Privé parkeren onder het hotel is voor ons een pré, zeker omdat wij hier op doorreis waren en niet alles uit de auto wilden halen. Ontbijt was prima.

The reception personal was very polite and friendly. The location is fine, not that close to the center, but reachable by foot (around 15 minutes). The pancake machine for breakfast was funny :)

The hotel is old and in quite bad condition. The toilet in the room smelled so bad, as it was public unclean one. The water in the shower didn’t go properly. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. No vegetables at all. The parking is very small and narrow.

A decent sized room with a clever partition between the adult bed and the kids' bed, meaning their space was darker to sleep in. Great aircon, good shower.

Explanation for the parking could have been a bit clearer - we parked across the road in a public car park (paid for separately but not expensive).

Spacious room with good facilities to cater for the family. Sofa beds already made up and comfortable to sleep on. Staff were helpful with all requests. Everything was clean and tidy, it was a pleasant place to spend a night.

Breakfast was a bit limited for cooked options, some small sausages and questionable scrambled eggs but cold meat and cheese options were good, unfortunately coffee also wasn't great. The lift was inadequate for the number of hotel rooms, often having to wait extended periods to call it.

Y no nos hizo falta ir a la oficina de turismo porque el chico de la recepción fue muy amable, nos dio un plano y nos explicó lo más importante. El desayuno estaba rico. Se puede aparcar bien fuera sin pagar. A pocos minutos del centro andando.

Staff is very pleasant and approachable. Rooms are nice and spacious. Bus is available at the back road of the hotel if you want to visit the city centre (only three stops aways from city centre). You can leave your car parked at the hotel for a fee. Restaurants to choose only six minutes walk.

I think that the hotel should offer a bit more variety at breakfast, considering the amount that you pay for it. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Very friendly and attentive host, PERFECT location (just in the center of the city), very clean, big light bedrooms. When we go back again, we are going to book it one more time.

Heerlijk ruime kamer. Zelfs een koelkastje, magnetron en mogelijkheid tot het zetten van koffie of thee. Recht tegenover de Seine met enorm veel restaurantjes en vermaak, zoals bowlen en muziek en dergelijke... Het hotel ligt enorm centraal en op loopafstand van het oude centrum maar ook een groot winkelcentrum de andere kant op.

There's underground parking, but the elevator wasn't working when we checked in, which the hotel staff had informed us of a few days before. We had to carry our luggage. It was fixed the next day.

La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. La situation est parfaite pour arriver en voiture, aller faire un tour au centre-ville ou tout simplement se promener le long de la rivière. Il y a une halle gourmande assez pratique, accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel.

Stayed here a few times now usually as a stop over when driving long distances through France

Air conditioning was limited. During a very hot day it did make sleeping more uncomfortable than it needed to be.

Room was big for a triple, and very comfortable, air con worked well too.

Parking is very tight (and I'm a confident driver) Not the nicest part of town, but 3 (very regular) bus stops into town, so no biggie Fitness centre was very under-equipped. 2 x 5kg dumbells was a bit of a joke.

Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and the room was lovely and clean. Really convenient for us having the family room that sleeps 4.

Posizione comoda al centro, raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. Stanza quadrupla abbastanza ampia, sebbene il divano letto, una volta aperto, avesse poco spazio intorno su un lato.

Il bagno è di fatto un enorme box di plastica, non molto bello a vedersi. La colazione a 21 euro è forse un po' cara rispetto all'offerta

El hotel está a tres paradas de bus de la catedral y la parada del bus está a 2 minutos del hotel. Es fácil aparcar por los alrededores y el ambiente es seguro. La habitación, una triple, en nuestro caso, era muy amplia, estaba limpia y era muy cómoda. Las ventanas están aisladas del ruido y de la luz. La habitación se puede separar por unos estores por la mitad. Tiene el váter separado del baño y tiene una nevera pequeña, cafetera, hervidor de agua y un mini fregadero. Tienen secador de pelo y el champú / gel es de la marca Ritual.

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien, aunque a nosotros nos pilló una avería en el ascensor y tuvimos que subir a la segunda planta por escaleras todos los días. Hubiera estado bien un descuento o un detalle de regalo por tanta escalera. En el Hall del hotel hace mucho frío y el desayuno, para ser un 4 estrellas no es muy bueno. No hay leche sin lactosa y si la pides, tampoco te la dan porque no la tienen. No hay mucha variedad pero lo que había, estaba bueno.

De mooie vormgeving van de kamers, de indeling in ruimte, fris en nieuw, onbeperkt water tappen en thee, locatie mooie loopafstand langs de Seine en parkeermogelijkheid. Onbijt was ook heerlijk.

Omdat ik zo enthousiast was zijn er geen negatieve dingen opgevallen, misschien de lift, deze was niet heel groot en s'ochtends als iedereen dezelfde lift wil gebruiken is het file wachten.

De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend en het gemak van een eigen parkeergarage is een absoluut pluspunt. We genoten van een heerlijk ruime kamer met een goed werkende airco, wat erg comfortabel was. Tot slot zorgde het uitgebreide ontbijt elke ochtend voor een perfecte start van de dag.

Een groot nadeel was helaas dat de liften kapot waren tijdens ons verblijf. Daarnaast bleek het erg lastig en onpraktisch om te voet uit de parkeergarage te komen als de liften kapot zijn.

Praktisch ingerichte kamer, prima voor een nachtje op doorreis. We kwamen laat aan dus hebben (heerlijke!) pizza’s besteld bij de receptie, die ze naar de kamer kwamen brengen. Vriendelijk personeel, veel winkels en restaurants in de omgeving. Wij hadden 2 honden mee, naast het hotel was een parkje met hondenspeelplaats, ideaal!

Parkeren was moeilijk, we pasten niet in de ondergrondse garage ivm onze dakkoffer. We hebben aan de overkant van de weg geparkeerd, maar dit was wel een eind lopen. We hebben een bagage karretje van het hotel gebruikt, dat scheelde qua tillen.

Spotlessly clean. Budget style hotel that doesn’t feel too budget. Small additions like the quality soaps and shower gel show that they are paying attention to detail. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are all plastic which can give the cheaper feel but this means that they are also spotlessly clean and as a clean freak, this is essential for me. Breakfast was simple but actually of a good quality. Overall excellent value for money. We went in expecting a higher end budget hotel on an overnight stop over in Rouen and that is exactly what we got

We stay here regularly. For a stop on the way to the South, it's great. With a toddler and a 6 year old, the family sized rooms are perfect for our needs and the breakfast staff are great.

Hotel confortable et bien situé dans un endroit calme à proximité du centre et des transports en communs

Heerlijke moderne kamer. Fijne bedden. Badkamer met bad en douche. Ook fijn dat de wc apart is. Er is in de kamer ook een koffiehoekje en kleine (lege) koelkast. Locatie is ook heel goed aan de Seine met allerlei eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Als je heel licht slaapt kun je wel eens wakker worden van sirenes van de drukke weg bij het hotel

La chambre déco et espace

L'emplacement était pratique, l'hôtel est très calme. Il y a un parking sous terrain payant. La chambre familiale, suffisamment spacieuse et bien agencée. C'était propre.

L'espace du petit-déjeuner... la television qui ne permet pas d'accéder aux appli. l'ascenseur en panne du coup, obligation de sortir du parking par la voie réservée aux voitures (avec deux enfants et 2 grosses valises) et aller à l'hôtel... puis monter les bagages via escaliers... idem pour le check out. Ça arrive mais bon... ca change quand même le rendu en terme de confort.

Mooie ruime suite met groot uitvouwbed voor de kinderen, Nette badkamer met zowel een bad als een douche. Volgende ochtend een goed ontbijt met verse pannenkoekjes. Leuke speelhoek bij de lobby voor het hele gezin.

Helaas was de lift defect, maar dit is netjes vooraf gemeld.

It is a good location with quiet neigbourhood in Rouen, we like the place. And we can see the fireworks during night since it was French National Day. The room is big with one big bed and one big sofa bed. We were unlucky as the lift was broken during our stay. And we have to walk every day to the top floor. But the staffs helped us for the luggages. The parking space is nice and convenient. It is a good hotel which I reommended for families.

No forewarning the lift had broken and our room was 2 flights up and husband has a broken leg. It wasn’t possible to move as we had booked a suite with 2 young children and 2 dogs

Grote kamer met frigo en microgolf wat makkelijk was voor babyvoeding op te warmen. Zowel een bad en een douche. Wc aparte ruimte. Parking aanwezig. De kinderen kregen ook een knuffelbeer.

De lift werkte niet, maar het personeel wou ons wel helpen met de koffers.

Mooie suitekamer, ruim, goede douche, prima ontbijt. Ligt vlakbij de Seine, waar veel ,Eupen restaurants zijn. Lief personeel.

Jammer was dat de lift kapot was. Werd goed opgelost doordat men hielp met de koffers naar de vierde verdieping te brengen. Het hotel ligt wat verder van de oude binnenstad.

Great location, secure parking and good breakfast. We used as the hotel as an overnight stop on our way from holiday accommodation and the ferry at Dieppe. The light and sound show at the cathedral is very impressive, which is at 10:30pm.

The shower head didn’t work properly and there was no hand soap in the toilet.
