Drury Plaza Hotel St. Paul Downtown

We loved the breakfast and kickback dinner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This will be my go to hotel for Minneapolis area.

We had a bartender totally ignore my husband, not once but twice and was pretty rude. We ended up having to go back down later to get service. Idk, maybe she was having a bad day so we tried to give the benefit of the doubt and moved on. Our other bartender was amazing though. Our beds in our two bed queen suite were not as comfortable as I had hoped as they were smaller than the queen beds we have at home. Otherwise everything was wonderful and enjoyed our 4 day stay.

The Drury Plaza in St Paul is our go to place to stay when we are in the Twin Cities. Great staff , great amenities and very nice rooms. Highly recommend. Shout out to Jackson, Lala, George and Lolo!

Pay for parking. Then if you wait too late at night there isn’t even enough parking to park in main lot. And wasn’t told ahead of time about overflow parking. So had to go and wait for desk clerk. Then without explanation given a piece of paper for the paid lot area. Why should you pay another price for parking when there a parking lot attached.

Der letzte Stopp unserer Reise und ich muss sagen hier war das Meiste wirklich topp. Großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und das zusätzliche Abendessen, dass im Preis mit drin ist, super!

Das Schwimmbad ist vom Essensbereich einsetzbar, dass finden wir persönlich nicht so toll und leider gingen Kinder mit Kleidung dort baden, was wir auch sehr unhygienisch fanden. Wir haben es dann einfach nicht genutzt. Wobei das bei 4 Tagen schade war.

Nice walking distance from downtown & other fun activities like the science museum. Very spacious hotel with great amenities!!

I encourage anyone to stay at a Drury Inn the experience was beyond anything I have ever experienced. The hotel staff was amazing and the free stuff provided with staying at the hotel was amazing. Go to Drury Inn and be prepared to be pampered l!

Drury Plaza exceeded my expectations! My friend and I were extremely impressed and vowed to stay here again any time we are in the area. 10 out of 10. Free drinks and meals, staff is excellent, safe place, breakfast is wonderful, pizza from the bar was decent. Yes, you pay for parking, but it's so worth it. Stay here! You won't regret it. And if you need alcohol, there's a liquor store across the street. It's all good!

The breakfast experience was disappointing. The breakfast area was chaotic and appeared to be understaffed. By 8:45 a.m., many items were already missing, and guests had to complain before anything was restocked. Even after reporting the issue, it took about 30 minutes for the missing items to be replenished. A better organization and more attentive staffing during breakfast hours would greatly improve the guest experience.

It’s always clean and super friendly at The Drury St. Paul! The staff is excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn in downtown St. Paul. Drury is a well-regarded hotel chain, and this location certainly lived up to its reputation. The hotel felt safe, even in a downtown setting. The parking lot was well lit, making it easy to see vehicles at night and providing added peace of mind. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and we appreciated the many amenities included with our stay. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Several employees mentioned they had worked at this location for many years, which says a lot about the positive work environment. We were also impressed to see the manager actively helping the team by clearing plates and serving guests. That kind of hands-on leadership is refreshing and reflects a culture of teamwork and excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Paul.

After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, we needed to find a place for our family on short notice. The team at Drury Plaza Hotel in Saint Paul went above and beyond to help us. After hearing what had happened, they even showed us our room before we booked it to make sure we were comfortable. They had everything ready for us, making a stressful situation much easier. The room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the Drury Kickback with the complimentary dinner appetizers and drinks, and the breakfast was excellent as well. The combination of outstanding customer service, clean accommodations, and great amenities made this an exceptional stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There is no doubt this hotel is good value for money. The rooms are large and well appointed and the public areas are big and comfortable. When we checked in we were asked what sort of room we would like e.g. quiet, and we said yes to that. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case, as every morning there were young children running and thudding back and forth the corridor outside our room, squealing and making noise, which certainly didn't make for a quiet room. It wasn't the end of the world, but why ask if we wanted to be allocated to a quiet room if it wasn't possible. The rooms are spacious and were clean, and very well laid out. Despite facing a busy highway and the emergency room of a large hospital, we didn't experience any disruption. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The bathroom was fine, just a lack of shower pressure which was a bit frustrating. The breakfast was basic but had enough choice that you could always find somewhere. Great to have coffee available all the time. The kickback offering was a nice touch but we were usually out at that time, however I can see how it could be handy, especially for families with kids etc. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed visiting St Paul, although some parts nearby the hotel were a bit questionable at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely love Drury hotels. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast and dinner provided is nice. When we stay in hotels, we always check to see if there is a Drury in the area.

Staff was very friendly. Free hot breakfast every morning, and free dinner every evening with three drinks per person per day during their evening meal service. Food was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent fitness room as well with free weight dumbbells and a good selection of machines. Very good value!

We had a good experience. There are not a lot of restaurants or pubs in the area, but there are a few within a 15-20 minute walk. Otherwise, they do have a restaurant on site, but we did not get a chance to visit it.

Shocked that we paid less than other hotels yet got a huge room, got stuffed for breakfast AND dinner and saw nothing but beautiful rooms and hallways and public areas. My kids are clamoring to come back to the best Drury they’ve ever experienced!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the hospital, 94, and downtown St. Paul. We appreciated the service, the clean and comfortable rooms, the pool and hot tub and the breakfasts and evening drinks and appetizers. We were in town due to a hospitalized family member and the Drury staff helped us feel like we were at a home away from home.

Absolutely love staying here, great perks and close to the children's hospital we use.

I love this hotel. The hotel doesn't do the best they can with the staff that they have, they have the staff that they need to do their best. The front desk staff is engaged with their job and customers. The evening Kick-Back spread is wonderful along with the staff. Breakfast is the same. Beds are lovely, I never heard a sound from outside the room, and the furniture is comfortable. There is a charge for parking, but it's downtown, so that will happen. I will certainly be here again.

St Paul Drury is in a great location for many of the spots my family enjoys. Sporting, shopping and restaurants.

Everything except the front staff although the gentleman at the breakfast was fantastic. Front staff were super rude, incredibly long wait for our room, skipped us with ready rooms to people after us and treated me like a criminal dbl checking Everything and staring me up and down but didn't even verify anyone else's cc with their ID.

This location in St. Paul Minnesota is amazing! What makes the difference is the people that work there? They are fantastic! Has great amenities and rooms arewonderful as well. We love the Drury!!

Hotel is a block from Regions Hospital, very nice to be able to walk there and not have to pay for parking or find a parking spot and also just be close to your loved one. Room was clean and spacious. They have a “kickback” time, which is like a light supper with 3 complimentary drinks. Breakfast is wonderful with pancakes made right on the griddle in front of you. Hotel is overall very clean and a good value for your money

The location of the hotel was close to an event we went to. Staff was very friendly and loved the perks of the kick back and free breakfast. Hotel was clean.

Only negative thing I have to say about our stay was there was hair on one of the pillows when we got to our room and also hair on the floor of the shower.

Large suite, clean, great breakfast and free happy hour drinks and food. Nice lobby! Close to train station and light rail.

Nicest hotel I’ve stayed in, the amenities are above and beyond. Free hot breakfast buffet and basically free dinner (pulled pork sandwiches, baked potatoes, nachos, hot dogs, salads) AND free drinks for 21+, plus free pop and popcorn! Will definitely be staying again! Comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub, not a single complaint.

Staff serving happy hour was really rude ,I have stayed a few other times, and it's been great.

The kickback hour food and drink offerings included blew my mind!!! We don’t even take advantage of it until the third night, but would have attended every day if we realized how great the food and drink offerings included were!

Lobby bar closing at 11pm when it was half full of concert goers and sports fans watching late games was disappointing, especially because no other bars within the downtown area were open past midnight so it was like a weird forced curfew.
