People completely disregarded the rules when it came to the pool. Played loud obnoxious music with cuss words and no one said anything.

Die Lage ist 1A, das angrenzende Parkhaus gut zu erreichen, der Pier Park fußläufig ebenso. Der Pool und der Aufenthaltsbereich sind gut.

Viele Möbel (vor allem in der Lobby) sind mittlerweile ziemlich heruntergekommen. Der Balkon mit Seeblick war eher trostlos, 2 alte Plastikstühle und ein kleiner Beistelltisch, das war es. Überall hat die Seeluft Spuren hinterlassen, bei mir ging Farbe am Boden des Balkons langsam ab, generell wirkt die Fassade schon sehr mitgenommen, die Verriegelung des Balkons funktionierte nicht mehr, und im Bad hat die Seeluft das Metall der Lampe fortgeschritten angegriffen. Das Bistro ist ok, mehr nicht. Ich hatte eine Pizza, die war zwar warm und gut belegt, aber für ihren Preis erstaunlich klein. Was mich am meisten gestört hat, ist dass es trotz ausdrücklichem Rauchverbot jedes Mal, als ich auf dem Balkon saß, tierisch nach Mariuhana gerochen hat (kam definitiv von Etagen unter mir).

Property was in a great location with beachfront access and Diego’s next door. The property was clean and staff was kind and helpful. The outdoor beach showers were great. Breakfast was good! Sitting by the pool every morning, with a coffee, was probably my favorite thing.

Despite having a confirmation of early check in at 3pm, I was given my room near 4.45. When I arrived in the room the bathtub had small hairs all over it (they said earlier that the check in was late because the team was cleaning). When I tried to clean the bathtub, it got clogged and water stood, not draining. They sent someone to fix it, I came back to check and nothing had changed. Sent them a picture and they sent someone up again around 10pm and finally managed to fix it. On Saturday I requested room cleaning and they said I was on scheduled, I asked again around midday and they said to wait till 4pm. I asked again at 4pm and they said they were running behind but will still clean my room that day. No one came. Carpets are so filthy that your feet will turn grey walking on them in. 3 mins

Everything was excellent and the hotel was always clean the room was very comfortable we had plenty of space the staff was very friendly and always helpful!! I would stay there again!! The location was perfect and close to everything and there was lots to do!! I will definitely visit there again!!

Cardinal is hands down the best person there! He told us we should’ve called to see about our Diamond Member upgrade (we did and the woman we talked to said it would be a charge to upgrade, which is incorrect.) The next day, Cardinal was off and my fiance spoke to another lady at the front desk and he said she was rude. 3rd day, Cardinal is back and we couldn’t wait to greet him! He’s such a pleasure to talk to and will do anything within his reach to help!

It was an expensive room for not having a view. Overall good experience when it came to the staff and cleanliness of hotel. Unfortunately most of our floor reeked of weed. Typical stays at Hampton are excellent, this was decent.

Bathrooms could use a little remodeling. Beds were just a little small. We had issues with our fridge and air upon arrival. The fridge with was replaced quick. The air was checked. We accommodated ourselves with box fans.

I did not stay the two nights. I asked to cancel the second night and I was charged I hated the entire time there!

The pool is extremely small compared to other hotels. It was impossible for all the guest and children to enjoy. The drinks at the lobby bar were insanely expensive. To top it off, the “king” size bed was not a true king size and it was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.

Due to a family emergency at home. We were unexpectedly forced to leave a day earlier than expected. When talking to the front desk clerk she was very short and rude. But assured me a credit would be issued for the day not used. After arriving home to we found out that would not be the case. Even though we checked out way before required checkout time. Making the room available for another guest.Also getting in touch with the correct people to handle this matter was difficult. It really put a damper on our stay.

We stayed here for a week and it was great. Cardinal, at the front desk was a pleasure to see each day. His professional and kindness did not go unnoticed. The view from the balcony was fantastic. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast is a plus. I do highly recommend.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn suites on Panama City Beach on the beach we have had the most amazing experience so far!! Ora and Cardinal checked us in and they were amazing. I don’t think we’ve ever been treated so wonderful at a hotel. We cannot wait to come back.We’re down here looking at properties to move from Michigan down here to Panama city and having experience we’ve had so far at this Hampton Inn has been amazing and it makes us want to move down here for sure just knowing that the people are so amazing here. We cannot wait to comeback here and stay bring our family and Friends. By far a 10 star or above hotel staff and a Phenomenal bartender also was amazing. Hotel is very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend coming here to stay with your family or friends.

Where to start. From poor management to awful costumer service.. I am a HIlton honor member and I have stay on they fancy hotels and some that are not so fancy but always received great customer service until today .. I checked in our room it was dusty, dirty and stinky.. I called Front desk they told I need it to way 45 minutes to speak to the manager while on hold I open balcony door smell straight up like weed.

Our IT company recently stayed at The Hampton Inn & Suites on Panama City Beach for a team trip, and overall we had a very positive experience. Many of our teammates had ocean-facing rooms, and the views were absolutely beautiful—something everyone truly enjoyed throughout the stay. The location was another major highlight. The hotel is centrally located near a shopping plaza, making it incredibly convenient and walkable for our group. Whether grabbing a quick bite or picking up essentials, everything we needed was just a short walk away. We also rented a conference room during our stay, which was very well put together, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs. It made hosting meetings seamless and stress free. A special shoutout to JR, who assisted us with booking the hotel. He was amazing to work with—professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other business groups or teams looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.

We spent some time hanging out at the bar and Heather was absolutely awesome. She was nice and very funny. Greeted us warmly when we got there and took excellent care of us. Thanks Heather! We will definitely be back!

Picked this hotel as it’s on the beach. Good location & nice hotel. Breakfast was good with a few different options each day. It is supposedly a free breakfast as others mentioned that didn’t pay extra. However we had to pay extra for breakfast when we booked our vacation package. Reason for low rating: Daily charge for parking. Daily charge for beach chairs. $45 for 2 chairs & umbrella. Pool chairs no charge. Never enough pool towels by pool. After 4 days no one freshened up our room, so I asked housekeeping if she would be freshening up our room. She said we weren’t on her list but she would do it at noon. She never showed up. Asked front desk about it & I was told they would put us on the list for the next day. Someone did show up from housekeeping but the only thing they did was make our beds & empty waste basket. No dusting, nothing mopped or wiped down & no vacuuming as they were crumbs on the carpet. Unbelievable after that many days & at my request that they still didn’t clean & change bedding! Also I have never been at a hotel before that they didn’t come in daily to vacuum, change out bedding & towels etc. There was 4 of us in our room so we were constantly chasing for towels. Noticed mold under sink lip. Toilet seat broke it was loose when we arrived. Maintenance was helpful & showed up next day to replace it. Strong smell of THC on 7th floor & occasionally other areas. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly & helpful! Loved that they had tea & coffee available all day. Kind of disappointed as we paid a lot of money for our room had to pay extra for parking, breakfast & had no housekeeping for a 1 week stay!

Our room keys kept declining. They changed the battery in the door and gave us new keys and they still declined. Felt like we got nowhere with help just kept coming up with excuses.
