked with 3 receptionists at the lobby, 2 female and a male, and I found them all exceptionally professional and very well mannered, especially a girl named Nav.

A floor mat just outside the washroom, no one likes to walk with wet feet after the bath.
