Perfekte Größe der Apartments, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch sehr gut in Schuss. Lage ist ideal. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig, da nicht an der Straße oder einer Baustelle gelegen.

Very unique hotel. It has MRT and Bus stations just outside the hotel.The toilet seat has a bidet which is very important. Aldo, the apartment has air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Has playing ground for kids

Is a Little Dates but didn’t bother me as much at the end of my Trip. I was sad to leave once it was time to do so.

Apartment style of lounge, 1 bedroom, walk-in robe with safe, shower bathroom, and a practical small kitchen which included full size refrigerator, microwave, oven and cooktop. TV in bedroom and lounge.

Did not like the way housekeepers cleaned the apartment. I was shocked to see big dead cockroaches in and outside the room. After informing the housekeeper , she did not still bother and simply ignored it. I couldn’t sleep well and had severe shoulder pain bec they only provide soft pillows. They don’t keep any hard pillows.

Large, spotlessly clean room in a fantastic location, close to many of Singapore's top attractions. Two metro stations are just a short walk away, but we often preferred to explore on foot since so much is within easy reach.

My one major frustration was not with the hotel, but with Booking.com. The hotel was only able to issue an invoice addressed to Booking.com, not to my company — and they were completely right to do so, since it was Booking.com, not the hotel, that charged my credit card. Unfortunately, when I contacted Booking.com about this, I received no reply and no help whatsoever. Because the invoice could not be addressed to my company, I was unable to claim reimbursement, which ended up costing me a significant amount.

The rooms are spacious and clean.

We managed to carry our own luagguages during check-in and check-out as there were limited number of staff.

Spacious and well maintained. Directly across from the MRT. Perfect for family while traveling on vacation.

A kettle and toaster would be preferable since the apartment was self contained.

Great location, just opposite the Bencoolen station and also a short bus ride from Orchard. A great stay for small families because it has the kitchen facilities. Also great because they have housekeeping service except on sundays.

Bathroom needs some adjustments ...taking shower after climbing into the tub a lot of water seeps out of the tub and onto the bathroom floor...windows should be allowed to be opened for fresh air..instead it was locked..

Location is great, multiple MRT stations super close. The pool was nice, appreciated the chilled water in reception to refill bottles.

Check in process was annoying, we pre filled our info before our stay and had to repeat it all at reception. The bed was really uncomfortable. The cot we were given was shaky and on wheels that couldn’t lock so our baby could move it around dangerously when she was in it. There really wasn’t room for a cot, you couldn’t get around the room with it there. The couch was also not very comfortable. We never got all of our towels replaced when we had the room made up. The shower spread water all through the bathroom if you didn’t angle the shower head in one exact position so it was constantly wet on the floor and we needed to use our towels to dry it. It was really hard to get the air conditioning to be anything than boiling hot or freezing cold. A small thing but they only provided a single soap between the shower and basin so you always had to go between them. There was mould in the shower bath area also, the general condition of the apartment was poor

Excellent location - right next yo MRT, 5 mins walk yo Bugis shopping mall and MRT. Loved having an apartment with a sofa for our child to sleep on. The roof top pool was awesome, wasn't expecting to use it much but we were there every day. The staff were amazing and accommodated a late checkout which was really helpful.

The onsite washer and dryer was a bit expensive and closed at 10pm. Would have been great if they remained open later.

Its near to MRT (exactly above the station). 7E and 24hrs fairprice nearby. Exactly below is mosque.

Close to subway stations. Not too far from restaurants, shops and harbour. Would stay there again. Good Hawker Centre nearby - very handy.

The pool changing rooms could be revamped. Not a lot of power points/outlets in apartment.

Easy walk to the train station. Apartment had all we needed. Air conditioning was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It did look and feel like it needed to be fixed up for various things around the place but everything still worked fine. I was ok with it, but others may not be ok with it. The only real downer was the fact that I had done the pre check in beforehand but when I was at the kiosk, it said my reservation was not there after I had my QR code scanned. But reception was there to help me check in normally, he was really friendly and we had a good laugh.

The property was in a great location. Across the road from an MRT. It was close to Bugis shopping and not far from Raffles City. There were great eating places close by - in a food hall across the road was a great selection of food stalls. Really enjoyed the Japanese. On the corner of Bencoolen and Bras Basah Rd was a Taiwanese restaurant - great food.

The down side of the property was the Mosque in front of the property. We were woken every morning before sunrise with the chanting. Also we were on the 5th floor where the laundry was located and that was noisy.

The staff were the highlight of the hotel. The hotel was very central & with the MRT just across the road getting anywhere was made easy.

The corridors could do with a refresh or paint, not very appealing in their current state.

The amount of space in the room was great having an iron was helpful as we were going to a wedding! I enjoyed the coffee bags and loved the lap pool and swam every morning . The bed was comfortable nice and firm. The location was excellent nice and close to the station. The staff were very helpful . It was also great as that laundry facilities were available as we stayed 6 nights, a special mention to staff members May Ooi and Zaki Majid who when exceptional .

The couch was a little too soft for me however the chair in the lounge was firm. There wasn’t much shade upstairs on the roof top only early in the morning and late at night. Would stat there again.

Sehr hilfsbereit. Konnten 2 h früher einchecken und 3 h später auschecken. Konnten nach dem Auschecken noch den Pool benutzen und nach Tagesunternehmung am Abflugtag (Abflug erst 22:20) Umkleide und Duschen am Pool benutzen.

Location was very convenient, 1min from train station exit. Lots of food options in the area. Room wise, soundproofing was decent. Comfortable stay and pretty clean interior. Decently equipped kitchen, though can be better. Very helpful and friendly staff manning the front desk, great service! Also provides luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out.

Ventilation can be better - windows were locked - so after cooking the smell lingered.

Air-conditioner temperature in the living room was hard to control- too cold for long periods, then too warm for long periods. No Nespresso coffee machine in unit.

Close to Bencoolen MRT, the Albert st hawker centre, buses etc Apartment was perfect, well equipped kitchen. Pool was lovely after a hot day out. Staff were lovely and helpful

The pool area didn't have a lot of cover, was really, really easy to get burnt!! But the pool deck was gorgeous, and a great view in all directions

The condition wasn’t great. Looks tired and in need of a freshen up. The shower was appalling - making water fill the floor of the bathroom and absolutely nothing usable in the kitchenette.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; the room was very comfortable with plenty of storage space (a walk-in wardrobe) and it was super clean. The hotel’s location is good, right opposite Bencoolen MRT station. There are also several good and affordable restaurants nearby. There’s a great rooftop pool, which we were allowed to use again after checking out because our flight wasn’t until late in the evening. That was very helpful, as was the luggage storage.
