We were in room 309, and we noticed. We kept getting some roaches in the room. This was the first time we ever had that to happen. Other than that, the room was very nice. And the temperature in the room was amazing. The room stayed nice and cool on the hot days. We were there.

My family stays here each year and we absolutely love it! We will never stay somewhere else in PCB! If you are looking for a fun, clean, family friendly spot, then this is it! We have stayed for 6 years now and we look forward to our booking for next year!

There are no complaints ever with this booking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of food. Pool towels were always available, which was very convenient. We also loved that cold tea, coffee, and water were available 24/7. The location right on the beach was beautiful and very convenient for a family with children. There is also food available to order on the property, including pizza, fries, other food options, and drinks. The pool area was great for the kids, and overall there were many convenient amenities that made our family vacation enjoyable.

We were a family of six, but usually only 2-4 towels were provided. If we asked, the staff would give us more, but most of the time only three were left in the room. When we checked in, there was also sand on one of the beds. We stayed for six nights with children, and during our entire stay the bed linens were never changed, and no one even asked if we wanted them changed. We expected better housekeeping service, especially for a six-night family stay.

Location, staff, breakfast are all top notch.

Having to pay 120.00 for parking. This should be included with the stay. We pay a lot for the room why are we having to pay to park where your staying? Not happy about this.

The breakfast was excellent, the lazy river was awesome except there weren’t many tubes. Same with the pool; it was nice, not deep enough and there were cool chairs but not enough for us to ever get to use.

The staff was rude, our room was dirty, we couldn’t get toilet paper or towels without it being a big deal, our door to the balcony continued to blow open if it wasn’t locked but the lock caused the door to be cracked. There were 2 storms which flooded our room the second time along with our belongings. There were roaches of all sizes. I was very disappointed.

If you're looking for comfort & a clean, relaxing place to stay, DO NOT book at this hotel. When it first opened, it was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly, management acted like it was their actual job to fix any issues, not a mere suggestion. The hotel was always cool, floors mopped, surfaces pristine, pool was serviced daily by 8am (not 8:10) they kept the pool deck hosed off & free of trash. That's sadly no longer the case. Peak season is expensive, I look forward to coming here no less than 3 times a year & this specific hotel is who I recommend to everyone. Not anymore. The a/c would not cool lower than 77 degrees in our suite. I am on a family vacation with 2 infants & 2 toddlers. After being outside in the heat all day, bringing them into a cool environment for rest is extremely important. The hotel was notified 3xs the air wasn't working properly & 3xs they sent maintenance in with lasers, telling us it worked fine. I complained until 10pm when they finally came in and replaced the whole unit and thermostat. Problem solved right!? WRONG. We suffered through the night because no other hotel of any quality had a room for our family of 8. I immediately went to the front desk at 6am. No management on duty. I was told to be patient and they'd call me when the manager arrived at 8am. 8am comes & goes, no communication. I message IHG directly & was also told to be patient. 10am rolls around and I leave the pool to go see what's happening. The man at the desk abruptly let's me know its fixed. So here I go, back up to see for myself since the 7 different people that previously "fixed it" were not skilled in HVAC repair. I get to my hot room & the cleaner has the door propped open, removing trash & replacing towels. Not cleaning, not making beds, not sweeping, not mopping. I leave the room, go back to the pool & WAIT some more to see if the room will cool down any. We finally made it to 77. The hotel can't control who books with them, but the quality of guest has tanked & so has everything that made this my favorite place to stay. I have canceled all upcoming stays I had planned for this location & I wouldn't consider this hotel unless you enjoy paying high dollar for horrible service & ammenity conditions. On a positive note, the pool bar was spotless, food was perfect & the staff there were happy and eager to help.

The staff is truly a blessing to work with. Very friendly, professional and attentive. I truly enjoyed speaking with everyone who made our stay enjoyable.

I strongly recommend that the cleaning staff check and clean the rooms correctly and not just throw sheets to cover a problem up on the beds. In my room, my younger daughter noticed a soiled stain on the top bunk bed mattress which could have been for a number of sources. That particular stain was there for some time because it was pretty soiled in that mattress. I brought the issue to the hotel staff and they immediately handled the issue. This is why I appreciate the staff at this facility because they actually cared to handle the issue as quickly as possible. I do however expect better Quality control and cleaning practices so this does not become an issue for future visits. If I am paying for a clean room, I am expecting a clean room from top to bottom.

This property has gone down! No luggage carts at check in, obviously guests have left them on other floors. ( I agree, they should return them, (however the staff can make passes periodically to retrieve them.) THEN PROBABLY MAIN REASON CARTS ARE NOT BROUGHT BACK - One elevator IS broken down and have to spend so much time having to wait on elevator because there is so many people ahead of you. You might not make it on for the first 2 passes! The pool area is filthy, no one going around cleaning up behind people ( I KNOW they should do it themselves) This is day one! What a waste of money!

The room was large enough for an entire family of 6 with plenty of room to spread out.

We love bringing our kids here! The rooms are clean; beds are comfortable; plenty of pool space for fun; and our absolute favorite is the night time movie by/in the pool!

Too many things to listen that we liked. But to name a few, location, parking, brightness, cleanliness, breakfast, hot tub, lazy river, pool, and staff were all excellent.

The bed was drooping in the center. But overall, the room was excellent.

Booked this place while on our way to the 30A beaches for our 2 week road trip. Booked 4 nights and couldn't have been more pleased considering the quality, location, for the price as a last minute stay. Beach is great here, hotel is clean. Free breakfast and honestly it's not just a typical hotel breakfast. The $ saved from breakfast alone for our family of 4 paid for the parking several times over. The bar/restaurant on site is great. Surprisingly good food and reasonable prices to be on site. We struggled to find great food in the area, we are foodies and dining out is part of the draw of vacations for us. Our best meal came from the in hotel place. Good pizzas and salad. Would book here again.

Everything was good! The beach pool jacuzzi Lazy River everything was so clean and beautiful!! Breakfast was so good! We had a fabulous week! We love Panama City and this hotel will be our hotel every year!

Breakfast was awesome. The room was AWESOME. Every staff member greeted us.Wasn't happy about paying to park. When we got there Memorial Day weekend, only 1 of the 3 elevators worked.But one of them was fixed midweek. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

Elevator was down to one for most of the stay. Water in shower kept stopping. Some things need to be replaced or updated.

The ability to walk right out to the beach, and the pool and lazy river is wonderful too. The staff are very hard working and friendly. Top knotch. The rooms were comfortable and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Having to pay for parking. We have been coming to this property for at least five years and still have to pay for parking. Two out of three elevators were out of service, but the staff were very good about trying to get people accommodated by using service elevator.

Noisy - pool music on to 10.30 - we were jetlagged off long haul flight so not good being kept awake. Room not serviced after first night and we arrived back to late to ask (9pm) Elevators out of order - only one working over Memorial Day weekend unless you wanted to visit the hotel laundry and use the service elevator

Good luck getting your deposit refunded! We checked out on 5/8/26 and were told to allow 3-5 business days. It’s now been almost 20 days since check out and no one will return our call. Will only transfer to the “manager’s voicemail.” Also, be prepared to pay $26 for a chicken sandwich at the “tiki” bar, OR go to a restaurant and get a great meal for the price of their chicken sandwich!

The pool and lazy river. Also the breakfast was nice. Housekeeping was friendly and made sure we didnt run out of anything.

Only one elevator worked so you spent a lot of time waiting. Also they charge you $28 a day at check in just to park there. We had dirty sheets and a roach in our room. The water pressure was terrible and the water kept shutting off when we would shower.

This was our second time staying here. We have loved it both times. Only one working elevator this time, which caused for a little longer wait times, but nothing that would stop us from coming back again.

Everything was nice and clean. Fantastic breakfast. Go for the chicken strips at the pool bar. Staff were very friendly and thoughtful. The show and movies are a nice touch. Great for watching sunsets.

Awful customer service. Nasty room & restroom Nasty sheets, yellow stains, and holes like burned with cigarettes. Our family got stuck on the elevator for 15 minutes, and when the maintenance guy opened it , he didn't even apologize 🙄
