Everything!
Breakfast arrangements.
Washroom is very clean. Still smells like mold. I think it's because of the age of the building. Beds are little high for me and very soft. Firm mattress is good for health.
They changed my room 3 times in first room bed was broken , in 2 nd room they give me only single bed room but i booked the room for 5 people and in3 rd room carpet was wer
Convenient location to downtown
No room service, no pool or hot tub, no view of river
Wonderful staff. Nice spacious room Pet friendly
Clean, great location to visit Adventure Bay and waterfront. Good breakfast, cozy bed. Helpful relaxed staff
Room felt a little too cold and couldn't adjust the AC but otherwise very nice
The parking system is not a great. First we park somewhere and check in, then we can park in the parking.
Easy access to the Detroit-Canada tunnel. Staffs are super friendly.❤️
Good variety at breakfast.
Thanks
Overall, we had a good stay and everything was fine. The only inconvenience was that the hotel parking was already full, so we had to park elsewhere. The breakfast was quite basic, with a rather limited selection, but it was perfectly acceptable. It was still nice to have breakfast included.
Everything was great
Maybe the parking fees reduce it a little it would be awesome.
Very clean, plenty of nearby parking. Our room with the kitchenette was very spacious and the beds were super comfy.
Breakfast was just okay
Clean. Good location
Booking.com charged me for the hotel and then the hotel charged me again for the same night. Nobody is willing to give me my money back so I paid twice. Not booking on booking.com anymore
Good location
Asked for a high floor in my reservation and received the 5th floor of 9
Well situated on a quiet street and within walking distance to the riverfront, restaurants, and coffee shops. Nice clean facility and room with super comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was more than adequate with a variety of offerings.
I have only one complaint, and that is with the parking situation. First of all, the hotel should NOT be charging for the privilege of parking at their facility. The parking lot itself is tiny and wholly inadequate for the number of guests the hotel holds. On our second night we had to pay to park in the adjacent parking garage due to the lot being full when we returned from dinner. It was an inconvenience but the hotel staff took off the $17 charge that we had been charged upon check-in, which is the astronomical nightly parking fee.
The hotel was affordable, clean, and the staff was helpful and professional. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of good selection. There is also on site parking.
I thought the price for parking was expensive; $17 daily pass. However, I was told the pass allows for unlimited entry.
I really liked the room size. It was very spacious.
Clean and spacious
My car was broken into, horrible breakfast options
Beds were very comfortable, room was big enough and had everything necessary. Most importantly: I had an issue with the payment as I was charged doubled. I reached out to the hotel, and they solved it immediately. They were always very friendly, but this showed me how good they really are. Thank you again 😊😊
Disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast, instead of real plates and cutlery.
The bed is so comfortable. The location is perfect, close to river front and tunnel to Detroit. It maintains Marriott’s high standard. Compared to living in Detroit, it’s half price.
The location, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the breakfast every single thing was great!
The parking lot was a little bit, annoying with the one-way street and not being able to drive through to the front of the hotel but just logistics
Parking was difficult
Rooms are very maintained and clean. Breakfast spread was amazing and delicious
Parking should be made free
Parking suitable didn’t use any amenities
Great hotel!
Room was clean bed and pillows perfect good location
Limited parking on site parked across the street . Payed for parking cheep was $5 for like 10 hours $10 for 24 hours didn't get a ticket after paying $10 spent rest of stay hoping I didn't get towed.
hotel is generally tired
We had a great time with the family. Room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful.
Some smells coming from other rooms as they are able to cook their own meals. A pool would be great too.
Very clean property
The bed was so comfortable. Best sleep!
Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. Room was tidy and spacious.
Great
They had a kitchen that you could store stuff and cook and warm up your food. Very close to the train station.
The choices for breakfast, not much variety, my kids or myself did not eat anything because of the limited options that did not suit us
It was an excellent and comfortable stay. Very nicely organized and clean hotel. Breakfast was great and the staff were very nice.
Breakfast is good
All good for us
Great location.
Good
Parking lot was full, so we had to go across the street and use the municipal one.
We enjoyed our stay.
The staff was friendly and the room was nice. It had a full kitchen BUT cooking in the kitchen by previous guests left a strong spice/cooking smell. I had a difficult time sleeping because the smell was overwhelming and made me feel nauseous (I can’t stand the smell of food when I’m sleeping)
We stayed at this hotel after a Red Wings game. It is nice and close to the border. Then we walked to the Adventure Bay waterpark the next day, which is so close you can see it. It was nice to have the option of two queens with a pullout so my two kids had their own beds. The breakfast was great and had many, many options. The only downside is that traffic in the area caused some noise while sleeping.
My parents and I came here while undergoing Cancer Treatment and the Windsor Cancer Treatment Centre on Kildare Ave. The staff are kind, very accommodating and do everything in their power to serve and support guests. Not a bad or weak front-desk person in the building all 5 stars! Easily accessible by taxi to anything you need, $5.00 parking directly across the street. We had support of maintenance staff as well, %100! Breakfast is a really good assortment, they even have Oatmilk! It's been excellent, we ordered Good Food boxes and bought groceries to prepare healthy meals in our kitchen. The staff can loan you, free of charge, a rice cooker, slow cooker and more. Kitchen has enough pots and pots to cook and prepare good meals. Honestly, it's a godsend if you are on a Cancer/health journey and need a place to land. Laundry 24/7, $2.50 to wash, $2.50 to dry. Excellent in every way!
Based on location it would be beneficial for this hotel to team up with Adventure park for guests
Nice rooms
Breakfast was always cold even in the warmers they were served in and even after it was immediately replaced (I jumped at the chance at hot food immediately after they refilled it and left the room). I'm thinking it sits in open air too long in the kitchen and that's when it loses it's heat.
Breakfast & the fact that the description said free complimentary parking on the premises which definitely wasn't the case. Also when she stated that parking was across the street for $17 I asked is that for the whole time of our stay (2 nights) she said yes. When I checked our receipt we were charged double that so I'm assuming it was $17/day which was not what we discussed. This was after reading and double checking that it was free parking. They also need more carts as there seemed to only be two for the entire place. We have 3 kids so I stayed with them in the room while my husband had to make 2 trips down from the 3rd floor to the lot across the street carrying all of our things. Other than these couple of things we really enjoyed our stay there & will still most likely return in the future
Right next tonthe water
No restaurant.
Breakfast was great. No complaints.
No ice machine
Shower nice hot kitchen clean
Parking kinda sucks wish it was included in price
Great location
Nothing
The hotel is a good spot to rest and enjoy the city views.
Stayed one night, we went to the Redwings Game in Detroit. This Hotel was close to the border, very clean and the staff was great. Breakfast in the morning was also great. Would stay here again.
Parking is an issue.
Great everything
