The check in staff is one of the impolite hotel staff I've ever met in business hotels ever.

The one thing that made me resolve to always return to this particular hotel was the bedding. Almost every facility nowadays uses sheets, and very heavy duvets, no in between, so one is either freezing with the sheet or sweltering with the duvet. At this location, the bed was dressed with a sheet and two lightweight duvets, which allowed one to customize for comfort. Also every aspect of the meal I had in the hotel was excellent!

Check in was so smooth, Kaylah was exceptionally nice and friendly.

Both our tub and sink were plugged up and took a really long time to drain, making brushing teeth and tasking a shower a little gross.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean. The shuttle to the airport was great- the driver was super friendly!

The cost. My flight was cancelled due to weather & I had to book last minute. I spent more for 12 hours in Toronto than I did for two nights in Madrid!

if this was to be handicapped friendly the toilet was too low, the bed a bit too high, and the access to the pool and hot tub was very difficult for a person with an injured leg and a walker....(this needs serious work)

Airport shuttle was a bit irregular, causing us to miss it. Also, names are confusing with too many similarly named hotels around; the shuttle told us we were going to ours but it wasn't it and we had to take an Uber to get to ours which wasn't reimbursed. Breakfast wasn't complimentary but that's getting less common.

The hotel is within a 5 minute walk from the airport and train station to downtown Toronto. It was perfect for our stay. Staff very friendly and happy to help with any queries.

We checked in late because our flight was delayed, but the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and allowed us to check out at 2:00 p.m. instead of the usual 12:00 p.m. We really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service.

I booked this hotel for my mom, who doesn’t speak any English. She got a little lost at the airport and had trouble finding the shuttle. I called the hotel several times, and every single person I spoke with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They contacted the shuttle driver each time and made sure she was taken care of. The next morning, they even made sure she was awake in time for her early flight. I was truly amazed by the kindness, compassion, and professionalism of the staff. They went far beyond what I expected and made a stressful situation so much easier. I will always be grateful for their care. They are truly wonderful people!

One of the staff was very rude. In an instance of my small kids fighting over a toy among each other (something that was a *moment* of behavior expected from small kids and that lasted like 15 seconds) asked us to leave the lobby!!! We were happy up until that moment but we left immediately and that made the stay not worthwhile at all. I wrote to the hotel with the staff name and no response from them either. It truly hurt my feelings: 1) embarrassing me as a mom traveling with two small kids, 2) embarrassing the kid, 3) making us leave before our planned time. If you invest on family stays, kids buying overpriced snacks, and eating in the restaurant, at least respect kids too!

A free breakfast- shocked that I had to pay an extra $25, Wifi instructions - I had to call. I was upset that I wasn't asked about noise level when choosing a room for me . I was right next to a family that stayed up talking loudly until 12:45am. There needs to be quiet hours that are visible for all to see.

I'm a Titanium member and the agent who helped my daughter make the reservation was helpful, recognized and added my status to the room, which allowed us the later check out. However, the property’s breakfast benefit is that you must choose daily restaurant breakfast (for two) as your elite welcome gift at check‑in. We were not offered the breakfast and that's unfortunate. In addition, the first room 512 smelled like smoke/a funky order. They moved us to a better room so the problem was resolved, and very much appreciated. Shuttle Service to /from the airport was convenient.

The breakfast buffet costing $24 was over priced. It had a few items more than at a usual breakfast buffet but we experienced eggs, bacon and sausage that was not hot enough but when pointed out they were all quickly replaced.

-The room was old and small. The bathroom was tiny. The air conditioner was VERY loud. The phone looked like it was from 1987. The sign on the wall that said 'please double-latch your door and use the double-lock as well when in here at night' did not make me feel great, as a single female traveller. It made me question my safety in that hotel room!

I stayed here some years ago and booked it recently for my brother and his partner arriving from the UK and then booked myself in for an overnight stay on my way back to Australia. It is, without question, still one of the best Sheratons' I've had the pleasure of experiencing. My brother and his partner enjoyed their two night stay very much...and I can say that my stay was equally as delightful. The reception staff (Issa) who checked me in was welcoming and very helpful with information, providing thoughtful and considerate assistance for my brother who was dropping me off at the hotel. The pool facilities were clean and very enjoyable. Most impressive was the experience in the bar/restaurant. Peter was the service staff individual who took care of me over dinner in the bar - he was attentive, professional and made me feel very comfortable as a woman travelling alone (as often we are overlooked and ignored). It was great to have contact with the Food and Beverage supervisor who was also attentive to my needs and experience. But a big shout out to the chef - I had the chicken entree which was one of the best meals I had in the three weeks I had been in Canada....after huge serves of ok food, it was a treat to get a well balanced, beautifully cooked meal. The chicken was moist and flavourful, the assortment of fresh, perfectly cooked (aldente) vegetables and well seasoned mashed potato balanced the meal very well. It was a wonderful experience that often isn't provided even in the high end hotels at airports. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all I needed (although I do wish Canadian hotels did provide a proper glass and cup/mug in rooms so they are not alone!) This place is a winner - so make it your first choice at Pearson Airport for a stay if you are travelling.

I was exactly what the family needed after a long Pacific flight. Room was nice and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast in the morning was top notch. If you need somewhere to catch your sanity on a long haul, I highly recommend it.

The resort was very clean, and the facilities were excellent. Every staff I met was friendly, professional, and efficient, which made our stay very enjoyable. One of the highlights was watching sea turtles come ashore at night to lay their eggs. I really appreciated how the staff carefully protected the nests. Although there were many grackles around the resort, I was impressed that the hotel used trained hawks for bird control instead of harmful methods. It was very environmentally friendly. This is definitely one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at.

The wristband clasp often scratched my wrist and was uncomfortable to wear. I hope the design can be improved.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Terminal 3 Pearson International (5- 10 minutes) but also has a free shuttle for pick up and drop off. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Free coffee in the reception area was a nice touch for guests. Very nice bar area with a good range of beers and wines to choose from.

The AC unit in our room was a little noisy but nothing to stop you getting to sleep

Es war sehr nah am Flughafen und das shuttle hat super geklappt. Zimmer waren sauber und Personal sehr nett. Eine perfekte Unterkunft wenn man nahe am flughafen sein muss.

Der Fruehstuck Zeitraum haette etwas laenger sein koennen denn viele Gaeste auf der Durchreise sind nicht unbedingt an die Zeitzone gewoehnt.

Shuttle was packed an they obviously needed another one on. Room was old, no sound proofing, loud hallway, loud next door with neighboring room waking us up at 6am arguing, could be clearly heard, we were jet lagged and needed sleep. Furniture old, rug old, walls dirty, shower didn't work well and tub didn't drain well, cracks in tile walls of shower. The toilet paper was the thinnest we have ever experienced in a hotel (and this was a Sheraton?). Checking out the clerk asked "how was our stay" to my wife, she said not very good, he just went silent and looked away. Had room #123. Was this an old wing we were put in?

Coffee was horrific (no doubt worst í had in my entier life .tasted like week old Coffee of cheapest istan coffee brand Also 49 C Dollars for that food . .stay clear ot breakfast also person -- also walls are out of paper if you fart others will hear. Heard guy next room snore and the person in the other sleep throw his alarm.

On m a fait payé les petits déjeuners alors qu ils étaient compris dans le prix payé au départ finalement ils m ont remboursé mais pas la part pourboire que l on m a forcé à payer (dans la note) et j aurais là dessus des frais de CB la personne qui était chargée du bon fonctionnement de petit déjeuner n était pas agréable et m a fait sentir que j avais tort et que je devais payer. D autre part sur un hôtel proche de l aéroport impossible de trouver une personne pouvant parler français avec nous

So... This was the 2nd worse Marriott property I've ever stayed at (and there's been oh so many!). The hotel looks modern from the outside, it's a shared property with half being a Four Points and the other half being an Element. And I believe it's quite a "new" property. Upon entering our room it became obvious that this is an old 80's hotel that has had a few (and I mean few!) updates to make it into a Marriot property: Our kind bed room had a couple new chairs but the dresser looked like it was bought at a thrift store. Walls were chipped and the bathroom sliding door was a flimsy piece of plywood that I'd barely hanging on. Seriously, it's hard to believe that Marriot signed off on this being called a Four Points! Surprisingly the bed was pretty comfortable, I was worried given the appearance of the room. The pro 's? If you're reading this and decide you still want to stay: it's located extremely close to the airport, in fact we didn't even bother with the hotel shuttle: If you're travelling to or from terminal 1, take the free train to terminal 3. Go to the bottom floor, same level as far rentals. Exit the terminal and take a left. Walk about 5 minutes and you'll see the hotel across a busy road. Don't worry, there is a cross walk with a light. If you're traveling from terminal 3 then it's even easier to get there. That being said, either spend more $ and Stay at the Sheraton attached to terminal 3 or take a shuttle to a slightly further away airport Hotel.

My assistant booked me into this hotel for a business trip and I was very disappointed. The AC is incredibly noisy (especially every my 15 minutes or so) which makes it very challenging to get a good night’s sleep even when using the complimentary earplugs provided in the room. On the bright side the bathroom is reasonably modern and countertop area is spacious but features an old school bathtub and shower curtain. The room itself is dated especially the walls even though it seems like it was recently repainted. I would not stay here again for business.
