Old vintage style. Lovely customer service

Paid for premier city view king room and did not have view at all. Room In middle and looking directly into other rooms at the Warick. Had to keep curtains shut for privacy and no natural light so dark room. Disappointed as would have been a great stay but for that. Should not say city view and customer doesn’t receive even a view at all! False advertising and people pay more to get a view

The location was excellent, close to so many things! Our room was huge and roomy! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! There was an old charm about it! We had a room with two double beds on the 22nd floor! It was pretty big!

Parte del personal no era amable, lamento pensar que era porque viajamos con un niño pequeño o porque somos latinos. Tuvimos un problema con la limpieza de nuestra habitación y nos ofrecieron un desayuno de cortesía en compensación, pero al momento de pedirlo nos dijeron que teníamos que conversarlo nuevamente con el administrador. En estos sentidos poco cálido y con mal manejo de la satisfacción del cliente, considerando el precio elevado, no volvería a alojarme ahí.

Die Lage knapp unterhalb des Central Parks ist super! Auch das MOMA, die UNO und das Rockefeller Center waren sehr gut erreichbar. Eine Metro-Station ist in der Nähe. Und zu Essen gibts rundrum auch genug! In dem kleinen Zimmer für Vier war es ruhig.

Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster mit Blick nach draußen.

The hotel has s very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and polite. The location is amazing.

Great big room and wonderful view. The hotel’s location iwas fabulous, comfortable big room. Only problem was the bathroom was too small but nothing terrible. Perfect cafeter7and gym. Overall great stay!

Air conditioner in the room didn’t work and it was very hot. Lobby was a little old looking. Elevators too small, no problem for me because they were fast but small. Windows could be sound proof since the street is very noisy.

The location is great. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained.

I requested through Booking messages that my 85 years old in-laws were assigned an accessible room with walk in shower. To emphasize my request I also called a few days prior. When we get there, my request was not taken into consideration. At the front desk, a room was assigned at the last minute. When they get to the room, the bathroom was extremely small and had a walk-in shower but the floor was uneven ( almost like a step down) It was a tripping hazard! I don’t know what they were thinking when they did the bathroom renovations….Luckily nobody fell but in multiple occasions the staff ignored the guests’ genuine needs.

Avoid the first 5 floors, you’ll not sleep because of the noise. The toilet was very small and inconvenient.

The location was the best feature. the room was quiet and the restaurant excellent.

The cost was a bit more than I had anticipated after all the fees and taxes were added.

This is our second time staying at the Warwick. It's a beautiful art deco hotel with an amazing location so close to the Rockefeller Centre, Times Square, Central Park, Fifth Ave, plus the subway and bars and restaurants. We had a suite with a separate lounge which was lovely and spacious and as we were on the 20th floor we had a fab view too. We also thought the cost was very reasonable compared to some other NY hotels. The staff were very nice and professional and we had a free taxi thrown in as well courtesy of Booking.com.

The bathroom was a bit small for the 3 of us but we managed. Having stayed there before we knew what it was like. The air con did not work in the bedroom when we first arrived but we reported it and it was sorted very quickly

Several items in the room were 'old' - lampshades loose, soap dish loose, indicating no one has checked these items. Very much did not like the room facing the alley - dark and uninviting.

The location was perfect for us as wanted to be near Central Park as opposed to the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The staff were super friendly and very obliging! The character of the property was what appealed to us and it lived up to the photos! Beds very comfortable!

We were on 16th floor so not sure if was old plumbing but the tap water kept running brown so defo not fit to drink! It is a lovely characterful hotel but bathroom was a bit smelly and shower curtain added to that smell! It would have been nice to have had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant in the evening but only offers breakfast that we found was over priced!

The room was perfect nice size, comfortable bed, quiet… the hotel is near enough to everything without being in the heart of it all. The Warwick is an older hotel but it does not lack a thing in modern amenities.

This is very silly, but the toilet tissue dispenser was a bit too far from the toilet. Certainly not important but it’s the only negative thing I can think of….

L'emplacement était incroyable, pas loin de Time Square, de Columbus Circle... beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied depuis l'hôtel.

Par contre, le fait de déposer ses valises au concierge et de devoir laisser $2 par pièce (valises, sacoches, sac à dos) j'ai trouvé ça abusé sachant que nous allions faire le checkin 2 heures plus tard. Ce n'est pas classe venant de la politique de l'hôtel.

La literie était top et l’emplacement aussi.

Les prises usb qui ne fonctionnent pas et pas de prises internationales.

L’accueil, la gentillesse des personnes

Nous étions avec une chambre communicante très bruyante toutes les nuits. Il faudrait isoler les portes Nous avions une chambre vue ville qui était en réalité vue sur fenêtre..

The room has a good size. The shower os powerful, very comfortable bed. The building is beautiful and very well located. The location is superb. In front of MOMA, close to the Rockefeller, theathers, shops, a short walk to central park. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in New York. Easy to go in and out.

The pillows aren’t comfortable and it’s a bit noise due de location. But for me it was not a huge problem.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist, which made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well maintained overall, and the location was absolutely perfect, making it very easy to explore the city and reach the main attractions. The only area that could benefit from some improvement is the bathrooms, which would benefit from some renovation and modernization. It would also be helpful if the water taps had stronger water pressure. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The excellent location, cleanliness, and especially the outstanding staff make it a great choice.

The property is very well located. Attentive staff. Good hotel for a quick trip.

The Hotel needs update. This is a historic hotel however it can be renovated to look antique but modern for example something basic like having air refreshers in the hallways, renovate the gym, replace the lighting that have mold (bathroom), etc.

While my trip was unexpectedly disrupted due to a flight cancellation, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. The location is perfect, the reception was polite and efficient, doormen were also polite and helpful and also loved the fact they had a small gym on the 3rd floor, even though it didn’t have much of equipment it had enough for a complete workout with dumbbell’s/cables and cardio machines.

The bathroom was weird with very limited space for makeup etc., the shower is fixed on the wall and it’s kinda annoying if you wish to take a shower without washing your hair, also the first night the hot water in the sink was brown for a couple of minutes and then turned normal, I don’t know if that’s a usual thing in New York but was definitely unpleasant. Furthermore the housekeeping was inconsistent, one night they would leave a shower cap for us, then the next 3 nights they wouldn’t, sometimes we’d get 6 new towels, then again just 4, it was a bit of a lottery what was going to wait for us in the room after housekeeping concerning utilities/towels. Also the elevators around check out time are always full so take that into consideration before checking out.

Limpieza correcta, con café y agua de cortesía. Tenían paraguas en la recepción para que los usaran los clientes.

Location was excellent, within walking distance of so many things. The room and bed very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly too.

Not enough chairs in the reception area to sit and relax. Lifts were very slow and small, so took ages to get in/out of the room. On 25th floor, so stairs tricky.

¡Una estancia fantástica! La ubicación es súper buena, el hotel es muy cómodo, limpio y con un estilo totalmente neoyorquino. Para cuatro personas, pagar unos 250 dólares por noche nos ha parecido increíble, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y la calidad del hotel. Todo el personal ha sido súper amable y atento, lo que ha hecho que la estancia fuera todavía mejor.

Si tuviera que poner algún punto negativo, el aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido, aunque se puede apagar y la habitación se mantiene muy bien. Además, el baño es algo pequeño.
