Sehr gut gelegen.

Code zur Anfahrt der Tiefgarage erst um 15:00 zum möglichen Check In Termin zugesandt (das ist aus meiner Sicht zu spät, ich kann nicht fahren und gleichzeitig E-Mails lesen...). Die Reinigung des Badezimmers, sowie dessen Instandsetzung ließen zu Wünschen übrig - vom Vorgänger waren noch Reste unter dem Waschbecken, welche auch während unseres Aufenthaltes dort verblieben sind. Zimmergröße und Ausstattung noch o.k. - jedoch merkt man einen Investitionsstau.

Right at the centre of Rouen and easy to get to the main attractions.

Getting to the hotel by car and parking was not easy. Parking entrance to tge hotel was narrow, do had to park at a public carpark that was a 10-minute walk away.

The location is fantastic. We were given a wonderful room with a view of the cathedral. Exceptional! The hotel parking is not the easiest to find, but once you’ve arrived, you can simply enjoy this wonderful historic city centre. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel ligt zo centraal dat de meeste te bezoeken musea, kathedraal en kerken te voet bereikbaar zijn. Buiten een prima ontbijt is de restaurant functie beperkt.

Het bereiken van het hotel is door de ligging midden in het beschermde centrum wat lastig maar goed te doen. Voor de wat grotere auto's is de parkeer gelegenheid van het hotel niet bruikbaar, niet alleen is de beperkte hoogte iets om op te letten maar ook de breedte van de auto, in ons geval een marge van 7 cm, is iets om op te letten. De twee in de buurt gelegen ondergrondse openbare parkeerplaatsen zijn prima bereikbaar en de 6 min lopen naar het hotel brengt je langs de kathedraal.

Posizione in pieno centro, a due passi dalla cattedrale. Stanza quadrupla piccolina ma complessivamente ben organizzata, divano letto a castello con materassi comodi anche per i bambini. Ottima la colazione.

La via è pedonale, l'Hotel non ha fornito indicazioni sulle modalità di accesso all'area ed al garage privato, per cui abbiamo parcheggiato fuori dall'area e trascinato le valigie.

Emplacement parfait, accueil chaleureux et à l'écoute, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Correspond parfaitement à ce à quoi nous nous attendions.

Parking is extremely narrow and tricky to get in and out

We went for the family suite with a cathedral view which didn't disappoint! We had wonderful views of the cathedral from our windows and we had lots of space in the suite. As it was at the end of the corridor we weren't disturbed by other guests either. We appreciated a later checkout of midday too.

The instructions on how to reach the car park were a bit ambiguous. It said "the underground car park is in Rue Saint Nicolas just past the corner on the left" so we turned left and ended up driving all the way down the pedestrianised road not finding it. It is actually on the right, beneath the hotel, which is on the right! We also struggled a bit with breakfast. My daughter has a dairy allergy and it was really hard to find food suitable for her. They had an alternative milk but it was just in an unmarked jug, no label to indicate what it was. Other foods weren't clearly labelled. We weren't sure if cereals or breads were suitable, it was all a bit chaotic. I did ask the staff about the milk but generally it wasn't an easy situation. Clearer labelling would have helped a lot.

La ubicación es excelente, el parking aunque muy escaso de tamaño la ubicación lo hace indispensable. El desayuno aceptable.

No parece un hotel 4 estrellas por la calidad de las habitaciones, toiletries y amenities (sólo gel de baño), y el servicio escaso y poco atento. Por otro lado me cobraron 3 desayunos de más, claramente en las facturas, lo discutí y fue imposible. Tuve que pagar 120€ no sé porqué, para poder irme, tras 30 minutos tratando de explicarle que figuraban en la factura 6 desayunos (3 personas durante 3 días) es decir que nos faltaban por facturar 3, pero ellos dijeron que eran 6, y hubo que pagarlos.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre ville. Le parking au sous sol accès ascenseur. Le personnel de l'accueil est agréable, souriant et disponible Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un large choix de produits.

A due passi dalla cattedrale, comodissimo per visitare la città. Si accede alla zona del centro tramite le indicazioni chiarissime che ci sono state inviate prima dell’arrivo. Il parcheggio è stretto e non è semplice parcheggiare. La camera era grande e spaziosa, il bagno un po stretto. La colazione favolosa, sia dolce che salata con tantissima scelta

Struttura in posizione perfetta, accanto alla cattedrale. Ideale per girare. Circondata da ristoranti e negozi di ogni tipo. Stanza spaziosa. Letto comodo. Colazione molto buona, ampia e varia. Possibilità di utilizzare il garage dell’hotel. Personale molto gentile.

Location, location, location. Being centre of city was fantastic with cathedral on the doorstep and bars, shops and restaurants along with all the history. Room we had was a decent size. It had a fridge in room which we used for our water and medicine. Decent hot shower. Lots of towels. Two pillows each which was bliss as well as a massive bed. Maybe we really enjoyed it too as we'd camped in our tent for 14 nights. Staff friendly and helpful.

The lifts seemed a bit tricky to lots of older customers we noticed. Scan room card then push floor you wanted. It slowed up getting to rooms as we were behind a large party.

Die Lage ist wirklich mittendrin! Insgesamt war das Hotel sauber, aber wirkte "aufgehübscht". Die Substanz ist definitiv schön in die Jahre gekommen, aber man hat es auf modern renoviert und es war alles in Ordnung. Die Lobby und Frühstücksbereich war modernisiert und das Frühstück bot sehr viel. Für eine Nacht ein guter Platz...

Die eigentlich tolle Parkmöglichkeit im hoteleigenen Parkhaus. Hierzu möchten wir hier offen aussprechen, dass uns die Einfahrt und Ausfahrt schon einige Schweißperlen auf die Stirn getrieben hat. Es ist wirklich sehr eng und mit einem etwas größeren Wagen kostet es auch viel Rangierarbeit, um die einzelnen Ebenen zu erreichen oder auch zu wenden.

Excellent bendy night light. The bed was at an odd angle which raised all sorts of questions. Car park was underground so felt like Batman.

El hotel está fenomenal. Todo en general, ubicación excelente, habitación muy cómoda, cama super grande , muy cómodo.

Disponen de parking, muy grande, pero no reservan y es por orden de llegada. Hay un parking público cercano algo caro.

La camera: la nostra sembrava uno sgabuzzino riadattato. Non mancava niente, ma rispetto ad altri mercure, due marce in meno. Abbiamo scelto a Rouen questa struttura perché 4 stelle, pensando che sarebbero stati in grado di soddisfare eventuali richieste per necessità lavorative. Di fronte a un problema di qualità di connessione internet in camera (per fini lavorativi), lo staff non è stato in grado di fornirci l’assistenza necessaria.

La climatisation est vraiment appréciable, mais qu'elle est bruyante ! Impossible de réserver une place dans le parking de l'hôtel, il était donc complet lorsque nous sommes arrivés. C'était pour moi l'atout de cet hôtel lorsque j'ai réservé.

Hotel molto centrale, ottimo per un giro a piedi della città. Abbiamo incontrato al nostro arrivo delle difficoltà per trovare il parcheggio di cui è provvista la struttura, abbiamo chiesto aiuto alla persona presente alla reception senza avere un vero supporto . Peccato perché la struttura è davvero bella ed in ottima posizione

Zunächst ist die Zufahrt mit einem PKW fast unmöglich, da überall Polder die Zufahrt versperren. Unmöglich.! Die Hotelabrechnung war falsch, der Anteil Frühstück für zwei Personen für zwei Tage wurde mit 160 Euro abgerechnet, anstatt mit 80 Euro. Bis jetzt haben wir trotz zweimaliger Reklamation keine Antwort erhalten. Das geht gar nicht!!! Auch fehlte auf dem Zimmer je eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung.

La posizione dell'hotel era invidiabile, ad un soffio dalla cattedrale e a pochissimi passi dai principali siti della città. La colazione buona e variegata ma per quanto riguarda l'ambito del "senza glutine" lasciava a desiderare: 1. scarsa scelta (solo pane in cassetta integrale, gallette di riso e madeleines); 2. collocazione di fianco ai prodotti standard (ricoperti dalla sola pellicola che, tuttavia in data 15/08 risultava rimossa cosi come anche il cartello dove era scritto "Pôle gluten-free); sul servizio, il rapporto con il personale e in merito al rapporto qualità-prezzo, considerato il periodo e l'ubicazione, nulla da dire

La gamma di prodotti gluten-free per far sentire gli intollerati/celiaci più accolti e per dimostrare maggiore sensibilità

The underground car park. Difficulty accessing via the coded barrier, we were 2nd in the queue with at least 6 other cars behind us. Eventually was advised an issue with the key pad and gained access. We were made aware that the car park entrance was very narrow, we have a small car and still struggled, we managed to get the last space on level 1 but extremely tight. Luckily there was a huge disabled space behind us so we could reverse out fairly easily.
