Clean room

We loved everything. You are greeted when you walk in. They served a wonderful meal. Pulled pork, slider buns, salad with choices of dressing, baked potato with toppings, nachos with cheese, hot dogs, popcorn, and your choice of soft drinks. There is also a free bar drink offered. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is also included and it was very good!

The only thing I would improve is the toilet tissue paper.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The room Was much bigger than I was expected. Very clean. The pool was warm. Hot tub was perfect. Breakfast has such a large selection.

A stay at the Drury Inn Polaris in Ohio has become a routine stop on our trip from Indiana to Buffalo to see our son. The facilities are always clean and present very well. The soda fountain and popcorn are also welcome findings upon our arrival. The rooms are always clean, the beds are always comfortable and the showers clean and well maintained. And let's not even talk about the breakfast. It's always fantastic! Despite the number of cars in the parking lot,  we have no problems finding seating within the dining area as it is such an adequate space. Staff are friendly and courteous and present as responsive to any questions/concerns. We will continue to make the Drury Inn Polaris our regular stop and always look forward to our stays there.

A group partying next door in an empty parking lot at night. It was awful, but it wasn't the hotels fault. The hotel was perfect!

Very friendly staff greeted me and were ready to assist if I had any questions/issues. Room was spacious and comfy. Bathroom was clean. Had a great night's sleep. The interstate is close by, but I didn't hear a thing. I loved that I could go to IKEA, the mall, and restaurants in very short order.

Pity it didnt have a bar where u could have a drink in the evenings. Location of hotel had no predistrian walkways, so even though restuarants and shops were within 5-10 min walk, you had to take the car.

We loved all the included food!! It helps to not have to “go looking “ for a place to eat once you arrive. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

I know my shower was clean..but its floor was a little slippery when I first got in. As the water ran more, it was less so. Maybe a bit more texture on the floor would help.

Didn’t like the fact that the maid entered my room at 8:30am. I was showering a heard a light tap on the door. Thought it was my friend that he forgot something. Then the door opened & I said hey I’m still in here. Management did address the issue very quickly.

Great evening food and great breakfast!

We enjoy staying at the Drury Chain for their food, if nothing else! This one did not disappoint. We arrived in time for the Evening meal (the pulled pork sliders were delicious). Our grandson enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was equally good, the the attendant made us feel quite welcome and had opened the doors just before the posted time. Beds were comfortable and room/bathroom was clean. We paid a little more for this hotel than others on our trip, but I think the price was offset by the dinner and breakfast. Would probably stay here again if traveling through the area.

My son and myself thought the food was very good. We had no problem having the ability of getting what we preferred to eat even though the area was full of guests.

The only problem for my son and myself was that for dinner the juice and milk was not available. Neither one of us drink pop, although I drink coffee, my son drinks milk or water only.

Great location for us. Liked the option to get a suite with separate bedroom. Breakfast bar was good. Staff friendly. Having the room serviced daily was really nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member offered to watch my dog for me while I got my breakfast. I appreciated her kindness, as I was traveling alone and didn't want to leave my dog in the room while I got my breakfast.

The staff and cleanliness is always amazing. This was our go to hotel when we were in the area for many years.

1. The last few times we stayed there has always been a capacity crowd. With one elevator broken every time we have been there, and that many people getting on and off, it is a deterrent for those with mobility issues like my sister in law. We told her that this was a nice place to stay but since she can barely walk, and waited over 15 minutes or so for an elevator that wasn't so crowded so that she could get her walker in made her tell me that she won't come back. Also, would it be possible to rotate sausage for bacon occasionally? The same breakfast every day is another issue for many people, as the hotel around the corner offers bacon every day or every other day. Many people do not eat sausage.

Allow long stay customers to control areas (pool, spa, outdoor area ,ect to play loud music and do what they want at anytime and was reported to staff… several vehicles where broken into in the middle of the night. Broken windows. No security on grounds of hotel. Only 1 (one) elevator for 7 floor hotel in operation other broke down.

over crowding of the pool. There was a couple travel ball teams there. Not the fault of the hotel but I think we should have been told esp when we said we were there for quiet. We could of chosen someplace else for the weekend. We didn't even get to use then pool/hot tub due to all the kids

How clean it was plus dinner and breakfast included. Raining Sunday night, so didn't have to go out in the rain for dinner.

Wish they would bring back an hour for adult swim.. I like kids, but some in the pool and hot tub needed supervision.

This was probably the nicest most friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been to a lot, the evening meal was a pleasant surprise and much needed. The food was delicious and hot. The 3 free cocktails were a great surprise too. The room was immaculate, very clean and had everything I needed. Soap shampoo and conditioner. Next mornings breakfast was excellent and the time frame was great for all us getting up at different times. The price was great for all you get!! I would 100% recommend this hotel and when we are back in the area I will stay here again. Couldn’t be more satisfied!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The second elevator not working, so there were long waits at times. It is a lovely hotel with breakfast and Kickback, but I thought it was very expensive.

When reservation was made it ask if you want to pay at location and when we arrived, I was told that I was not able to pay cash! So the room had to go onto my daughter’s card just to reserve our room for the second time. Then the next day I was able to pay my cash for the same room after my daughter was already charged for the room now you have received my cash and my daughter‘s money from her card and there has been no reimbursement on her card.

All the hotel staff are very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent. The bathroom is very clean. I will definitely return to this wonderful hotel on my next visit to Columbus.

We took our son and a couple of his friends to Columbus to celebrate his 12th birthday on Friday. We checked into the Drury and booked two hotel rooms connecting. The Drury used to be my favorite hotel, but I will never stay at another one ever again. After we got back from the trampoline park, the boys went swimming. They were in the hot tub and we went and checked on the Hockey score. My husband came back two minutes later and there were teenage kids trying to drown our children. Then these grown adults got in my husband‘s face and were cursing and screaming at him and asking him if he wanted to take the fight outside. My husband just wanted to take the boys and leave, but they were cursing and smelling of pot. Apparently the manager and the police were called and we were asked to leave at 10 o’clock at night. The manager would not even listen to us. It was horrific. But the people causing the scene and cursing and screaming, and trying to drown our 11 and 12-year-olds were allowed to stay. The discrimination was jaw dropping.

We were unable to stay due to a power outage. We had not been contacted about this issue but had been informed by another guest that we would be unable to stay. They were informed at the desk that we were required to find our own alternative. After we booked a new hotel, we were later informed that a room at a different Drury location in Columbus was available. Notification of the issue was severely lacking.

Great location by tons of restaurants and shopping. Rate includes their free nightly dinner called KickBack with 3 free adult beverages if you choose, free soda, etc from 5:30-7 pm daily in addition to an expanded hot breakfast until 9:30 M-F and 10:30 Sat & Sun. Jordan, Amber, Artie, and the entire team did a fantastic job making everyone at this very busy hotel feel special. I highly recommend Drury for your next trips. Very nice meeting rooms available. They permit outside food catered or delivered for your events.
