The price is outrageous for a few hours of sleep and not even including breakfast

The convenience of no taxi or shuttle to and from hotel, staying right at the airport is expensive but so worth it on layovers.

Of course if it was cheaper but it is worth it in my opinion

Location was ok, it was cheaper for me to book via booking.com than directly standing at the reception surely thats not good. Booking directly should always have an advantage.

Even though i had do not disturb on the door , i was woken from my sleep by the cleaning staff. Also No breakfast included and it was already more than usual rate.

En general, todo - check-in, restaurante, dormitorio, cama, ducha... muy conveniente haciendo overnight antes de un vuelo muy temprano. Comida en el restaurante y selección de bebidas muy buenas. Personal eficiente y amable.

El aislamiento acústico es generalmente bueno, salvo por el ruido que producen las puertas al abrirse y cerrarse por la noche.

The whole town was great. It was very clean. Our room was good. The food was expensive. But all all if you’re staying at a hotel by the airport, you are going to pay more. We were leaving there for a charter flight. But it was a good location.

De weg vinden naar het hotel was wat lastig. Het ontbijt duurde vrij lang voordat het geserveerd werd. Wat voor die prijs ook tegenviel was het pakje yoghurt i.p.v. bijvoorbeeld een schaaltje.

I was allocated the room I wanted - which was a high floor overlooking the airport. Had stayed at the hotel before so knew what to expect.

The hotel is in Airport. The rooms are not small. Tv has Netflix option. Good for traveling layover. The reception manager Diana is wonderful: tackle and solve problems in fast and joyful way. She was the best qualified hospitality person we met in our 20 days holiday around Toronto, Quebec, Montreal Hotels.

This is the perfect hotel for Pearson airport travelers seeking the most convenient location with spacious accommodations. The lobby entrance to Terminal 3 makes flight access easy. Guest rooms are very spacious and the kids/family suites are fantastic. Staff members are warm and friendly, and the lounge is excellent for breakfast, snacks and beverages throughout the day.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location at Toronto Pearson Airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, often offering assistance before I even had to ask. I especially enjoyed the Sheraton Club. Having access to complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day was a great perk and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very comfortable room and very good staff, including restaurant. Convenient if flying in one day and out the next. Rosario at front desk stood out above the rest but all were very good.

It was close to the airport.

The breakfast voucher was a scam. There were no slippers, or even a bathrobe. The water went out during the night. Also the wifi didn't work and they couldn't fix it.

Incredible room service, equal to a fine dining restaurant. 7 oz steak tenderloin was cooked to perfection and very tender, with delicious red wine mushroom sauce. Tuna poke bowl was fresh and creative, with many ingredients. It was brought to our room by Karla, who opened the wine and was a delight to talk with. We also ordered a tender greens salad for that evening. It, too, was delicious. We also really liked the desk person, Chidi, and the porter, George. They checked us into our room early, so we could rest up before travel the next day. They kindly arranged wheelchair service to Toronto Terminal 1 and that service was seamless and easy to check bags, get through security, customs and immigration, and get to our gate. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet for the most part. We could control the room temp via thermostat.

Shower handholds inadequate so showering was somewhat dangerous and slippery. Air conditioner made a very loud noise. We wish Tempur Pedic pillows had been available.

Ho scelto questo albergo per la logistica avendo un volo la mattina dopo abbastanza presto. Nessun problema al check-in, stanza enorme, bagno con doccia (e non vasca!!!!) con pressione dell'acqua ottima, letto comodo, lenzuola pulite e morbide, albergo silenzioso. Check out very speed, consigliato se avete un volo la mattina presto!

E' un po' caro, ma ho visto di peggio. E comunque la logistica non si batte! E' troppo comodo.

Have visited this property multiple times now, and it continues to be my preferred choice when transiting through Toronto. Its convenient location near Toronto Pearson Airport makes it an excellent place to rest and recharge before connecting flights. The staff are consistently warm, professional, and welcoming. I had particularly memorable interactions with Ms. Rosario at Reception, Mr. Lucio, and Mr. Chidi at Reception, whose hospitality and genuine willingness to help made each stay even more pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of service. I look forward to staying here again.

After Air Canada cancelled our evening flight and rebooked us for the following morning, we were fortunate to secure a room at this outstanding hotel. Its location directly within Terminal 3 at Toronto Pearson International Airport is simply unrivalled. After a long day of travel disruptions, the ability to walk directly from the terminal to the hotel, without the inconvenience of shuttle buses, taxis, or ride-shares, was invaluable. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the hotel conveyed a quiet sophistication and understated luxury. Our room was exceptionally spacious by airport hotel standards, offering plenty of room to unpack and unwind. The king-sized bed was supremely comfortable, the room was immaculately maintained, and the soundproofing was remarkable. Despite overlooking one of Canada's busiest airports, the room was serenely quiet, allowing for a restorative night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a generously sized walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and abundant hot water—small details that made a welcome difference after a long day of travel. What truly distinguished this property, however, was its exceptional service. The front desk agent greeted us with genuine warmth and empathy and worked diligently to accommodate us despite our unexpected arrival without a reservation. Her professionalism, kindness, and calm efficiency transformed what had been a stressful and disappointing day into a genuinely positive experience. She exemplified the level of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. The amenities were in keeping with a hotel of this calibre. While the bath products could be elevated and a Nespresso machine would be a welcome upgrade over the Keurig coffee maker, these were minor observations that did little to detract from an otherwise outstanding stay. Although our early departure meant we were unable to experience breakfast, our overnight stay exceeded every expectation. This is one of the finest airport hotels we have encountered, combining exceptional convenience, refined accommodations, and exemplary service. Sheraton has created a property that sets the benchmark for airport hospitality, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht. Vom Hotel kommt man schnell und bequem nach Toronto downtown und am Abreisetag zum Terminal. Die Zimmer sind große und sehr gut isoliert, so dass man vom Flugbetrieb kaum etwas mitbekommt. Wir hatten Loungezugang. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Abendessen. Einchecken und Auschecken verlief reibungslos.

Das WLAN ist sehr schwach und war kaum nutzbar.

One room for the whole family. So close to airport. Excellent staff - every person was kind and helpful. Bar staff, lounge, porter, desk staff, cleaners, all outstanding. It was great to have lounge access. The gym is very good.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Too many TVs in public spaces, cheapens the atmosphere in an otherwise classy area.

The location was good for an international hotel. Reception staff were good,breakfast restaurant staff, may as well have not been there.

We paid for breakfast to be included, but it was not a full breakfast, there was a monetary value. 1 of us had eggs Benedict, I had yoghurt and fruit. We both had juice and a coffee, a waiter came and refilled our coffee without asking or being asked, we thought it was complimentary, but on departure we had to pay an extra $20.00 for our breakfast. Tim Hortons would have been a better choice.

When my husband and I travel out of Pearson Airport, we always stay at the Sheraton Gateway in Terminal 3. You can walk to your flight in the morning, and it truly makes our travel much less stress-free. The Hotel Staff are always efficient, friendly and quickly accommodating. On our recent stay on May 14, 2026, I left a very special shirt behind. I contacted Housekeeping who immediately responded and confirmed they had my item and emailed me a photo. Within a few days, my item was returned to me. I would also recommend doing the upgrade to the Lounge. It is 24/7 and it was wonderful at 4:30am to get a cappuccino and read the newspaper. The Sheraton Gateway Terminal 3 at Pearson Airport has always made a great positive stress-free difference to our travel. Having travelled the world, this is, without a doubt, a First Class Five Star Hotel with First Class Service.

I have raised this with the hotel and they just quote the room rate of $512 CAD per night and are unwilling to honour the original quote
