Very central location and the pool was very refreshing. Large room size, view not that great, but great value for money. Front desk very helpful and friendly. MRT station just outside. We stayed for 2 nights. We really like the hotel and would stay again down the track.

The room was a good size. We slept well on the bed. The bathroom was well designed and the shower pressure was good. There was an MRT station just outside the hotel which took us to all the main attractions without having to change trains. The breakfast was good too. The staff were very helpful.

The carpet in the room had seen better days. They don't supply milk for tea/coffee, but there is a 7-11 grocery store just outside the hotel.

The location was very close to all the major attractions. The MRT station and bus stop were right next to the hotel, making it very easy to get around and explore the city.

Great breakfast buffet with so many choices of food. So good to have so much fresh fruit on offer. Whilst dated, the room was immaculately clean. All staff were very helpful and professional.

Innsjekkingspersonalet var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Rengjøringspersonalet var fantastisk. Men flere av frokost personalet og og spesielt en av teamlederene var forferdelig! Hun var ufin, negativ og fikk oss til å føle oss uvelkommen som gjester. Det var lite mat igjen av mye av utvalget hver dag vi kom, og det ble ikke fylt på når vi spurte etter påfyll, eller selv om det var 35-40 minutter igjen av frokosten. Han som stekte ferske omeletter og egg ute i frokost lokalet derimot, han var fantastisk hyggelig, hjelpsom og fin.

Teamleder og enkelte av betjeningen på frokosten. At det var lite igjen av mye av utvalget selv om det var lang tid igjen av frokosten.

frontdesk didnt pick up call from room twice.. i wanted to request if i could check out slightly later. warmer lighting for common areas would create a more pleasant and welcoming vibe water could be warmer for bathtub and suggest leaving bathsalt

Wonderful service and room sizes are very comfortable. Excellent location with MRT and 7,11 at a close proximity. Food and shops easily accessible. Highly recommended for a special stay in Singapore.

The staff did not want to change our room to a 2 bed room saying it was full. But since we were early and other guest have not arrived, it would have been easy to provide the room we requested when we booked

The location is excellent and very convenient. The mattress was also comfortable, and I had a good sleep.

The hotel feels very dated and needs renovation, especially the carpets and furniture. The reception staff were not particularly warm or welcoming. I arrived at 2:30 PM with tired children and politely asked if early check-in was possible, but instead of checking, I repeatedly received the same response: “The system says 3:00 PM.” The interaction felt almost robotic. Considering the price, I believe there are better options in Singapore at a similar rate. Unless the rooms and service improve, I would not choose to stay here again.

I liked the cleanliness, white bed sheets, and clean towels every day. The room was big enough to accommodate my family. The location was ideal, close to public transportation - excellent location. The swimming pool closes late, at 10 pm, which was accommodating due to the humidity- a nice, cool experience for my family. We enjoyed the breakfast, excellent varieties.

Only the key cards were playing up for the elevator. However this was the only issue the key cards

Great location. Very central and close to MRT. The Reverie wss a good restaurant to dine in, but music in eveni g was too loud.

Excellent Central location, Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT within 2-3 mins walk Breakfast over all well laid out Room was always clean, our service person was excellent.

Room a bit "tired" but do understand this hotel has been well established. Double glazing dirty internally, needs replacing. Breakfast eggs sometimes on the cooler side.

Location was great, right next to MRT station. Rooms are spacious by Singapore standards. Bed is comfy. Water pressure is good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. As a family of four, we booked two rooms. The room sizes were adequate for two people and provided enough space for several pieces of luggage. The hotel's main strengths are its cleanliness and excellent location. It is located next to Bencoolen MRT Station, close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, and there is also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient to get around. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite tasty. The staff were polite, and the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel again on our next trip to Singapore.

The property is located in a very convenient area and close to a lot of public transport. The pool was busy but good and the rooms are spacious and clean.

It’s a good property but there are some parts of the hotel that look a bit old and tired.

The pillows were too big, but on asking for a replacement this was sorted straight away.

Location of the hotel is excellent with close proximity to the MRTs. The outdoor pool on the 3rd floor was very good. The cleaners were amazing!

Clean and perfectly located. The MRT blue line was right next to the hotel. The 7 Eleven store abutting the hotel made things super convenient too!!

Location of the hotel is superb with easy access to both MTR across the city, plus very good parking on site as I rented a car from Changi Airport during my recent visit/stay.

The check in on line took a bit more time upon arrival than usual but hotel staff suggested I can check in on line (pre check in) ahead of arrival in the future.

The Rendez Vous is in a great location! The room was great, the atmosphere and service were excellent and the pool is definitely worth a visit.

Check-in need guest to self typing in at the reception desk with light reflection when scanning the passport and slow WiFi which is time consuming. Concierge Service is slow, we had to take lots of luggages on our own three rounds after long time waiting.

The location was spot on 2 minute walk to MRT, China town and the temple. The free snack area was well set up Nd leats available with tea coffee and water.

The pastries in the morning were a little sparse.

Great location to the fort and shops. Staff were amazing with the little treat I received for my birthday during my stay
