Very friendly staff.

TV remote needed batteries. Ironing board was broken and iron never heated up. These are things that should be checked after every guest leaves to ensure they’re in proper working condition for the next guest.

Staff was great and the place is fantastic.

Nice Property

The breakfast selections were poor and the young lady that helped us made us feel as we were inconveniencing her. She seemed like she was in such a hurry but it was only my husband and I and another couple sitting at a table. It was uncomfortable. Maybe she was busy and I’m just not seeing the whole picture. The phone in our room did not work and when I let the lady at the front desk know she didn’t even apologize. Much different than the Sonesta Suites staff.

The location was convenient for meeting with our family members. The bathroom needs upgrading. We were hoping for/ expecting a hot, full breakfast but just got food wrapped in plastic—a surprise from other years and other meals. We were disappointed.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a good location for what we wanted to do. There were towels for the pool and a great breakfast station you could order and from.

The hotel staff was friendly. The location was convenient to freeways, etc.

The hotel facilities are tired and not maintained well. The hall carpets were stained and messy. The hall lighting was grey and dingy. The furniture in the rooms (couch, chair) were old and stained, and we didn't want to sit on them.

The staff, front desk person was very personal, friendly, and made sure all of our needs were made..

Location was grest, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in at a hotel. The air conditioner worked really good too.

Didn't like the painted over mold in the restroom and the carpet in the rooms and hallways were pretty dirty. The lobby was very nice but the rooms didn't match that at all.

I didn’t like how the hotel doesn’t clean my room unless I request them to. I stayed for two nights and thought that they would clean my room but they didn’t, so I asked them and they said that they only clean my room if I put in a request.

Foi vendido para mim com café da manhã. Não tinha café da manhã. Eles deixavam escolher 6 itens de uma cafeteria com máquina de café Starbucks. Mas esses itens não estava incluído esse café melhor. Estávamos em 4 pessoas. Claro que tivemos que complementar com algo nosso. O atendente da cafeteria bem grosseiro. Funcionários do hotel também muito pouco solicitos. Não trocam as toalhas (temos que ir na recepção buscar), não houve nem se quer um dia de limpeza do quarto. Fiquei hospedada 8 dias. Com certeza não retornarei a esse hotel em uma próxima oportunidade.

The lobby is very nice and feels homie

Unfortunately we had mold in our bathroom and sheets. The room was poorly clean. I travel with 3 kids and try to stay out of the hotel as much as we can.

they didn't bring clean bath towels but in all fairness we left the do not disturb sign on the door....but when we called the front desk for towels they must have forgotten to bring them.

I was charged again for the room when I arrived at the hotel. Even though I stated I paid booking.com already. This changed and shorten my vacation as I was counting with that money to use on my trip. It was when I was leaving that Alejandra at the front desk was kind enough to double check. She noticed what I have said from the beginning. I had paid booking.con for the room. She initiated a refund but that doesn't happen right away. People from booking.con my trip got ruined. I am really disappointed.

The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast spot were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was bigger than I expected and we really enjoyed our time at the pool. The location of this hotel is right off the freeway, but you wouldn't know it with how quiet the rooms are. It is located near plenty of restaurants, banks, and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We booked for 4 adults and were told that we could only receive 2 breakfast coupons per day. I asked where this was written since I could not find the small print. It would have been nice to know this prior to our stay so we could have prepared to go out for breakfast.

It was a short drive to the beach and rooms were good size for the price.

Our door didn’t work half time and we would have to wait to see if it would work everytime we left the room. There was no jacuzzi.

Foul odor in the room. When I turned on the water for a shower it smelled like mildew. I got a rash after using towels. The lock on the back entrance to building was broken. Not very secure. Definitely not worth the 370.00 I was charged for the weekend. I checked out after one night.

Super comfortable, clean king bed and nice linens. Nice quality TV, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff was responsive and professional.

There was some visible wear and tear to different pieces of furniture and some bathroom fixtures. One of the doors to the outside of the building had a broken lock, so anyone could come and go. Also, the first room we were assigned definitely smelled of smoke, but staff were responsive when we asked to be reassigned and got us an equivalent room that was much better.

Our room was dirty, we had a pull out couch, no bedding was provided and when we called to get it we had to walk to the front desk. They didn't have any blankets. Did I mention our room was dirty. The tvs didn't work. Our shower kept clogging, food and dirty cups left in our room. The pull out bed had crumbs in it. The bathroom had mold and dust. It was very uncomfortable. 😞 No breakfast provided either or coffee!

Nothing to like. No complimentary breakfast, not even any fresh brewed coffee. They did have a small shop in the lobby where you could order a Starbucks coffee. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like Starbucks coffee.

Leaks in the rooms upstairs, running downstairs. Wet carpet activating old carpet cleaning agents making it hard to breath. Emergency cleanup folks talking and laughing loud as they worked. Fans upstairs and downstairs running all night long, the noise coming into our room. Emergency fire alarms going off when there was no smoke or fire that shut down the elevators which my wife needed to exit the 2nd story room. Air conditioner that was not even connected to the wall thermostat.

The room I booked wasn't available. Apparently they didn't get to clean the rooms with 2 queen beds. A bit frustrating. I would have canceled the reservation but it was late. I WON'T stay there again. One person in front of me and took close to 30 minutes to check in.

Wonderful fluffy mattress, bathroom amenities, in-room coffee, Starbucks on premises, first floor sliding glass doors made it so easy to load and unload travel bags and deal with the dog

It’s hard to say. The hotel was convenient and felt safe, which I appreciated. Beyond that, there wasn’t much that stood out positively about the stay.

The staff member who checked us in was not helpful. He gave us poor directions to our room, did not believe us when we said the door was broken, and our room number was not even listed on the map. The map itself also needs to be much more legible. Overall, I would not stay here again. The customer service needs improvement. Paying $10 per day for parking should have been included, and the paid breakfast bar downstairs was disappointing. A basic continental breakfast should be included for guests.

TV was broken in our room and the hot water only worked for a few minutes at a time during showers. Pool was also dirty.

Loved the location after a long drive from Las Vegas, but the room was a huge disappointment. I checked in around 10 PM and immediately noticed the room had not been properly cleaned—wrinkled sheets, hair on the pillows, and more hair in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty and the shower curtain was yellow. When I called the front desk, instead of sending housekeeping, they gave me sheets and expected me to change the bed myself. I had to remove and replace everything on my own. The next morning, I requested service again and was told, “we’ll see if we can,” which was not reassuring. After explaining the situation, they said someone would be sent. A night staff member also told me I would receive a one-night compensation due to the condition of the room. However, when I followed up on Sunday morning, I was told they could not honor it and that “the night guy always says that,” which felt very unprofessional. Room 3-335 As a manager at Las Vegas, I was especially disappointed by both the cleanliness and the lack of accountability. I expected much better service.

The outdoor fireplace didn't work because of a gasoline maintenance issue.

My stay was great! From checking in to the exceptionally clean rooms. Everything exceeded my expectations. Rooms were well insulated, I never heard my neighbors. Would stay here again.

It’s close to all the places I want to go

This place is not truthful in pricing. I booked it for $386 for 2 nights but ended up $381 and also charged me for parking. I was truthful when I booked for the number of guests staying there and paid for higher price too but ended up with less people.

Clean and spacious. WE stayed at Suit. 2 bd, 2bth, kitchen. All you need for comfortable stay.
