Easy access from main road,room was very comfortable and clean.Very nice breakfast.Nice staff and liked the pizza place!

Proximity to airport. Pizza restaurant inside the main lobby along with a convenience store. Very handy.

Very dated. The AC didn’t modulate. So it was full freeze or the blazes of hell. Uncomfortable bed.

Shuttle was great, the airport was right there. I like watching the planes land and take off so the view was pretty good. The breakfast was pretty good aswell.

When i went to the washroom in room 229, i looked at the ceiling, and there was a mould like substance on the ceiling, the paint was chipping, and the wall at the back of the tub was stained.

Given the time of day I arrived at Pearson airport, it was not surprising that it took a bit longer than expected for the shuttle to arrive. However, the driver was friendly and very helpful. The shuttle back to the airport the next day was on time and again, the driver was very courteous and helpful.

I appreciate the fact that a breakfast is included, however, after years of staying in a Comfort or Quality Inn, it would be nice to see a bit of a change up the warm breakfast (sausages are not that appealing and eggs are OK.). Coffee is always very good, hot, not too strong and plentiful.

All was good. I had an early flight and missed breakfast. It would have been good to have a “to go” breakfast option. Coffee was available which was great.

Great location for me as i was attending a gun show at the international centre. An amazing vibe right from when i walked in. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and acommodating, and Alex from Pearson pub was chill and amazing. Im definitely gonna come back again to this hotel. Its definitely going to be my goto hotel for any time i have to be around the airport.

Close to the airport with good connection with the shuttle bus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, even if some furniture were old.

Outdated hotel, needs renovation. There are no restaurants around, if you arrive after 10pm. Nothing close to sound proofing rooms, you could hear everything from the aisle. Breakfast was very basic.

They were really good and accommodating they even booked us in for our layover on our way home

The staff was so friendly and helpful, they had the answers to all my questions. They gave me precise driving directions to the airport to return my rental car and picked me up. I would stay here again

Breakfast was good. It’s a very comfortable stay. However we only did 1 night after we landed so not sure how good it would be for any longer.

Shuttle was great and the drivers were very friendly. Overall the property seemed quite clean.

Beds were very hard, no elevator and was not made aware of this and had to stay on the second floor. Dismissive front desk staff. Breakfast starts a bit late for an airport hotel in my opinion (6:30) so I’m not sure how this was, as we had to leave at that time.

The breakfast was good but they shd have veggies at least.

Super close to the airport and easy access to highways. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The pub attached to the lobby has a good vibe. We would stay here again

Minor cosmetic stuff - repairs were in progress during our stay. If noise is a concern, you may not want a room facing the runway

Me gusto la atención del personal, y que nos recibieran en el aeropuerto sin ningún costo y nos regresaran al aeropuerto el día de nuestra partida, nos ayudó mucho. Ese servicio extra me encanto y nos facilitó mucho. También el desayuno que incluye es bueno, tiene variedad y esta rico.

Too humid air in Toronto! My skin was very wet and I felt strange

Free shuttle bus, close to airport. The onsite restaurant was convenient as there are no other restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a bar/lounge but we didn’t use it.

Room and hallways smelled musty.

The carpets are a bit outdated and there are no lifts in the hotel. If you have heavy luggage you may need to climb some steps.

My family stayed in this hotel several times in between flights and for short visits in Toronto. They have a free airport shuttle which runs almost 24 hours. Breakfast is nice. A small budget restaurant and a beer bar with pool tables is a great addition. If you are leaving for a week you can book ParkFly service and leave your car in the hotel parking lot. Everything is very convenient.

I stay in the room 220 on Friday August 28 and the pillows smell bad, the towels looks dirty,.like they didn't washed them after the last guests and the shower curtain smell horrible.

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room. I arrived almost at midnight, and because there were a lot of people, the check-in queue took almost 45 minutes. On top of that, I then had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Also, the room has an air conditioning system that can’t be turned off, so there’s a continuous noise.

Good value for your money but not a high end hotel so manage your expectations. Also note no elevator that we could see so if accessibility is a requirement as for bottom floor.

Not mentioning about the elevator while booking. We disnt know that there was no elevator. We had three heavy bags which we had to carry to 1st floor.

Everything. Modest but welcoming budget hotel with great staff, efficient shuttle service and breakfast. Also hard to find a dive friendly reasonably priced hotel so I appreciated that.

No control for the air-conditioning. This doesn't reflect on the review. It's getting dated and needs a refresh.

The dingy look as you pulled up the place, it looked very uninviting, the rooms were clean but grey doors, dingy grey carpets and grey bed cover was not a welcoming look, the bed was comfortable.

Instructions for meeting the airport shuttle were helpful. Staff were friendly and accommodating, even though I arrived late at night - several hours later than planned - due to flight delays. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, A/C was effective, shower was strong and hot. Everything I needed after a long transit. The premises seemed a bit rundown overall, but I didn't have time for a good look around or use any facilities outside the room. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was adequate, with fresh fruit, cereal with yoghurt, toast, eggs and sausages, waffle-maker, and hot and cold drinks.

Bruit des avions Bruit des planchers du 2 et qui craquent. Notre réservation était du 19 mai pour 2 chambres et nous avons eu des chambres dans 2 ailes différentes, alors que nous aurions préféré être tout près. J' ai la carte CAA et elle n' a pas voulu me donner mon rabais soit disant que le paiement est déjà passé.

The property is very close to the airport, its about a 10-15 minute walk from Terminal 3. There is no shuttle after 12:45 am but I felt safe enough to walk alone at 1am as the street is well lit and there is still quite a bit of activity around the airport at this time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shuttle service is complimentary and runs most of the day. They also let me store my luggage all day at no extra cost which was great.

Stairs only so not good if you are old or disabled. They were accomodating though and swapped one of our rooms for a downstairs one.

Il personale super disponibile ad aiutare visto che viaggiavo da sola con una bambina e 3 valige. Ho apprezzato molto il loro aiuto! Mi piace anche il fatto che ci sia un ristorante e un piccolo shop all’interno ! Molto utile ! E ovviamente la posizione: vicinissima all’aeroporto !

La doccia non funzionava benissimo e la vasca era leggermente otturata. I prezzi del ristorante e dello shop un po’ alti forse.

The Airport Shuttle was good. The room was good. I liked the breakfast, but did not use the waffle maker because did not see.

I wish the cafeteria staff alerted me about the Waffle maker, because I love Waffles and make them myself.

Room stank of BO. Had to ask for air freshener. Didn't sleep in the bed, only on top with full clothes on bcus I was scared it catch something. Front desk staff had a Fifa T-shirt on and not very friendly. Felt like we were interrupting her time. NO help with luggage into hotel or to room. Had to get our own luggage cart for 5 bags and my mom is using a walker. We waited for the shuttle for over 1 hr. When it arrived I thought it was going to fall apart. AND the windows and walls are so thin, we can hear every plane overhead as if it was just 100 ft above us. I have no idea what kind of people stay here and give it a 4 star. But they must have very, very, very low standards.

O hotel é muito próximo ao aeroporto e fornece traslado a cada 15min, o único problema é durante a madrugada. O café é simples mas gostoso. Foram muito gentis em relação às minhas solicitações.
