Oasis Inn

Piuttosto rumorosa.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Exactly what we need for our trip. Price was great too. Would stay again.

The location was perfect. Easy and convenient walking or bus to everything. Staff was remarkable and super helpful and kind. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen in the room and the Independent across the street. The pool area was wonderful as well.

Only thing that would've made my stay exceptional (especially with the smoke and air quality at the time, limiting the ability to run outside) would be a gym/fitness center. Not a big deal all in all though. Still wouldn't have changed my accomodations.

Ottima posizione, stanza accogliente e spaziosa. Pulita. Staff gentilissimo e premuroso!!

They were open late which was so helpful: my flight was delayed and I didn't get to check in until after 11pm. The room was clean, I had a coffee maker and kettle, hot water for a shower, good lighting to read by. all I needed.

There was a party going on, very loud, right near my room even though the policy was quiet time after 11 and this was a long way past 11. I think some of the folks weren't staying there which made it very difficult to find parking. I could be wrong, but there were more spots available in the morning when I left fairly early.

The location and the pool was nice

I thought the reception was rude not friendly at all. The bathroom fan was way too loud it was disturbing.

Clean, comfortable with great pool and wonderful atmosphere. Staff very helpful.

Only opportunity is the bbq igniter was broken.

room was large, kitchenette was great to heave

Room, pool,and outdoor area

Handy location, very clean. Great Motel style accommodation.

Great location, friendly staff. All basic amenities covered.

The entrance and exit are a bit confusing.

Great location, lovely and clean, perfect for solo traveling.

it’s a motel, clean motel and nicely run, nothing fancy but good value, friendly staff

nothing, it’s a good “motel”

While there was only one staff present, he was very fast, responsive and friendly. Our room had a couple of issues and he helped us resolve them effectively. The rooms are fairly old and basic but are sufficient for a short stay. Value for money.

Not all the rooms are equally maintained.

It looked like they made an effort to clean up. Your pictures are deceiving on booking.com

The place is very run down. The washroom heater was all rusted. There was grout missing and mold in the corners of the shower.

The room was separated into two bedrooms and bathroom area

The facility is perfect for group vacation, you can hang out outside with a pergola and bbq

The kitchen is a small

Fairly central location, close to shops & restaurants. Overall the room is good.

The decor is old and needs a refresh. Overall is was clean and quiet.

Rooms are not cleaned before arrival and lots of sand and dust on the floor air conditioning is not working properly

Swimming pool and garden facilities are commendable

Girl at check-in desk was very kind and polite. Powerful AC units during heatwave.

Rooms were very, very dark with awful overhead lighting. Room also felt quite grimy - our feet were dirty / black after walking around barefoot. Lots of excess charges, such as for early check-in, not doing the dishes in your room, etc. Room only had one bath towel for two adults. Pool is way smaller than the way the photo has been taken, and so felt overcrowded with even only a few people. Very overpriced for what it is, would not recommend.

Good price, fridge, comfortable bed and lovely staff. The flower baskets adorning the exterior were a nice touch!

A bit of a walk out of the downtown .

Enge Parkplätze

spacious and accommodating when I asked to add 1 guest to the room with short notice

location is good

no breakfast, one of the chair leg is broken. washroom looks old

A heated pool is a huge advantage. There are sun loungers.

It’s fine for a single night, but for a longer stay, a lot of things are missing—like kitchenware and a kettle. The photos showed a room with a separate bedroom, but in reality, there were two double beds in the same room.

Staff friendly and helpful. Great location with close public transport, shops across the road. Shower had good water pressure.

Good location

Good friendly staff and hospitality

Nice location near to beach and other places

Easy to find and drive to, room was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have an outdoor pool!

We loved the outdoor space and pool. The rooms were nicely renovated and the location is great!

The rooms weren't very clean. We used the pullout sofabed, and there was garbage tucked in the cushions and bed. The sheet was very clearly not changed. The bathroom doors and baseboards were dirty. The main bed was quite hard and the pillows were too stuffed full to be comfortable.

Good location, AC was nice and cold, quiet room

Bed was harder than my liking, but that is a personal preference

It's pretty clean and l like the no carpet floor. The staff is friendly.

The room window is not totally sealed due to the A/C. So it is a bit noisy because of the traffic. And the pillows are not very comfortable.

Clean , spacious, has kitchen , can stay big family , good money value Shopping mall across the street with No name grocery , food court … 15-20 minute to water front or beaches

Toilet slow flushed but no problem for us

Location, outdoor pool area and cleanliness.

TV channel selection was limited.

Property was super nice. Will come again whenever I visit kelowna.

NA.

I liked the place, it was close to the shops and snack bars. We also walked to the embankment. Good place, clean, I was satisfied with my time in this place.

The Oasis is an older hotel that has undergone a lot of updates over the past several years. Staff is always helpful. The hotel is located on a less busy road (ie not on Harvey Street) and therefore not as noisy. Good grocery store across the street and fast food and other restaurants nearby. NO SMOKING on property is EXCELLENT

We were there for only one night - I should have reported upon checking out that the toilet in room 115 is extremely wobbly. The blinds in the room are very nice - unfortunately they are not black out - fine during the winter but result in a poorer sleep because of the the long days in the summer

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is ruim.

Oasis inn is a family friendly hotel that is a short drive to many activities and sights in Kelowna. There are many restaurants within walking distance for a good breakfast.

Booked in for 2 nights, staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. Had a lovely well maintained heated outdoor swimming pool. Bed very comfortable. Lovely stay, would stay there again in the future. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike

Very friendly helpful staff; loved the bedroom and seperate lounge area - it was really spacious and comfortable

Nothing

We were very pleasantly surprised. We thought we may be going to a run down 3 star motel. It was very clean ; well looked after with lots of flowers , staff were great and the pool was delightful . I highly recommend it.

What a great hotel, very friendly staff, very clean. The room was well stocked. Lots of parking , good location with a mall just another street.I wish we were able to use the pool, but the weather was terrible. Would definitely stay again

Everything was great

The staff were helpful, it was a great location.

The television didn't work and the beds were very firm.

Location

Horrible smell in room had to keep windows open Not comfortable Felt a bit old and outdated Was glad only stayed one night Got charged 200$ deposit which was more than what the room cost, found that ridiculous

Across the road from shops was helpful. Comfy beds and roomy for two

Nil

It was the perfect location for us to visit our daughter that lives on Ethel Street. The location is convenient, newly renovated, clean and quiet.

Pillows could be better but we made do.

They helped with a mistake made by Booking.com

Having to move hotels within our stay in kelowna

The location was good and the staff was friendly.

Very loud all night, room had a strange and bad smell. Marks on the sheets. Couldn’t minimize the truly odd smell by sleeping with the window open because window had no security features.

Retro motel style.Pool was lovely and clean. Flower pots very nice A grab bar in the bathtub would have been helpful. Overall good location and great value. Staff very pleasant

Please install grab bars in the bathtub Maybe paint bathroom radiator Room 108

Quiet and enjoyable

Bra läge och rent och fint

room was clean, bit of a hassle to get all the beds down but it worked well, had a nice stay.

still haven't received my deposit back and wasn't told a deposit was even needed before hand. rooms smelt freshly painted, to the point they probably shouldn't have been slept in.
