Todo estaba muy bien cuidado! Las instalaciones muy bien, la habitación que me asignaron si fue un poco pequeña pero pudimos estar bien! El desayuno muy bueno también. El restaurante también excelente, no en modo negativo pero si a tomar en cuenta esta a 25min en tranvía del centro. Si quieres estar tranquilo del caos de la ciudad

Lo único que nos pareció extraño es que no entraron ni un día hacer limpieza! Estuvimos 3 noches ni hacer las camas ni nada, realmente tampoco preguntamos pero llegábamos tan cansados…

Lovely room, fantastic breakfast. Lovely walk through the park to the city centre. Evening meal quite exceptionally good.

No distinct light that we could discern for the bathroom. All the lights were on (or moody!) or none. A problem for anyone using the bathroom when partner is asleep. Also, no mirror in the room apart from in the bathroom. Tricky for two people trying to get ready to go out at the same time.

Quiet area opposite Vondelpark.

I had a wonderful stay and thought the facilities were fantastic!

The breakfast was plentiful. The waitstaff was friendly and welcoming. The coffee choices were great as well.

Location is ideal since it is close to my friends who live in the neighborhood and to the places I want to visit.

I booked a more expensive room category assuming it would be grander and more luxurious. In fact, it was more stifling and oppressive than the standard sized tiny rooms since it was two small rooms, each with a tiny window. Moreover, there was a foul odor that began on the main floor near the elevator well that continued to our room. I was told it was from the city sewer system (no question that it was a sewer smell) and out of the hotel's control. That being said, I feel they could have offered scented candles, room freshener, or a comped breakfast to acknowledge, remedy, and make up for the unpleasant experience.

Muito bem localizado perto do parque e num bairro tranquilo. O quarto apesar de ser pequeno, tinha tudo. A cama, lencois e toalhas muito bons. Banheiro excelente e moderno. Voce pode encher suas garrafas de água na recepcao do hotel. Equipe atenciosa e o restaurante e bar do hotel maravilhoso. Café da manha muito bom.Com certeza ficarei lá de novo. Se voce nao usar o servico de quarto, voce ganha uma garrafa de vinho ou um desconto de 10 por cento no restaurante. Bem simpatico.

Poderia ter uma opcao, para quem gosta de café, ter mais capsulas., ou ao inves do vinho, oferecer capsulas de café.

Room cleaning service was absolutely terrible. Room cleaning didn’t start until 4-5 pm in the afternoon. After a day out you expect to come back to a clean room but the room was not done. Very very disappointing We wont be back

השירות מצויין ואדיב, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת ונעימה. מגוון טוב. המיקום מצויין ליד הפארק וליד תחנת טראם שמגיעה לכל אזור המרכז בדקות ספורות.

היתה בעיה באחד החדרים הגדולים שלקחנו, שהיה היקר מבין השניים. המיזוג לא עבד כלל, היה ריח של ביוב. על אף הרצון הטוב של הצוות והנחמדות שלהם התקלה לא נפתרה שעות רבות וריח הביוב נותר עד לסיום החופשה. זה בהחלט גרע מהחוויה ויצר תחושה לא נעימה. גם לא הוצעו חלופות ראויות ואף לא החזר כספי עבור עגמת הנפש.

Very disappointing stay – not what I expected from a Radisson VIP experience Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room I was given was extremely small and dark, with no wardrobe or proper storage space. If you are travelling with luggage, there is simply no room to unpack or move around comfortably. As a Radisson VIP member, I was expecting an upgrade, but no upgrade was offered, which was particularly disappointing. The room was so uncomfortable that I decided to check out the following day and move to a much better hotel. The breakfast was average. The hotel entrance has stairs, which is very inconvenient when arriving with suitcases, and even accessing the lift was not particularly convenient. Noise was another major issue. I could clearly hear people partying in the building next to the hotel, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. The hotel is also located in a residential area, which is worth knowing before booking. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, especially as a Radisson VIP member. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it and would not stay here again.

The staff was excellent, kind and very service minded. Night manager was fun and helpful, and everyone I spoke to during the day was super well informed and Kind. The girl that checked us in was super sweet! The room was very nice. New and modern.

There was some hair in the bathroom from the previous guest, but in the kinds of places that I understand that they can miss so no shame there. The AC was not cold enough and seemed like it turned off after a little bit?

In de asvertentie lijkt het alsof het hotel tegen het vondelpark aan ligt, dit is niet het geval. Het hotel is erg donker van binnen en er hangt een muffe geur.

Excellent location near the biggest and nicest park, as well as boutique shops and restaurants. Very upscale area. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and AC was great. Quiet street.

We had noise from small construction the 1st night but were moved to another room the following day. The pillows are getting old and could do with upgrading

The pet policy was not communicated before we finalized our booking. The manager claimed it was included in the booking terms, but after checking them again, we confirmed that no pet policy was mentioned. The separate written pet policy was only presented at check-in, and the manager refused to check us in unless we signed it. Introducing new conditions at check-in that were not part of the agreed booking terms is not appropriate. TV was not working. The communication was unprofessional!

Die Lage des Hotels an einem wunderschönen Park ist unschlagbar. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer geschmackvoll. Lediglich bei einem unserer Zimmer im 5.Stock ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. Auch das Frühstück war fabelhaft!

Wir fanden die Lage super. Etwas außerhalb vom Großstadtgetümmel, aber durch die Linie 2 gute Anbindung an die touristischen Ziele. Abends im Kiez gute Möglichkeiten zu speisen. Trotz Straßenlage, war das Zimmer auch bei geöffnetem Fenster ruhig.

Bei der Ausstattung habe ich immer ein Problem im Badbereich: Auch wenn die Duschwand vollständig verschlossen war, lief das Wasser auf den Fußboden im Bad. Und was ich richtig doof finde: es gab keine Klobürste. Beim Frühstück wurden wir satt, es gab viele Möglichkeiten, aber im Vergleich zu anderen 4-Sterne-Hausetn war das Angebot eher gering. World Pride hat die Preise für Übernachtung nach oben getrieben. Irre!

The location of the property was great. It was so close to Vondelpark and the neighbourhood was lovely.

We had a room on a higher floor as requested which was great. The only thing which would have been better was a view out over the park.

La ubicación es perfecta cerca de los museos y perfectamente conectado con el centro con la línea dos del tranvía. La cama es muy cómoda y el baño con ducha perfecto y moderno. Buena TV y detalles de bienvenida como agua, café y té. Personal es correcto y la relación calidad precio es buena teniendo en cuenta lo caro que es Ámsterdam. Volvería de nuevo

Por decir algo la habitación es realmente pequeña y apenas hay sitio pero ya se sabe que en Europa no es como España en tamaño de habitaciones. El desayuno es correcto pero quizás mejorable por la poca cantidad y variedad de productos.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam. The hotel is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood next to Vondelpark, with easy access to public transportation and many museums within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the modern, air-conditioned rooms made for a very comfortable stay.

Its location on the edge of the lovely Vondelpark- a perfect place to escape the bustle of the city (if not the bikes). The rooms are smart, modern and well equipped. The breakfast spread is generous. Close to trams and walking distance from the big museums.

The remote controlled curtains didn’t work properly- no need for tech here!

Um dos chefs do café da manhã extremamente mal educado. Pedi para que fizesse um ovo mexido de ovo natural, fez cara feia e falou que só faria aquele dia, achou que eu não entenderia o idioma dele. Um careca alto. Péssimo.

Disappointing stay. The room was far too small and felt quite cramped. In the bathroom, I was disappointed to find hair, and there was no toilet brush provided. Additionally, the window blinds didn’t close properly, which let in too much light in the morning

The hotel is right next to Vondelpark which is so beautiful. The bar and restaurant are good food and very good service. Staff is very kind and responsible. Family Rooms are okay.

Housekeeping was not to our expectations. We had to change rooms the day we arrived because of a broken window. Hotel was kind and prompt in assisting. However, in the new room cupboards were not dusted inside. I didn’t enjoy the smell of bleach in bedding.

Cozy atmosphere, good music everywhere in the hotel, bar and restaurant. Excellent food and service in the TOZI. Excellent location, I love Amsterdam-Zuid vibe.

The TV didn't work in the room and they could fix it during my stay.

I have repeatedly returned to this hotel because it is quiet, next to beautiful Vondelpark, and has nicely designed rooms (although some are on small side). Access to a rental bike outside hotel doors makes this a perfect spot to explore Amsterdam like a native.

The location was great in terms of it seeming safe and quiet. The restaurant and bar were lovely, and the staff was helpful.

The rooms were pretty small and the ac doesn't run continuously so it was humid

Friendly staff & lovely stay. Loved the room upgrade and inclusion of a Peonie (as requested) as part of the flower bouquet that I ordered.

The new bike rental app is a frustration and disappointment. It takes away from the romantic local experience that the hotel’s previous over-the-counter bike rental service offered.

Excellent location next to Vondelpark and at a very quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The hotel restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday and we could not have dinner or lunch in the hotel. There should be more room service options.

An elegant little hotel very close to beautiful Vondelpark. The rooms were comfortable and modern and the staff were very helpful. It's in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of the major museums in Amsterdam and a bus with direct service to Schiphol airport is quite close by. We would highly recommend it.

Lovely position close to Vondelpark so peaceful. At the same time it's an easy walk to restaurants and places of interest.

The Deluxe king room was perfect for my friend and I. The location was incredible and right next to Vondelpark, away from the tourist area. The shower was nice and the staff were incredible as well! I would absolutely stay here again. Early check-in for a small fee was also appreciated!! Lovely hotel!

Die Lage am Vondelpark ist top, die Gegend ist sehr schön und sicher und man ist schnell im Zentrum.

Für den hohen Preis hätte das Zimmer etwas größer und ein bisschen sauberer/moderner sein können.
