The hotel is Clean and quiet; sauna and laundry were a plus. Loaner umbrellas were a very appreciated touch.

The TV was not set up for Chromecast/Airplay, despite hotel claims that it was. Staff did not know how to troubleshoot. Parking would have been much worse without the Chapman garage, but still annoying as it was.

Due for an update, but overall pretty decent. Not very accessible due to the number of stairs, but they did have plans in place.

The hotel's location near the lake and other amenities, and close to a variety of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

The complimentary breakfast was a little "bland" and could do with more variety (eg: tomato slices to go with boiled eggs, etc), plus the toasters kept on breaking down - this could be improved, otherwise all else was OK.

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern in diesem Hotel um Kelowna und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist im großen und Ganzen völlig in Ordnung. Es war sauber und die Betten waren bequem! Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Zimmer, es roch dermaßen nach Urin und trotz Beanstandung tat sich nichts. Der Geruch war dauerhaft da..wir haben uns gefreut als wir wieder abreisen konnten. Ich denke nicht das alle Zimmer so riechen. Würde nächstes Mal aber ein anderes Hotel wählen. Hätte mir eine andere Reaktion/ oder als Vorschlag einen Zimmerwechsel gewünscht aber wir wurden nicht ernst genommen.

Tolles, zentral gelegenes Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt: der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüllt.

My carbon fiber specialized bike with a tubule baby seat ( 4000 dollars in value) were stolen at the hotel parking lot. When checking in I asked if there is parking inside but I was lied to and we were asked to park outside. Tuned out their indoor underground Parking had plenty of room. Anyhow my bike is gone and the hotel staff and management were laughing at us in the lobby as if they had become desensitized to theft. Stay away from this property as it’s shady and managed by a bunch of jokes

Centraal gelegen in centrum van Kelowna. Alles op loop afstand. Ruime kamer, met uitzicht op jachthaven en meer. Goed continentaal ontbijt. Hotel ligt in een straat die niet toegankelijk is voor auto's. Het is even zoeken naar een parkeerplaats om in te checken, dit kan in steegje aan achter zijde van het hotel. Parkeer garage van hotel is beschikbaar, indien plaats, aanvullende gratis parkeer plaats buiten is aanwezig.

Das Hotel hat deutlich mehr Geld berechnet als in booking angegeben war.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr interessiert. Zimmer und alle anderen Bereiche sind sehr sauber. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

The area around the hotel is full of homeless people and heavy drug users, so the first impression is not good. Rooms are a bit dated and the fitted carpet is smelly.

Mooie ruime kamers. Goed ontbijt, fijne mensen in de bediening bij het ontbijt en in de lobby. De ligging is fantastisch midden in het centrum. Kelowna is een leuke plek om een paar dagen te zijn. Service is goed.

Er hangt een wat muffe geur in de kamer. Ik denk dat het tapijt een reiniging kan gebruiken? Verder is dat niet hinderlijk. Als je airco aanzet is het gauw verdwenen.

Shared balcony on our floor was quite odd, having strangers stood outside your room!

Location, ideal for all we needed. Close to the harbour and restaurants. Great help with directions from Tanaka, the reception staff member, helped us to park the car, there were road closures nearby making it difficult for a stranger to the town.

Several streets were pedestrianised for the summer. It made access to our hotel very difficult especially as we arrived on a weekend so the traffic was heavier.

Great location! Clean and big rooms with direct access to the terrace from our rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and enjoyed the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is quite extensive. They had cinnamon raisin bread, pastries, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt with fixings, and several other items. The room was clean and comfortable and had quite a large mini fridge. Our balcony faced the street but we could still see the water. The short walk to the water was a huge perk and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The room temp was comfortable but I did try to lower the temp for the night and it never did go lower so I don't know if those thermostat are a set temperature or if it doesn't work well. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it!

I’ve been staying at the Royal Anne Hotel in Kelowna since 2022 on every trip to Kelowna and it remains my preferred place to stay. Its fantastic location near the water and downtown is perfect, with the waterfront promenade just steps away. The staff are always courteous, friendly, and extremely accommodating, going out of their way to make every stay comfortable. The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It had two bests for us--as in the best we've experienced in any hotel: the bed and the breakfast. The bed was firm, but soft on the surface, so no sore contact points or joints. The breakfast was complete, and full of quality items, such as fresh bakery pastries, decent sausage, name-brand yogurt, fresh fruit platter, etc. We would have felt okay paying $20 CAD each for it at a restaurant. The location was also stellar as mentioned by many reviewers. Staff were helpful and available when needed. If we were to own a boutique hotel we hope ours would be as good. We will definitely plan to stay here when next in Kelowna.

Great location in the heart of downtown, one block from the beach front. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Good wi-fi.

Parking is a hassle. There is an underground parkinging lot with limited space but accessisble only by room key. The main entrance street is a close street (no traffic at all). So you have to park your car a block a way (metered parking). Checkin to get the key, and then drive to the parking lot in the back alley. This lot can fill up and, if full, then you are on your own. There is a lot that is free from 5pm-8am one block away, but everything else is paid.

This older hotel is situated downtown so you can easily walk around and not move the car. There is limited underground and surface parking. You cannot park overnight on the street but there are reasonable priced parking garages nearby. My room faced the front of the hotel. The air conditioner and safe worked fine. Good sized empty mini fridge to hold my own items. No issues with my room. The bed was comfortable. Lots of outlets. The included breakfast was not fancy but had your basic continental items plus two hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and sausage links which was fine for my simple needs. Friendly front desk service.

It started with great directions for driving to the hotel and parking despite the nearby road closures. The staff were helpful. The room was pleasant - spacious, room for our toiletries in the bathroom, consistent wifi. Breakfast was nicely presented. The location was great for an evening stroll, nearby restaurants, and activities on the waterfront.

The price was better than other nearby hotels, the location was very convenient being close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

People smoking crack in the parking area. Unfortunately this is outside of the hotel’s control.

Great location in downtown Kelowna, breakfact was wonderful. Parking was a bit of an issue, low clearance underground, our vehicle (small pickup) would not clear. There was a small lot behind the building which worked out for us, and we took taxis to and from the events we were attending.

Parking was painful, ended up parking in public structure 1 block away. Area of front of hotel was a pedestrian zone making it difficult to drop off bags and check in.

Amazing location right down town walking distance to the water and amazing restaurants. In the summer Bénard street becomes a walking path so lots of patios and fun summer activities. Short uber ride to west Kelowna and lots of winery’s

Walls were very thin as it’s an old building and elevators need upgrading but the rooms were recently redone and very comfortable clean and functional. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but did the job to kick off the morning
