The room was surprisingly spacious for New York standards and the location is absolutely perfect- right in the heart of the action.

It was very noisy throughout the night and neon signs outside were extremely luminous and kept waking us up, forcing us to keep the blackout curtains tightly shut. There were constructions works taking place with workers climbing outside the window during day time.

A localização do Ameritania é excelente e esta foi minha segunda hospedagem no hotel. Na primeira vez, há cerca de dois anos, tive uma ótima experiência. Infelizmente, desta vez o atendimento de alguns funcionários prejudicou bastante a estadia. No check-in, uma funcionária chamada Sierra foi extremamente grosseira e impaciente quando perguntamos, de forma educada, se o quarto poderia estar disponível antes das 15h. Sei perfeitamente que early check-in não é garantido; o problema foi a forma como fomos tratados. Depois disso, vimos outros hóspedes chegando e recebendo seus quartos enquanto continuamos esperando até depois das 15h, o que nos passou uma forte sensação de retaliação. Também tive outra experiência desagradável com a mesma funcionária ao buscar encomendas da Amazon. Como inglês não é meu primeiro idioma, escrevi minha solicitação no celular para evitar mal-entendidos. Ela revirou os olhos e demonstrou claramente impaciência, tornando uma situação simples bastante constrangedora. No checkout, outro funcionário também foi extremamente grosseiro ao lidar com os pertences do meu primo, chegando a deixar sua bolsa cair no chão em vez de entregá-la adequadamente. Em contraste, vários outros funcionários foram excelentes, gentis e prestativos. Por isso, o hotel me pareceu ter dois extremos: atendimento muito bom por parte de alguns e extremamente ruim por parte de outros. Minha nota se deve principalmente a essas experiências. A localização é ótima e o hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma excelente estadia, mas desta vez o atendimento deixou muito a desejar.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, viel ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt morgens kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser den ganzen Tag. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Das Gebäude ist zur Zeit eingerüstet, was durch den Lärm und Schmutz der Baustelle den Wohlfühlfaktor drückt.

Chão com carpe e irregular , não tinha o frigobar, mas foi colocado assim que pedi, banheiro com divisória de cortina e não box, e acredito que quarto era menor do que o solicitado, pois do outro casal que foi com a gente era maior e na reserva os dois eram iguais, a primeira atendente viu que somos brasileiros e nenhum momento falou em espanhol, sempre em inglês, após alguns dias vimos ela falando espanhol, restante das pessoas bem receptivas.

I have never come across such a rude obnoxious receptionist as we encountered in this hotel . Absolutely shocking , mono syllabic , totally non interested in offering any level of customer service. I have written to parent company to complain . At $550 per night i feel we have a right to better treatment .

Muito bem localizado e instalações novas. Agua sempre disponível na recepção e pela manhã havia café também. Toalhas limpas e fofinhas e amenidades de banheiro muito boas.

Eu paguei por um quarto superior e na primeira noite nos colocaram em um quarto muito menor, depois de muita argumentação, o funcionário nos trocou de quarto no dia seguinte, mas não nos restituíram a diferença de valor. Cama muito mole.

La localisation de l'hôtel est très pratique pour le tourisme : Central Park et Times Square à deux pas. Salle de bains petite mais fonctionnelle et propre.

La chambre était très petite (on pouvait à peine poser la valise par terre et circuler). L'hôtel était en travaux et on donnait sur une cour, sombre et bruyante (lumière de rigueur en pleine journée et clim bruyante). Murs et moquette un peu défraichis, lit double assez petit... pour le prix à la nuitée. On paie la localisation.

Small Outdated room, definitely an issue with the flooring under the carpet. As Example simple things like bathroom door handle is a small investment to replace but it was broken and old.

Hotel is older, its in good shape and was mostly clean. I would rate stay 7 out of 10.

Terribile servizio clienti Lascio gli occhiali da vista in camera. Torno, dopo che hanno rifatto la stanza, e gli occhiali non ci sono. Mi rivolgo alla reception chiedendo di sentire il personale che ha rifatto la stanza. Mi viene detto che l'errore è il mio perché TUTTI GLI OGGETTI DI VALORE vanno messi in cassaforte! Del resto loro non sono responsabili!!! Il tutto detto con molta arroganza e derisione.

Essendo in una zona centrale e turistica, è possibile percepire i suoni tipici della città, come sirene o piccoli lavori di cantiere.

Mi è piaciuto tutto La posizione strategica,comoda a tutte le attrazioni principali a due passi da Time square e Central Park Metropolitana nella strada a fianco Hotel pulito, personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad aiutarti in ogni esigenza Camere pulite e rifatte tutti i giorni con cambio biancheria, una bottiglietta di acqua a testa al giorno lasciata per cortesia. Sapone,bagnoschiuma,balsamo e crema corpo disponibile in bagno. Nella hall dell'hotel, a disposizione acqua fresca e caffè con latte tutte le mattine. Molto soddisfatta della scelta fatta...se dovessi tornare a New York penso che ritornerò in questo hotel.

Chassidy is all I can say. This young lady went above and beyond to make this trip to New York for my birthday so special. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The customer service top tier. I would recommend to all my friends.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Jeff, who went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure we had a great stay. We really appreciated his help! Plus, the location is amazing, few minutes from Times Square and within walking distance of all the Broadway theaters. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Ameritania Hotel in New York. The rooms were a little on the smaller side, but they were clean enough and comfortable for our stay. A special thank you to Jeff, who was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive, kind and genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. His friendly attitude and great care really made a difference. Overall, we had a good experience and would happily stay here again!

La bulla en la noche es demasiada, no se puede dormir bien

O atendimento e os itens disponibilizados foram muito bons. O serviço de quarto também foi muito cuidadoso com nossos itens.

Nosso quarto era pequeno para duas pessoas com malas de viagem e o ar condicionado estava vazando e molhando o chão do quarto.

I arrived at hotel by way of the sister property. Needless to say, I was most pleasantly surprised. My preference is always a boutique hotel or a smaller property. I was "walked" to the sister property. This hotel was One block away, closer to Broadway, a little more noise due to construction. The lobby of hotel is modern , much larger than sister property and there is an in house bar, should you want one AND a ping pong table😄. I had a junior suite which was well accommodated, as most rooms are small in size- I had seating for my mom/dad to come wait for our Broadway show. Very convenient. Room is A little dark ( lighting). Furniture may be heavier in style , or a dated look for some. I was okay with it. Bathrooms were modern and perfect for one or two persons. Closet plus 2 luggage cabinets with drawers - a plus! And a huge life-sized mirror! There was a refrigerator and desk as well. Indeed a great location for the value! Times square and Broadway ! Close to Columbus circle and 57th station ( both are accessible for luggage). Uber shuttle stop was also very convenient. There are several Uber shuttle stops to LGA between 55th and times square. Front desk staff made my trip pleasurably rewarding. Annabelle and Chastity welcomed my late arrival after a long and challenging day. I felt as if I were home. Bellman Jalal was always available to assist. Overall a great experience!

Jeff was a great help at the front door with our bags and getting us a ride to the airport on our way out.

Very good position, an hotel with interesting furniture, a little breakfast served in the hall for free; luggage storage. Big shower.

Cleaning was not good, we found our pyjamas on the floor multiple times, I don’t think they had ever cleaned the carpet. The bathroom was another problem, the sink was small and it always gets clogged; finally, the air conditioning smelled very bad.

Excelente ubicación. Inmejorable. Muy buena relación calidad precio. El personal super amable, siempre con una sonrisa y ayudando cuando se consulta algo. Nos dieron una habitación más grande ya que nuestra estancia era larga (9 noches) Todos los días tienen una hora (5-6 pm) donde te dan vino de cortesía en la barra del hotel. Buena ducha, buenas camas. Habitación silenciosa.

Ich bin etwas überrascht, dass ich bei meiner Buchung nicht mehr kritische Kommentare gelesen habe. Viele Zimmer des Hotels sind zu einem unattraktiven Lichthof hin orientiert. Bei einem zwölfgeschossigen Gebäude kann man sich vorstellen, dass in den unteren Etagen kaum Tageslicht durch den Lichthof in die Zimmer gelangt. In meinem Zimmer konnte man praktisch nicht erkennen, ob draussen Tag oder Nacht war oder ob das Wetter gut oder schlecht war. Da zudem die Zimmerbeleuchtung eher schlecht war, fühlte es sich mehr wie eine Höhle als wie ein Hotelzimmer an.

O quarto é bem confortável e espaçoso, o meu era de cama dupla.

Não tinha tomada do lado da cama para deixar o celular carregando durante a noite.

La struttura è pulita e il personale gentile e disponibile, il punto di forza maggiore è senza dubbio la posizione stellare, vicinissima a tutto. La camera un po' piccola ma tutto sommato perfettamente gestibile. Consigliatissimo.

Great location. We booked two rooms and one of them had a lingering smell which was bothersome. Stayed for one night and was convenient to get to where we needed to be.

Great 1 night stay. Check in was easy. The room was clean and the beds were really soft. Rooms are smaller but clean. The bathroom shower was excellent with fantastic hot water! A couple of opportunities were that there was no mini fridge to store cold drinks or leftovers. Even though our room door was locked and secured with deadbolt it did not feel as secure as other hotel doors. The hotel is modern and renovated however I feel like newer room doors should have been part of what should have been replaced. Jeff the doorman at the entrance was exceptional and super accommodating and friendly. Overall we enjoyed the experience

The best experience was with the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful but 3 people stood out. One was the evening receptionist ( unfortunately I don’t remember her name), who went above and beyond to make me happy and has a fantastic personality. The other two people were Mohamed and Said who greet you at the door and make an amazing team. These two guys are worth booking a room there again. The location is awesome too, in the theatre district, and you can pretty much walk everywhere. Everything I needed last minute was on that block. 2 minute walk to snacks, pharmacy, street cart right in front of the hotel if you need a midnight coffee or refreshment, lots of restaurants and bars and very diverse crowd. The bed was very comfortable, clean linens, fresh towels, complementary water and overall homey, relaxed atmosphere. I would come to this hotel again next time I’m in town.

I had a great stay at Ameritania at Times Square. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A special thank you to Javal, Jeff, and Mohamed for helping us with our luggage and arranging a car to the airport. They made everything so much easier and stress-free, especially when we had a lot of bags. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Clean hotel. Quiet. near theatres and Central Park

This is the best hotel in Midtown for the Price. No question. Excellent accommodations, friendly staff—all at the most reasonable price that anyone could imagine in New York. Close to Subway connections. Nightlife is vibrant without being noisy. Rooms were nicely furnished, and had completeamenities. I will stay here every time. I’m in New York.

The location is incredible, 10/10. Almost all subway and bus lines are just a block away or less. You can easily walk to Columbus Circle and Central Park, as well as Times Square. Within 20 minutes, you can get almost anywhere by subway, from Brooklyn and Roosevelt Island to the Financial District and Chelsea. The location is truly perfect. I also want to highlight the cleanliness. The bathroom was IMMACULATE, and I’m very demanding when it comes to this, so it definitely exceeded my expectations. As for the room, it’s small but very functional. The fridge worked incredibly well — it even froze things! The entire front desk team was wonderful and very attentive. I especially want to highlight Derek and Keenan, who were kind enough to give us an early check-in at no extra cost and then kept our luggage for us after check-out until it was time for us to leave. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The only reason I’m giving you a 9 instead of a 10 is that I really think the room lighting could be improved. It was a bit uncomfortable because you could barely see anything. We had to turn on the bathroom light just to be able to see a little better. Of course, this doesn’t affect the overall service, but I’d take away that one point for the experience. It’s such a simple detail to improve, and making this change would make the experience perfect.

The location was nice between Central Park and Time Square. It is also close to the subway. They had a free water which was nice to use to refill our bottle before leaving the hotel for the day. Also free coffee in the morning.

I did not like the shower only having a half door. While showering a lot of water would end up on the floor of the bathroom.

O atendimento no geral, eles devem estar mais preparados para atender turistas. A primeira atendente não foi nada simpática, falava muito rápido e debochou por precisar falar mais devagar pra entendê-la. Achei isso muito desagradável para um hotel que atende pessoas do mundo todo. Eles não falavam nem espanhol e nem italiano…somente o inglês. Os elevadores todos estavam com problemas… ficamos presos por muitos minutos 3 x, em quatro dias, junto com outros hóspedes, de ter que pedir ajuda, e ficar esperando de 10 a 30min. pra eles virem retirar a gente. Quarto minúsculo, diferente das fotos. Outro problema foi que escolhemos tbem por ter frigobar, nem todos os hotéis tem… mas quando chegamos não tinha e fomos pedir, a resposta foi que tinha quebrado o que estava lá, eles só foram colocar no dia seguinte, so porque fomos reclamar, senão não teríamos uma coisa que estava vendido no pacote. Infelizmente apesar da ótima localização, não recomendo esse hotel.

Not Ameritania’s fault, but currently the facade is scaffolded and construction is happening. Also the neighboring property is currently unused, so there are homelessness issues out front of that property. Neither issue should keep you from booking with Ameritania.

La ubicación es excelente 👌, solo eso

La habitacion es muy pequeña en realidad, el personal es en su mayoría y generalidad grosero y su disposición para brindar ayuda es escasa. El hotel esta sobrellevando mejoras y no funcionaron los elevadores el 80% del tiempo que estuvimos ahi. Y no quisieron cambiarnos de piso ( estábamos en el 7mo piso) el cuarto carece de luz funcional ya que es muy tenue y tiende a conservar la humedad horriblemente. Hay andamios por fuera de las ventanas por lo que no podíamos abrir las cortinas para que ventilada la habitacion sin arriesgarnos a que los trabajadores nos vieran.

Elevator broke while we were heading to 11 th floor. Had to walk up 11 flights of stairs after the show and in am elevator still broken had to take the stairs down. Awful.

El alojamiento está en una ubicación perfecta para visitar muchos lugares turísticos y paradas de metro al lado. Las camas son muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y se agradecía con los días de calor en la ciudad. Cada día dejan dos botellas de agua en la habitación. En recepción hay café y agua fría gratis

Los ascensores se estropearon varias veces aunque hay tres y no suposo mucho problema.
