Für uns war die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ideal. Wir sind mit dem Zug angekommen und haben am nächsten Tag unseren Mietwagen am Bahnhof abgeholt.

Alles ist sehr dunkel gehalten und Teppichboden ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Были в конце августа и спать без кондиционера было не комфортно, а если открыть окно, то очень шумно невозможно спать.

La proximité delà gare et du cœur de ville. Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre très confortable et le calme pour dormir.

Location near the station, but it wasn't noisy. Very nice room and comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful.

For a 4* hotel, the room could have done with a fridge and better furniture for hanging clothes. However, the staff said it was being replaced.

The location was excellent, the hotel has a charming historic character, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.

There was nothing major that we didn’t like. Overall, everything was good.

Van het hotel niets. Wat mij tegenvalt is booking.com. Gaat niet over deze boeking maar over een eerdere. Verschrikkelijk als je een vraag / klacht hebt. Je komt maar niet in contact met booking of krijgt geen reactie. Je krijgt enkel van die ai gemaakte berichten, wat een ramp is dat. Dus hotel is prima, echter met booking.com moet jen geen problemen krijgen want hierover in contact komen.....gaat je niet (tot op heden) lukken.....ben ook pas 2 maanden bezig

La climatisation à 18 degrés en pleine canicule, je ne comprends pas le but. J'ai dû aérer avec 38 degrés dehors. Dommage pour un hôtel qui se dit ecolo.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war angenehm und das Frühstück exzellente. Kurios ist der alte, historische Aufzug.

Modern and clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices, AC in the room was a godsend in the heat. Would definitely stay again. The location just opposite a train station in many cases is never a safe one but on this occasion it was actually alright.

I requested an iron board and iron to be left outside our room but it never arrived.

A clean and comfortable hotel with a beautiful view of the city from the window. The Museum of Fine Arts, Rouen Cathedral, and other attractions are within walking distance. Friendly staff ready to answer your questions.

Location across from Rouen station was excellent. Breakfast was ok. City is lovely. Heat was incredible. Thank goodness for airconditioning. Lift was quite tight.

A 15 mn de la cathédrale et 2 mn de la gare, implantation idéale pour ceux qui voyagent en train. Amabilité du personnel. Chambre confortable, ascenseur et clim !

Matelas un peu ferme. Surcoût d'animaux domestiques de 10 euros par chien de 3kg et par nuit ! Ça fait beaucoup d'heures de ménage en plus !

Mattress was a little firm but that is a personal preference so not a big deal.

Locatie is ideaal, je bent met 5/10 minuten lopen in de historische binnenstad en je zit aan de overkant van het treinstation. De kamer oogde netjes en schoon, airco maakt veel geluid, raam open geen optie door straatgeluiden.

Locatie maakt dat er ‘s ochtends vroeg geluiden zijn, in ons geval een groep toeristen die om 06:00 aankwam met de bus (op zich logisch bij zo’n locatie, maar toch). Parkeren in de P2 van het treinstation goedkoop (15 euro voor 19 uur), maar meerdere ongure types rondom station wat het voor mij onveilig gevoel gaf, wel beveiliging aanwezig. Personeel (behalve 1) keek niet op of om bij binnenkomst. Om te ontbijten of dineren nodigde de locatie niet uit qua sfeer en zeker niet met kinderen (te chique?), maar niet op feiten gebaseerd. In badkamer geen plankje aanwezig voor toilettassen, onhandig.

Chambre petite avec climatisation bruyante.

Затишно, чисто, прохолодно (в таку спеку це дуже порадувало), хороший сніданок (ковбаси, сир, риба, випічка, млинці, яєчня, сосиски, млинці, фреші). Душова кабіна з різними режимами дуже сподобалася.

Не було зубної пасти/щіток, тапочок, що трохи не зручно, але загальне враження чудове

Van het personeel is werkelijk iedereen opvallend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het hotel hoort een restaurant met lekker eten. Het ligt er vlak naast. Het station is er vlak tegenover. Handig voor wie met de trein komt.

Hier logeren was nu en dan een bevreemdende ervaring. Het hotel is oud en een beetje stoffig. Mijn kamer was erg klein. De badkamer was eigenlijk te klein om me na het douchen te kunnen afdrogen. Of het ging alleen wanneer ik de deur van de badkamer open zette. Dan kon mijn ene arm erdoorheen. Er was een verbouwing aan de gang en er stond een stellage vlak onder mijn raam. Al om half 8 ‘s morgens begon het lawaai. Hiervoor was ik niet gewaarschuwd. Het kluisje in de kamer werkte eigenlijk niet. Er was er wel een, maar de code bleek al jaren het zelfde te zijn en die kon niet worden veranderd. Het personeel was op de hoogte van de code. Ik heb het kluisje niet gebruikt. De airco ging ‘s nachts kapot. Dit was tijdens een hittegolf. Beide parkeergarages hebben eigenlijk te weinig plekken. Ze zijn wel goedkoop.

Отель превзошёл все наши ожидания, несмотря на то что он находится на привокзальной площади – было тихо чисто и комфортно. Номер большой, уютный, прекрасная душевая, удобная постель. Лифт 1906 года. Завтрак очень разнообразный, вкусный за 18 € на человека. Рядом все необходимые остановки видов транспорта.

Perfekt läge om man åker tåg precis vid stationen - ändå tyst och skönt i rummet. dåligt med duschen inne i rummet - hela mattan var blöt av föregående gästs duschande.

Hôtel idéalement situé, juste en face de la gare, ce qui est très pratique pour les déplacements. À proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités (restaurants, commerces, transports).

Excellent séjour : emplacement pratique à côté de la gare et proche du centre ville néanmoins , accueil attentionné et très sympathique , chambre confortable avec un très bon lit. La demi‑pension était un vrai plus, avec un restaurant où les plats étaient vraiment délicieux.

Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner : tarif un peu élevé au regard du choix proposé , mais c’est assez courant .

駅を出たら目の前にあり。どのスタッフさんも親切に対応してくれました。軽い掛け布団のベッドは寝心地良く、エアコン、テレビ、クラシックな電話、棚と室内金庫付きのクローゼット、ドライヤー、電気ポットなど備わり、シングルユースでもタオルやカップ・グラスは二人分用意されていました。シャワーブースの床が滑りにくい工夫があり使い勝手が良かった。別室のトイレはスライド扉を開くと、自動点灯するようになっていました。 朝食タイムは、平日6:30～日曜日は7:00～10:30、ホットメニューは、スクランブルエッグ、ベーコン、ソーセージ、煮豆、コールドメニューは、数種類のハム&チーズにスモークサーモン、フルーツサラダ、ヨーグルト、シリアル、まるごとフルーツ、クロワッサン、チョコデニッシュ、パンケーキ、ケーキやビスケットなどありました。

スーツケースを広げておけるスペースがあればありがたいです。トイレが狭いことと、洗面台が浅く水がこぼれやすい。

The hotel is exactly as advertised. Old Charming hotel with remodeled room and bathroom facilities.

The hall way carpet felt old and would need to be replaced.

The room was beautiful, the mattress was supportive and so wonderfully restful, linens including huge towels luxurious, air conditioning precise and greatly appreciated, good lighting. I had an excellent experience, and plan to return every time I stay in Rouen.

A small thing, but more than one coffee pod with caffeine in the room would be appreciated.

L'emplacement était idéal, près de la gare et des transports en commun. Il était suffisamment en centre ville pour participer à la fête de la musique et très bien isolé pour nous permettre de nous reposer.

Hotellin sijainti oli mahtava, sillä tulimme junalla, ja seuraavana päivänä vuokrasimme auton juna-asemalta. Hotellista pääsee helposti kävellen keskustaan. Huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti, ja sänky oli mukava. Ilmastointi toimi loistavasti kuumalla säällä. Erityismaininta hyvälle hiustenkuivaajalle (yleensä ne ovat huonoja hotelleissa)!

We arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight to Paris and a train trip to Rouen. The hotel location near train station was very convenient. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed dinner in the hotel dining room.

朝ごはんがよかり辛かったです 2種類あってランク下のコールドミートにしたけど食べていけないものとか良いものは説明書されてもよくわからなくてフルーツやヨーグルトは食べて良いみたいだけど怖くて食べれなかった。コーナーを別にするとかめんどくさいので一種類にした方が良い

The staff at the reception were particularly friendly and helpful - especially Leslie & Arce. The restaurant and bar on the premises were an added bonus.

Excellent for transferring to/from Paris by train and picking up/dropping off a hire car. Staff were very welcoming. We had a room overlooking the main street and station, but were not bothered at all with noise. The front desk is manned 24/7. Very clean and good supply of toiletries. A great stay.

Opposite station but a long way uptown, and away from main city attractions, bus station and river. Not many places to eat or drink . Lift TINY - One person , one bag. Well soundproofed and so seeping no problem. Room on the small side OK for 1 person . Staff friendly and knowledgeable about local area. Ensuite small.
