I was there on July 24th and the first night our room did not have hit water. We went to the front desk to asked. And complain about. The manager on duty the night was very rude did not care even he said if we were not comfortable or unhappy to look for another hotel. I don't think that we us costumer should be treating like that. Specially from a group like Hilton hotel. Very disappointing. Bad service.

Name of hotel was exactly the same as a hotel on a similar street, south of the airport. Very confusing. USB PORTS on bedside lamp were defective.. couldn't plug in any cords Not enough light to read in the room. Had to wear a headlamp to read Makeup lamp in bathroom was falling off the wall. Airport shuttle only ran every 45 min.

The staff are hospitable and the location is convenient.

The property needs an upgrade. The paint of the bathroom ceiling was peeling. The window was open when I arrived and was hard to close. The fixtures are worn down.

On the good side, the property is reasonably clean, the room was nice and they have an exercise room. The room cleaning staff are doing a good job. One of the three front desk people were very good. The parking was convenient. On the down side, the property is not managed and maintained well. The vent in room 529 is dirty, the shower needs additional calking around the bottom and the doors on the closet and the shower don't work correctly. In the exercise room there were no wipes so people can't wipe equipment down after exercising and the Peloton Bike was not working. I paid around $150.00 and I believe that that's about what the room was worth.

The staff they were very kind and helpful, respectful and understood the meaning of real customer service!

Parking was bad🙁 convention center was having an event, I paid for parking and no spots were available anywhere even on Utah street. But I called the front desk and told her my problem and the manager came out to give me her parking spot. She went the extra mile.

Since this must be mostly a hotel whose income is driven by airline vouchers they have no real need to help guests. You’d think that chargers would obviously be available for stranded travelers. There are many USB c and A outlets but they are all broken and inoperative & staff have no solution except to drive to a store (no car). No toothbrush etc. There’s an obvious disconnect between guest needs and what the hotel will supply.

Elevator was questionable Room was way too hot. When I first got there it was 85 in the room and didn’t go down until the next morning.

The bar at the landing was fantastic. My coworkers and I had a fantastic time with Aman and Giancarlo who were very accommodating and friendly. Updated bar with a fun drink menu.

The ac in room wasn’t strong. The bed is stiff. To find your room bs. The worst is the shower pressure. I practically hugged the wall under water faucet just to get a drizzle.

I stayed here for 1 night for business. Pros: New hotel, as everything looks and feels clean. Very close to SFO – less than 10 minute drive. Friendly staff Cons: I specifically requested for a quiet room as I was there for business. For some reason they put a family with small children and a dog directly across from me. Around 10pm when I was getting ready to sleep, I hear a dog barking and kids running around in the hallway. On that point, the room walls seem awfully thin. You can hear different, subtle noises that can be distracting to a light sleeper. You can also hear planes fly by so I recommend bringing ear plugs. There is nothing in the area. You’ll need to drive if you want to eat somewhere other than the on-site restaurant. No free breakfast

Staff, not clean the second day, it is the policy not clean every day. No clean towel the second day. Had to call. Call several times no one pick the phone. I had to take the picture and show the staffs to request clean

Music way to loud in dining area. Music in Spanish, not English. Room has no microwave. TV fridge didn't work, they did come and fix them .ironing board fell apart when opened. They did replace it. No cold milk to buy. To many protein drinks for sale. Can do way better on selection. No complimentary newspaper to read in lobby. Shut t Le took me to the wrong doubletree after asking the driving where I wanted to go from the airport. Had trouble checking in. They could not understand that I booked thru eugencia for company buisness. Took awhile for them to figure it out. Staff are nice. No laundry for guests, when I inquired they said no, but did not inform me I could have my laundry sent out. That should have been the second thing she could've said Dining selections limited. Breakfast horrible

Plumbing issues. Needs major renovation. Water in sink has no pressure. Staff could be more warm and welcoming.

Hotel bar is great but, perhaps could use one more bar tender on busy weekend nights.

Great customer service from room maintenance. I didn’t get his name, but he was vacuuming the carpet on the 5th floor and we asked for 2 more bath towels and he attended to our needs very quickly. Front desk check in 👍👍👍, bartender 👍👍👍

There was a sound that sounded like a fan that we could hear from our noon all day and throughout the night.

absolutely the worst hotel stay of my entire life. no hot water and the a/c didn't cool the room, only made it more humid and uncomfortable. pillows were paper thin and useless.

Buyer beware: We never used this room. As Hilton very possibly knows, there are 3 Double Tree by Hilton properties associated with the San Francisco airport. This can be confusing to travelers. We inadvertently arrived at a different Double Tree by Hilton San Francisco airport as the shuttle to South Airport Blvd was no longer running & we took the only Double Tree by Hilton San Francisco airport shuttle that came by in 45 minutes. Once we realized we were not at the Double Tree by Hilton San Francisco airport where we had made the reservation, we called to cancel. Double Tree by Hilton South Airport Blvd refused to cancel. Surely they didn't expect a good survey.

There’s no bellboy who helped with the heavy luggage, as well as when the shuttle arrived. I feel like the hotel location is not as strategic as it could be, maybe surrounded by convenient store will be so much helpful.

I traveled many times but this time it was a first time I have to pay for parking lot in the hotel I rented the room, when I booked It was included Breakfast but in the morning they said my room is not included and the air they setting up 75 degree, I can’t adjust it so I have to open the window, the bathroom door doesn’t has a handle so hard to close or open.

My room was above the restaurant and they saw we would be at the hotel for 4 nights and never warned us of the banging. The rate was not insignificant, actually on the high side for an airport hotel, and did not live up to doubletree standards. We had 2 people staying in room and they constantly gave only one towel and I had to request the room to be cleaned. Water should just be given like at other doubletree hotels. I would not stay here again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Ive stayed at higher tiered Hilton and hotels but this is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! The sheets were SO soft!

The staff - they were not accomodating at all! No cookies for me but they offered to everyone else checking in. And their fixtures are cheap inside the bathroom - towel rack all falling off! So we had no towel rack.
