Very comfortable room and bed. An efficient hotel, just what we needed for a 1 night stay before our flight.

Uninspiring breakfast - but it was complementary so can't complain

Enjoyed our stay in bedroom suite. Great facilties and breakfast. Easy access from airport (walk or shuttle), 35 min to CBD by train.

Nice hotel close to the airport. I stayed for one night in-between flights. My first flight was delayed so I only arrived at midnight and didn't have a chance to spend much time at the hotel. The overall impression was good, clean, spacious, the staff was polite and friendly, we've got everything we needed fot a good rest. I appreciated the opportunity to buy some other useful things in the lobby as I didn't have socket adapter for my chargers.

The navigation on how to get to the entrance could be improved. At night time finding entrance was confusing.

The handicap accessible room I was in (did not order one) smelled stale and as if it had been wet and not quite dried out - musty and really gross. Air conditioning was abrupt to turn on and stop and woke me up throughout the night. Unbeknownst to me (found out at checkout), the blackout blind cords were cut and replaced with an accessible button to raise and lower. It was very bright in the room since I couldn’t lower them and I was glad to have brought an eye shade to compensate - if somebody didn’t have one, they would suffer. A smelly noisy stay and I will endeavour not to stay there again. I transferred to another hotel for the next night my flight continued to be delayed - it was a relief and a much better experience.

The locations for the airport was easy for a one night layover The only helpful and nice member of staff was the man who worked for guest services and helped me with my luggage when I was alone with my young child

The room was hot, had a terrible smell Beds and pillow were terribly uncomfortable and lumpy Bed sheets were such poor quality they felt like plastic Staff were quite rude, even in the morning when I said goodbye and thank you they just stared vaguely out the door and didn’t reply Airport shuttle was not on time and we waited for well over 30 minutes, the walk would have been much easier Breakfast was awful. The breakfast rooms are split between the two hotels and Elements felt like the poorer version. One hot choice, dry pasties and horrible sugary cereal I paid more for this hotel than other options thinking it would be nicer and it was terrible. Would have got the same or better experience at somewhere £100 cheaper We requested a cot for our 2. Year old and it was not available meant our child had to sleep in the bed which was unsafe as she could fall out as not used to sleeping in a bed and made it uncomfortable for everyone.

Rooms were very comfortable, staff hospitable, breakfast had a number of options and the free shuttle airport pick up was an added bonus.

Really big room which was well presented with kitchen facilities. We were only staying for one night so none of which we required. Big bathroom too. Breakfast wasn’t really good.

We waited about 50 minutes for a shuttle to come round to collect us, we must of just missed one when we exited the airport but we were not happy. WiFi in the room was an issue, staff on reception tried to assist but it still wasn’t great.

The amenities available in the room, accessibility to the airport and venue of my conference. The staff were also helpful, warm and welcoming.

Breakfast options. There could be more menu options provided so it doesn't feel like eating exact same thing especially for someone staying there for a couple days. I only enjoyed the breakfast the first day, the other days weren't as great. I also think the breakfast options at Four Points seem more appealing than that of Element.

Has all necessary things for long term staying. Every half hour a hotel bus runs to and from the airport.

Peu d’hospitalité, on me dit qu’on va passer faire le ménage dans la chambre et ce n’est pas fait! La piscine n’était pas propre non plus, les clients vont directement dans la piscine avant la douche.

Transport z lotniska był tragiczny. Czekaliśmy 45 minut (ma być co 30), po czym nie było dla nas miejsca bo kierowca już miał prawie komplet pasażerów i mówił, że przyjedzie po nas za około 30 minut!!! Zapłaciliśmy za taksówkę 25 CAD :(

Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut, vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig. Gluten-free Toast kam auf Nachfrage direkt aus der Küche 😘

Fenster wie immer in Amerikanischen Hotels nicht zu öffnen. Bei 18 Grad Außentemperatur, aber 25 Grad innen, muss man AC nachts laufen lassen.

It was right next to the airport so no need to feel rushed for making it to there. Friendly staff . Loved the smell , it felt a little fancy walking in .

It was far away from things . Shopping , restaurants. Stuff could have been a little better at cleaning the room. Found a few things under the chairs , so they didn’t move furniture around while vacuuming , the mini fridge wasn’t wiped down as there was dirt from other people. The stand up shower could have used a little shelf or stand. The complementary breakfast was kinda gross , that would be done a little better considering what you paid for a few days staying there .

I liked that my suite was fully equipped to function as a unit. That was excellent. Asides the bed and bathroom, we had microwave, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Really nice.

I didn't like that the breakfast menu wasn't varied. We ate the exact same thing each day. It's tiring and boring.

What a unit. Such a unique layout and perfect for our family of 6. It was incredible that we could all find a little space of our own to chill and recharge. The small kitchen let us keep our left overs cold and we snacked on them when we wanted. The included breakfast was high quality with hot and cold food, toast and bagel bar. Everybody got something they enjoyed. Being a short 600 meter walk from terminal 3 was key. Walk out the terminal, look left and you can see it. So easy to find after a long day or travel. The free shuttle took us to terminal 1, the next day and it was so easy and stressless.

The room was clean and modern looking and the bathroom too.

Het receptiepersoneel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben enkele keren gebruik gemaakt van de gratis shuttle service naar het vliegveld (erg fijn!), ook omdat vanuit daar de UPtrein vertrekt naar het centrum van Toronto. De kamer is modern, ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Na een bezoek aan Toronto of aan de regio, konden we nog tot 22u/23u terecht in de bar, voor een drankje en een eenvoudige maaltijd. Als je boekt bij Element, krijg je een uitgebreid ontbijt in een andere ruimte, dan de gasten die boeken bij duohotel Four Points.

The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped—both were much appreciated when I needed to work. The staff were very friendly, both at the hotel and for the shuttle service to/from the airport.

The breakfast was great; it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The shuttle bus was an excellent service. Location to airport was just what we needed.

The only issues we had were that the safe in 762 did not work despite the technician coming and trying to fix it. Also the blinds in room 762 were jammed and we were unable to open them up to get some light into the room.

Für die ersten Nächte ideal, da man nach 12 Stunden Anreise nicht noch ewig mit den Öffentlichen oder teuer mit einem Taxi hinfinden muss - wenn man den Shuttle erwischt. Wir haben leider den Shuttlebus mehrfach übersehen und verbrachten über 1 Stunde mit warten, bis wir dann die 500m zum Hotel gelaufen sind. Der Eingangsbereich ist identisch mit dem Four Points Hotel, auch der Shuttlebus trug das Four Points Emblem un nur ganz klein das Zeichen vom Elements. Wir haben am Airport zwar einen Fahrer eines Shuttlebusses, der zum Four Points am America Drive fuhr, gefragt, ob wir mitfahren können, das wurde uns aber verweigert mit dem Hinweis, der nächste Bus sei unterwegs. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt dauert etwa 1h, das muss man bei allen Unternehmungen mit einkalkulieren. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, es läuft allerdings eine Lüftung, die nicht abgestellt werden kann. Evtl. hört man auch Fluglärm. Wir nutzen speziell angefertigte Schallschutzstöpsel für die Ohren, da störte uns das nicht weiter. Die Fenster lassen sich leider auch nicht richtig verdunkeln, wer da empfindlich ist, muss ggf.eine Schlafmaske benutzen. Es gab in unserem Zimmer einen kleineren Hebel zusätzlich an der Armatur, über den man gefiltertes Wasser, welches bei weitem nicht so extrem gechlort geschmeckt hat, zapfen konnte.

Der Poolbereich hat keine Duschen oder Umkleideräume.

The shuttle driver was a true professional. After the arrival it went downhill!

First, there is no clear indication exiting the airport that this hotel is a Marriott hotel. We waited and waited for the shuttle not knowing that the name of the hotel is Four Point with Westin and Marriott is not listed on the airport board of hotels which was confusing thus we waited for an hour until another shuttle driver told us to look for Four Points. were given a room during check in that had existing food (KFC) in the refrigerator. When we asked for another room, the key didn’t work. We eventually got a room.

That the restaurant and bar close before 11pm. I got in on a late flight and the options for food was extremely limited. The breakfast that’s included everything was cold and not very tasty. Bagels and pastries and yogurt were good though

Great proximity to the Toronto Airport (around 5 min away), free shuttle, a decent free breakfast, WiFi reliable, rooms available with stocked kitchenette and spacious for party of 1-2 travelers. Our room had a side switch on the sink for filtered water. Hotel is eco-friendly. I didn't make much use of the pool / gym but they're available.

Parking is not included in the room fee and is $30 extra per night.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, right across from the airport. Since I didn't have any luggage, it was only about a 5 minute walk from the terminal. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean and quiet. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

There were only a couple of small things that could be improved. The sink drain in my room was a bit slow, which was a small inconvenience. The breakfast was okay, but the selection was a bit limited.

Really convenient location - while there is a free shuttle bus, the hotel is actually only a 5min walk from T3 (just across the road) which made it very easy to get to and from the airport, even with luggage in tow. Great soundproofing as well - absolutely no noise from the main road or airport.

The hotel shares a building with Four Points Sheraton with breakfast rooms that are right next to each other. There was no one at the entry desk upon arrival and it wasn't until I was about to sit down with my plate that I was confronted by a staff member who rudely told me I was in the wrong place and asked me to leave. Just feel like this could have easily been avoided had the entry desk been manned or if there was a simply a sign at the entrance that said "Four Points Sheraton guests only"

Shuttle was very small, we were the second pick up at the airport and could not fit in the first shuttle as it only had a few spaces by T1 so we needed to wait for another on quite a cold, wet and windy day. The driver was lovely but size of the shuttle wasn’t reflective of the size of the 2 hotels it was servicing.

Best hotel I ever stayed in Canada. Clean, kind staff, awesome hot continental breakfast, well thought through amenities. Extremely comfy beds with real cotton linen. Such a rarity these days in the ages of cheap plastic.

Das Hotel hat einen neuen Namen, Element by Westin. (Nicht wie bei der Buchung) Gehört zu 4 Point, hat somit dieselbe Rezeption. Dadurch warteten wir sehr lange am Airport.
